I shocked to see that there is a debit of rs. 194 every month from my citi savings account from 26/04/2017 till 13/09/2017 which totaled to rs.1164. I want the entire amount to be reversed in no time. How come this pilferage could happen to a customer who promptly paid the dues and got the noc also. More importantly, there is no whatsoever relationship exist since the closure of loans on 2013.

The above said issue is still waiting for conclusion. Despite of my follow-up emails, there is no one from M/s. Bajaj finserv approached me for resolving this issue. Furthermore, this pilferage of Rs.194 keep getting debited from my account every month till now despite my complaint raised about two months ago.
I will wait for another 15 days before registering a formal complaint legally against you.
Hence, await your call as early as possible to resolve this issue.
Plz activate my bajaj finserv emi card.iam not using best offers.plz solve my problem emidiatly

    My name is vaishali gohil customer id:35070873. I am exits bajaj finance customer. I had completed 1 loan without any bounce emi, and recently my 1 loan account is going on, but i come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
    Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. And what can i do for reactive my card again. I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase consumer durable, i was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop.

    Please unblock my card it's my request

      Escalation - home loan insurance 402shl31151556
      We took a home loan of 41 lacks from bajaj finserv. While waiting for the final possesion amount, we called call centre and asked the same and got to know that for the last rs. 2lacks agent has given a insurance without our knowledge. When we message the agent he said surrender the insurance and get the remaining amount but as said by call centre we will only get 1.14k. Why we should bear the loss? We have closed the personal loan and adjusted the home loan. Now we don't have any amount left for the possesion amount. Please help.

            My husband had taken personal loan rs.50000/=from bajaj finserv and was paying the emis regularly. Group insurance premium rs.1502/= (For rs.150000 sum assured) was deducted in the loan amount itself. He died within the insurance cover period. They also offered free personal life insurance of rs.150000/=. While claiming the insurance of both, they gave only the amount after deducting the loan balance from rs.150000/= for which premium was deducted. They did not give the free life insurance as they offered. I have submitted the documents to bajaj finserv and i have been asked to contact bajaj allianz. When asked in bajaj allianz, they again persue the matter with bajaj finserv.. I got the following reply from bajaj finserv: with reference to your query regarding claim we wish to confirm that we have received the documents and have forwarded the request to concerned team we would like to inform you that your service request is currently under process. We request you to allow us 90 days to resolve your query. But till now, no response from them and i have been again asked to contact bajaj allianz putting me in loop.               Earlier i posted a request to deactivate my card as i don't require it, so customer care person called me on 25.09.2017 and told me that card has been deactivated but still on 26.09.2017, rupees 117 were debited from my account as card fee. This is such a disgraceful act as my card has been already deactivated and i have no connection whatsoever with bajaj finserv but still they deducted the amount from my account.

              Regarding the same query, company's executive called me and told me that the deducted amount will be refunded back to my account and I needed to email a copy of my bank account statement for documentation purpose. I emailed the copy same day and its been nearly one month since then. I didn't receive any communication from your side neither my amount was refunded. Is this the professionalism which you people want to show your customers? this is the third time I am writing about this issue here and I hope that this time may be you will be able to spare my amount which you deducted wrongly

                Bajaj finserv emi card shown inactive whereas there is no any outstanding remains against loan. Since last 6-8 months i was faced such problems and created difficulty in purchasing the consumer goods. Really frustrated regarding the service provided by bajaj finserv through emi card. If emi card shown as inactive in coming days then there is no meaning to use such card or depend on such card.

                  Hello support,

                  I visited the bajaj finserv office, surat on 28th august and contacted mr. Dishin patel to cancel the loan and he responded saying that the loan was cancelled after which i sent several reminders to him on phone for forwarding the cancellation mail to me but i didn't receive any such mail from him. On 22nd september 2017, my account was debited with inr 10, 000 even though i requested for cancellation of the loan a month ago.

                  I request the support to look into the matter and kindly process the cancellation of my loan and refund the debited amount.

                  I visited the bajaj finserv office, on 23rd september (Saturday) at around 12:00 pm, so mr. Akshay mithaiwala attended us saying that mr. Dishin isn't available for an hour because of a meeting, but he should have been available for customers during office hours. I waited for him for an hour after which he stopped responding to calls of mr. Akshay. I contacted customer support representative at the office, and he informed us that he hasn't received my cancellation request from mr. Dishin patel and so he couldn't process my cancellation request.

