Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction to date.
An annual inactive fee of rs 117 will be collected as on 23rd nov 2017, as i have received the sms stating the same, which i will not agree.
Please deactivate this card as soon as possible.

    Please check why my emi card is blocked. My payment is not irregular or bounce more than one. Bajaj finserv recover his interest rate as bounce charge or late payment. I already paid my emi but bajaj finserv can't clear in bank than emi bounce and apply charge. I dont know why bajaj finserv give fix date for emi when bajaj finserv clear cheque any time in month after emi date lapsed.

          I applied EMI card when I borrowed loan on 2015. Till date I am not received my card. In Bajaj finserve customer portal login my account it's shows that card is blocked and not yet send courier. I don't no why it's happen, I paid properly my all emi's and close the Loan 2016. But till date I am not get that Emi card and also my NOC. If anyone guide me how to get? My account customer ID is : 27454646

            This shall not be satisfying feedback from Bajaj. I have purchased many things through Bajaj but due to my employer issue I was unable to clear dues in time but I have closed all the loans and so requesting you to check all the past transactions and unblock my card after checking cibil record.

              I have taken a od facilities​ in month of july 2017 from bajaj fin. I have closed my od in month of september 2017 and i get noc from them also, but september 2017 they have applied cheque bounce charges as same discussed to them and after long discussion i have sort it out as they accepted their fault but in oct 2017 again they have applied cheque bounces charges. I am so frustrated with this company and i have every discussion record in my registered mail id.

              Request to you help to me in this case because my cibil score is hitting now.

                    I have taken bajaj finance loan of rs 17990/- for my vivo v5 and my loan account number is 401dpf47423935 i just now had a look into my statement there was a term called subvention charge of rs 1262/- i want to know the exact reason why it has been mentioned like that???

                    Also check why you guys added my above loan with personal loan which was of 102000/- now total amount is showing 112000/- and interest rs showing according 112000/-...??

                            Bajaj finserv credit card dept. Gave me a offer for gold card free of cost and annual charges but it was upgraded to platinum and charge will rs 999/ year. It was done without my permission and i sent a email on[protected] to cancel my request. I again received a message on[protected] and it was mentioned that your service query has been successfully closed
                            On[protected], i again received a message that your credit card returned undelivered. But now they sent me a bill of rs 1178.82. So it is fraud with me

                            I have opted for bajaj finserv elite card by paying an amount of Rs.4777/- for which I was assisted by Miss. Shweta Chavan but even after one month I have not received my elite card & also vouchers for Rs.30, 000/- which I was briefed about during my membership. Now they have stopped responding to my mails also.

                              I have financed a product from bajaj finserv for which i am paying all emi on time but after that an amount of rs. 295 has been deducted from my account every month. I have compliand earlier about this and got my money back but again this month same amount has been deducted from my account. I have sent the mail 1week ago to bajaj finserv regarding this but they didnt respond. This time they are saying that my bank has deducted this amount even if its clearly mentioned in my bank statement that the deduction is from bajaj finserv. I request you to help me to get my money back also i want assurance from the company that it'll not happen again in future. Attached is my bank statement ad mail from bajaj finserv

                                  I bought an iphone 5s in august 2015 on emu by you. I lied the services. But now i am getting 5-6 calls daily from you about to take loans. I don’t need any loan.                                   Almost cleared 30000 loan and got clearance certificate and confirmed the payment., but this people suddenly raised the 700/- balance and cased about it! And for just 700rs these talking very rudely warning again and again using words like police, court & fine and all.. I hope you need to take action over this issue.

Anybody can imagine my pain when I have to leave all my works to keep pick up a call which turns to be from bajaj finance. This is despite my no is DND registered. Hope complaing here will resolve my issue.

                                    My car met with an accident on 07.05.2017. I applied for an accidental claim within a week from the date of accident and given my car for repairing at motor art, dwarka, sec 14, new delhi on 07.05.2017.

                                    It is almost 6 months from the incident, but yet i have not received any status of my claim. Please note my complaint against the concerned staff / department and do needful to pass my claims as soon as possible.

                                    I am not given any status of claim by your company. This much delay for passing a claim and non cooperation by your staff is not acceptable.

                                    Bajaj Finance debited my bank account for not using their EMI Card which was issued when i took the first consumer loan that is after 2 years. i can agree if there is any charges for issuing the card. when i checked the company mentioned as their policy. they playing with the fine prints as terms and conditions.
