I have consumer loan in bajaj finserv, without fail i'm paying all my emi and i paid fee for bajaj emi card while im taking loan but still i dint receive my emi card, im trying to contact customer care executive from past 2 months regarding emi card issue and some other quires but its not at all connecting,
I have wrote many mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but i have not received correct answer and its always irrelevant to questions or queries,
For emi deductions i gave my axis bank accounts details and my home branch in bangalore but in my bajaj login portal its showing in axis bank, coimbatore, tn. (But emi deducting in my account), and my mail id was also wrongly updated, data entry mistake is common but overall database mistake is not acceptable,
After this great service, this might be my first and last loan from bajaj group,
Im gonna suggest my friends and relations, do not buy any product or loan through or from bajaj group,
Here i was wasted my time and emi card fee but i wont let my friends and relations do same if this issue not resolved.

As we discussed,
I dont want to wish to receive Bajaj EMI Card, kindly requesting you to refund my Card Fee, if you are not willing refund, consider that as a donations and use that money to improve your customer care service.
