we are getting regular harassment call and home visit by different member from Bajaj and shouting on presence of whole building people,
I am currently in financial difficulty because of present brother Prostrate Cancer and previously my mother suffered from gall bladder cancer and she is no more, I am a single earning member in my family. I have no other source of income and lot of liability due to two member suffering from cancer.
Brother will be undergoing therapy / other treatment for life long. I have approach to my Company / Client / other Resources for borrow but not seen a ray of Hope from them due to high obligation on me.
I have sent a Requested letter / Medical and Doctors details to Baja finance and she told me that you visit / talk with my Pitampura / Gurgaon branch they will help, but unfortunately they are harassing & insulting in front of building member and saying that I am going to court for your arrest letter.
Due to harassment I am very tense and bad things coming in my mind

    I gt a phn worth 32, 000 on 14/06/17, the agent of your bajaj finserv, advised that the emi would deduct frm august but it started in the following month which is july and your IVR SAYS THE ammount is 3190, but i got a msg stating its 3, 400 wat the heck is wrong nd dis is cheating ppl...pls resolve my issue ..or else we'll land up in consumer court..no transperency, nd this is completlu giving false information to sell the product ...this is fraud .

    When the customer care executive spoke to me regarding the personal loan about Rs.125000/- for the EMI is Rs.6610/- for 24 months. but I got the information the loan sanction for Rs.1, 00, 000/- and the EMI is Rs.6610/ for 24 months. Its too high for the interest. So kindly cancel my Loan.

      Secondly, trying a so-called customer care number where in there is no option to talk to any person who can resolve this.

        Hi,

        I have logged a complaint of geyser repairing around 10 days before from now.. but no actions has been taken yet by you.
        I called Vijay sales(Seasons Mall) and they said we can't send anyone because of Eid holiday on 26th and 27th June. I understood that and did not forced anyone to come.. But they commited that they will send some on 28th- June, wednesday.. but no one had come, I have been calling vijay sales all day long around 20-25 times since 28th - june.. they had always say that they will send the guy on wed, then on thur, then on fri (30th June). But NOBODY had come to repair the geyser till now.

        My all family members are getting ill because of bathing with cold water. Can't you understand the urgency?


        When we bought the bajaj geyser in nov-2016.. it had some issues at that time also and we had to replace it, and now once again we are getting issues with this geyser only after 7-8 months. I think i have made a wrong decision by buying your product and no body is coming to repair it.. you guys cant understand the criticality?.. that' its a cold weather and we have been bathing with cold water and have been following up for its repairinig from 10 days and nobody is even bothering from your bajaj company.

        I want it to be repaired by 1 hour.. I cant wait anymore else you take your product back..

          Salaried personal loan:

          Since last 3.5 years, i am repaying emi promptly.

          I lost my job in feb 2017, then somehow i managed to pay emi on time.

          On june 29th 2017, i got phone calls from area collection manager - flow, wakdewadi branch, pune. I explained my situation to him, i also expressed my will to repay future emi, but i need some time. I assured him to resume my emi payment once i get job. Requested him to give me a period of 6 months.

          But, this gentleman turned rude to me, spoken to me and my parent offensively.

          He and his subordinate also threaten us that he will send his people and they will spoil my home.

          I am frightened.

          Please help me.

            I was making my payments on time and never missed any.

            I got a msg on 30th june 2016 that my Bajaj finance emi card ending with 2368 has been blocked permanently with our in line policy...this is not any kind of reason for blocking any card suddenly...

            I was making my payments on time and never missed any payments, and this blocking of card is unacceptable...

            Pls re-activate my card ending in 2368 and my running loan no is 4010DC38949105.

              I had signed home loan transfer from my Existing home loan account to bajaj Finance as promised in monthly ECS and zero interest but once got cheque clearance from my OD account .they are offered me more interest and hidden charges so i have refused to go with Bajaj account from day 1 after got cheque from Bajaj and went to baja home loan office in chennai and returned that cheque after fews days .but so far no action taken even i have sent many mails to we care and greivance team.

                  Offlate, I have been receiving calls from BajajFinserv executives of the loaf offers. So i thought of knowing the details and asked an executive for the same. He told me some details and said the rest were clearly written in document that will be sent to me. When I received the documents, the information provided was completely different to those informed over phone.

                  When another executive called me regarding the load, I told him that there were incorrect details in the mail and he started absusing me. When I talked to this manager Mr. Charan, he said sorry to me and handed over the phone to the same stupid executive. I said I didn't want loan at the prescribe ROI.

                  Another day, another executive called me regarding the same and when i told him what had happened to me, he said sorry to me and said that he woould send me the updated / correct details and that he would need my chque photo. I neither sent him that photo nor replied to that mail..

