I was trying to transfer my home loan from my current bank to bajaj finserv.

Bajaj finserv collected all the documents on 21st july 2017 signed from me. On 31st july 2017 they sent me a mail saying your amount is disbursed on 31st july 2017.

Then these sales managers said there is a legal issue and hence it will require more time. I patiently said ok and supported them with all the required documents. Then bajaj finserv team said let your ecs bounce with your current home loan account. I allowed that also to happen think bajaj will clear. But from 1st august 2017 till 31st august 2017 they have been fooling me saying they are trying to clear legal issue with my loan account which never happened.

On 3rd sept 2017 i requested bajaj to cancel my loan which they have not processed yet and they deducted my emi without disbursing the amount which is highly illegal.

This has affected me financial and my family is suffering. I am trying to reach out to them and they are not responding back. I request the team here to help me solve the problem. I want the loan to get cancelled and also my emi and all the penalty charges i had to bear returned back to me.

i am also suffering from same issue. the dates are also same. thats is 31 july 2017 is the disbursal date but i got 1 home loan on 2nd sep 2017 and second top up loan has not been issued but they are calling for missing the emi for both the loans. please sort it out i need to know wat can be the legal issue can be done my no [protected]
and the home loan nos are 4580HL47565115 disbursed on 2nd sep 2017. another home loan which is not disbursed but claiming for missed emi is 4580HL47565700. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE LOAN 4580HL47565700. KINDLY DO THE FAVOUR. THANK U.E

    I have consumed loan from bajaj finserv with loan #400ecf40204312 whichi is of 6 months tenure with emi start date as[protected] and end date as[protected]. From the second installment, i have submitted for a change of bank by walk - in to branch on 4th july but this request was done on 7th, july which is been shown in there website. But from the second installment i see my request is not been done and i have charged with bounce charges. When i asked the same with pune headoffice by calling [protected] they replied that it takes 45 days which didn't happened until now. Because of there negligence my cibil score is been impacted and also even on my email request the people from bajaj are not responding.

    Even though i send many emails, People from Pune Bajaj office say that they didn't received the request and want me to again walk in to branch and submit a new NACH Form. I wonder when these people can issue loan in few days or minutes why can't they update a change bank request with a few days? Again they don't have proper information some say that it will happen in 45 days and other say it happens in 60 days. They themselves are not clear in the information. Again if i submit a new one again my third EMI get bounced and again charges apply. These people are sucking people's money and in return blaming and threatening the customer sending there collection agents.

    There is no resolution for this. Bajaj finserv, pune branch wants me to submit another NACH Form, which I have did. I do have the record details of the log book for my earlier NACH FORM which represents the Bajaj finserv, kukatpally branch have submitted to pune branch which is been overlooked by these people. Because of there technical issues they are harassing the customer to do advance payments which is not fair enough. All is that am looking for reversal of the bounce charges for which i have been the suffered. These people are sucking people's money without doing there job.

        I have pre-approved loan of 466000/- i tried to avail loan of 4.5lakhs @15% interest emi comes to 10735/- for 5 years when i proceed further emi has changed to 13208/- and interest rate change to 15.22% why it showing.
        If 15.22% also emi might be 10757/-.

        I felt i was cheated i never expected such kind of tactics from bajaj company.

          Hello,
          Here is my loan account number : 404SAF28195913

          There is a pure case of misguiding a customer.
          I have been told by your executive there won't be any extra charge apart from principal amount.
          But company has deducted insurance charge + ST charges + CIBIL score charge, which comes around 30K.
          This is totally fraud. I am filing an FIR against the company.
          I want to close this account by paying full amount, please let me know what is the procedure.

          Total disbursal loan amount was 7 lakhs 90 thousand but now I have to pay 8 lakhs 20 Thousand.
          Please help!

          IT was clearly told to me that there won't be any foreclosure charges but now when am trying to close they are charging around 40K, What a fraud

          I want to close the account paying full now. Please remove all the charges and show the correct amount in the use account so that I can do the payment.

                    I had applied for the bajaj finserv emi card while buying my ac. After being processed, i received a message that my card is ready and is being shipped via bludart. A track number was given. After more than a month i tracked the card on bludart wabsite. There it was given that "returned to origin at shopper's request".
                    What is the procedure to get my card back...
                    I am giving some details of my card and also attaching the sanpshot of the status on bludart website...

                      This is abhijeet kumar and i had a consumer durable loan with bajaj finance and when there are 2 emis left i made a force closure payment for all remaining 2 emis and i thought my loan was closed and i felt happy but the strange and such a worst behavior with bajaj is even though i made my outstanding loan amount they deducted this month emi...

                      Tried calling many time to customer support number but no luck the # ivr process telling same thing again and again but didn't even connected to the executive...

                            Loan account no.5080cd42826542, emi amount debited to my bank a/c on 04.09.2017, but still i am getting calls and sms s stating that your emi was not paid. (Really it is threatening of course) i tried to contact the right person but in vain. Nobody is bothered about it. They does not have call centre facility to speak directly to the customer care executives. So, i request your goodself to take necessary action in this regard and do the needful. This happens regularly to most of the customers

                              I was taken loan on 24/1013 of rs 30900 and also repayment that loan ..

                                  As i didn't about the this purchase any item and i have recd veryfication call about this transection from bajaj. I rejected this transection at the time of veryfication call and i even my emi card is blocked permanantly.

                                      Dear sir, today i received a call saying that they are from bajaj finance and asking for any requirement for personal loan zero percent interest. They asked us to send my aadhar, pan, cancelled cheque and bank statement - shall i trust them? Is it right way to send these details? Is bajaj finance giving loan approval over phone?

                                        Bajaj finserv are cheaters. They first blocked my card temporarily while i was purchasing a mobile phone. Now when i contacted them via eelectronic mail, the card got permanently blocked. Even they replied that your card got blocked for one of the reasons (And then shared a bunch of list).
                                        Actually the thing is that bajaj executives and staffs are cheaters and illiterates. They don't know any thing. Thats why they don't have an executive talk option in their contact us no..
                                        Better leave india bajaj finserv. Don't spoil our life and money with your nuisanse emi cards you #.
