I had availed personal loan from bajaj. While availing the loan bajaj representative mentioned and the same is transpired in the agreement that there will be nil charges for loan foreclosure.

Having said that while closing the loan bajaj has charged me rs. 6225 as pre closure charges which ultra vires the contract signed by bajaj with me.

This is an immoral and illegal practice from bajaj

I hereby request to please help me claim refund of rs. 6225 from bajaj

    I have a bajaj emi card. On 14.11.2016, my emi card limit was around rs. 1, 18, 000/- which was confirmed by sms sent by bajaj finserv. Thereafter i have not used this limit for any purchase. Also, i have promptly cleared the emis for 3 products purchased earlier (Before 14.11.2016).
    Today i. E. On 05.10.2017, when i tried to purchase a mobile of rs. 10, 999/-, payment failed saying the reason that i do not have the enough credit limit on my emi card. After that a sms was also received from bajaj finserv that current available limit on emi card is around 3, 300/-.
    This is not the proper service provided by bajaj finserv. Credit limit is directly reduced from rs. 1, 18, 000 to rs.3, 300/-

But, unfortunately the same set is completely damaged since 02.10.2017. You are therefore requested please replace the same set and obliged.

          This is to inform you that recently i had purchased vivo y55s from my bajaj finserv policy no.6x2dfs47817207 insurance policy no. (Im0651277). I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i am not interested to take this insurance.
          Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately.

              I am manoj from tamilnadu. I have not taken any loan from bajaj finance in my life time. But bajaj finance have started to take emi through ecs from my account, from april 2017. When i checked with my nearest bajaj finance erode branch, i found that my savings account has been mapped to vijay narayan joshi, a bajaj finance customer from thane branch. When i requested bajaj finance branch manager to clear this problem, the bajaj finance manager and the employees harassed with abusive language. An amount of inr 4000 has been debited by bajaj finance. I request you to give my money back. I have visited the branch five times. I have incurred a loss of inr 10000 and i have lost my reputation from the bank because of cheque bouncing. I havent given any cheque to bajaj finance. I have attached the bank statement and vijay narayan joshi statement for your reference. Have undergone stress and pain because of bajaj finance. I need a proper compenstation.

                I G.suresh writing you this to let you know that this company's Pune Branch executives forced me to apply for loan which I didn't avail it till today. They gave me email confirmation that Rs. 15000 processing fees will be refunded and they didn't return 30% of it until today. Raised several complaints on the company portal and customer service but always they are supporting and backing their sales team. This is ridiculous, I paid such a high fee for no reason. Pl. help me recover my hard earned money. Thank you, Suresh

                    We had applied for a bajaj finserv emi loan for furniture from royal oak, bannerghatta road in the month of april. However, we did not purchase and cancelled the order. We went to the royal oak branch from where we had applied for bajaj finserv loan and gave a written request to cancel our loan and the order in may.
                    We were informed to keep our bank account to the minimum for the month of june as the cancellation request may take some time.
                    We got a call from the bajaj finserv staff and a sms confirming our loan has been cancelled. The bajaj finserv app also showed the status as cancelled in june.
                    However, in july, we were debitted an emi amount of rs. 11714 for the cancelled loan. We kept calling and following up with bajaj finserv and royal oak who both confirmed the debit is a mistake from bajaj finserv's end. We have written confirmation wherein the branch manager has agreed and comfirmed the refund to be processed. On calls, they even said it will be released in september. However, we havent received anything yet.

My mb nr is [protected].since three month he assures every day money will be deposited.next day.but till now that not came but now we are trying to reach manager of that region, He is not picking call .left with no option we have filed complaint in district consumer court too..

                        I am manish kumar, i am staying in muzaffarpur bihar, i have applied for emi card while bye sansui tv in kavya electronics world, maripur, muzaffarpur, (Applied for loan with sf id sf 6786914 for loan amount 1700.00 and my policy mo. Is og[protected] with out information you are dispatched my card, when my card came i don't no, i asked kavya electronics worls in muzaffarpur, they told my be your card came & returned, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end. Secondly, i trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.

                                I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as i see ur numbers. Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand. My no is [protected]. Please take this as a legal notice. If calls from bajaj finance does not stop i will file a fir of mental harassment against bajaj finance. And i also request goverment of india to see this as an important issue. They must have harrased millions of people by wasting thousands of valuable manhours of active working...

                                  Sir/mam, i want to deactivate my bajaj finserv card with immediate effect i. E dated 1 oct 2017. It is also seen that on dated 28 sep 2017 rs117 got deducted without any intimation to me. Kindly return my money asap. Your customer care also doesn't work and there is no option to speak to customer care representative. I am very much frustrated by your pathetic service and i will also complain regarding the same in ministry of finance stating how you are deducting our hard earned money.

                                    My registered mobile number is now out of service from last 6 months, because of that iam not getting update and loan status on my mobile. So i want to change my mobile number. I want to register new mobile number which presently iam using. Iam trying to get all details regarding my loan status as well as card detail but every time wants password and registered mobile number to be entered. I forgot password also. Iam having emi card no. So please consider this my complaint and do the needful

                                      Dear bajaj finance team,
                                      I am receiving regular phone calls from bajaj finance service from various executives regarding to take loan/overdraft. I am not interested to take any such loan. I have called several calls to stop this but it's not stopped it's become hershing to me, so please stop the same immediately, if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [protected].
