I have been charged with credit Vidya fee 4999 and Bajaj comprehensive care of rs 10000 and this was never informed to me didn't asked for it. In fact your representative had told me that the only fee that will be charged is the processing fee of 1200 but processing fees was 12154 flexi fee 4000 . Now I see a lot of hidden charges including insurance and a lot more. I want this to be reversed to my account at the earliest else, I will take this case legally. My loan number is

    I had purchased a loan of INR 584999 from Bajaj Finserv and they sent 567549 only in my account dated 27 July 2021 and I transferred back all the money to their digital application portal via net banking dated 30July 2021. Now They charged me Rs 743 as a interest for these 3 days and for remaining RS 17450 they are charging interest 234 i.e. 977 rs total as emi upto date 02 september 2021 and previously their agent told me that I have to give interest of Rs 80 only for this fees and charges. and their emi will be included only for interest rate not for principal amount. They are making fraud in the name of EMI. Please explain what is emi if interest is not included

      I have applied for and received a Bajaj Finserv EMI card with credit limit of 75000 in May 2021. I have made a payment of Rupees 567.00 as application fees
      I have tried many times to use the card in offline stores as well as online, but it has been rejected every time. I have been unable to find any helpline to ascertain the reason for this. Hence I am left with no option but to file my complaint with you.

      Reference may be drawn to my complaint. I have not received any response from Bajaj Finserv.
      I strongly believe that this is a scam in which lakhs of Indian citizens pay INR 567.00 hoping to get a line of credit to purchase products. Bajaj Finserv gets crores of rupees without giving any service.
      I repeat that I have yet to receive refund of the 567.00 paid for services not rendered by Bajaj Finserv

        Please stop calling me 4 to 6 times per day for giving personal loan. I have told too many times politely to executive to stop all the calls and remove my profile still its continuing. I am deeply depressed because of this. I don't know why bajaj finserv is pushing the people towards loan eventhough the are not interested in it. please stop the calls or I will make move complaint in court.

              Hello Bajaj finserv,

              It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

              Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                    I had a Flexi loan 421TFTGN337571 for Rs. 5, 00, 000. My customer ID is 12698305. I have foreclosed it on 30/07/2021. But I have received message, that I have to maintain Rs. 7639 in my account balance for this loan account 421TFTGN337571 on 02/08/2021. Today(02/08/2021), my bank account was debited Rs. 7639. How could you debit money from me, for a loan I preclosed by paying extra Rs. 30.811. Isn't that enough.

                        I not even used my Bajaj emi card . I just got yesterday by paying 560 rupees and it's blocked. Now I don't even trust and believe in Bajaj Finserv emi card and their other products. Please revert my money 560 back. My customer ID [protected]. Please I want my money back.                           Dear Bajaj finance team
                          Myself the brother of Mr. Kuldeep Shrivastava, who took a loan from Bajaj, A/c no.-4A7RPLGO310575. Unfortunately he died during corona time in April dtd-25.04.21. We intimated immediately to Bajaj team about his death.
                          But no action, the Bajaj team asked for Payment (EMI) for April, May, JUNE, JULY and again asking for the month of AUGUST.reminder messages and calls receiving. as we have submitted 3-4 times all related original documents of deceased. but no body is taking care, we are suffering a lot, we also have a claim of HDFC on behalf of BAJAJ (around Rs- 2lacs).
                          Mr. NEERAJ PANDEY (MOB no.-[protected]) he asked us to pay EMI and submit documents then we will close the Loan and arranged Claim. But as usual after making payment thru UPI no response from him and calls closed. why we are getting suffered and making payments, why BAJAJ is offering loan and insurance, if any mishappening happen only to trouble and creating obstacle in deceased person.

                              I have taken bajaj finserv personal loan but at the time of loan processing bajaj executive never told me about the credit vidya fees and flexi fee. But after disbursement of loan they have deducted 11000/- from my loan which is incorrect.

                              I have been charged -
                              Credit vidya fees - Rs. 4999/-
                              FLEXI FEE: Rs. 5, 999

This is a hidden charge which was never revealed by the company while giving the loan. It is like taking money from customer without their consent by adding such charges which is not at all needed by the customer.

                              Please help me to resolve this issue and get money back.

                                I Have Purchased CPP Mobile Insurance(FONE SAFE) from Bajaj FinServ.
                                (FOR My SAMSUNG-S10 Purchased From AMAZON.IN)

                                After when my mobile got damaged i have Called CPP(BAJAJ FINSERV) For Claim.FONESAFE CLAIM REFERENCE NUMBER : NV[protected]: MEMBERSHIP NO:IM6426804

                                They asked me to repair the phone and send them the Repair bill And Phone Purchase Invoice Bill send Physically ​to their address for claim.

                                When i send them the Repair Bill And Phone purchase Incoive from AMAZON.

                                They say that the phone Purchase invoice From AMAZON has wrong Details.

                                I told them that the phone invoice From AMAZON is GENUINE
                                and also told them that i cannot Manipulate that for CPP(BAJAJ FINSERV) REQUIREMENT.
                                I asked them to correct the details with AMAZON INVOICE if they have wrong detils of my phone
                                but there is no response.
                                i UNDERSTOOD THAT that they are wantedly doing this to avoid the payment of Repair Bill.

                                From then i emailed them BUT they say that my original purchase invoice details are wrong.

                                  I purchased a mobile on emi basis. My instalment is ₹1666/month. But these Bajaj Finserv frauds are calling and charging me ₹286/month as digital cpp telebinding which is without my permission. I submitted a complaint in their branch office . But they simply ignore the complaint.So please help me to cancel this and refund the amount.

                                        I applied for bajaj finserv RBL Bank platinum plus Supercard on 13th July 2021, which I was supposed to receive in 7 working days. But I have not received it yet, So when I contacted customer care, they said it's dispatched and you will receive tracking detail via SMS. But I have not received any tracking detail and also not received my card. I have also attached the screenshot of the SMS which I received from Bajaj confirming the application is in process.
