I received pre - approved application from bfl. I reply my confirmation to them. After that they provide application number-bflc[protected]. I asked them through mail several times. Please give the status of the card. They reply contact rbl. The rbl - people are saying contact bfl. On today also i receive mail from them same matter post.

I just got a message saying "your card is permanently suspended" what is the reason for it. This is not fair. I am paying all ma loan amount correctly. But still y these things. I want the reason.

I have seen my account and loan amount is deducted on 2nd june as well, then why the card is suspended. If required i can share the transaction id.

Without intimating customer about emi date and ecs presentation - cheque return is updated in loan account, due to which baja gold emi card is not operation.

Raised complaint for the same in baja finserv, but no response. Hence requesting you to look into this issue on priority.

This is shibsankar mondal, i have financed an lg refrigarator from mehta electronics, akola on 7/4/2017. As far the communication and details the emi amt is 1659 pm.
