My emi card ending with 5892 is blocked. I am unable to shop online. Please help me out. Try to resolve the problem as early as possible so that i can get my payment process done and receive my require product. I was shopping for appliances from amazon. While processing payment it showing that my card is blocked. Please look at my problem and resolve it soon.

    I am holding bajaj finance emi card as per my bajaj card my cibil if excellent. First bajaj finance call center tell me in your card company provide you loan of 1lac for tenure of 3 years then i said that yes i need for studies and bajaj people said that next day please be free executive will visit.
    I took holiday from office but nobody visit 2nd day also executive not visited and next i got call from call center that your loan get rejected as you are not eligible.
    I asked how can you say that then bajaj people is saying that our thane branch executive visited and he said that you are not eligible.
    After 6 days again bajaj people said that loan are available executive will visit.
    Please help me and stopped that type of non sense call. Bajaj call center persons not provide information properly they directly disconnected the call.

      Today one of the associate from bajaj finserv has visited to me @ my office address “a-37 sector 60 noida 201301” for collection of below mentioned payment in cash, since the auto-debit didn’t took place due to some technical fault from your end.

      Post collection of cash payment, below message was also received by me. However, in late evening again an amount of rs. 1957.00 has been debited again from my bank account.

      Please refund the additional amount i. E. Debited from my bank account. Details of supporting statements and screen shot attached.

        Hi, my bajaj id is 4178801. for the last 4 months every month 800 and 570 amounts are deducting from my icici account for unknown reason with loan numbers 4000cd18360528, 4000cd18517444. Today on 16 oct also deducted 800 and 570 I already cleared those loans in 2016. Please refund my amount.
        I want to take loan in bajaj again. I was very happy with bajaj service and I had trust. Now please refund my amount. Customer is a valuable person for any business. I hoffe I want to maintain a good relation with bajaj in future.

          Dear sir/mam,

          Similarly i have also been cheated exactly in similar way. I have written talked to finserv. My emi is due on 2th nov'17 as well.

          I am not getting any response except that investigation is in progress. I marked so many mails to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. Even after intimating finserv they do not seem to be bothered. I am now worried that they will hound me for money and later downgrade my rating somewhere else.

          I suspect that bajaj finserv employees have reused.

            Every day i am receiving at least 4-5 calls from bajaj finserv for loans. I have intentionally opted 1 for further communication and when a person called me back i earnestly requested that if somehow this automated call can be stopped on my mobile number. Every time they told me that this number will be updated in their system as not to call. Nothing has worked so far. I have also written mails to wecare, but nothing happened.
            So, through this forum, i am requesting you guys, not sure if this will work at all, but can you please stop this automated calls to the number[protected]?

              My name is akilaganesan b, i have purchased 2 air conditioner from shenbaga agencies on 17-07-17 through bajaj emi card. On that day they told me the emi value is rs.2459 without insurance. We did not sign any insurance papers. Ist month emi not deducted from my account due to sign mismatch. 2nd month also the same problem. Already sbi account mapped in my bajaj card.
              Collection agent come and collect the first and 2nd emi instalment amount.
              Below the receipt details.

I want to purchase another product but i have received mail that my card is blocked due to pdc bounce. But i don't understand why my card is blocked because i have enough balance in my bank account from last 2 months. The emi has not timely cut from your side from last 2 months due to this i have to pay extra penalty for this; this is a very disgusting service. I have called to your representative, but it has no options to speak with him. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.
                This is not a good customer service.
                It's second time from last 4 months my card is blocked. I request you please activate my card.
                Kindly resolve this issue.

I have complete all my led installments on time to time and 2nd my washing machine instalment is only 2 left is also on time to time.                     My loan number is 402cdd31161525. My emi amount was rs2086. Noc not yet received and also even after paying all emi, still showing outstanding amount of 2800. I have got recipts of all the payments made but no one is able to help me. The company initially was not able to set up my emi because of some technical issue. So as agreed i made 4 paymenma online and two were collected by an agent from bajaj finsrrv. Total 6 emis, all have been paid. The june emi was paid in july simply because there was this cheque issue. Also i had not asked for insurance and so my insurance cancellation request was taken by the company, however i am yet to receive the refund amount. Please help me as i have used bajaj finance many a times and dont want to end up having a bad relationship with the company.