                  The immediate next, I got a message saying that my loan is sanctioned and the amount was credited in to my account which actually was credited to my account after 4 days (being the weekend and Eid festival).Whe I tried to call and inform the issue to the customer care, there is no one responding.

                  Everytime I write a mail, an auto generated mail is sent with different SRN numbers. So I went to local branch office, where they said that they are not responsible for the head office calls and that I should talk to the head office team on this and they are helpless.

                  So when I wrote a mail to the [protected]@bajaj..., the reply was to deposit a cheque or DD for cancellation of the loan which i did the immediate next day and the amount also got credited to their account. Now when I tried to enquire about the status of the cancellation, I am not getting proper response from an of the personeel. Everyone is taking the complaints and giving me SRN numbers which seemed useless. Some mails said that they need aditional time.

                  Further, they gave me a lot of customer care numbers, which are either not working, either busy or even if the call connects, no one responds.

                  Please let me know what to do

                      I have taken Personal Loan in Bajaj Fineserv. My welcome mail clearly mentioned there are no pre closer charges. Now I am trying to close my PL and they are charging 4.6%.

                      Even though I talked with customer care there is no proper answer. They have changed the policy on 01st June 2016 according to them. However, When I signed the agreement there are no pre closer charges.
                      How can some company increase the interest rate or apply precloser charges which is not there in the agreement.

                            I had a washing machine emi through bajaj finance in 2010. And completed all emi..
                            But now after 6 years of gap .They are charging card maintenance per year..In 2016 they have deducted through bank directly without informing me. Now they say . We will charge every year..
                            I have not demanded any card . They should close account after completion of my emi in 2010. But they didn't.

                            I have contacted customer care . But closing card they R not replying properly.

                            So please close my emi card. I don't want unnecessary card charges every year..

                                I apply a loan from bajaj finserv from shillong on 29/04/2017. For a television loan amount 25551 for 10 months and the emi is rs 2556. On 03/06/17 from my saving a/c rs 287.50 while in my a/c balance having rs 3856. And 0n 06/06/17 in my a/c i have rs 18697, again i had got charge rs 287.50 because of cheque bounce.. Why how much my exact amount u want from me cheater??? Why u bajaj finv people still travel with the bullock cart??? You r very slow, bloody cheater... How much u charge extra interest before i apply a loan your team told that zero interest for tv but y??? Now u charge extra 2932.. Explain me as soon as possible.

                                  Call came to my number and inform me that u have to give me necessary information about your family and address according with loan. So i gave all information. Then suddenly phone was disconnected by telecaller. And msg came to my mobile number that u have applied insurance with your loan. So how it is possible. Because i m not interested in insurance with my loan. Then i also visited palanpur b. K branch but they not respond me. So plz sir to deactivate my insurance with my loan as soon as possible... Thanking you...

                                    Hi i have purchased a oneplus3t order no.[protected] on 13th may 2017 from amazon.in but i have cancelled my order on 14th may 2017 the amount of Rs 26097 has been deducted from my bajaj finserv emi card. I have got a mail from amazon.in that your refund of RS 26097 has been processed successfully on 19th may 2017 and the amount should reflect in your account by 25th may 2017 but My refund is not reflected in my emi card. I have allready sent a mail 20 to 25 times to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and also calls on coustomer care no. of bajaj finserv but this loan is not cancelling. I am attaching a snapshot of mail which i have got from amazon.inl which i have got from amazon.in kindly request you all to help me on this issue. Loan no. is 401ECF39944494

                                      I was looking to transfer my home loan account from pnb home loan to bajaj finserv and paid the fee of rs.2000 but later when we realised it is not of any benefit we asked the agent to stop the process and we didnt submit the lod letter which is the final stage to transfer the loan account and also it was promised to us that we will get a top up of 2 lakh rupees after transferring. Though we asked them to stop the process it shows the loan account has started despite pf declining to transfer and neither we have received our 2 lakh rupees and it shows the loan account has started and also we are paying loan to pnb loan. So ideally we are paying 2 home loans now which should not be there. We also have been sending email to manager of bajaj finserv and the company but they are not bothered to reply a single email. It is a kimd request to look into this asap because we dont want to go ahead and pay 2 loan amounts.

                                        Dear sir / madam,

                                        I have taken bajaj finance for appliances on various occasions before 3 years. Since then i am getting calls to offer some kind of loan every now and then from toll free number.

                                        I have denied many times to them not to call me again. But they are different persons calling me every time from different numbers.

                                        As the calls are extremely annoying and disturbing me a lot, i wish bajaj company to stop in any case.

                                        My mobile number is +91 [protected]. If such calls are coming next time, i will take serious steps against company.
