I had a washing machine emi through bajaj finance in 2010. And completed all emi..
But now after 6 years of gap .They are charging card maintenance per year..In 2016 they have deducted through bank directly without informing me. Now they say . We will charge every year..
I have not demanded any card . They should close account after completion of my emi in 2010. But they didn't.

I have contacted customer care . But closing card they R not replying properly.

So please close my emi card. I don't want unnecessary card charges every year..

    Hii i am srikar reddy. I bought panasonic 32 inches led tv from bajaj electronics with 2 years of extended warranty. I wanted to cancel my extended warranty as i accepted it unknowingly and later i found it does not suit and 1st emi due date is 2nd july 2017. Loan ac number 4000cd40716928. Please consider my request and cancel the extended warranty.

      I apply a loan from bajaj finserv from shillong on 29/04/2017. For a television loan amount 25551 for 10 months and the emi is rs 2556. On 03/06/17 from my saving a/c rs 287.50 while in my a/c balance having rs 3856. And 0n 06/06/17 in my a/c i have rs 18697, again i had got charge rs 287.50 because of cheque bounce.. Why how much my exact amount u want from me cheater??? Why u bajaj finv people still travel with the bullock cart??? You r very slow, bloody cheater... How much u charge extra interest before i apply a loan your team told that zero interest for tv but y??? Now u charge extra 2932.. Explain me as soon as possible.

        Call came to my number and inform me that u have to give me necessary information about your family and address according with loan. So i gave all information. Then suddenly phone was disconnected by telecaller. And msg came to my mobile number that u have applied insurance with your loan. So how it is possible. Because i m not interested in insurance with my loan. Then i also visited palanpur b. K branch but they not respond me. So plz sir to deactivate my insurance with my loan as soon as possible... Thanking you...

          Hi i have purchased a oneplus3t order no.[protected] on 13th may 2017 from amazon.in but i have cancelled my order on 14th may 2017 the amount of Rs 26097 has been deducted from my bajaj finserv emi card. I have got a mail from amazon.in that your refund of RS 26097 has been processed successfully on 19th may 2017 and the amount should reflect in your account by 25th may 2017 but My refund is not reflected in my emi card. I have allready sent a mail 20 to 25 times to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and also calls on coustomer care no. of bajaj finserv but this loan is not cancelling.             I was looking to transfer my home loan account from pnb home loan to bajaj finserv and paid the fee of rs.2000 but later when we realised it is not of any benefit we asked the agent to stop the process and we didnt submit the lod letter which is the final stage to transfer the loan account and also it was promised to us that we will get a top up of 2 lakh rupees after transferring. Though we asked them to stop the process it shows the loan account has started despite pf declining to transfer and neither we have received our 2 lakh rupees and it shows the loan account has started and also we are paying loan to pnb loan. So ideally we are paying 2 home loans now which should not be there. We also have been sending email to manager of bajaj finserv and the company but they are not bothered to reply a single email. It is a kimd request to look into this asap because we dont want to go ahead and pay 2 loan amounts.

              I have taken bajaj finance for appliances on various occasions before 3 years. Since then i am getting calls to offer some kind of loan every now and then from toll free number.

              I have denied many times to them not to call me again. But they are different persons calling me every time from different numbers.

              As the calls are extremely annoying and disturbing me a lot, i wish bajaj company to stop in any case.

                CAN SOME ONE REALLY HELP ME IN THIS FRAUD IMMEDIATELY OR SHOULD I LODGE A FIR/ CONSUMER COURT CASE AGAINST BAJAJ FINSERV..?????

                TRULY THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY WORST AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE WHICH I HAVE EVER HAD. THIS SHOWS US THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND REPRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY IN THE MARKET.

                BY THIS WAY, BAJAJ FINANCE CAN DEDUCT ANY AMOUNT FROM ANYONES ACCOUNT AS PER THEIR NEED AND BENEFITS, IS IT..??????

                COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SHOP NAME- CELL4U M2K, ROHINI, DELHI-85. THE CONCERNED BAJAJ SALESMAN IS MR. ARPIT.

                I would inquired about the mobile phone i, e (Oppo) on dt:[protected] from the above mentioned shop after the inquiry the shop sale executive asked would you like to purchase cash payment i says that i have a Bajaj finserv card and i have to go for finance after showing the card the sale person says that the loan is not senctioned without the prior signature of the owner of the card & that card is on the name of Mr. Vinayak Kumar Sharma and i says that i am the son of Vinayak kumar Sharma. But he refused for the loan.

