This is to inform you that i have taken consumer loan from bajaj finance by purchasing a LCD TV, for which my ECS payment date is 05th of every month. Iam arranging the money in my bank account for the clearance. On 06/07/2009 around 9.30 in the morning i deposited cash for ECS clearance because 05/07/2009 was Sunday. Despite sufficient cash is available in the account, Rs.225/- was debited from the account towards Cheque Bounce Charges. At the time of Purchase of LCD TV, it was informed to the Executive to mark cheque clearing date as 10th of every month, but it was not changed. Several time i called and send email for the same but no action was taken, for which earlier two cheque bounce charges were debited from bank account.

I request you to look into the same and do the needful...

    Hello Readers,


    I wish to share my bad experience with the Wasan Bajaj Nasik service centre when I gave my Pulsar Dtsi 150 for routine service recently (20 May 2009). I had asked them to wash, tune the engine bit and change the oil.

    They did everything, however the 'Nut' which also acts as stopper at the base of bike for engine oil was tightened too much (I suspect so...) resulting in a very slow oil leak... After I took the delivery in the evening, the oil leak was noticed only the next day... by which time I had already clocked some 50-60 km and spilled 100ml oil !

    I am sure the mechanic's who worked on the bike must have noticed this... however they did not bother to inform or call me. This callous attitude was further extended when they refused to accept that the situation could have been addressed by them in timely manner and avoid everyone a lot of agony.

    Its high time that the Indian consumer be treated with the respect that they deserve, and there should be a platform where such arrogant and careless service center's or dealers be made to realize their mistakes.

      respected sir,
      This is to bring to your notice that i am not at all satisfied with the performance of my bike. the dealer are not capable to solve my problems an if i give some pressure they talk like hell and so rudely.
      sir, i had purchased pulsar 180cc on 8-10-08 as due to the company scheme the service has to be done by 750 km but when i went their they said to bring the vehicle on 01-11-08 and the first service was done on1665 km...and in first service i complaint that their is wobbling in my vehicle and when ever i wash my vehicle water get inside the light..till my last 4th free service the problem was not solved...then at last they found that their is a defect in Tyre...Tyre was replaced and i gave some amount then after that also their is still wobbling at every time why should i pay m i mad to pay 70, 000 for the bike. and when it comes to the replacement of headlight the were nt able to find why their is filling of water in headlight at 4th service they said light cant be replaced as their is scratch well sir are they not capable to find the problems in 1st service...as a consumer i request u to do a favor judgment for me, so that the amount i spend on bike which is in warranty must be recover...

      1. IN WHEEL WOBBLING THERE WAS PROBLEM IN TYRE, TYRE WAS REPLACED BY MRF COMPANY. FOR TYRE THEY MIGHT HAVE CHARGED FEW AMOUNT FOR TYRE REPLACEMENT/DEPRECATION. BHARAT TRACTORS HAVE NOT CHARGED ANY AMOUNT FOR TYRE REPLACEMENT. AND AFTER REPLACEMENT OF TYRE YOU CAME TO WORKSHOP & TOLD THAT MY VEHICLE IS OK & NOW THERE IS NO WOBBLING.

      2.FOR HEAD LIGHT IT IS DAMAGED & ACCIDENTAL WHEN YOU CAME IN FIRST SERVICE. YOU WERE GUIDED THAT YHIS COMES IN ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE CLAIM. IT DOES NOT COME UNDER WARRANTY.

      IF AT ALL YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN VEHICLE, YOU CAN COME TO WORKSHOP.

        Sir,
        I am a savings account holder of HDFC Bank, Andheri(E) Vishal Hall Branch. I was suprised to find than an amount of Rs 1801 has been debited to my account against the cheque presented by Bajaj consumer Finance dated 16th Feb 09. I have not enetred into any transaction with Bajaj consumer finance. I am shocked how they could do this to my account. There must be an organized gang operating like this. I complained to HDFC Bank but they have replied that I must go to Reserve Bank and or customer care of Bajaj Finance. Of course I will do that to stop such practices to me or anybody else by such tricks.

        Bajaj Finance - Computer — Excessive no. of ECS clearance

        We have purchased a computer from Bajaj Finance loan no.149398. The mode of payment was ECS clearance.
        While the loan was for 20 installments, so far the bank has withdrawn 26 installment from my account. As it is a ECS clearance, I am not able to make a stop payment on the same.
        Same thing hapend to me also. After two years of clearance of the loan again they have withdrawn money from my account. And they are saying that they will not give the no-objection certificate so that they can cheat whenever they want. bloody beggers
        I bought some home appliance on the month of november 2008 through Bajaj Finace, since the month of december 2008 they started to deduct their EMI twice for the same product, i lodge complain i spoke to them several time and they commited that case get resolve soon and i would get my money back but time is passing from day to week and week to month but still my problem not yet been rectified.

