After buying a camera from amazon.in i got a sms after 2 days telling me that my EMI card is blocked due to low cbil score and asked me to send latest report showing Score more then 750.

I did the same, I sent a screenshot of my cbil score which was more then 750 to

1. I was harassed and tricked into buying a emi card. The agent charged an extra 400 saying it is card fee. He never mentioned there was a fee. He just gave me a bunch of papers and took my signature. Very unethical business.

Then he started abusing for which i repeated same and i said, i could hear what you said and mind your language. Bajaj finserv from chennai but no land line is provided and phone calls received from them to collect the documents and cheques from the customer for opening the overdraft loan account. But there is no proper response from them and have a doubt whether they are operating in chennai or not. So no one cannot provide their bank cheques and id and address proof. Someone may be used for wrong thing.

In their web site they are not...

As am i customer for bajaj finserv i have a problem of wrong debit, after that checked it was wrongly debiting for another customer loan amount in my account. After explaining this i didn't get any proper response or recredit for me. Rs.3368/- in the terms of 1684 for two months emi