                Next day my father got a message on mobile from your side that the loan is sanctioned by the office on the purchase of ( Apple iphone) worth Rs.28000/- Loan no:- 401DPF42562441 Which i don't want to buy. Your Bajaj sale executive has doing the CHEATING that is the Bill should be forward on the Name of Vinayak Kumar Sharma.

                The Attachment of photo should be sending to you, Which shows APPROVED VERIFY ID & SIGNATURE whereas there is no VERIFY ID & SIGNATURE of Vinayak Kumar Sharma. Whereas the paper showned by the your bajaj sales person that shows the i.d of Mr. Ram Chand.

                After talking to the concerned person he says this due to some technical fault because he is in hurry and he have not compile the papers. I want to know how the technical fault is to be done by the sales person and your loan department.

                Mr. Arpit talked to the senior person Mr. Rajat and after talking to us he says the matter should be solved within three days. After a week i have again talk to him and he says for another three days and the matter should be solved. Again after three days when i phoned his behavior is very rude with customer.

                After a week my father phone to him and he has given a mobile no. of Mr. Rahul chugh (Area Sales Manager). When i talk to him he also says the matter should be clear within three days.

                Now till date[protected] the matter should not be solved. Today i got a message on my mobile:- Your welcome letter for Loan No. 401DPF42562441 is sent on your registered email id and your loan is active and your next EMI due on dt:[protected].

                For your information there is no loan on my name till today.

                It means the Employee of the Bajaj Finserv HARASSED the customer at the fault of their end.

                Now, my questions to Bajaj people are -

                -How was this transaction approved and was not investigated when i told specifically that i didn't even apply for the loan..???????
                -How was this loan approved without my father signature and a valid ID proof..?????
                -How can you guys present an ECS into my bank account without my consent ?? the consent that i signed 7 years back was only for that transaction.
                -Why can't you guys revert on time and resolve an issue which is impacting a consumer heavily/adversely ???
                -Why don't you guys realize that because of your mistake, someone's CIBIL records can go for a loss and he'd suffer absolutely unnecessarily..??????

                Hope for a favourable reply and your end as early as possible and the clearance statement of my loan should be send to me.

                  Bajaj finserv customer care called me that i was eligiblefor pre approved personal loan of rs 290000 and they told me to submit important document like 6 blank cheque, id proof, adress proof, photos etc, but after submitting all the details they told that the dont give full amount they can give only 30% of that they are totally spam. They are making money by doing cheting

                      I have taken a loan and was paying the EMI regularly and i had to change company due to personal reasons and my bank account got changed too due to which last two EMI's were not cleared & payments made manually in 2015 itself same month. After 2 years i get a call from Bajaj executive that 282 was due from last 2 years.
                      I have walked into Tarnaka branch last year and i had no dues pending. Due to the negligence of Bajaj team and wrong information given my them, my credit score has been dipped. I have checked bajaj online too there are no EMI or overdue charges.

                      Kindly request you to takeup my case and provide me justice to improve my credit score which was dipped due to Bajaj management negligence . Loan Number 4000VS10327076

                        I have applied for 5 lakhs personal loan from bajaj finace after the agent has contacted me said the details. The agent has told me that processing fee is 1% and interest rate is 13% no other charges will be levied. I have submitted all my documents to Mr Narsimaha and Shanki Jain (sales manager). I have repeated asked about the sanctioned amount and interest rate and the bajaj personnel said me that 5 lakhs has been sanctioned with 13% interest rate. So i signed a blanck application form and aubmitted my cheques. I have applied the loan for my sisters marriage which is on 18th june. On 16th june i received a msg from bajaj that 3, 60, 000 has been sanction with 2.3% processing fee, 14% interest rate and 4000 online account charges and net amount of 337000. I immediately called Mr. Shanki jain to cancel of my loan, he assured me that this is a default msg generated by computer money will be disbursed as assured. He even told me that i will be informed before money is credited to my account. On 19th june 337000 jas been credited to my account without my knowledge and i recieved various mails and msgs that emi is due on 2nd of every month. I called up Mr Shanki Jain and asked him to cancel the loan inmediately and take back the money. He intially informed me that he will give an account no and told me to deposit the mny in that account and loan will be waived late he told me cancellation request has been sent amount will be auto debit without any extra charges. Now Mr shanki join has put my no on reject list and no answering my phones. This sought of behaviour by bajaj is complete breach of trust and i have even informed about cancelation in mmfeed back call also. Still i am getting various msgs regarding the loan. I have not utilized a single rupee till date and requesting repeated the bajaj personnel to cancel the loan. Bajaj is forcebily trying to make me take the loan. Bcz of this issue i even couldnot perform my sisters marriage as expected causing my family a trauma. My loan account no is 400DFS42304204. I have txt msgs, eye witness and voice recording to justify my complaint. If not resolved i would go for a court of law for justise.

