I am using bajaj finserv emi card tow loan account are running now one is 402dpf39374956 and other is 402rem39548588, i have already given cancelled check and filled form also, even though they have been taken wrong account number because of that my emi overdue happen, and when the person comes to collect emi i have paid all emi, even also they are asking me overdue amount without any mistake from my side.

    Hi had applied for pl and i had confirmed the roi as 9%. Later they came to collect documents and i submitted the documents except the current address proof as i wanted to reconfirm roi and processing fee before they grant the loan. The next day of taking the documents they didn't call me to confirm anything but they just credited loan to my account at 10.47% roi. I tried to call them but no one is picking my call as they know i had cald earlier for confirming roi and now when write email to their service centre they say as per your documents signed it's granted.

    When i didn't even submit current address proof how can they credit the loan to my account???

      Myself rajanagowda patil a customer of bajaj finserv registered with ph. No: [protected]

      I previously had two emi's pinned with following lan ids:

      4040cd34337455 : (Monthly emi of 2099/-)

      4040cd34337533 : (Monthly emi of 4249/-)

      I have already cleared both the above emis last month (Sept).
      Please find the attached document as proof.

      On month of august, (08/17) i got fined 450/- and paid already for delayed payement.
      But still bajaj finserv has withdrawn 590/- on 23rd oct 2017 from my linked sbi savings account.
      Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
      The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 2 times from my account (Total=590/-) with the below message.

        1. I recently used bfl card for online purchase of car insurance through bajaj allianz on 12 sep 17.

        2. During online purchase of the policy i opted for bfl payment gateway. Due to some system error the first attempt of payment, though cleared from my bfl card, was not materialised at the bajaj finance site. Hence i made another payment using bfl for the same.

        3. It was told that first payment will be reverted back to my bfl card as it was not received by bajaj finserv for the purchase of my policy.

        4. However the same has not been actioned and presently my bfl statement is reflecting both the payments active. Snapshot for the same has been attached for reference. I am also attaching reply from bajaj allianz regarding one payment as failed.

        5. It is thus requested that the issue may be resolved at the earliest and the failed payment may be reverted back to my account.

            I have applied for emi card, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end.
            And, i bought the air conditioner from bajaj finserv. I am already paid 6 emi successfully and the loan no.4670cd36186161 still we don’t received any response from your side and no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.
            Kindly look into this matter asap.

                Dear sir/madam
                I'm so and so. My id is i. D 17033737. I am a genuine and an existing customer of bajaj finserv for past 7 years. I received a message regarding bajaj elite card through bajaj finserv app. As per the instructions i have paid 4777.in return i received transaction successful message. Since i haven't received any call after that regarding that i made a call to cc continuously for 4 days. But no use of making too many calls. They just sent a link but couldn't open the link for the second time. Even if we call frequently the concern person from cc make us to wait for half an hour but the call gets disconnected automatically without proper prior information. The service of the cc is not upto the mark, really dissatisfied and taken aback by the mute service of cc.
                This is my humble request to you to either refund the amount or to issue the card at the earliest. Please ensure that you are taking right decision as soon as possible.

                      I keep getting 5 to 6 phone calls every day from bajaj finserv regarding some loan offers. My number is[protected]
                      Despite repeated follow-ups and blocking these calls, i am getting 5 to 6 calls everyday which is quite annoying and frustrating.

                      Each time, they call from different ip phone numbers - some of them mentioned below so even if i block the number, next time i get call from another number.

                      This needs to stop immediately else i am forced to goto consumer court and file a written complaint.

                      Stop this mess asap.

                        L sent estimation cost copy and at that time you were replied you can repair your mobile (If repairing amount is greater that 50% of mobile price then estimation copy have to send mumbai, but mine is not exceeding that limit).

                        You are not informing me that xxxx. Xx much amount will be approval, not as mentioned in estimation copy. If you informing me at the time of approval like that item not considering or this item is considering then, that time i will decide to repair or not repair my mobile. I am taking the risk for repair mobile because of you are approval all item and amount.

                        The part which you are not considering into claim that part is mandatory for repair that's why inserted into estimation. Because this is centered part of mobile which bended at time of my mobile back panel cracked. Due to that bend mobile servicing center suggested both part need to change to fit back panel perfect.

                        So please consider all the things and approve my all estimate cost.

                            I am a valuable customer coming from the elite group from chennai.
                            I had processed my above home loan in your bank and the preclosure of my iifl home loan and disbursement of balance amount took place on 27/1/2017. But my first emi was debited on feb 10 2017. I placed a request for refund or adjustment in my principal amount.
                            Next there is a balance of rs. 1.5 lakhs which is not yet credited. I have been calling my personal banker for this money continuously and the customer care. But no replies. I had visited your office on mount road and mr. Hari who processed my loan but till date i did not get a proper explanation.
                            I am totally unhappy with your response and service. I am totally annoyed.
                            So i have decided to preclosing my loan

                                    I purchased an air conditioner back in april 2016 on emi by bajaj finserv wigh which i applied for my emi card too. But i never received my emi card. Even when i went to bajaj finserv regional office in my city they just gave me a print out saying this all i am going to get. No emi card or so. I thought all right if this is sufficient enough for all purchasing s. But when in august 2017 i wanted to buy some electronics on emi. So contacted customer care and they said no.. You can't purchase as your membership is not of that type.in bajaj finserv mobile app there my card details but i dont have a physical emi card yet. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
