Hello,
I hold an emi card from bajaj finserv with limit of rs 150000/-. My experia id is 20199517. I had applied this card from a rural area. Now i shifted to an urban area and want to use it in urban area but my card is denied everywhere explaining that my card is rural card and can't be used in urban area.
I requested many times customer care of bajajfinserv regarding the same and asking them over and over again for a resolution to get an urban card.
Due to this reason my card is also not acceptable for online purchase.
Whenever i i get an answer from bajajfinserv is that your card is a rural card, and you can't use it online and in urban area.
I would like to suggest bajajfinserv, instead of giving only negative answers they should understand the thing we'd should be able to provide resolution instead of giving excuses.

    This is in continuation to my mail in which i have written "sorry read your brochure once again and i am closing my account where your emi is coming and or it will be bounced. It is important to inform you that due to continuous pressure exerted by bajaj in the matter of foreclosure which is no where mentioned in your brochure i suffered from paralysis seizure & convulsions and was medically unfit for 28 days. I have already informed to cibil, rbi and other consumer forum about the same and how bajaj can play with life of people and can retreat from their own commitments"
    In this regard i have recd a phone call from [protected] in which caller's name was not revealed so just to confirm whether the phone was genuine or not i tried the number on more than 20 times. All the times i revived a pre recorded message in marathi & english "haa number chuki cha he krupyya number tapasun punn call kara and this number does not exist" ​ i want to know whether the number belongs to bajaj and caller was genuine or not. Why i was not able to call on that number. Is the customer is debarred from interacting with the same person. I pronounce it hitlorship and snatching the rights of customer from freedom of speech. Please give your reverts as early as possible.

    My objection is that if mails and sms are sent in bulk there are chances of skipping it does not it become the responsibility of bajaj to inform such changes which are having huge monetary impact on customers by regd. Ad.
    I am a customer of bajaj since june 2010 as my three vehicles are insured with bajaj allianze. And i have bajaj finserve card on which i have purchased more than 200000 goods.in view of kind of treatment meted out to me i will never use any bajaj product and services.20.07.2017

    I confirm having received a phone call from your no. [protected]. The gist of conversation isas follows:-
    1. There was no clause of fore closure charges
    2. Your official has shown her inability to submit proof of applicability of foreclosure from 01.06.2016 by any oral. Recorded and or material evidence"
    3. I have very clearly informed your official that i will not pay installment of rs. 15603 from 05.08.2017 as i am trying over the past 3-4 months to preclose the account but due to adamant behavior of bajaj i am unable to do so. I will deduct the interest paid over this period at the time of final payment.
    4. Please refere to your current scheme wherein you are luring people by quoting > > 1. Loan pre-closure: > > you are allowed to pre-close loan outstanding any time post clearance of first emi without any pre-closure charges.
    5. That due to continuous irresponsible replies from bank caused me mental agony, financial loss and torture in as much as that due to mental pressure i suffered from paralysis, seizure and convulsion and was admitted in icu of multi-specialty hospital cost of my treatment plus other expenses was around rs.60000 plus. (If required i can submit hospital bill)
    6. I am filing a case in consumer court to get justice in the matter

    Please explain what is typo error as i did not find it in any dictionery and/or law book, how it is committed & how it should be rectified. It is once again breach of your own written things like you have breached the terms & conditions of printed brochure supplied at the time of procurement of loan sanctioned for 413000 but disbursed 3.97 lakhs plus 14k were charged for insrance. I want an urgent and poont to the point reply as i have already praised your waiver act on face book twitter and other social media. So please do the needful cautiously.

      Hello,

      Greetings ahead.

      On 27th july, i went on to buy a mobile phone in cash worth rs. 17, 900.
      The samsung dealer insisted me to go for interest free bajaj finance emi facility and asked for certain documents.
      On providing the documents, an executive from bajaj office durgapur, west bengal named mr. Azhar ([protected]) called and welcomed me with his most abusive language like "tera naam kya hai, kinta paisa kamat hai", loan kyu lega "and that errant executive went on to ask how many people we have in our family, how much they earn, where i will go now, what i will do now etc.
      One questioning him that why he is asking these type of errant questions, these were the answer i received :
      1. He informed me that this is the way bajaj verifies their customer background.
      2. These were the words used," tujhe agar loan chaiye to jo puch raha hu bata "
      3." tere paas paisa hai phone lene k liye "
      4." mai tera cibil score check kar raha hu " - really can cibil scored be checked by telephonic discussion???
      5. Your address is not verified.
      This whole process went on for two hours with repeated calls in the most unprofessional way, and when i started charging him back for this, he immediately intimated me that my application has been rejected because he is not satisfied with the telephonic conversation.
      I really feel pity for the company as my whole family comes under the emi network of bajaj finserv, and i know how good their services are but the welcome greetings from the executive left me disturbed.
      I hope some action will be taken on behalf of bajaj customer care.

