I Mr. Darshan S. Jadyal (Contact Number [protected]) purchased a washing machine from Kohinoor electronics Dadar (E) in 2015. That time you provide a bajaj EMI card, but I lost the same card in the same period. I don't want any EMI card in the future also. I want to cancel and de-activate the same card. And every year you are deducting rs.117/- from my a/c against the same card. So, please cancel my EMI card & my a/c in your finance. I don't want any loan from you. And in the future don't deduct EMI charges from my a/c. It's my humble request.

All over 42.6 million customers in there. If you collect 117 from everyone you got 4.9842e9 Rs. Which is Robbery. #PM

    My Sbi account showed a debit of Rs. 117/- by CMP Mandate from Bajaj finserv yesterday.
    I want to know that how can a company carry an transfer without an prior intimation to the customer. I bought an Ac through Bajaj finserv 2 years back for which I have completed all the emis on time now the company is deducting the money for what purpose?
    I want the company to refund the money into my account as soon as possible.

        Address: 271 Business Park 4th Floor Goregaon East Mumbai 400063

        Date of incident 10.07.2019 to 11.12.2020 Customer ID[protected]. I availed a loan of Rs 1, 46, 979/- in November 2018 with an EMI of 6999/- Total 21 EMIs under Agreement No.4050CD94927862 dtd 19.11.2018. My EMIs were paid regularly except 2/3 times but they were regularised with charges. However with pandamic my financial condition deteriorated and I could not meet dead lines and requested company to bear with me as most of the loan amount was already paid. Instead of helping me out the Company presented its EMI/ECS 33 times in a single day on 11.12.2020 resulting in my bank debiting EMI return charges of Rs19470/- and earlier also in July/Oct/Nov/Dec 2019. Thus repetative presentation of EMIs resulted in total debit of Rs36580/- . For recovery of one or two balance EMIs I am out of pocket by above amount. When I approached the Company they treated me very badly and did not even accept my letters or Statements of Accounts. When I approached their HO in Pune they have not even courtesy to reply to me. Instead theie Goregaon office doubled up with harassing calls. I have all correspondence and accounts details and can present same when required. I request for justice and refund of EMI charges debited to my account after adjustment of any EMI pending.

          Amount of rs. 117 is deducted through my savings account of sbi without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. My need an explanation and cash back immediately. And your customer service is unreachable. While mailing to you purposely showing invalid captcha. Frustrated with your worst service

          I contacted via mail. They said they deducted the amount for the emi card, which i not aware of. So i cancelled it and they refunded the amount. Thankyou.

            We opted for Bajaj Finserv Services for 1 year, starting from 2019 upto 2020. Even after the completion of EMI Payments, the company deducted 117 amount from the bank unnecessrily and without any notice.

            I request the consumer complaint department to look into the matter and help us through this.

                      The loan is being registered and the full amount dispersed without providing clear information. Its a clear case of social engineering and fraud.
                      They quick take the digital verification without information that the amount and the processing fee will be charged immediately.

                        I had purchased samsung tv on Diwali 2020 through Bajaj Finance and there was scheme for cashback. I paid electricity bill of Rs. 500/- as there was cashback on it for 1500/-. I applied the coupon when making the payment and it was written that you will get the cashback in 48 hrs that was on 2nd July 2021. From 3rd I have been raising query with them ane I got call for 2 days and they hang up on my face while I was taking to them and after that they closed my query stating resolved. i have made a number of complaints to them and they close my qyery without even calling me. On the other hand everyday I receive a call twice for their credit card but nothing for my complaint. Now they have added some query on my account from their side which has no relevance to me as it says for a death certificate for someone I dnt even know. Their service is ridiculous and they are not giving cashback but sending msg for voucher links. This is ridiculous. I have more coupons but now I am sure they are all bogus. Also the new msgs that they are sending me has a validity of[protected]. How do I go to year 1900 to claim it.

                          Myself Vijay K R I don't want this LSF INSURANCE urban in sftb. I already tried many times to reach you or raise a request but not getting any response from your side. I dont know you people why not cancel my policy. I also contact for this to your customer support but they also not picking up my call for cancel the above mentioned loan. I have purchased a clothes. But LSF insurance telebinding has activated, loan account No:404ALSGZ532894. It has been made without my consent. Please deactivate the LSF insurance telebinding.
                          Please resolve the complaint as soon as possible.

                            I have placed an order on July 4th in Bajaj EMI Store, Since the Day of order till now the order is showing still pending and i didn't receive any further update on the order till now. Even I have mailed and also tried to call but there was no response, and now I just don't understand what's the status of the order and there is even to option to cancel the order placed.
