Please note clearly about my complaint, that I need my FDs to have valuation date as commencement of FD dates.

Ref: - Your telephonic response at 4.54 pm today to me[protected].
This is to acknowledge your response. You have started with a phrase, asking me as to what is my complaint. The tele discussion that followed, boils down to 1] You will refer to all my complaint mails made to customer care & escalations wings of Bajaj Finserv, since May 17 to till date, and then will convey the matter to your seniors in concerned department to respond by necessary action. You have promised to revert back to me on phone / mail within 48 hours.2] You have understood from me about my FD commencement date has to be same as valuation date of money transfer from my bank to bajaj finserv bank a/c & that is what is required to be complied with.
I await your action of sorting the matter with help of concern departments by reporting to them the facts of transaction & valuation date of money transfer, between me & Bajaj finserv. 3] I am a senior citizen [71 years] & my justice must not be kept lingering in indefinitely. Already close to 90 days are over.

Subject:- Commencing date of my FD- My feedback on our tele talk of 28th July

Ref: - [1] The response from Bajaj Finserv lending department on 28th July 7.13 pm vide SRN 12304264.
[2] Ref: [1] The FD nos are 108224, 108229 and 108236.
[3] SRN11988113 and SRN12007360 unanswered.

It seems to me that, Bajaj Finserv Lending Department, has responded in place of Customer Care Social Media department. I do not know why, as my complaint subject is correction in FD valid commencing date. I have not availed any loan from Bajaj in past or present, and I feel that response from BF Lending department is not warranted.

If it is an auto reply, then kindly correct the complaint subject matter. If Bajaj Finserv Customer Care feels that, it is correct, then let it be like that. This is just to draw your attention on the matter of my complaint.

Dear Sir,

Kind Attn; - Mr Anil Pawar -Customer care Bajaj Finserv Social media dept.

Ref: - Tele talk today at 12.09 noon between Mr Anil pawar and myself.

As per your request I am again forwarding the mail sent by me on 6th June 17 with Valuation date certificate from my bank [PNB] sent to your company on 6th June 17 on written request from Mr Pawan Bansal, of customer care-Bajaj Finserv. Mr Pawan never acknowledged.
Mr Anil, kindly, send an acknowledgement from your side for this. It saves you trouble of scouting the records of mail, which your company is not having customer wise, or else you would not have to request me to send it again to you, for your investigations and doing needful for correcting commencement date.
I feel that I am pushed from pillar to post, repeatedly, during all these elapsed appx 90 days of taking FD from Bajaj Finserv, for no fault of mine.

A small but dissatisfied customer like me will certainly not matter for a big organisation like Bajaj Finserv, in immediate near future, but a correct commencement date of my hard earned money in your FD instrument, will certainly matter immensely, as correct [in this case advanced by a day] maturity date of my FD will put the money back in my hand at right due date.

Please find the earlier mail of 6th June along with attached certificate of valuation date from my bank.

Please acknowledge. Kindly stop falls SR numbers from your lending department.
I have received it again, today on 29th July 17, at 8.10 AM as SRN12307117.

Mr Anil, you have promised me to bring the solution to my matter latest by Monday 31st July 17.

    I have taken a business loan from bajaj finserv in 2015 of rs 1018000 with a condition of nill pre-closure charges. But after two years of loan i clear my loan by paying all balance amount inspite of term ad condition given to me company charges me 4% for-closure charges without confirming me. So its my humble request you to please help me in refunding my extra charges of around 35000 rs. Below i attached my proof of nill pre for-closure charges.

      Your recovery agency mr. Sunderland and mrs. Priyanka both are using bed word's, harrassment to me and my family. They both are continuing use bed word and give me criminal intimidation and giving treat of death severally times and it's become use this practice daily to insulate and tourcharing to me and my family. We are now going to police complaint against they both person. We will complaint against section 503, 504 and 506 (2) of indian penal code in bhavnagar.

          23 july 17
          I have applied for 3 nos fd of 1 l-2l & 10l each totalling to 13 lakh by giving bajaj finserv, 3 cross order cheques of pnb from my sb a/c, on 27th april 2017, which were handed over to their executive in person.
          These cheques got cleared from my bank a/c on 1st may 2017 and the transaction as well as the valuation date is 1st may 2017, meaning that bajaj finserv got the money credited to their bank account on 1st may 17.
          When i received the fd in my hand by after appx 30 days it bears the commencement days as 2nd may 2017. This action was protested by me as, i stand to loose my interest for one day.
          I have made written online complaint with bajaj finserv customer care and then escalated to grievances cell, in all more than 14 times, but they have not complied with correction in date of commencement of my fd. They asked for my bank statement showing and certifying the valuation date which i forwarded promptly. But no action.
          1st may 2017 was a public holiday, burt bank back offices were working to clear cts cheques and other jobs as they generally do on holidays. This has been confirmed by me from number of banks.
          Can any one guide me about how can i recover my one day interest?