        I purchased a smartphone samsung j7 worth of 17900/- through bajaj finance. Now i find that another product naming "digital fone safe 400dfs45141021" is tagged to my loan account.
        I mailed to the company to remove this product from my a/c. But they didn't pay any heed rather deducted the 1st installment of emi for this unwanted product. Iam astonished for such action of this reputed company.
        Now, i request to you please raise the complain to this compay and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money. Ishall remain grateful to you.

          My father has purchased daikin ac at ac bazzar (Viveks initiative)@chennai through bajaj finance. Bajaj finserv executive had mentioned the name of the product in the extended warranty as blue star ac instead of daikin ac which is a fraudulent issue.

          Now i am facing trouble in claiming the policy from bajaj allianz, after repeated mail communication with the allianz team they had written to me stating that the bill provided by bajaj finserv is not matching with the bill provided by me.

          I have visited your customer care center at mount road, rhaeja towers, ii floor, office more than 5 times, there is no reponse. I am highly unsatisfied with the approach of your executive mr. Dinesh who is responsible for the viveks show room sales. He is not responding to the issue.

          They asked me to submit a letter from the dealer regarding the mismatch, i did that, even after that there is no response from therm

            Dear sir,

            I took one od (Over draft) with bajaj finserv a/c no. Is 401saf18702709 on dated 31.12.2015 in the name of pawan kumar with having no foreclosure charges, no part payment and no pre payment charges at processing charges of 1.75% processing charges with company called "bajaj finserv lending" (Bfl).

            I want to take you through with my first dispute with bfl against higher processing charges they charged @ 2% instead of 1.75%.
            After having lot of mails and conversation on phone to reverse the charges. Finally they reversed.25% charges in my loan account.

            Right now i had done all the payment for doing foreclosure to this od by 24th july-17 on bfl online portal as per outstanding available in bfl after discussing with bfl customer care also.
            Now there is no loan available to foreclosure in bfl portal when i am login into this portal. Attaching snap shot for this.

            But surprisingly received a mail from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on yesterday regarding the outstanding of inr 26666.97 against short payment for foreclosure charges.
            Again i checked with bfl portal to reconfirm this outstanding amount. But seems there is no outstanding as they already received full and final payment to foreclosure of this loan. Attaching portal snapshot for today.

            Now please help me to release noc against this od loan account number as above mention. I shall be grateful to you always.

                    I purchased bajaj emi card in 2013 while i bought new laptop with bajaj finserv loan, i paid all the emi on time and loan also closed on time, since 2013 i have never used this bajaj emi card for any purchase, however my card got blocked with reason your cibil score not matching with our company policy, my current cibil score is 725 with no emi bounce or credit card outstanding, however bajaj team not ready to unblock my emi card, as i have to buy new smartphone on emi, i have sent multiple emils to [protected]@bajafinserv.com, however still they are not ready to unblock my card.

                    I just made 1 transaction with bajaj and m card got blocked, this is very ridicules service from bajaj finserv, i woud not recommend to anyone for bajaj emi card, i am very frustrated with this. I spent around rs. 300 for this card which is not useful for me.

                      I have taken one iphone from airtel store on emi basis. Airtel having tie up with bajaj finserv. Airtel charging every month emi. Now suddenly i found bajaj also open account asking me to every month 3600+ money every month. Means for one airtel charging and now bajaj also asking emi to pay.

                      Log a compalin with bajaj almost 2-3 month back, explain them details sevral time but still they didnt removed the loan from my account.

                      Area salaes manager accepted its their mistake, still no action.

                          I have purchsed bajaj 200 ns on 9 jun 2017. On the 1st day itself i had found a deflict in brake shoe. While i was go to home the back brake has got jammed and it stoped suddenly in the midlle of the road. Then the showroom members had fixed the problem. Then after 10 days i had faced issue on gear shifting still now they had not fixed the problem and still didnt receive the bike. On friday they had delivered the bike again with the same problem. Now i was helpless i didnt know what to do now. Just 10 days i had used the bike and rest of the days the bike was in showroom. Still they are saying that they are fixing the problem. It is about 21 days still didint received my bike. I had filed a complaint on the bajaj customer care and even i had a response. But without they fixing the problem they had returned the bike on friday 21 jul 2017. On that day itself i realised the problem had not fixed and returned the bike to service again on friday evening itself. I still didint get what are those guys doing with my bike. More than 20 days i was facing too many problem without bike.

