    I have purchased tv through bajaj finserv and before completing my tenure i have requested them for close the emi and clear two remaining installments in advance. But they deduct extra two emi from my account. I have visited chandigarh sector 26 office and request them for my payment many time. After so many follow ups i have received one months emi back but one payment of emi is still pending. This case is more than one year old. I have visited them so many time but they dont't care. I need my refund with harassment money that of visiting their office from mohali 20-25 times

        I bought a llyod split ac from mittal electronic. I took it on emi from bajaj finance. I could not understand why today a deduction of an amount of inr 115 was made from my bank account against bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_june17. I am suppoased to pay inr 2938/- per month as my emi. I am not sure why this inr 115 has been deducted ny bajaj finance from my account and without even informing me. This is unacceptable and i need this issue to be addressed.         I AM SURPRISED THAT BAJAJ FINANCE HAS DEDUCTED INR 115 FROM MY ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF SOME UNKNOWN CHARGES AND THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME YET. THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND I REQUEST BAJAJ FINANCE TO LET ME KNOW ASAP WHY THIS MONEY HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BEYOND MY NOTICE.

        No one from Bajaj Finance contacted me. There was a gentleman from consumer complaints.in whi contacted me regarding the issue and was asking my debut card no. I was uncomfortable to share my debit card number to him. So he adviced me to get in touch with Bajaj Finance customer care and then report him back on the issue. But the Bajaj Finance customer care is computerised IVR and no customer care executive that I could reach. So I still do not know why Bajaj Finance has taken this money from my bank account.

        Hi, Greetings from Bajaj Finserv! We would like to inform you that, the charges showing in your bank account statement that occurred by your bank for ECS registration charges. For further queries you may write to us at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in.
        No one from BajajFinserv has contacted me yet. I wrote an email today to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in explaining my issue. I have told BajajFinserv categorically that since this transaction happened beyond my knowledge and they do not have the professional ethics to even address this till now, I will wait for some more time and then instruct my bank to stop all future payment of BajaFinserv until this issue is addressed and resolved. BajajFinserv is debiting money from my account without intimating me and an amount about which I have no idea. This is very unacceptable

          salaried personal flexi loan preclosure charges

          I am regretting buying flexi loan from bajaj. I was getting other banks loan at such low emi but i chose flexi so that i can close this loan any time. Earlier they told me that i can pay most of the amount and when some outstanding amount of 100rs or something i have to pay only 4 of 100 as closure fees.           I have purchased lg smart tv 49lj554t from kohinoor store, baner, pune, maharashtra. I have taken the extended warranty for 3 yrs from bajaj finserve representative who was present in th store. I have paid 6k for the extended warranty and got the print copy of amount received by bajaj finserve.

          The representative told me that i will receive the warranty details and warranty card over email within 4-5 days and hard-copy at home address within 1 month.

          Now, when i have contacted the bajaj representative from the kohinoor store, he told me that my extended warranty request cannot be processed and is canceled without giving any reason. He is asking me for the refund but i don't want any refund from bajaj, i need my extended warranty at the earliest.

          As, tv has been installed, no other firm can do the extended warranty. I have already raised the complaint in consumer forum and will file legal complaint also if required.

            I have taken a personal loan, loan ac# 404sal44428259. To my surprise i got rs. 1999 less than what i was committed while applying for the loan. When i enquired and wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in attaching the welcome letter. I got a response that the difference amount of rs1999 was for some credit vidhya charge. I feel cheated with this hidden charge and would urge people to be careful with bajajfinserv.

              Hi

              I had taken a personal loan from bajaj finwhich became a big mistake of my life. It’s the biggest fraud co.
              First they took hefty and unpromised charges at the time of disbursal and now when i am requesting for foreclosure they are asking to pay foreclosure charges on this as well. They are completely cheating as they said initially that there would be no foreclosure charges.
              They are saying that the rules have changed now but its applicable to previous customers as well. This should be against the law.