        Please help me out from this.

        I am facing same issue.
        Bought an electronic home item from a reputed showroom in janakpuri where they have bajaj finance person sitting.
        Ther are charging double emi from my account and i also receive call that your emi payment is not received yet for this month.
        I checked from bank and they told they got instructions from 3rd party (bajaj) to charge 2 EMIs every month.

        Please contact me for an details and if their is a solution to get rid off this mess.

        I had bought a Sont TV and Home Theatre with finance options from Bajaj Consumer Finance, the loan period was only 9 months and even after full repayment, they are still charging me the EMI amount every month. when i approached the bank, they informed me that Bajaj Finance had made the request for payment to continue. i have blocked all future payments to Bajaj Finance from my account but still want my money returned to me.

        pleae take any necessary action to get this matter resolved.

        EMI for Bajaj Finance needs to be stopped immediately after all installment gets completed.
        I also suffer the same way. I bought a LCD TV from Great Eastern, Kankurgachhi, Kolkata fiinanced by Bajaj. The amount financed was ~ 20, 000-00 to be re payed in 7 EMIs. To my shock, in the finance documents no. of EMIs were made 10 and accordingly deduction of Rs. 2917-00 was done for nine months from my AXIS bank account. Fortunately I noticed the wrong deductions in the month of October 2009, took up the case with Financier, confronted him with all the documents, visited the HO of Great Eastern and after some arguments got back two months of amount that was deducted extra. This month I got a telephone call from Bajaj. From the comments above it appears that the company is in habit of dooing such things.

        I had applied consumer durable loan of Rs, 60000/- for purchasing LCD (sony from jumbo digital), Since three days, we contuoinsly following up for the status but not revert from the executive of bajaj finance (punjabi bagh Branch Delhi), very first time they had send some one for verification and they had given negative marking as our neighbour had not confirmed my residing at K 1303, Jaipurria Sunrise Green Indirapuram, But when we cross check our neighbour, they had inform me that no one had come for varification, So i think Executive gone wrong block and without cross checking properly they had give negative marking to consumable loan application, and entire seen there was not our fault and we came to know this mis understanging when we make 10 calls to bajaj executive, and we called up but they some time not pick the call or neigther revert back with status, Next Day i took an off from my office for the varification as inform by bajaj finance executive, and after that executive inform us that he will let us know the status by 4 o clock, but after that we never received any revert about the status of the application, so as we had given some advance for the product, i had personally visit at jumbo digital at 6 o clock, but again we did not received any status of the application, after that we called uo no if times, till 8 o clock in the evening to find out the status, but still waiting for status, when we had tried to get the Contact no of manager of punjabi bagh branch, but they statight away refuse to give the no of any senior person, that y i had to write this type of the mail to inform you the inconvience cost to us by your team,
        Baja Finance it seems is there to cheat only. There collection team people threaten to send your name to SEBEL if you dont pay the interest which is not applicable at all. They refuse to give back ytour cheques and NOC, even if you are ready to pay the complete installments. Some Govt. body should be responsible for these fraudelent and harrasing activities. I am also one of the sufferers, still have no clue how to sort this out. Registering complaints on their official website does not give any response.

          mileage of platina 100 CC

          I've purchased Bajaj platina 100 CC in may 2008. . I was assured an average of atleast 85 kms. was told you will get the average after 4th servicing. I am still getting the mileage at 52 Kms. I would like to know What I need to do legally (In case the problem is with bike). What I need to check or take care of to get the average ?...

          Dear Sir,

          I purchased one XCD 125 DTSI blue model from Khivraj Motors at Bangalore on 05.03.2008 and the Form of Certificate of Registration was delivered to me after a couple of month. While the colour purchased by me is Blue, in Form 23 it is mentioned as Jet Black. The same was brought into the notice of the branch manager at the time of Delivery of form 23 and he said that it is not going to make any difference. But i am finding it very difficult to convince the Traffic Police about the same and during checks it troubles me a lot. I tried to contact the personnel at Khivraj motors but in vain.

          I thefefore request you to consider the matter and advise me.

