This is with respect to loan disbursement of flexi loan[protected].
I had a very bad experience with respect to disbursal of flexi loan with full of wrong commitments and fake calls. I have recorded all the call transactions in auto record mode on the fake confirmations and commitment given by bajaj finance team.
Dhivesh sharma (Contact no[protected], he is the one who was coordinating with me from the beginning. During sourcing he informed me that insurance is an optional and not a mandatory one and i agreed for the same. He did not even say anything about activation fees which you have debited 2000 + gst during approval.
But later during approval, manjunath (Contact no [protected]) and he explained i need to take insurance. I told him i will have to think about it and he said he will reduce the premium amount.
I again contacted dhivesh sharma and he said don’t agree for insurance and he will take care of it. Then again he called back and said to send a mail for loan processing telling that i can reject the insurance later.
After 2 days before approval, 2 peoples called me, one is rahul (Contact no[protected], he confirmed me that he will process loan with insurance amount. He is not reachable in the number which he called me.
Later again another person aditya (Contact no[protected] called and confirmed me that he will take care of all my problems and disburse the loan without insurance. He is not reachable in the number which he called me.
From the beginning i am not interested in insurance and i have told them clearly that i don’t want the loan if insurance is required. Also no one has explained me on the activation fee part.
Now i have call recording of all conversation i had with dhivesh, manjunath, rahul (Fake number & name), aditya (Fake number and name) and looks like the people rahul & aditya are no longer reachable and fully given wrong commitment.
When i spoke to dhivesh, he said he will solve the request and he asked me send mail to wecare team on 5-sep.
I request grievance rederessal team to address me who all are this people rahul and aditya who gave me the wrong commitment and they said they are calling from bajaj finance. Looks like team of fraudsters are working to get the loan processing and may be for dsa commission or achieving the sales target.
I am getting call from so many people from bajaj finance team during loan processing (Not verification) like manjunath, rahul, aditya, then vijay (Another person) during loan processing and giving lot of wrong commitments.
I have already informed to grievance addressal team but till now there is no update from them.
Also without even signing the policy document, they have processed the insurance. I am not sure if this really possible.
Bajaj finserv is involved in big time fradulent activities. It is high time rbi to intervene and regulate this nbfc which fools people in the name of loan.