          As per customer care's above reference, I provided them with the details of 1] FD nos. 2] Name of holder. 3] SRN nos that are pending to be replied. 4] All phone contact nos. 5] my e mail ID.
          I submited it to them thru your Consumer Complaints.
          IMMIDIATELY WITHIN 10 MINUTES I RECEIVED A CALL FROM BAJAJ FINSERV CUSTOMER CARE NO-[protected] BUT HE DID NOT GAVE HIS NAME. HE SAID THAT MY COMPLAINT NO IS SRN11988113 AND THAT THEY WILL ATTEND MY COMPLAINT NOW ITSELF AND WILL REFUND THE INTEREST OF 1 DAY IN MY BANK FOR WHICH I MUST HAVE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. THIS WAS SHOCKING AND I SAID WHY CAN'T THEY LET ME KNOW AS TO WHY THEY CAN NOT CHANGE MY FD COMMENCING DATES AS PER THE VALUATION DATE INSTRADE? THAT IS COMMENCING DATE TO BE AS PER VALUATION DATE OF 1ST MAY 2017 IN PLACE OF 2ND MAY 2017? HE CUT OFF THE LINE.
          I need justice as my money 13 lakh is with them since 1st may 2017 and not 2nd may 2017 the cumulative-compounding effect will be lost and I will suffer for loss. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME AFTER SO LONG OF 80 DAYS + & SO MUCH OF MENTAL TORTURE BY CUSTOMER CARE TEAM TO ME THRU E MAILS/NOTES ON WHATSAPP AND FOLLOW UP ON PHONE, OF AN ESTEEM ORGANISATION LIKE BAJAJ FINSERV.
          HOPE THAT THEY WILL REISSUE THE FDS WITH CORRECTED DATE OF COMMENCEMENT AT EARLIEST AND OBLIGE A CUSTOMER-HOWEVER SMALL AS PER THEIR BUSINESS POLICY.

          This is to acknowledge that I received a call ring-just once-one ring long and was discontinued by the time I could come and lift the phone. The calling number was [protected] and at 5.17 PM on 26 July 17. This was very strange as the phone rang only for a single ring and before I could lift the phone it was disconnected. On the caller part he has a record of trying to contact me but never gave me a chance to pick up the phone. I then started calling the same number, till 5.37 pm from all my numbers that is [protected] / [protected]/[protected], repeatedly but the connection to above [protected] was not established. I could feel how the things are made helpless for me and the time is pulled on without due justice. Now the question is why they can not write a mail to me with the solution of reestablishing my valuation date as my FD commencing date or why they can not send me an sms asking me to call back on a number of their choice and -time of their choice on a day of their choice?
          THE FACT IS SIMPLE. MY MONEY [13 LAKH] WAS WITH THEM SINCE 1ST MAY 2017 AND HENCE MY FD DATE OF COMMENCEMENT MUST BE 1ST MAY 2017 AND NOT 2nd may 2017 as they have wrongly given in my fds. THE FDS ARE FOR A TENURE OF 5 YEARS AND IT AMOUNTS TO 13 LAKH RELEASED A DAY EARLIER, WITHOUT LOSING ANY EARNINGS.
          Hence valuation date of transfer must be corrected by Bajaj Finserv to resolve my complaint. WHY THEY WISH TO CONTACT ME ON PHONE AND WHAT DO THEY WISH TO CONVEY WHEN MY COMPLAINT SOLUTION IS AS ABOVE-TIME AND AGAIN TOLD TO THEM VERBALLY AS WELL AS -IN WRITING MODE SO MANY TIMES?
          OTHER ISSUES OF NOT FOLLOWING UP THE SCHEDULED REPLY TIME FRAME GIVEN ON BAJAJ FINSERV SITE OF CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINTS AND ESCALATIONS LIVE A DAUNTING MARK ON CUSTOMER AND IT IS UP TO BAJAJ TO FORTIFY THEIR SYSTEM. MAY BE CUSTOMER LIKE ME WILL NEVER WISH TO AGAIN PARTICIPATE IN ANY BUSINESS AGAIN IN FUTURE.

