My loan number is 402cdd31161525. My emi amount was rs2086. Noc not yet received and also even after paying all emi, still showing outstanding amount of 2800. I have got recipts of all the payments made but no one is able to help me. The company initially was not able to set up my emi because of some technical issue. So as agreed i made 4 paymenma online and two were collected by an agent from bajaj finsrrv. Total 6 emis, all have been paid. The june emi was paid in july simply because there was this cheque issue. Also i had not asked for insurance and so my insurance cancellation request was taken by the company, however i am yet to receive the refund amount. Please help me as i have used bajaj finance many a times and dont want to end up having a bad relationship with the company.

      I puchased a hp laptop worth 31000 from bajaj finserv, Without customer knowledge they included fonesafe for the purchased product and then I have to pay 625 rs.additional amount to emi.
      When I went to there office they are not giving proper explanation
      And there customer care numbers are not working properly
      I am totally disappointed on this action of company.

          Dear sir/mam,

          Sub: fraudulent and unethical financial practices

          In reference to the above subject, i would like to state as under:-

          1. That i have taken a loan from the bajaj finserv, jaipur on 2nd september, 2017.in respect to the same, i received welcome letter, sanction letter and other related loan disbursement documents on my registered e-mail id (Loan id 419prf[protected].

          2. That the details and the conditions mentioned in the above documents are entirely different from those which were committed by the sales executive of bajaj finserv mr. Dharmendra mobile no [protected] and rahul khandelwal (Mobile no [protected]).

          3. That i have applied for the loan in terms of od form without availing the draw down facility for the period of two years. Your executive mr. Dharmendra committed us for the same and got the relevant documents signed by giving us assurance for the sanction of loan of rs. 7, 00, 000 @ r. O. I 13.5% with the bank processing fees (Including all the bank and insurance charges) @ of.5% of the sanction amount. All the papers were signed by me before sanctioning loan as i was convinced by your staff that all the conditions which i desired would be fulfill.

          4. That all the above process of signing the loan processing documents, giving my kyc for the purpose of loan was carried out by me on the trust and faith entrusted in the bajaj finserv. All the processing and meeting was done by mr. Dharmendra and mr. Rahul on behalf of the bajaj finserv in the capacity of the employee.

          5. That i was shocked and surprised when i saw the welcome and sanction letter. The conditions mentioned in the same for the loan was entirely different. The loan was sanctioned of the amount of rs. 7, 03, 500 for five years instead of rs. 7, 00, 000 for two years. The total processing charges was more than the commitment of 1.5% of the sanctioned amount. I have received only rs. 6, 91, 000 after the deduction of processing charges from the loan amount of rs. 7, 03, 500. The loan was sanctioned as a flexi with the draw down facility which is like a term loan instead as required in the form of o. D.

          6. That this type of fraudulent practice is really intolerable and unethical. These types of false representations in sanctioning the loan by the company are totally misleading and influential in nature.

          7. That this shows the company is involved in such unethical malpractices and making the consumers fool by taking the advantage of their unawareness and trust on the company policies and employees.

          8. That these activities carried out by the company for promoting its business are the willful defaults committed by the company with the malafide intention.

          9. That this is truly a fake commitment of influencing the public by taking the advantage of the brand name "bajaj".

          10. That i am a victim of this fraudulent activity and it is causing me a great mental distress.

          It is requested that please help me out in changing the terms and conditions of loan as mutually decided originally by issuing the fresh documents as soon as possible. Please do the needful.

          After the sanction of loan, i approached to mr. Dharmendra and his senior many times. They gave me assurance to revise the conditions again. But after that they neither picked my call nor took a single step to resolve it. I went to bajaj finserv office, jaipur thrice but they were not available. I went to delhi pitampura office also. The concerned person there told me to mail the same. I suffered a lot. It is really an array of making me fool again and again.. Even my first installment also got deducted. I am mentally depressed due to this. Please help me out.

                My bajaj emi card [protected] is blocked without any prior notice. Kindly unblock the same on priority basis as i am not able to purchase anything due to this.

                This has happened many times as they block card without any prior notice and when. I goto purchase any product the. I came to know that it is blocked. This is very unprofessional from this kind of huge company.

                      A) loan was granted with ease, minimum documentation with speedy and instant money in bank account – but nowhere it was mentioned/written or explained (Emails attached) to me that the loan is not a flexi loan instead a normal loan. When advertisements are released for flexi loans, why was a loan of rs.15, 82, 642/- granted without informing the type/benefits.
                      B) basis the assumption that the loan is flexi, i repaid rs.6 lacs within few months of loan disbursement.
                      C) when i raised a request to withdraw rs.5 lacs from my loan account, i was informed that it was a normal loan and i can apply for a new loan, or speak to the regional manager mr. Arvind dabade (Who never reverted back, emails attached), multiple calls have been placed to your toll free number but all in vain (Can be checked from the ivr records).
                      D) my simple request was to convert my existing so called normal loan to flexi loan, which never happened.
                      E) after must harassment and frustration, i decided to pay back the entire loan and submitted a dd of rs.779000/- (As per amount mentioned on the loan account, can share the screenshot of your website), i was given the surprise of my life, i was told 4+% will be prepayment/foreclosure charges and i have to again pay a sum of rs.47000 plus to actually foreclose the loan or i have to seek waiver again from mr. Arvind – who i am sure will never revert again.

                      May i please request to waive off the foreclosure charges and allow me to atleast peacefully close the loan. This is really disturbing…

                        Daily i am getting a message that you have 175000/- pre approved loan offer send sms loans to 56070 i got this message on 6th october till date i am continuously trying to get in touch with your representative send message almost 5 times. Today i got a mail as well that you have pre approved offer. Applied through my experia id which is 43804343. Applied through mail even i have also tried on customer care number but all in vain.

                        Is this the way of business you are doing or bragging it?

                              Respected sir,

                              My emi card ending number 8288 ordered laptop online at hp online store order number[protected] on 21st september 2017, hp online store promised me to deliver laptop on 25th september 2017, which they didn't, so i called hp customer care on 26 th september 2017 and cancelled order cancellation order number cas/27469 n6l8j4, next day on 27th september 2017, hp team member mr. Kunal chaudhary called me on my mobile number and took confirmation on cancellation, still he dispatched cancelled ordered laptop to me, forcing me to take delivery, i said i have already cancelled on 26th september 2017, why you generated invoice and dispatched laptop?? I refused to take delivery of laptop and i didn't take and asked logistics guy to return back.

                              Today is 11th october 2017, 3 weeks passed still loan status shows active, please cancell my loan, i have mailed you guys three times, every time you come with robotic reply ", your request will be process in 4-5 days"

                              I dunno why bajaj has temporarily suspended my EMI card. I do want to know the reason and to clear the suspension. I request bajaj finserv to do so.

                                    I have asked for loan amount, 650000 rs, i have got the amount of 620000, when verified they said processing charges and other are around 9k. And 20k is for insurance which is for default.

                                    - i have requested for cancellation till now no response.
                                    - have moved the completed amount i received to virtual account, not touching a single rupee. Which they said will not be charged.
                                    - now every month amount 351 is getting deducted. Emi. For that 20+9k amount. With interest.
                                    - when when i am ready to pay that 20k, they are very tricky, saying 2 options:
                                    - maintain 100 as balance o/s and pay 1 rupee everymonth and keep the account active.
                                    - else pay 29k + 30000 rs as a foreclose of the loan charges.