                        Yeah i took loan from the above company of rs. 37, 000 but what the hell charges they applied and paid me rs. 33, 794 on my account in 26th feb.2014. Unfortunately due to health problem i missed two installment which was to be deduct on 7th of every month but instead of 7th at counter myself deposited on 17th at same month. Now the loan was completed in month of 5th march'17 this year by paying 62, 532. Till here there was no problem...

                        Loan not disburse - (Mr. Ravi rana - loan no[protected]

                        Due to different reason every-time from bajaj staff, my loan disbursement is pending, nobody has courtesy to inform, whats going on, every time, i have to make so many calls, then it gets to connect and response i gets every time that my loan will be disburse by the end of the day.

                        I mean, how can any one make fool with these fake commitment. Process is damn slow that i am waiting for loan amount to be credited from last 8-10 days.

                        Do you guys have some of the respect to your customers.

                        Almost 8-10 days has been wasted, if i would have applied in some other bank, i would have that amount in my bank account.

                        I liked the easy concept to get loan through bajaj.

                        Seriously saying it is pathetic and horrible experience till that. Every time i am getting statement that its going to be disburse by the end of the day but its not.

                        Seriously, very frustrating experience.

                        I hope, i will be getting some solution here.

                            This is with respect to loan disbursement of flexi loan[protected].

                            I had a very bad experience with respect to disbursal of flexi loan with full of wrong commitments and fake calls. I have recorded all the call transactions in auto record mode on the fake confirmations and commitment given by bajaj finance team.

                            Dhivesh sharma (Contact no[protected], he is the one who was coordinating with me from the beginning. During sourcing he informed me that insurance is an optional and not a mandatory one and i agreed for the same. He did not even say anything about activation fees which you have debited 2000 + gst during approval.

                            But later during approval, manjunath (Contact no [protected]) and he explained i need to take insurance. I told him i will have to think about it and he said he will reduce the premium amount.

                            I again contacted dhivesh sharma and he said don’t agree for insurance and he will take care of it. Then again he called back and said to send a mail for loan processing telling that i can reject the insurance later.

                            After 2 days before approval, 2 peoples called me, one is rahul (Contact no[protected], he confirmed me that he will process loan with insurance amount. He is not reachable in the number which he called me.

                            Later again another person aditya (Contact no[protected] called and confirmed me that he will take care of all my problems and disburse the loan without insurance. He is not reachable in the number which he called me.

                            From the beginning i am not interested in insurance and i have told them clearly that i don’t want the loan if insurance is required. Also no one has explained me on the activation fee part.

                            Now i have call recording of all conversation i had with dhivesh, manjunath, rahul (Fake number & name), aditya (Fake number and name) and looks like the people rahul & aditya are no longer reachable and fully given wrong commitment.

                            When i spoke to dhivesh, he said he will solve the request and he asked me send mail to wecare team on 5-sep.

                            I request grievance rederessal team to address me who all are this people rahul and aditya who gave me the wrong commitment and they said they are calling from bajaj finance. Looks like team of fraudsters are working to get the loan processing and may be for dsa commission or achieving the sales target.

                            I am getting call from so many people from bajaj finance team during loan processing (Not verification) like manjunath, rahul, aditya, then vijay (Another person) during loan processing and giving lot of wrong commitments.

                            I have already informed to grievance addressal team but till now there is no update from them.

                            Also without even signing the policy document, they have processed the insurance. I am not sure if this really possible.

                            Bajaj finserv is involved in big time fradulent activities. It is high time rbi to intervene and regulate this nbfc which fools people in the name of loan.

                                  Hi, recently my female friend who works for a reputed bank, applied for a personal loan in bajaj finserv. Her loan got rejected on the term that she is a single girl living independently. On asking the rm about the reason of rejection, he stated that 'you are a single girl living alone in a house, you have no liability, on that basis, your loan cannot be approved."

                                  Well still in this country where it claims to treat women equally, isn't it wrong to reject a personal loan only because she lives independently when she fills in all the criteria applying for the loan. After hearing this, i looked for the bajaj finserv 'eligibility criteria for personal loans'

                                    This is worst exp i had in my life where some one else bought the product using my account, i dunno how this people approved it. There is no proper authentication. Worst worst. And even in call there are not ready to respond properly. Some one called amrutha picked up the call and she was not at all helpfull to resolve my query. I have never come across worst like this in my life. I regert for being a part this worst thing this is no were customer friendly. Even after making a mistake they have very long procedure to correct so idiotic. I rather use other service then this companies