            Amit on this side (Amitkumar. [protected]@gmail.com), got a salaried flexi loan (Rs. 9, 53000) in mayfrom bajaj finserv and got a welcome letter mention fore closure charges is 4% + taxes on outstanding principle amount (Clearly mention in welcome letter).in july i raised a requested for closure with outstanding principle amount is rs. 100.00, they replied that company policy change and they want 4% + taxes (Rs 44, 000 approx) on sanctioned amount (On rs. 9, 53000). This is very strange fore closure on sanctioned amount.
            Policy change and our government is agreed on this policy or this is only for customer not shared this policy with government.

              Please cancel the loan as soon as possible.
              I called many times customer service but they are responding on this.
              Please take action on this as soon as possible.

                  I have taken a personal loan, loan ac# 404sal44186233. I was surprised that i got rs. 1999 less than what i was committed while applying for the loan. When i enquired with my sales representitive and wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in attaching the welcome letter. I got a response that the difference amount of rs1999 was for some credit vidhya charge. I feel cheated with this hidden charge and would urge people to be careful with bajajfinserv. I am with bajaj with last 5 yrs & this long term association has been in toss.

                    One year back i had taken finance services from bajaj finder. Now these # calling me daily for some # offers. They disturb me while driving, while sleeping in night around 11 pm, morning 6 am. I am really fade up. When i try to call their cus6 care. These # does not have option for dnd.
                    Can anyone help me on this?

                    Its my biggest mistake to go for loan from bajaj finserv.in future i will make sure you do not any customer from my reference.

                        I have purchased tv through bajaj finserv and before completing my tenure i have requested them for close the emi and clear two remaining installments in advance. But they deduct extra two emi from my account. I have visited chandigarh sector 26 office and request them for my payment many time. After so many follow ups i have received one months emi back but one payment of emi is still pending. This case is more than one year old. I have visited them so many time but they dont't care. I could not understand why today a deduction of an amount of inr 115 was made from my bank account against bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_june17. I am suppoased to pay inr 2938/- per month as my emi. I am not sure why this inr 115 has been deducted ny bajaj finance from my account and without even informing me. This is unacceptable and i need this issue to be addressed.                             I AM SURPRISED THAT BAJAJ FINANCE HAS DEDUCTED INR 115 FROM MY ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF SOME UNKNOWN CHARGES AND THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME YET. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND I REQUEST BAJAJ FINANCE TO LET ME KNOW ASAP WHY THIS MONEY HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BEYOND MY NOTICE.

                            No one from Bajaj Finance contacted me. There was a gentleman from consumer complaints.in whi contacted me regarding the issue and was asking my debut card no. I was uncomfortable to share my debit card number to him. So he adviced me to get in touch with Bajaj Finance customer care and then report him back on the issue. But the Bajaj Finance customer care is computerised IVR and no customer care executive that I could reach. So I still do not know why Bajaj Finance has taken this money from my bank account.

                            No one from BajajFinserv has contacted me yet. I wrote an email today to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in explaining my issue. I have told BajajFinserv categorically that since this transaction happened beyond my knowledge and they do not have the professional ethics to even address this till now, I will wait for some more time and then instruct my bank to stop all future payment of BajaFinserv until this issue is addressed and resolved. BajajFinserv is debiting money from my account without intimating me and an amount about which I have no idea. This is very unacceptable

                              I have purchased lg smart tv 49lj554t from kohinoor store, baner, pune, maharashtra. I have taken the extended warranty for 3 yrs from bajaj finserve representative who was present in th store. I have paid 6k for the extended warranty and got the print copy of amount received by bajaj finserve.

                              The representative told me that i will receive the warranty details and warranty card over email within 4-5 days and hard-copy at home address within 1 month.

                              Now, when i have contacted the bajaj representative from the kohinoor store, he told me that my extended warranty request cannot be processed and is canceled without giving any reason. He is asking me for the refund but i don't want any refund from bajaj, i need my extended warranty at the earliest.

                              As, tv has been installed, no other firm can do the extended warranty. I have already raised the complaint in consumer forum and will file legal complaint also if required.

                                I have taken a personal loan, loan ac# 404sal44428259. To my surprise i got rs. 1999 less than what i was committed while applying for the loan. When i enquired and wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in attaching the welcome letter. I got a response that the difference amount of rs1999 was for some credit vidhya charge. I feel cheated with this hidden charge and would urge people to be careful with bajajfinserv.

                                  I had taken a personal loan from bajaj finwhich became a big mistake of my life. It’s the biggest fraud co.
                                  First they took hefty and unpromised charges at the time of disbursal and now when i am requesting for foreclosure they are asking to pay foreclosure charges on this as well. They are completely cheating as they said initially that there would be no foreclosure charges.
                                  They are saying that the rules have changed now but its applicable to previous customers as well. This should be against the law.