                    I have already done a foreclose process of bajaj finance on 8th june 2017

                    While doing foreclose process it show nil (0) balance outstanding and (0) foreclose charges, after 20 to 25 days they have given us call and told me to pay the outstanding i have showed them that already i have done foreclose and paid all dues

                    Bajaj finserv company calling and giving bad wards and intimidate me if i will not pay they will broke my bones its a request please help on this and already i have done a legal case on bajaj finance ]

                    But still they are trying to reach me and forcing to pay the money

                          I have taken couple of loans from bajaj finserv and now i am receving daily 4 to 5 times call from bajaj finserv for new loan offers. Sometime these are automated calls or sometime from marketing team.

                          I am fed up with all these calls and it's really irritating. If this is the policy of bajaj finserv to disturb the customer then really i will never opt for any services from bajaj finserv.

                          I have been customer for many other banks but i have never such irritating and stupid marketing policy.

                          Please request bajaj finserv to stop calling me.

                              Bajaj finserv — request to unblock bajaj emi card

                              Hi, my name is zoheb hasan customer id:15423932. I am exits bajaj finance customer. I had completed 3 loans
                              But i come to know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
                              Due to my first 2 emi was failed because of some circumstances. Due to this reason my card was blocked. And what can i do for reactive my card again. Requested to kindly look into this matter.

                                The representative of bajaj finance member called me & he told they offer me a personal loan & got my details including cheque slips also the manager forced me get the loan & he told rs.8000 will be detected for processing fees but they took rs 12000 from the loan amount of 124000 but totally 112000 was creditted in m account i asked the manager for past five days still he can't answer me & avoid me

                                  I had taken loan in bajaj finance on last few month back i have paid the installments in time correctly without any fail (If fail so your side.. And your technical problem that's why).
                                  Sir, i am a regular customer to purchase items through bajaj finserv but misleading the customer by giving wrong information is not healthy corporate culture. It leads to loss of goodwill, customer dissatisfaction and loss of business of the company.
                                  The purpose of this email is to create awareness about the slow and most ridiculous customer service ever faced in my entire life
                                  Now few days back i received the intimation form bajaj finance team that my emi card had been block due to cibil score is low. But its wrong details ok.. My cibil is good i will check already
                                  I want to surrender my emi card. (Emi card no - [protected]) so pls...!!!

                                    This is m hemadri, i took salaried personal loan from bajaj finserv based on nil foreclosure charges agreement, later on they changed the rule to impose foreclosure charges. I decided to close the loan and i generated foreclosure letter from bajaj finserv expedia application, the generated letter showed nil fore closure charges, so i paid the money what ever bajajfinserv displayed in the application. I have foreclosure letter. My salaried personal loan number is 404spl22065643. After two days they sent an email mentioning you paid short payment of money, (As of today is inr 365529.45 and bajaj finserv have received a foreclosure amount of inr 348, 898.11 from you, which is a short payment of inr 16631.34). How can they ask me to pay extra money if their system generated fore closure letter has zero foreclosure charges, more over i don't have control on the application so pay my money. I have to pay the money what ever they display in the expedia application. I didn't pay short payment. These are foreclosure charges. They are sending repeated emails, you paid short payment.in the foreclosure letter no where they mentioned about short payment term.

                                    They are asking me to pay rs.16631.34 to
                                    Close my loan, other wise they will not close it. Even paid amount is not reflecting in their website. I am worried about my money and credit rating.
                                    Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                      I am not satfied with your comments, If you have decided to charge foreclosure then how come expedia app generated foreclosure letter showed 0% fore closure charges. Please clarify this point. This is against rules. You will pay the fore closure based on foreclosure letter, if letter has foreclosure charges then you can argu this point. And more over the paid money is not reflecting in Bajaj Expedia app. This is utter ####### app you have . You are loosing customer confidence by doing this kind of thinks.