            I had Bought 2 Bikes (Pulsar150 Dtsi, Platina) From Dewan Bajaj Chattarpur and i am not satisfied With the services of workshop of Dewan Bajaj (Opposite Tivoli Garden).after purchasing my bikes within three months i am facing problems regarding Battery & when i had went to the workshop regarding battery problem They had charged Money from me for charging the battery even when the battery is in warrenty, & after 3 days the same problem had occured and the other thing is that they neither service the battery nor they replaced it and always said that take the bike to the showroom and sales mgr in showroom said that your problem will be setteled in workshop.and the biggest problem is that they sold a star nut which is easily available in market in 1or 2 rs they had charged 15rs from me

            so please please Kindly Take some action regarding this workshop.

            female executives talks badly, its really shameful being a telecaller job for appointment purpose for service.
            i got my bike repaired from your workshop from okhla, due to electrical fault in november, they changed B.C.U and said it was because of central locking then i removed it, in april it went off again then they said this problem will not come again, i get it changed again, it went off again in may, i went to the workshop again they talked to me rudely, so tell me that what to do.i took 150cc because it will be cheap in every matter but it is getting really expensive.nobody was agreeing to repair my bike, instead they put a damaged B.C.U in my bike and because of that nothing is working in my bike, no lights no indicators not even the metre.i kindly want u to contact me as soon as possible.

              I am a prime customer of bajaj outo mobile and i have registered my complaint of Silencer problem at bajaj authorised service station at meerut and my bike is in warranty period.

              Date of Complaint: 29. oct.2008, for replacement of Silensor.

              And it is very unfortunate that till Know my problem is not been sought out by the servise station and they are doing my harasment by telling me that no stock is available to them by bajaj auto mobile.

              Please see to my complaint as urgent because it's know almost a 2 1/2 month that my complaint is not being resolved. And i am not satisfied with the servises of bajaj.

                  I am highly disgusted with the maintenance cost of my Bajaj Pulsar 2005 model forced on me by Bajaj Jai Autos, West Mambalam, Chennai. I have been giving it to them for service ever since I bought it in 2005. These guys are always ready to replace the parts rather than fixing them. In a span of three years I have incurred a cost of thousands of rupees on bike services. I am not sure if this is due to poor quality spares of Bajaj or simple marketing gimmick. Unfortunaltely even I do not have much options as this centre falls the closest to my home and everytime i make up my mind to repeat the same mistake of trustung these useless people. On the whole it is only the customer who loses all the hard earned money to such irresponsible organisations.

                        I have a complaint to make..

                        I gave my Bike(PULSAR MH 02 AB 1647) for accident work in Sai Service(Borivali branch) on 10th of Sept 08, they gave me a estimate of Rs 16000/-.

                        Today when i called up in borivali branch to know the status of my bike they told me call in andheri branch and when i called there they kept me on hold for
                        35mins and then they told that there is no such complaint for accident work...so again i called up in borivali branch the lady told me that all the technician are gone for a lunch break and she disconnected the line in between of our conversation.

                        Then i got a call from a Sai Service(borivali) Mr Amol The Manager was using abusive language...this is no way of treating their customers.

                        We are giving our vehicles for servicing and we pay for it...we must get a good service, we are not paying to hear abusive words from your staff.

                        Then again i called up in borivli branch then they replied we are not interested in giving any service to you.

                        So i want an explaination that why you are not interested in giving service to me?

                        i think that everyone is aware of the poor service stations of bajaj.i have a bajaj platina(6 months old) and every time i give my bike for servicing there are poorly handeled.the only thing that mechanics do during is washing.
                        people working in the jamshedpur service station dont know how to talk with their consumersa problem occured with my bike battery, so i thought to give it for a servicing.in the job card i mentioned the problem.i was assured by a staff that my problem wuld be solved but later in the evening i was frustated to know that everything was taken care of except the problem i mentioned.after complaning to the manager the problem was solved but again the same problem arose in less than 10 days.
                        Bad Service

                        I purchased a new bajaj xcd 125 2008, india april 30, 2008. I immediately had a problem with it. my bike engine seas and cylinder kit damage after that i going to bajaj agency in faridabad
                        and not available in cylinder kit in all faridabad dealers,
                        these problem 15 september2008 and no results till today.

                        The Bajaj service station in Pune (Aundh) is definitely one of the least equipped ones- to repair a bike.
                        I had given my bike for repair, they took a week, charged a bomb and the worst- broke the bike stand.
                        When I argued about it, they said they haven't done it.