                        I puchased a hp laptop worth 31000 from bajaj finserv, Without customer knowledge they included fonesafe for the purchased product and then I have to pay 625 rs.additional amount to emi.
                        When I went to there office they are not giving proper explanation
                        And there customer care numbers are not working properly
                        I am totally disappointed on this action of company.

                            Sub: fraudulent and unethical financial practices

                            In reference to the above subject, i would like to state as under:-

                            1. That i have taken a loan from the bajaj finserv, jaipur on 2nd september, 2017.in respect to the same, i received welcome letter, sanction letter and other related loan disbursement documents on my registered e-mail id (Loan id 419prf[protected].

                            2. That the details and the conditions mentioned in the above documents are entirely different from those which were committed by the sales executive of bajaj finserv mr. Dharmendra mobile no [protected] and rahul khandelwal (Mobile no [protected]).

                            3. That i have applied for the loan in terms of od form without availing the draw down facility for the period of two years. Your executive mr. Dharmendra committed us for the same and got the relevant documents signed by giving us assurance for the sanction of loan of rs. 7, 00, 000 @ r. O. I 13.5% with the bank processing fees (Including all the bank and insurance charges) @ of.5% of the sanction amount. All the papers were signed by me before sanctioning loan as i was convinced by your staff that all the conditions which i desired would be fulfill.

                            4. That all the above process of signing the loan processing documents, giving my kyc for the purpose of loan was carried out by me on the trust and faith entrusted in the bajaj finserv. All the processing and meeting was done by mr. Dharmendra and mr. Rahul on behalf of the bajaj finserv in the capacity of the employee.

                            5. That i was shocked and surprised when i saw the welcome and sanction letter. The conditions mentioned in the same for the loan was entirely different. The loan was sanctioned of the amount of rs. 7, 03, 500 for five years instead of rs. 7, 00, 000 for two years. The total processing charges was more than the commitment of 1.5% of the sanctioned amount. I have received only rs. 6, 91, 000 after the deduction of processing charges from the loan amount of rs. 7, 03, 500. The loan was sanctioned as a flexi with the draw down facility which is like a term loan instead as required in the form of o. D.

                            6. That this type of fraudulent practice is really intolerable and unethical. These types of false representations in sanctioning the loan by the company are totally misleading and influential in nature.

                            7. That this shows the company is involved in such unethical malpractices and making the consumers fool by taking the advantage of their unawareness and trust on the company policies and employees.

                            8. That these activities carried out by the company for promoting its business are the willful defaults committed by the company with the malafide intention.

                            9. That this is truly a fake commitment of influencing the public by taking the advantage of the brand name "bajaj".

                            10. That i am a victim of this fraudulent activity and it is causing me a great mental distress.

                            It is requested that please help me out in changing the terms and conditions of loan as mutually decided originally by issuing the fresh documents as soon as possible. Please do the needful.

                            After the sanction of loan, i approached to mr. Dharmendra and his senior many times. They gave me assurance to revise the conditions again. But after that they neither picked my call nor took a single step to resolve it. I went to bajaj finserv office, jaipur thrice but they were not available. I went to delhi pitampura office also. The concerned person there told me to mail the same. I suffered a lot. It is really an array of making me fool again and again.. Even my first installment also got deducted. I am mentally depressed due to this. Please help me out.

                                Myself varun gawasane had applied for a bajaj finserv card on 11th june 2017. I still did not receive the card. I had applied through Vijay sales in Pimpri. No one is receiving calls. If they receive they say they will check and call back, but they never call. (please see attached).

                                  My bajaj emi card [protected] is blocked without any prior notice. Kindly unblock the same on priority basis as i am not able to purchase anything due to this.

                                  This has happened many times as they block card without any prior notice and when. I goto purchase any product the. I came to know that it is blocked. This is very unprofessional from this kind of huge company.
