I not even used my Bajaj emi card . I just got yesterday by paying 560 rupees and it's blocked. Now I don't even trust and believe in Bajaj Finserv emi card and their other products. Please revert my money 560 back. My customer ID [protected]. Please I want my money back. I don't want your services. Please πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

    Dear Bajaj finance team
    Myself the brother of Mr. Kuldeep Shrivastava, who took a loan from Bajaj, A/c no.-4A7RPLGO310575. Unfortunately he died during corona time in April dtd-25.04.21. We intimated immediately to Bajaj team about his death.
    But no action, the Bajaj team asked for Payment (EMI) for April, May, JUNE, JULY and again asking for the month of AUGUST.reminder messages and calls receiving. as we have submitted 3-4 times all related original documents of deceased. but no body is taking care, we are suffering a lot, we also have a claim of HDFC on behalf of BAJAJ (around Rs- 2lacs).
    Mr. NEERAJ PANDEY (MOB no.-[protected]) he asked us to pay EMI and submit documents then we will close the Loan and arranged Claim. But as usual after making payment thru UPI no response from him and calls closed. why we are getting suffered and making payments, why BAJAJ is offering loan and insurance, if any mishappening happen only to trouble and creating obstacle in deceased person.

        My loan details are as follows -

        Loan account number - P402PSP2875212

        I have taken bajaj finserv personal loan but at the time of loan processing bajaj executive never told me about the credit vidya fees and flexi fee. But after disbursement of loan they have deducted 11000/- from my loan which is incorrect.

        I have been charged -
        Credit vidya fees - Rs. 4999/-
        FLEXI FEE: Rs. 5, 999

        I have already been charged 12000/- in the name of processing fee, Stamp fee and emi network card (which I was not aware of)

        This information was not communicated to me by my Bajaj executive. I haven't informed and i also don't need credit vidya report & insurance also. But no positive response from bajaj.

        I need this maney back. As these 2 facilities are not required to me. I need refund for the amount of rs.11, 000/-

        I called up the customer care and they said it is a mandatory fees but i think it is upto the customer if he wants the "credit viday fees" to be charged or not. This is a hidden charge which was never revealed by the company while giving the loan. It is like taking money from customer without their consent by adding such charges which is not at all needed by the customer.

        Please help me to resolve this issue and get money back.

          I Have Purchased CPP Mobile Insurance(FONE SAFE) from Bajaj FinServ.
          (FOR My SAMSUNG-S10 Purchased From AMAZON.IN)

          After when my mobile got damaged i have Called CPP(BAJAJ FINSERV) For Claim.FONESAFE CLAIM REFERENCE NUMBER : NV[protected]: MEMBERSHIP NO:IM6426804

          They asked me to repair the phone and send them the Repair bill And Phone Purchase Invoice Bill send Physically ​to their address for claim.

          When i send them the Repair Bill And Phone purchase Incoive from AMAZON.

          They say that the phone Purchase invoice From AMAZON has wrong Details.

          I told them that the phone invoice From AMAZON is GENUINE
          and also told them that i cannot Manipulate that for CPP(BAJAJ FINSERV) REQUIREMENT.
          I asked them to correct the details with AMAZON INVOICE if they have wrong detils of my phone
          but there is no response.
          i UNDERSTOOD THAT that they are wantedly doing this to avoid the payment of Repair Bill.

          From then i emailed them BUT they say that my original purchase invoice details are wrong.

            I purchased a mobile on emi basis. My instalment is β‚Ή1666/month. But these Bajaj Finserv frauds are calling and charging me β‚Ή286/month as digital cpp telebinding which is without my permission. I submitted a complaint in their branch office . But they simply ignore the complaint.So please help me to cancel this and refund the amount.

                  Hi,

                  I applied for bajaj finserv RBL Bank platinum plus Supercard on 13th July 2021, which I was supposed to receive in 7 working days. But I have not received it yet, So when I contacted customer care, they said it's dispatched and you will receive tracking detail via SMS. But I have not received any tracking detail and also not received my card. I have also attached the screenshot of the SMS which I received from Bajaj confirming the application is in process.

                      Bajaj finserv is crossing their limits. They are calling me regularly and sending me more than 10 messages per day. Yesterday i was in a meeting and i got a call from them. I declined the call but they jeep calling me again and again like a psychopath. Please do something about this. Stop them Please.

                          Dear Team,

                          I am getting calls everyday by bajaj finserv for new schemes and pre-approved offer. I also get calls on sundays on holidays for the same. Since last more than couple of months, i have asked to put DND status in front of my name, but still calls are keep on coming and when ask for DND, they behave rudly and say β€œyou will not get call from now”. This is pathetic system and full of data sharing. The case is of vadodara branch.

                          Please take strict action against it as this complaint is of so many people.

                            Unable to cancel order from Bajaj Finserv EMI store, even after emailing and going to one of Bajaj Finservs Office in person . We have placed an order by mistake . We canceled the order when asked for confirmation, yet the order has been confirmed and we are unable to cancel the order.

                            Hello Bajaj,

                            I already cleared my outstanding home loan and it's been 1 month. I did not receive any update from Bajaj Fin serv, even I tried to call the Bajaj, most of the customer care no's are fake and they are asking money ... really pathetic, process worsens, when I'm calling to customer care No's ask for no objection letter and when I am asking the when I can I get the original documents

                            no proper response,

                            Currently, I am facing a big issue, I sell my flat to one of the buyers he paid 15% of the amount I used for medical emergencies. since it is one month I don't have information on when Bajaj will respond and when will receive the original documents. the buyer starts asking money 15% of what he paid and he is given the time till the end of July 2021.

                            I don't have money and I don't know, how to proceed further

                                False commitment on Overdraft loan and making customer fall into trap

                                Hi Team,
                                I have approached for overdraft loan facility and i was interested the loan plan they offered. They explained like we can utilize when required and do flexible payment. I have asked to proceed and they forcefully giving high loan amount. I have i don't need such limit and raised concern it may reflect on CIBIL that i own this loan. They gave incorrect info that it wont reflect until i utilize the limit. Even though i asked...

                                Hi, My loan Emi deducted twice this month via ECS, 1st it deducted on 2nd July Amount is Rs.1334 and Rs.1667 and then it got deducted o 15 July again with same amount.

                                  I have a got call from bajaj finserv executive, no. is [protected] name sunil saxena. and soni sharma [protected] they offered me loan of 10 lakh rupees against bharti axa life ins.
                                  maine pand n adhar details di after verfication i got call from direct bhartri axa insurance and they declined that they are not providing any kind of poilicy . the number which is called to me are totally fraud and when i said no for policy the fraud girl abusing me and get hypered. Lol cce never be hypered and proffesinal executive kabhi gawar jaise baatv nahi karte.
                                  please do something for this type of fraudsters.