                          Does i made any delay on payment and all? Even you guys had buyed extra 2 percentage for card payment. Please guys try to understand the value of money.

                          Please check there is any chance to replace the bike or refund the amount back. I like to share a information u can able to replace the bike or refund back my amount. But what will you guys do if i met accident and passed aways means is there any solution. On friday it is 2nd time i might have met with accident. Please take the proper steps to return my bike in good condition or else new bike.

                            It seems to me that, Bajaj Finserv Lending Department, has responded in place of Customer Care Social Media department. I do not know why, as my complaint subject is correction in FD valid commencing date. I have not availed any loan from Bajaj in past or present, and I feel that response from BF Lending department is not warranted.

                            If it is an auto reply, then kindly correct the complaint subject matter. If Bajaj Finserv Customer Care feels that, it is correct, then let it be like that. This is just to draw your attention on the matter of my complaint.

                            As per your request I am again forwarding the mail sent by me on 6th June 17 with Valuation date certificate from my bank [PNB] sent to your company on 6th June 17 on written request from Mr Pawan Bansal, of customer care-Bajaj Finserv. Mr Pawan never acknowledged.
                            Mr Anil, kindly, send an acknowledgement from your side for this. It saves you trouble of scouting the records of mail, which your company is not having customer wise, or else you would not have to request me to send it again to you, for your investigations and doing needful for correcting commencement date.
                            I feel that I am pushed from pillar to post, repeatedly, during all these elapsed appx 90 days of taking FD from Bajaj Finserv, for no fault of mine.

                            A small but dissatisfied customer like me will certainly not matter for a big organisation like Bajaj Finserv, in immediate near future, but a correct commencement date of my hard earned money in your FD instrument, will certainly matter immensely, as correct [in this case advanced by a day] maturity date of my FD will put the money back in my hand at right due date.

                            Please find the earlier mail of 6th June along with attached certificate of valuation date from my bank.

But after two years of loan i clear my loan by paying all balance amount inspite of term ad condition given to me company charges me 4% for-closure charges without confirming me. Basis the prevailing market conditions and internal policies of the company, foreclosure charges are levied to the customers and as per the above terms and conditions including the prepayment/foreclosure charges we are unable to waive off the charges.

                                Your recovery agency mr. Sunderland and mrs. Priyanka both are using bed word's, harrassment to me and my family. They both are continuing use bed word and give me criminal intimidation and giving treat of death severally times and it's become use this practice daily to insulate and tourcharing to me and my family. We are now going to police complaint against they both person. We will complaint against section 503, 504 and 506 (2) of indian penal code in bhavnagar.

                                  After many requests for stopping useless phone calls from bajaj finserv team by mail they are not stopping them. Ony they are saying that calls will stopped, but not happening. Regular 5-6 calls for loan frustrating me. Plz stop them.

                                    I have applied for 3 nos fd of 1 l-2l & 10l each totalling to 13 lakh by giving bajaj finserv, 3 cross order cheques of pnb from my sb a/c, on 27th april 2017, which were handed over to their executive in person.
                                    These cheques got cleared from my bank a/c on 1st may 2017 and the transaction as well as the valuation date is 1st may 2017, meaning that bajaj finserv got the money credited to their bank account on 1st may 17.
                                    When i received the fd in my hand by after appx 30 days it bears the commencement days as 2nd may 2017. This action was protested by me as, i stand to loose my interest for one day.
                                    I have made written online complaint with bajaj finserv customer care and then escalated to grievances cell, in all more than 14 times, but they have not complied with correction in date of commencement of my fd. They asked for my bank statement showing and certifying the valuation date which i forwarded promptly. But no action.
                                    1st may 2017 was a public holiday, burt bank back offices were working to clear cts cheques and other jobs as they generally do on holidays. This has been confirmed by me from number of banks.
                                    Can any one guide me about how can i recover my one day interest?