                        Expected better service from Bajaj, at least acknowledge the mistake, instead of arguing with customers.
                        Hi am hkraju, am using my Bajaj Wind Bike from past 2 yrs. Its in gud condition. I purchased it from my friend now is in London. Every 3-4 months i gave it to servicing at VST Bajaj Service Station, Cottonpet, Bangalore, everytime when i gave my bike they charge bomb like 1, 500 or 1, 800 and am not satisfied since they dont do full service except powerwash. On 23rd July '09 I gave my bike for service, he told that he will give my bike 2 days later since some pulsar campaign is going on in that S.Station. the next day i got shock to hear a call from VST Bajaj Service Station that some bearing has broken to that they have to get from other Station so that they may take 2 days time also it cost around 3, 500Rs. Then i agree to give, later after 4 days they didn't call or sms me. [censored] man I got frustrated to hear that still service not done. Now could anybody help me any gud Bajaj Service Station to get my service for my bike in Bangalore!!! VST Bajaj Service Station, Cottonpet is a gud for nothing station, they cheat customers like us... Be aware of this dudes.

                        I have bought a new XCD 125 in 28 th April, 2008. Since last week of October, 2009 I am facing a problem with the silencer. And the Rolta Bajaj, Kolkata has suggested to replace that. I do agree with them. But still I am not getting the new silencer due to availability problem. The bike is running with the harming sound. So please suggest me something by which I can get the satisfaction about my bike.

                        Do you have any scheme for exchange this bike instead of Pulsar 150 / 180?

                        Sai Service Facility — Not giving the money back neither they are not providing service

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had a requirement for a baby care taker / nanny for my 1 year old son. I searched in internet and got contact details of Sai Service Facility. I contacted Mr. Manjunath and he promised to offer the service for 5000. She came with a lady next day and took the details. He insisted for cash on the same day, but I told I will give it only on the day the maid will come to my house. On that Friday he was supposed to send that girl. She didnt turn up. When I called he said she is not ready since its a long distance for her because I am staying in Bilekahhli, Bannerghatta Road. He promised to arrange a new lady in replacement of that.

                        Next day he came up with a lady and I briefed her that I will alone in my house during day time and she has to to take care of my baby since I am working in night shift. She agreed to that and was in my house till evening. While going she said she will come back tomorrow by 8:30 or 9.

                        she didnt turn up, when I enquired I came to know that her husband is not ready to send her. Manjunath was shouting at me saying why did I had to let her know that I will be available at home. I said I cant hide those things, what if she leaves in between and I do not have anyone to take care of my some. Again he told that he will arrange another girl. He took contact details of a nanny who posted her advertisement on free add and bring her after couple of days. She was around 50+, cant even bend, cook food for my son, took him to toilet. Then what is the point of appointing a nanny like this?

                        She came for a day and my son fell sick. I informed her not to come and also informed Manjunath that I dont require any service if he cant provide someone who stays there atleast for a month and who is not too old. Asked him to take[protected] from 5000 which I gave and return rest of the amount.

                        He was not intersted in that. He was threatening me saying he is a localite and he know how to handle the things if I complain, (I told him that I will complain to nearest police station for cheating) Then I asked him to provide a maid who can do house hold works if he cant return the money. Agreed to that but no response after that.

                        I tried calling, he is not responding. Then I contacted him through a family friend of mine who is a localite and knows the local language. Manjunath told him that he will arrange a maid on one condition that I have to go to his office and pick her because he cant spend more for commutation. We agreed with that and asked him to attend my call.

                        Its going to be a month and whenever I call from my no he wont pick up. If I call from different no as soon as he hear my voice he will disconnect. My wife also called him and told its Althaf;s wife he disconnected the call.

                        Could you please help me out in getting my money back? He says its the admission fee and that cant be refund. I dont remember like a clause, he is not sending a maid as well.

                        Because of his Nanny my kid fell sick. Spend lots of phone calls and still now he is not ready to respond.

                        Awaiting an help from your side. Please let me know what I have to do?

                        I have also experianced same about Bajaj Service. They dont even bother to give proper answers. They treat customers as if they are begging for needed service to these, so much busy, VIP people. I hate Bajaj for their service and worst way of treating customers.

