After payment i received a message our assistant call after 10 minutes and elite card send through my mailing address but i did not received still on date please solve the my problem

      Hi, my name is hansa shah customer id : 9599637. I am exits bajaj finance customer. I had completed lones but i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
      I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. And what can i do for reactive my card again.

        One of the worst network in india from last 7 days continuously getting messages and emails for pre approval loan i sent a message to 56070 twice got a call that someone will come to collect the documents i was waiting continuously 2 days simultaneously i also get a mail for the same that i have some pre approved loan.

        After all i called customer care no called around 20 times a guy picked and said sir yes you have approval and someone will come to collect the documents and immediately disconnected the call without saying anything.

        I again called and mailed to wecare. Got reply in 24 hours only to say that sir you should call customer care no [protected] i called again a guy picked and he was polite he confirmed me everything and noted down my address and confirmed that someone will come to collect the documents. Today i have been waited whole day that someone is really coming but all in vain.

        I called once again after using several attempts a girl picked the call she said that you loan has been put on hold i told her that yesterday i got a call and a guy confirmed me everything you guys are wasted my whole day.

        A team o[censored]nprofessional disconnecting the call immediately without giving proper information

        2. You guys are misguiding your customer if you don't have proper information you don't have rights to waste their time.

        3. If you do not have any preapproval of 1.75, 000/- why did u sending me messages and mails did you not check my cibil and other things.

        4. Way of propoganda their business

          2017 through bajaj finserve loan but still the date i don't have to receive the emi card. I have to call your customer care but no one response and not receive the call so, i repeat in on the branch, but yours employee say to your emi card will not get.???
          In this way, the complain often takes place at the bajaj dealer store.

            Dear concerned

            I am extremely exhausted and harassed by your loans department (Or people may be posing to be from bajaj fin)

            I received a call on behalf of your organization offering personal loan. On asking about the details i was explained a business plan wherein i need to buy an insurance policy equal to the amount of the loan required and would need to pay the insurance premium for the same for next 10 years and upon maturity of the same policy after 15 years, the loan amount and the interest of 5% would be deducted from the maturity amount and the balance amount would be paid back to me. I was given a loan approval id a[protected]l regarding the same.

            This entire conversation was handled by a lady named preeti singh from delhi (Mob# [protected]) also, she had sent me details regarding this arrangement via sms from mob # [protected]

            After discussions, we agreed upon an amount of 10lacs for the loan and a half yearly premium of rs. 50, 000/-

            2 days later a representative of hdfc life approached me for the insurance and i completed the documentation and handed over a cheque of 50, 000 to him.

            Issue 1

            On 18th october i received the policy document and to my surprise, the half early premium mentioned on the policy document was rs.47, 847 against a receipt of rs.50, 000/-

            I spoke to preeti again and she assured me that she has spoken to the concerned people and the difference amount will get refunded

            Issue 2

            Since i received the insurance policy, i was informed that the loan dispersal process would take approx. 15 working days so i waited patiently.in the meanwhile, i received a call from mob# [protected] posing to be from accounts department for verification of the loan details and final dispersal and was assured that a letter of appointment and the loan agreement will be dispatched to my address in next 24 working hours and an appointment shall be arranged to the local bajaj fin office where i would need to handover the original policy for mortgage and after that the agreed loan amount shall be credited to my account.

            Now it has been over 4 weeks since this last progress. And i have been calling constantly to the following numbers to get status of my loan but no one is giving any concrete information. Getting below mentioned responses:

            No answer, phone keeps ringing

            Call waiting and then someone disconnects the call

            Once in 2 3 days someone might pick the call and say that they will ask the concerned person to call back, then again no responses

            In case call is answered. Someone new pics up the call and says they have no idea regarding the status and the previous person i spoke to is not available.

            Today i visited ur chandigarh office and they said that they have no information regarding any such product and they cannot help and i should file a police complaint.

