[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — still not received my card | |||
Dear sir, I am manish kumar, i am staying in muzaffarpur bihar, i have applied for emi card while bye sansui tv in kavya electronics world, maripur, muzaffarpur, (Applied for loan with sf id sf 6786914 for loan amount 1700.00 and my policy mo. Is og[protected] with out information you are dispatched my card, when my card came i don't no, i asked kavya electronics worls in muzaffarpur, they told my be your card came & returned, but i have not received a card or even any details from your end. Secondly, i trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this. Above my problem pl's rectify as early as possible.