                          I want to raise this issue relating to foreclosure of my personal loan which i have taken from bajaj finserv in june, 2015. Bajaj finserv has now put in a foreclosure charge of 4.6% on the outstanding principal which is not as per agreement when the loan was disbursed. This was the main selling point from bajaj and me going with them for the loan. There were other companies offering loan at lesser rate that time but since they didn’t had this option i went with bajaj finserv.

                          When enquired the bajaj call center guys communicated that something has changed in due course after i have taken the loan which i believe is not right on me as a consumer. Now since i have decided to close the loan i would like to do it on initial agreed terms and conditions of bajaj i. E. Zero foreclosure charges post 1st emi payment.in email correspondence with bajaj finserv grievance cell they have denied adhering to this.

                          Can someone suggest any solution to this. I have raised a complaint with http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ as well.

                              Why you added the below notes after the line in foreclosure page. I was closed my loan on 25th may 2017. My emi was passed this month 5th. Still my extra emi was not refunded to my account. Very very poor support from your end. Hereafter i will not take any loans from bajaj finserv. Customer care too not working properly. If again i close my loan means Rs.2000 will be lose for me. I went my nearest branch their response too very very poor.

                              Note: In case of any foreclosure of loan during our EMI presentation cycle ( 26th to 4th ) of every month, the EMI of the subsequent month may get presented to your bank .We would refund any excess with us by the 13th of the month directly through NEFT.

                                Am trying to contact bajaj finserv offices via phone but they never receive the call. Am an existing customer and i need to apply for an emi card. If i call bajaj finserv on their numbers and enter my mobile number by following ivr options i always hear that my mobile number is not registered. Pissed off with the service. If i enter my customer id by following ivr options even then it says incorrect customer id. If my mobile number is not registered how can i login to bajaj experia? How can i see my customer id and mobile number and other details in my profile in experia app? I have contacted customer care via mail as well, but they don't bother to resolve issue. Simply give nonsense reply and close the ticket. Worst experience ever. Please resolve as soon as possible.

                                    I received pre - approved application from bfl. I reply my confirmation to them. After that they provide application number-bflc[protected]. I asked them through mail several times. Please give the status of the card. They reply contact rbl. The rbl - people are saying contact bfl. On today also i receive mail from them same matter post.

                                    Please resolve the problem. The complaint numbers are-srn[protected], 11232753, 11085641, 11408407, 10869814.

                                      I had purchased sofa from my bajaj finserv lending emi card with the loan account no. 403sce28905261 i have not taken any furniture insurance, later i came to know my furniture was insured for 3500 rupees, and also i am maintaing balance in my account before due date, but they are deducting 350 rs every month i want to know why this happens?? I need my money back. I dont want that insurance, refund my insurance amount and also refund the 350 rs for 8months of emi amount. I will not pay my remaining 2 months emi until i get the solutuion.                                         I bought a tv from vasanth & co on 21/10/2016.
                                        When your person asked about the 3years additional warranty, i strictly denied.
                                        But from the first emi, i suspected over charges beyond the described amount. And so i enquired your team a month ago. Later i came to know that those extra charges are for additional warranty of 3 years.

                                        One thing i would like to point here. That is without the knowledge of customer your persons have done a fraudster act which spoiling the trust and the brand name you earned so far.

                                        Without my knowledge and any acknowledgment, this behavior brought a great disappointment.

                                        In place of inr 2292, your team has charged inr 3006. That is an over charge of inr 4284 so far.
                                        Therefore i kindly request your team to refund the overcharged amount of inr 4998 (As on date 21/06/2017) immediately. Already it's been 2months.

                                        Hoping for a positive and quick response from your team thereby not pushing me to review your service.

                                        I have deposite all application fee and Noc fees but no reply given by bajaj finance agent.
                                        Mobile number also is switched off since I have deposited money.
                                        Please help me in this matter.
                                        I had purchased AC in the month of April 2017 from the dealer in pune. For which I have paid the dealer money in cash towards processing fees and bajaj EMI Card. Today, 16 June 2017, Rs. 115/- is deducted from my Bank account. I cannot understand why Bajaj Finserv is doing like that. Till date I have not even recd. my Bajaj EMI Card.