            I have been calling these people non stop for last 3 weeks, at least 200 calls a day. Since morning there was no reply, i called from some other number and an executive shweta answered the call and said ria is in a meeting and they would ask her to call back.
            To my surprise, on one of the numbers a rude girl answered the call and said "aaj chhat pooja ki chutti hai, office me koi nai hai" when i asked her that then how come your other phones are in use as i am getting call waiting on them, she disconnected the call and switched off the phone.

            Now again when i called, an executive named atharv answered the call in an arrogant tone and said ria has gone home. On insisting to speak to any other senior person, he replied that call tommorow. When i told him that i have been calling since 3 weeks, he said "3 hafte se call kar rahe ho, kal kar loge to mar jaoge kya"

            This is the way you guys treat customers after duping their money? Shame on u guys

            These are the only 3 numbers i have for them, in case i ask for the number of their senior person, they say they are not allowed to share.

            Now, i am not sure if these people are running a scam in name of bajaj fin or they are really so unprofessional assuming that they are your employees.in any case, i am stuck with an insurance policy of rs. 956, 940/- instead of 10lacs with a premium charged rs.47, 847/- against a payment of rs 50, 000/- and no clear status of the promised loan

            I request you to kindly look into the matter and revert on urgent basis

            Today again spoke to Shweta on [protected] and got the same reply that she had forwarded the request to the concerned persons last week and she will arrange a call back in an hour. Its almost 2 hours now. Last Friday also she committed the same but no call back or status update was provided by anyone.

            Also, Please note that since last week I have observed that these people are not answering calls from my number [protected]. Every time I have been able to speak to them is when I have called from some other number and later on they don't answer calls from that new number also.
            Fantastic Service

            Please help me as I an in a big mess because of these guys.

            I contacted the HDFC Life Insurance people also and as per them this insurance policy was sold to me through a TPA (details mentioned Below) if this helps in investigating

            In response to the trail main and response from you end I would like to update you regarding the progress since

            I have been constantly trying to get this issue resolved and have been able to contact the following people

            1. Shweta ( Mobile No.[protected]

Anuj Agarwal from Transaction Department, Emp Code : BE-01690, ( Mobile No.[protected] I have called this number many times and spoken to Anuj, But since last few days a lady answers the call and sometimes says its not Anuj's number, sometimes she will say that Anuj is in a meeting, BUT SHE DOES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SHE IS WORKING FOR BAJAJ FINANCE)

            3. Sonia Kapoor : Sr. Manager ( Mobile No.[protected]

            After I received this e-mail from your end, I constantly called up on[protected] which earlier belonged to someone named Ria and now for last 1 month another lady named Shweta answers the call. I informed her regarding the response I received from your end and she once again assured me that she will send an e-mail to the concerned team and get this resolved.

            Next Day, I received a call from Mobile no.[protected] from a person named Anuj Aggarwal and he said that he is in-charge of my file as Preeti Singh has gone on an extended leave due to health issues. As per him the reason for the delay in the loan was that their accounts dept had put an enquiry regarding Transaction fee to be charged and since preeti is not there, the issue is pending since. He also explained that the product under which the loan has been offered, there is no such fee applicable and he will get it sorted. He requested me to give him 2 days time to get things sorted out. After 2 days he called me and then connected my call to his senior named Sonia Kapoor who said that she works as a Sr. Manager wd Bajaj Finance ( Mobile Number :[protected] and she reassured that the things are in motion and the loan shall be dispersed soon. This was during the first week of November

            Since Then I have been in regular contact with Sonia Kapoor, But every week she keeps on giving one excuse or the other and says that it will be done within next 4-5 days and now today she said that she has received an e-mail that it will b done on 5th December.

            Now

            I understand that your response in the trail mail suggests that this offer was a scam but on the other hand I have been able to contact these people on day after day basis, So I am not able to come to a conclusion that If these people were frauds, why are they still responding to the calls.

            Now the issue is, That based upon commitment of this loan I had made further financial commitments ( I was in need of finances, that's why I applied for this loan in first place) and now it has been more than 2 months that I am suffering. All My business is stuck up since then and am on the verge on a financial breakdown.

            I would request you all to kindly look into this matter with some extra attention beyond you regular scope of escalation handling and get it resolved as soon as possible.

