[protected], for this i have paid full payment of remain emi rs. 3340 rupees three thousand three hundred forty only on[protected] which was fore closed amount in locan office of bajaj finserve indore. As a proof i have receved seal & signed receipts from local office,

Bajaj charging again emi of that for closed account.

    I need clarification otherwise i will go to the court of law, and i want to fight for damage charges,
    If have approached banks for my home loans, they are saying to me that i have a bad cibil score, i enquired the same, came to know that someone has taken a loan against me.

      I purchased a mobile through using baja emi card worth rs 9990/-. They confused me by saying that insurance comes mix with the mobile price. I said yes to do insurance. After that i got a message that i had to pay insurance worth rs 1399/- extra in an installment every month. I searched in bajaj finserv app. I found that there is another account appeared called digital fone safe. I don't want insurance for my phone. I will keep it safe. If...

      I am using your bajaj fin serve card from last couple of years, i am using it regularly and i am paying the emis on time, and giving the considerable amount of business to bajaj fin serve, i had recently got an sms that my amount in the card was increased, but on 20/8/17 to my surprise that i got an sms that my card was blocked, can you kindly clarify that why my card was blocked despite i am being a regular customer using your card and also my the emis on time, kindly look into it and unblock my card

            I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as i see your numbers. At least 1-2 calls everyday, after so many requests to update my number to dnd from all the promotional calls from bajaj finserv. Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand. My no is [protected]. I am determined that if this doesn't stop, i will complain to consumer forum.

              Hello,

              Grievance redressal team & we care team

              This email is to inform you that i am holding a platinum emi card no : [protected] with bajaj finserv. Recently my one installment was bounced through which my card was blocked.

              Now my issue is my emi card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds in between in one months.. Every month my emi amount use to debit from my bank account on 4th day. But in between it happened once that emi was deducted a day prior only like 4th and due to insufficient funds on 4th my ecs bounced. So i also paid bouncing charges. Due to insufficient funds i was over charged and my bank has charged bounced charges. The bank hit the ecs on 4th which was suppose to be hit on 5th, then where am i at fault. Due to this only my emi got bounced twice. But as a deligent citizen i went online and paid the emi's to bajaj executive.

              I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase consumer durable, i was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, atleast they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so i would not have gone to take any product only.

              This is really frustrating and disappointing to me i really dont understand that why my card has been blocked, when i have paid all my loans, you would have activated my card instantly and which was not done yet.

              I was talking your customer care and they promised a call back which was again not done. I was promised that my issue will be resolved asap.

              They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents, i even did that and my loan was rejected. Customer care is unable to give me the reason for it.

              Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

              I would be highly obliged.

              Card block for
              BFLRBL CARD issued on me has been send to the some other address and the courier company since has sent the card back to the company. Iam not responsible for any problems it should be sent to my home address.
              I was paid all emi on due date but my bal is deducted by bajaj finserv any any charges and emi bounced that's reason my card is blocked so not my fault please I request unblock my emi card immediately

                  Insurance policy no im0566805 please consider the issue and cancel the insurance..... I felt ur services are good and tried... But u r charging unnecessarily insurance without our approval... Itz costing 1600 rs more than the phne i bought.... V would have bought it by cash if v hadn't know of these extra charges which we don't want... Please consider the issue seriously... If you do such things people may lose belief in you... This made a big inconvenience to me and my financial stability....

                    Hi, this is balamurugan kandasamy. I purchased samsung led 32fh4003 model tv from vasanth and co, 100 feet road, velachery chennai on may month 2015. At that time i did not applied for bajaj finserv emi card.in application form also i did not select the check box for getting emi card. Once i applied for emi option they sent me a emi card thru post. I never used that card. I finished my loan on 2nd december'15 and got noc mail on 17th december 2015. Still i am receiving lots of mails and sms from bajaj finserv. On 18th august'17 i received a sms saying about emi card inactive fees of rs. 117 will be taken from my account. How can they deduct. It is fraudulent activity from bajaj finserv. I want you to stop deducting my money from my account. My customer id was: 21026206.

                          Sir I Raja chatterjee ..belonging to chittaranjan...city - asansol . I owned a bajaj emi card... With registered mobile no. [protected]. And emi card no. [protected]. I got my card blocked for a very long time... I have been reported by the Bajaj branch executives.. That it has been blocked due to emi bounce...now my Loan is repaid 100% I have complaint several times at the Bajaj branch office... They are telling to write the complaint to their we care email ID... Bt till now I have not received any suitable response on how to get my card unblocked again or what to do get my card unblocked.                             Your delivery person mr. Ahmed kabir has not delivered my parcel, i only got a message from delivery person dated on 09/08/17 around at 2 pm. Vide my order no:awb[protected].
                            He said that my area address is not correct to reach door step, therefore, if possible to send please rearrange of my parcel to my residential address, address are given below.

