emi card: bajaj finserv fraud

Firstly, let me point out that bajaj finserv is the worst company i have ever experienced and dealt with. The incessant calls that this company make on my mobile phone are absolutely pathetic and show absolute lack of sensitivity for people being called. On any day average of 10 promotional calls from bajaj finserv are received. Do not cold call on my mobile ever again. Have some shame or die in hell.

Hi, this is ajay. My card is suspended for no reasons and when i wrote to customer care their response was just irrelevant. If you care for your customer then you should try to retain them.

The system you are following is just illogical. If one doesn't have any active loan account then you just can't suspend their services.

Please provide proper services to your customers first to sustain your existence, else...
