I have purchased a mobile phone by bajaj emi card with 6 month emi, but at the time of purchase I clearly checked that I do not need of extended warranty, and after few days when I checked the bajaj app I saw loan of mobile phone and its details and NOT found any extended...

I have taken personal loan from bajaj finservice Loan agreement No.403PMT41714751 dt 09/06/2017 and I had paid fully and closing the account foreclosure basis on 28/02/2020 my payment transaction reference No.[protected] Rs.12939.64.

I had received no due certificate by mail the same on 28/02/2020 but last 26/11/2020 and 27/11/2020 Rs. 295/- each totally Rs. 590/- debited from bank account by illegibly.

So, I request you to kindly take action as early as possible

I have taken personal loan from bajaj finserv but some of personal issued that time i have missed the EMI. But after that bajaj finserv employee call me and said me Sir pay your principal amount that is 13953 And your penalty will be waiver so don't worry first pay the amount, So I have paid that much amount 13960. Bajaj finserv employee Mr. Ajay and Muskan told when you do the payment you can get letterhead AND NOC from our side and your penalty be waiver. After payment they not receiving my calls and not provide me and documents from bajaj finserv. They people cheating with me and not pick my calls also and I have recording also. so i have request to please waiver the penalty and give me the letterhead and NOC.

Dear Bajaj,
i have purchased a phone worth 11, 799 and sanction it with otp of the same amount. but now while paying the emi, i got to know that the CPP LIV ASSIST IN ECOM TB URBAN on Rs.2999 with loan account number 402ULAGJ387522.

kindly cancel the insurance which has been frauded added in my purchase. i don't want it. Cancel it as soon as possible, so that i can pay my regular emi of phone on time.
Due to covid, i am not at all interested in any such frauded insurance which i have not opted.

Subject: Amount showing in CIBIL REPORT as outstanding in respect of Digital Product Finance vide Loan A/c Number 498DPF75338087 to the tune of Rs 5, 555/- whereas the entire amount have been repaid in full
With reference to the captioned subject the undesigned most humbly and respectfully would like to bring into your kind consideration and necessary perusal that an amount to the tune of Rs 5, 555/- is showing as pending towards Digital Product Finance vide Loan A/c Number 498DPF75338087. The aforesaid loan was to the tune of Rs 9, 723/- payable in 7 EMI to the tune of Rs 1, 389/- On perusal of the CIBIL Report it is apparent that only 3 EMI are showing as paid i.e EMI paid on 02/07/2018, 02/08/2018 and 02/09/2018 whereas the undersigned have cleared all the EMI’s ending on 02/01/2019.
The SOA Statement downloaded from Bajaj Finserv are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
You are requested to update MY CIBIL showing no dues pending in connection with the aforesaid loan and issue a no dues certificate to the undersigned.
It is pertaining to note that the undersigned have been regular in repayment of all the loans taken from Bajaj since 2014. Even the undersigned have not taken EMI Monitoroum during the COVID period.
The error in reporting in CIBIL have caused hardship to the undersigned

The loan was activated on 13-Nov-2020 on telephonic call despite of my rejection, an unauthorised loan was activated without my permission, active Loan account number is -4L6ULAGK435024 .I want this loan should be cancel any how immediately and refund for the same deducted amount to be credit in the respective account, for this i also processed offline request.I also don't want such types of call on my number regarding any such policy.

Sir, Most respectfully i beg to state that if you would kindly please tell us The Agreement No. in which the EMI Rs.4922 is deducted on 2/12/2020 from my bank account. I was buy a mobile phone from vijay sales by bajaj finserv emi card. No one was informed about LSF INSURANCE TELE BINDING scheme and activate this scheme and take amount.
Without my confirmation this scheme activate by bajaj finserv. This scheme is totaly useless and cheat to customers by bajaj finserv.

As soon as early deactivate this scheme and refund my amount regarding this you had get.

According to my knowledge I had purchased a mobile from Amazon which cost Rs.12499 n from bajaj i had taken loan and the emi was for about 6 months payment was 2084 now while I was checking through their website Rs.1699 was also shown as loan amount n Rs.340 would be charged along with this. Kindly clear for that unknown loan amount of Rs.1699. Already the payment has been debited from my account kindly do something

Your Ranipettai-632401 Branch Staff Named Dharani unleashing brutality against womenfolk for the purpose of loan EMI collection which was already liqudated and interest on the interest were being dodged and coerced with this amount which is illegal and unlawful.Please look into the matter.

Today I open the Bajaj Finserv mobile app to check my EMI and I found that they have added the extra loan of Rs. 1699 on the name of ECOM CPP TELEBINDING RURAL without my permission. I purchased a phone from amazon using bajaj finserv emi option with loan id 578ERFGJ388310 without my permission bajaj started cpp tele binding which i don't want and are charging me 1699 with loan id 578ETRGK527201 don't want it.
My loan date is 2 Dec pls stop it within 2 days so that i can pay the original amount due nit the amount with cpp telebinding.