            Also, I would really appreciate if you can provide me with contact number of some senior officials in your organization with whom I can discuss this matter over the phone rather than e-mails.

              My father purchase lg washing machine in mahalaxmi lg baramti on bajaj emi card but lg dealer cannot tell him emi date of every month my father emi 17th date of month but actullally emi date 7 th of month... When i saw it totally half emi payment late aur some emi advance..

                Lot of hidden charges,
                Without information amount get dedicated, so many issue
                No customer care services
                Nobody will not take complaints.

                    I have a bajaj finance emi card ending with number 4937. My name is amal kumar maity. My experia id is 34301658. I want to deactivate my emi card as early as it is possible because yearly a amount is being deducted from my related bank account for not using the card. I want to deactivate this card immediately. Yearly a amount of rs. 117 /- is being deducted from my account for not using the crad. It is to say to the authority to immediately discard the card as i have already visited at the bajaj finance office at manjusree, haldia several times but the officials are very reluctant to dismiss my card. Kindly look into the matter.

                      I am using bajaj finserv emi card tow loan account are running now one is 402dpf39374956 and other is 402rem39548588, i have already given cancelled check and filled form also, even though they have been taken wrong account number because of that my emi overdue happen, and when the person comes to collect emi i have paid all emi, even also they are asking me overdue amount without any mistake from my side.

                        Hi had applied for pl and i had confirmed the roi as 9%. Later they came to collect documents and i submitted the documents except the current address proof as i wanted to reconfirm roi and processing fee before they grant the loan. The next day of taking the documents they didn't call me to confirm anything but they just credited loan to my account at 10.47% roi. I tried to call them but no one is picking my call as they know i had cald earlier for confirming roi and now when write email to their service centre they say as per your documents signed it's granted.

                        When i didn't even submit current address proof how can they credit the loan to my account???

                          Myself rajanagowda patil a customer of bajaj finserv registered with ph. No: [protected]

                          I previously had two emi's pinned with following lan ids:

                          4040cd34337455 : (Monthly emi of 2099/-)

                          4040cd34337533 : (Monthly emi of 4249/-)

                          I have already cleared both the above emis last month (Sept).
                          Please find the attached document as proof.

                          On month of august, (08/17) i got fined 450/- and paid already for delayed payement.
                          But still bajaj finserv has withdrawn 590/- on 23rd oct 2017 from my linked sbi savings account.
                          Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
                          The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 2 times from my account (Total=590/-) with the below message.

                          Chrg recvd-mandate fail txn dt.07/08/17bajaj fina 295.00
                          23-oct[protected]oct-2017) to transfer

                            1. I recently used bfl card for online purchase of car insurance through bajaj allianz on 12 sep 17.

                            2. During online purchase of the policy i opted for bfl payment gateway. Due to some system error the first attempt of payment, though cleared from my bfl card, was not materialised at the bajaj finance site. Hence i made another payment using bfl for the same.

                            3. It was told that first payment will be reverted back to my bfl card as it was not received by bajaj finserv for the purchase of my policy.

                            4. However the same has not been actioned and presently my bfl statement is reflecting both the payments active. Snapshot for the same has been attached for reference. I am also attaching reply from bajaj allianz regarding one payment as failed.

                            5. It is thus requested that the issue may be resolved at the earliest and the failed payment may be reverted back to my account.

                                    I'm so and so. My id is i. D 17033737. I am a genuine and an existing customer of bajaj finserv for past 7 years. I received a message regarding bajaj elite card through bajaj finserv app. As per the instructions i have paid 4777.in return i received transaction successful message. Since i haven't received any call after that regarding that i made a call to cc continuously for 4 days. But no use of making too many calls. They just sent a link but couldn't open the link for the second time. Even if we call frequently the concern person from cc make us to wait for half an hour but the call gets disconnected automatically without proper prior information. The service of the cc is not upto the mark, really dissatisfied and taken aback by the mute service of cc.
                                    This is my humble request to you to either refund the amount or to issue the card at the earliest. Please ensure that you are taking right decision as soon as possible.