                                    As per customer care's above reference, I provided them with the details of 1] FD nos. 2] Name of holder. 3] SRN nos that are pending to be replied. 4] All phone contact nos. 5] my e mail ID.
                                    I submited it to them thru your Consumer Complaints.
                                    IMMIDIATELY WITHIN 10 MINUTES I RECEIVED A CALL FROM BAJAJ FINSERV CUSTOMER CARE NO-[protected] BUT HE DID NOT GAVE HIS NAME. HE SAID THAT MY COMPLAINT NO IS SRN11988113 AND THAT THEY WILL ATTEND MY COMPLAINT NOW ITSELF AND WILL REFUND THE INTEREST OF 1 DAY IN MY BANK FOR WHICH I MUST HAVE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. THIS WAS SHOCKING AND I SAID WHY CAN'T THEY LET ME KNOW AS TO WHY THEY CAN NOT CHANGE MY FD COMMENCING DATES AS PER THE VALUATION DATE INSTRADE? THAT IS COMMENCING DATE TO BE AS PER VALUATION DATE OF 1ST MAY 2017 IN PLACE OF 2ND MAY 2017? HE CUT OFF THE LINE.
                                    I need justice as my money 13 lakh is with them since 1st may 2017 and not 2nd may 2017 the cumulative-compounding effect will be lost and I will suffer for loss. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME AFTER SO LONG OF 80 DAYS + & SO MUCH OF MENTAL TORTURE BY CUSTOMER CARE TEAM TO ME THRU E MAILS/NOTES ON WHATSAPP AND FOLLOW UP ON PHONE, OF AN ESTEEM ORGANISATION LIKE BAJAJ FINSERV.
                                    HOPE THAT THEY WILL REISSUE THE FDS WITH CORRECTED DATE OF COMMENCEMENT AT EARLIEST AND OBLIGE A CUSTOMER-HOWEVER SMALL AS PER THEIR BUSINESS POLICY.

                                    This is to acknowledge that I received a call ring-just once-one ring long and was discontinued by the time I could come and lift the phone. The calling number was [protected] and at 5.17 PM on 26 July 17. This was very strange as the phone rang only for a single ring and before I could lift the phone it was disconnected. On the caller part he has a record of trying to contact me but never gave me a chance to pick up the phone. I then started calling the same number, till 5.37 pm from all my numbers that is [protected] / [protected]/[protected], repeatedly but the connection to above [protected] was not established. I could feel how the things are made helpless for me and the time is pulled on without due justice. Now the question is why they can not write a mail to me with the solution of reestablishing my valuation date as my FD commencing date or why they can not send me an sms asking me to call back on a number of their choice and -time of their choice on a day of their choice?
                                    THE FACT IS SIMPLE. MY MONEY [13 LAKH] WAS WITH THEM SINCE 1ST MAY 2017 AND HENCE MY FD DATE OF COMMENCEMENT MUST BE 1ST MAY 2017 AND NOT 2nd may 2017 as they have wrongly given in my fds. THE FDS ARE FOR A TENURE OF 5 YEARS AND IT AMOUNTS TO 13 LAKH RELEASED A DAY EARLIER, WITHOUT LOSING ANY EARNINGS.
                                    Hence valuation date of transfer must be corrected by Bajaj Finserv to resolve my complaint. WHY THEY WISH TO CONTACT ME ON PHONE AND WHAT DO THEY WISH TO CONVEY WHEN MY COMPLAINT SOLUTION IS AS ABOVE-TIME AND AGAIN TOLD TO THEM VERBALLY AS WELL AS -IN WRITING MODE SO MANY TIMES?
                                    OTHER ISSUES OF NOT FOLLOWING UP THE SCHEDULED REPLY TIME FRAME GIVEN ON BAJAJ FINSERV SITE OF CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINTS AND ESCALATIONS LIVE A DAUNTING MARK ON CUSTOMER AND IT IS UP TO BAJAJ TO FORTIFY THEIR SYSTEM. MAY BE CUSTOMER LIKE ME WILL NEVER WISH TO AGAIN PARTICIPATE IN ANY BUSINESS AGAIN IN FUTURE.

                                      Amit on this side (Amitkumar. [protected]@gmail.com), got a salaried flexi loan (Rs. 9, 53000) in mayfrom bajaj finserv and got a welcome letter mention fore closure charges is 4% + taxes on outstanding principle amount (Clearly mention in welcome letter).in july i raised a requested for closure with outstanding principle amount is rs. 100.00, they replied that company policy change and they want 4% + taxes (Rs 44, 000 approx) on sanctioned amount (On rs. 9, 53000). This is very strange fore closure on sanctioned amount.
                                      Policy change and our government is agreed on this policy or this is only for customer not shared this policy with government.