                          i got a Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC about 1.5 of yrs back, i used to get service my bike only thru bajaj service center not frm outside till, but about a wk back i went to ur service Station in CHENNAI Name: SAKTHI BAJAJ which is FIT for NOTHING dont know they are having Qualified service people or some one jus like that ...REALLY BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD, i went for a complaing to change a Speed o mtr Cable as my Speedo mtr not working, they accpted to change the cable due to cable fault, but they are saying that DONT HAVE STOCK of this particular cable from JAN 10 i.e before pongal holiday till date, why there is a demand in it & why dont u increase in production.Then i have a Disc brake problem & they are not responding properly.I m suggesting my frens & Dear ones that not to go for the SAKTHI BAJAJ Servive place in chennai. ITS NT A SERVICE PLACE its a TROUBLE PLACE.Thay will not have SPARES****** & They wont service properly ... ???????? TO DO .

                          Sir,
                          i own 150cc pulsar[protected] model.As from the second sevice dated my disk brake had frequent complaints i reported to the delear they only cleaned the disk pad and sooner i had the same complain again (sound disturbance).I would kindly bring to your notice my date of warranty is over and now have to buy a new full disk brake set..kindly do the needfull help...
                          And due to dissatisfaction gave up company service and my 3rd and fourth service had been done outside of the showroom.

                            Never get a good service from Bajaj service station., even get more defect in my bike.
                            With deep regret, i want to say that again i have suffered from ur bad services. As per directed by u i hv given my bike Pulser 180 DTSI for servicing at Bajaj Service station.

                            They hd taken more then 9 hdys to fix my bike problem.

                            I hd paid a good amount for that service.

                            Today i had bought new Bajaj Diccover135CC bike at 7.30 Pm.I am starting my travelling from the show room with that new bike.After 15 mins i stopped the bike and again i started but self Start is not working and neutral light was not blinking and horn also not working.This is my very worst experience from BAJAJ DISCOVER.With in 15 mins the total problems will be affected.Pls take care this issue with in 1 Day.                               I have puchase a bike (model no pulsar 180cc dts-1)from swadeshi automobiles limited located in raja garden.& in between 7 to 8 mnths, i have suffer a lot of problem in engine & self.& rama road service centre manager mr habdu sd i have see the proble & sure to me the problem is sort out. but again the prible comes this time & rama road service centre person sd cant change the engine, Sd the engine is cease, & charge frome me more amnt, so pls reauest you to enclosed my complain & change my engine as soon as possible.pls

                                There is a cracking sound in my bick engian in 8 months only its clucth plate expire in 6 month.its all about my bajaj xcd.its service are to bad.their management are too bad(kisoregunj, ranchi).they treats very badly with coustomers.
                                I have a list of problems with my new Bajaj Platina 125cc bike: (before that let me remind you that I have been riding various bikes [KineticHonda, SuzukiSamurai, HeroHodasplendor, TVSStarCity] for more than 10yrs)

                                1. Within the second month, the brake shoe got worn-out. (never happened with earlier bikes, never)
                                2. In the second servicing, my indicator buzzer was missing. (when asked the next day, they said "We don't know anything, it's your problem" )
                                3. By the time its seven months, the clutch plates are gone. (And for this Service center was charging me Rs.1000/-)

                                I don't know if it's the manufacturer's problem or the dealer/service center's play of swapping with old parts to steal money from the customers.

                                And now I am hating this 125cc Bajaj Platina bike.
                                Same thing happened ... three times they changed my cluctch plate for within 1 year (for Bajaj XCD).

                                The bike is worst...

                                plz plz dont buy any bajaj bike ...they need lot of services...with min[protected] per service charges ;

                                dealer/service center's play of swapping with old parts to steal money from the customers.

                                  I am in staying in Ahmedabad having a Bajaj Pulsar with me -, after one month my bike engine was very high temperature even running only 1 km then we visit Bajaj ( Amin Ahmedabad ) they people told us its nothing more major problem about high tempertatiure, . Then we continuously complaint to Bajaj ( Amin ) but till date we not getting proper response. So we request kindly suggestion on this matter. Because sometime we thought that engine was blast, it’s really high temperature.

                                  I had given my discover ( C.C) bearing registration No. TN 09 BD 5717 for service on your authorised Service Centre, , west mamblam, chennai.

                                  The vehicle was given on the assurance of theservice engineer that it would be ready within a maximum of 10 days and also at the same time requested for grace period of a maximum of another 5 days, which was agreed by me.

                                  However, in spite of my repeated follow-ups and requests, the vehicle has not yet been serviced and handed over to me till date.

                                  I have been suffering a lot for my transportation needs. Request the Bajaj Management to appropriate action against the authorised service centre and enable the early completion of service of my vehicle.
                                  Here after not rectifi my problem i give complaint in consumer court.
