Sub: extended warranty not required for ac & washing machine - request - reg.
Ref: 1) user id 48401199 & tin: [protected], invoice no.1200/17/s-3396, dt.20.06.2017.
2) my phone no.+[protected], p. Ramakrishna rao.
With reference to the above, it is to inform that i have not required the extended warranty for the ac & washing machine, as the company has already given warranty on all spares and motor for ac & washing machine of samsung company.in view of this, i am not interested to any extended warranty. Please take the emi of rs.5656/- only of the remaining installments. If any amount exceeding rs.5656/-, i will approach the court of law. The agent of your bajajfin was mis-leaded me. Pl instruct your people to collect only rs.5, 656/- pm of the remaining installments.

    I had 3 loans with bajaj finance and i have re-payed 100% amount of all 3 loans. But recently from my savings account additional amount has been transferred to ddr bajaj-auto-transfer.

    My loan accounts #4040cd01889774, 4040cd01889854 & 4040cd01889924

    Additional amount transaction details : 23/8/2017 - rs 117 and 19/09/2016 - rs 99.

    Kindly do the needful and i need resolution.

        Hi, this is sathish from salem. Today we have visited viveks showroom in salem and planned to buy a refrigerator and we were discussing about the finance option.. The sales person asked my bajaj emi card to check the loan eligibility. I showed it to him at the same time he called to bajaj finanace loan executive and told my card number then asked my date of birth... Within two minutes i have received an sms from bajaj finance states that your loan sanctioned and you have to pay emi... I asked the person about this, how can you process and sanction the loan without my knowledge... He is talking very rudely and his behaviour is very worst... I am totally disappointed with the way of reply and his attitude.. I never expected such reply from bajaj finanace executive... Very very worst.. Total trust on bajaj finance...?

            I am getting a message from the bajaj finserv constantly saying that my mandate has been rejected by your bank, to register click here https://www.paynimo.com.

            I tried to register, but field to make payment of rs 1/-.

            I am constantly trying to contact bajaj finserv, but they are not reachable.

            Can you please looke into this asap.

            I got the message yesterday also at around 03:14 PM saying that the mandate is rejected by your bank, to register click here https://www.paynimo.com.

            This message came even though I got a confirmation from the Bajaj Finserv team saying that they have stopped the SMS and Call to my registered mobile number.

            Kindly let me know whats going on and this is hampering my work during the office hours. Also this is making my both physically and mentally distrubed.

            I am continuously getting messages and calls from Bajaj saying that Your mandate has been rejected by your bank, to register click here https://www.paynimo.com.pnyM9VNEK..

            My emi has been going from the bank for over a year now andd suddenly the called person says that if you dont register here your next EMI will bounce. He asked me to register on the link and make a Rs.5 transaction to activate my account. I sensed a fraud and called up a Bajaj Finance executive whom I know and have been dealing with for the past few years for all my loans and he mentioned that please do not register a it may be a fraud and if the next EMI bounces then he will call me to make the payment at the branch. But I want to ensure that my credit history does nnot get impacted because it is not my fault if the bank systems are being updated without notice. If at all my emi bounces for the next month I want Bajaj to ensure that there is no penalty charges levied upon me and that it does not impact my cibil score as I always maintain the balance in my account for the EMI.

              Bajaj finserv from chennai but no land line is provided and phone calls received from them to collect the documents and cheques from the customer for opening the overdraft loan account. But there is no proper response from them and have a doubt whether they are operating in chennai or not. So no one cannot provide their bank cheques and id and address proof. Someone may be used for wrong thing.

              In their web site they are not providing such loan type and have a careful.

Why ur people are sending it to me. Iam not responsible for this insurance and don't waste my money. How do u create this type of nonsense things this is correct what ur company people have done. So cancel this policy.

                              I submit to say that this month also the same problem for personal loan due date. Due date 5 th of every month. Last month they presented the cheque on 04 th and this month they have presented 27 th of july 2017. But cheque presenting date 5th of every month but why are you present priorly date. Kindly i gave attached proff in pdf format. Kindly do the needful.

                                I am so irritated with your phone calls that it pisses me off as i see your numbers. At least 1-2 calls everyday, after so many requests to update my number to dnd from all the promotional calls from bajaj finserv. Trust me if you disturb your valuable customers so much, they won't be loyal to your brand. My no is [protected]. I am determined that if this doesn't stop, i will complain to consumer forum.

                                  This email is to inform you that i am holding a platinum emi card no : [protected] with bajaj finserv. Recently my one installment was bounced through which my card was blocked.

                                  Now my issue is my emi card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds in between in one months.. Every month my emi amount use to debit from my bank account on 4th day. But in between it happened once that emi was deducted a day prior only like 4th and due to insufficient funds on 4th my ecs bounced. So i also paid bouncing charges. Due to insufficient funds i was over charged and my bank has charged bounced charges. The bank hit the ecs on 4th which was suppose to be hit on 5th, then where am i at fault. Due to this only my emi got bounced twice. But as a deligent citizen i went online and paid the emi's to bajaj executive.

                                  I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase consumer durable, i was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, atleast they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so i would not have gone to take any product only.

                                  This is really frustrating and disappointing to me i really dont understand that why my card has been blocked, when i have paid all my loans, you would have activated my card instantly and which was not done yet.

                                  I was talking your customer care and they promised a call back which was again not done. I was promised that my issue will be resolved asap.

                                  They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents, i even did that and my loan was rejected. Customer care is unable to give me the reason for it.

                                  Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

                                  I would be highly obliged.

                                  BFLRBL CARD issued on me has been send to the some other address and the courier company since has sent the card back to the company. Iam not responsible for any problems it should be sent to my home address.
                                  I was paid all emi on due date but my bal is deducted by bajaj finserv any any charges and emi bounced that's reason my card is blocked so not my fault please I request unblock my emi card immediately

                                    I have cleared my emi of last product purchased and now want to purchase some more but my card is blocked so please unblock my card as soon as possible. I am looking to make heavy purchases as i have got a new job and have more purchasing powers so if you can make my card work in this festive season i would rather opt for making appliances purchases and would be very happy cause it will make life more easier and simpler.
