Dear Bajaj finance team
Myself the brother of Mr. Kuldeep Shrivastava, who took a loan from Bajaj, A/c no.-4A7RPLGO310575. Unfortunately he died during corona time in April dtd-25.04.21. We intimated immediately to Bajaj team about his death.
But no action, the Bajaj team asked for Payment (EMI) for April, May, JUNE, JULY and again asking for the month of AUGUST.reminder messages and calls receiving. as we have submitted 3-4 times all related original documents of deceased. but no body is taking care, we are suffering a lot, we also have a claim of HDFC on behalf of BAJAJ (around Rs- 2lacs).
Mr. NEERAJ PANDEY (MOB no.-[protected]) he asked us to pay EMI and submit documents then we will close the Loan and arranged Claim. But as usual after making payment thru UPI no response from him and calls closed. why we are getting suffered and making payments, why BAJAJ is offering loan and insurance, if any mishappening happen only to trouble and creating obstacle in deceased person.
