Hi, My Name is Vimmi Customer ID:38448740. I am exits Bajaj Finance customer. I had completed 10 emis out of 14 of my previous loan but I come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. and what can i do for reactive my card again.

    Sir, i am eluri venkat narayana business man from guntur city, krishna nagar,, i visited brodipeta b new mobiles private limited show room... We choose samsung c7 phone 25000 worth... Shop manager introduced to ur bajaj finserv exicutive mr. Ravi to get finance to c7 mobile.. Mr. Ravi bajaj finserv exicutive mis behaved with us.. No respect in reciving, no responcibility in dutys... He mis behaves with all the customers also, irritating on custmers with negligency mode... Due to his mis-behavier and bad language we did not intrest to take c7 cell finance.. We advise to him that this is not correct way of recieving.. But no change his nature then... We went back even already got sanctioned amount from bajaj to get finance 42858 rupess... Bajaj is very credible organisation but due to that type of employees mr. Ravi who played like vulgar and his irritation nature, it (Bajaj) could get bad name in market... Check my details eluri venkata narayana, krishna nagar, guntur-cell: [protected].

      On 27th march 2017 i got a call from bajaj
      Finserv, they told about digital lounge features. As i am an existing bajaj customer i felt if i take this digital lounge that will increase my limit and alos i will get many more other benefits with it. They promised me 25k worth gift coupons if i pay them 3999/- for digital lounge. I have done it. But till day i dint get any digital lounge benefits or gift coupons. Bajaj finserv cheated me.. The guy who called me, his name is chetan varute. I mailed him abt this several times but no thank response.

          Hello
          I am very disappointed and saddened with Bajaj Finance lending experience. I have applied for a top up personal loan for the amount 4, 70, 000Rs on 11th Oct after receiving the call from Bajaj executive about my eligibility and my loan got processed and approved on 13th Oct.my account statement and repayment schedule got generated on the same day.But i did not receive the funds in my account till date but the EMI amount got deducted from my account.
          I tried caling area sales representative but failed to get any resolution till date.
          My Loan account No is 404SPL54498245, Plz help.

            My Bajaj Finserv consumer id is 8112818. I am a genuine and an existing customer of bajaj finserv for past 7 years and hold a gold emi card ending with 1679. I received an email regarding bajaj elite card. As per the instructions i have paid Rs.4777 on 24th Aug 17(txn id 619083). In return I received transaction successful message. Since then I have neither received any call nor any message nor any email regarding the status of elite EMI card. I have been continuously trying to contact Bajaj Finserv digital lounge customer care to no avail. On connecting no one answers the call even after waiting for more than an hour. The company has not resolved my complaint even after mailing to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 11 Oct 17 (SRN[protected]. The service of the customer care is putrid and not present at all. I'm dissatisfied, frustrated, angry and taken aback by the quality of service of by Bajaj Finserv.
            This is my humble request to you to either refund the amount or to issue the card at the earliest. Please ensure that you are taking right decision as soon as possible.

            It's been a week since I last received a call from Bajaj Finserv executive telling me that my refund is being processed and my account will be credited in a week. Yet, after a week, I still have not got the refund. I guess there's no other option left other than the COURT. See you there BAJAJ FINSERV!

            I'm yet to receive the refund even after commitment by Bajaj Finserv executive of processing the same within a week on 7 Nov. They are just fooling and looting people. Everyone be careful of this fraud by Bajaj. I have lost all the respect I once had for the company. Worst customer service ever.

            I have received 3 calls in past 2 days and everytime I had to explain that I want to cancel this card and want a refund. Still, my request for cancellation has nit been processed, as am given the same answer let me check and come back. I don't know how many days it takes to process a simple cancellation and refund for such a reputed company as Bajaj Finserv. Will anyone who can really do something about this contact me?

                I have availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv (Loan account no 4050pl[protected] due to unforeseen circumstances i have not been able to pay my emi for the last 2 months and have had irregularities on my emi's.

                I have had multiple emails, whatsapp communication with the following collection employees of bajaj finserve :

                Area collection manager
                Deepak pawar - collection executive

                I have left my current organization and currently looking for employment for the last 3 months which is why this financial crunch

                I have a wife who is 34 years old and he's been harassed by your collection team.

                Recently i got a call from my previous employer that they have received an arbitary notice from bajaj finance to represent them in court on my behalf.

                The collection team have been calling on my official number which does not belong to me since i have left the organization and harassing the person who is using the number

                This is harassment and legally not permitted, i would urge you to please stop these asap

                    Please ensure that I do not want to receive this fees of 117. Was never agreed too probably signed and you have a hidden clause somewhere. No representative has informed me of the same. There is no link to pay this amount as well

                        Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction to date.
                        An annual inactive fee of rs 117 will be collected as on 23rd nov 2017, as i have received the sms stating the same, which i will not agree.

                          Please check why my emi card is blocked. My payment is not irregular or bounce more than one. Bajaj finserv recover his interest rate as bounce charge or late payment. I already paid my emi but bajaj finserv can't clear in bank than emi bounce and apply charge. I dont know why bajaj finserv give fix date for emi when bajaj finserv clear cheque any time in month after emi date lapsed.

                                I applied EMI card when I borrowed loan on 2015. Till date I am not received my card. In Bajaj finserve customer portal login my account it's shows that card is blocked and not yet send courier. I don't no why it's happen, I paid properly my all emi's and close the Loan 2016. But till date I am not get that Emi card and also my NOC. If anyone guide me how to get? My account customer ID is : 27454646

I have purchased many things through Bajaj but due to my employer issue I was unable to clear dues in time but I have closed all the loans and so requesting you to check all the past transactions and unblock my card after checking cibil record.

                                    I have taken a od facilities​ in month of july 2017 from bajaj fin. I have closed my od in month of september 2017 and i get noc from them also, but september 2017 they have applied cheque bounce charges as same discussed to them and after long discussion i have sort it out as they accepted their fault but in oct 2017 again they have applied cheque bounces charges. I am so frustrated with this company and i have every discussion record in my registered mail id.

                                    Request to you help to me in this case because my cibil score is hitting now.