                              Product advisor say that limit of your card is increase when u pay a full emi of your finance product
                              But my card limit is in under 1 lakhs in cant increase
                              Can we increase it
                              Other wise no.. Can we get another card in same id and card no
                              I have finance so many product with the help of your bajaj finance
                              I want to finance some more item but i have not a balance in my card
                              So what can i do for get credit in my card until

                                With reference to the above mentioned subject this is to bring to your notice i regret to inform you that on 16/08/2015 i have purchased samsung refrigerator from kohinoor showroom, santacruz branch through bajaj finserv and also paid extra inr.300.00 for emi card. Since two years has been passed once i. E. On dec 2015 unable to receive because that time i am not present. So i therefore request again in the year jan’2016 to resend it. From your office told me that i will receive emi card after few months, and also received a mail of delivery of emi card but still i have not receive emi.
                                I am very much disappointed about your services and response.
                                Details of emi card all i know is my registered mob. No.[protected] so can u please resend me my emi card to my following address

                                  I have been a customer for bajaj over 2 years now. I have multiple loans with a good track record with bajaj. Offlate, my recent loan application with bajaj finserve has left me with a bitter taste.

                                  1.in the current case, i was promised of a disbursement with in 72 hours and its completely online. I knew it had happened earlier so i had opted for the same. To my surprise, this time they called after 72 hours and asked for a hard copy of the cheque. My file no[protected]

                                  2. Some one from the local office had collected the cheque and promised a disbursement within 48 hours. Nothing has happened.

                                  3. I have been sending mails after mails and the terrible thing is that there is no response from the concerned. The manager from the local office promises of responses but doesnt care. The mails (From last 4-5 days, were copied to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, yogesh. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, paayal. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and recently directed my communications to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.

                                  All the while the advantage of bajaj finserve over other banks are the process is paperless and one can able to manage through a dedicated portal. Now with the complicated procedures, it doesn't hold any more edge, its better to opt with anyone who gives a lowest rate of interest.

                                  As an experience, this is something that i am not used with bajaj so far any how the question is if i have to look for bajaj for my future requirements - the answer is no.

                                  This is exactly happened with me also. i have . i am following with Mr. Santosh More, but no answer. i have marked my email to paayal.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in, sumit.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in, salpl.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in . No response. This is very pathetic service by Bajaj .My Loan application is[protected] . my loan was sanctioned on 12th . i am requesting to collect cancel cheque, but no response from anybody .
                                  This is really bad from bajaj team, they are not replying any of our calls, even after so many complains they are not replying.

                                    This is with respect to the commodity (Treadmill) loan no.: 404sce36663416 taken on march 20th 2017. The dealer took a downpayment of 7350 in this rs.6600 was 2 months advance plus 750rs processing charge of bajaj finserv.

                                    The dealer told rs3300 will be my emi monthly. For loan the bajaj finserv guys saw my old cibil points and took my pan number and said they will process it.
                                    They dint took any sign of me on any of the loan documents!!.

                                    But in my bank account rs3675 was getting deducted as emi, when asked about the extra rs375 the bajaj finserv guys are telling it is for insurance or warranty.

                                    The extra rs375 is really a burden which happened without consent of me and now if we tell to cancel it, they are telling it cannot be done.

                                    Remember the processing of loan documents was done without consent of me!.

                                    Please look into this, so i need not pay anything extra.

                                      Please find following two accounts in mane of bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd in bank of india vikas marg branch & city union bank ltd laxmi marg branch delhi

                                      I got call & email from "tusarkapoor. [protected]@financier.com" for loan of rs.5, 00, 000/- on zero % rate of interest and for that i have to take policy from bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd. And also i have to 1st yearly emi of rs.25000/- in advance into bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd below mention account in bank of india vikas marg branch,
                                      Step by step they were asking to pay money for noc, application fees, for policy endorsement etc
                                      Total i have deposited 1, 10, 000/- in bank of india vikas marg branch & city union bank ltd laxmi marg branch delhi in the name of “bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd”
                                      But when i contacted to the manager of city union bank laxmi nagar branch delhi
                                      They said the account no - [protected] in city union bank limited - new delhi laxmi nagar ifsc codeciub0000502 in name of “ift infoservices “ and not on “bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd”
                                      But in my axis bank portal the same account number & bank & ifsc code on the name of “bajaj allianz life insurance co ltd”
                                      So many people deposited money for getting loan in the same account but loan has not disburse yet
