Is there some kind of joke going on here?. I want immediate refund of excess EMI amount of Rs 11638 deducted. If this time there is no response and refund, I will make sure you guys will suffer in consumer court. What is the use of keeping customer care number when there is no facility to talk to any representative, IVRS does not serve any purpose.

I have purchased a LG tv in video tronics show room through Bajaj Finserv on EMI basis and the monthly EMI is 2000, and every month they should deduct from account, but there are deducted Rs 2233/- instead of Rs.2000.So requesting to salve this.

          but I come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan.
          I try to conduct customer care by call but got replay as my customer number and card number was wrong. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. and what can i do for reactive my card again.

            Respected sir/madam,
            Greetings!
            I am mathivanan full time ph. D student in pondicherry university. I reside with my wife and kid in lawspet, pondicherry.

            Today (10th august 2017) one of your staff mr. Ganesh (Mobile no. [protected]) from bajaj finance ltd., eswaran koil street, pondicherry called me from 4:44 p. M to 4:53 p. M and asked “why have you bounced the cheque this month also?”.
            I said on 13th july itself i gave an account change request to mr. Nagappan in his office after paying the first due in person and so asked him to get the updates from him.
            Mr. Ganesh didn’t mind that and just insisted me to come to the office and make the payment immediately. I said i can’t come to the office as i will be out of station and i can’t come to the office every month.
            At once he started abusing me in singular. He is telling, “it is our fate that we gave loan to people like you?”. He also added, “you are sleeping in the air conditioner bought freely and don’t you have sense to pay the amount?”. This statement is very awkward and un-parliamentary in the vernacular.
            He threatened me that, “let me see how you are not paying the due in my office”.
            Terrified, out of fear and with a grieved heart i am writing this to you after making my wife and daughter to sleep (11 p. M now).
            Please be patient enough to read through the background.

            On[protected], i purchased blue star air conditioner + vguard stabilizer from darling digital world, 80, kamaraj salai, puducherry for rs.35, 000/-.
            I paid rs.12, 000/- down payment and agreed to pay the remaining amount in 8 equal instalments through ecs (Rs.2, 917/- per month) with financial assistance from bajaj finance ltd., eswaran koil street, pondicherry (As suggested by darling digital world) wide loan account no. 4580cd40307614.
            The kyc documents submitted by me are:
            1. Id proof

            2. Address proof

            3. 6 months account statement of my stipend account in canara bank, puducherry

            4. Cancelled cheque leafs of my old savings account in state bank of india, coimbatore. (As i didn’t have cheque leaf for canara bank account at that time).

            I told them very clearly that i receive my stipend only through canara bank and the same will be used for paying my instalments. The salesperson asked me to sign the blank ecs form for amount 50, 000 telling that they would fill the required details later on. (This is their usual practice, i believe).
            My first due was on 5th july and i got sms from bajaj finance to keep my account sufficiently funded in advance. I ignored those sms as i kept my canara bank sufficiently funded in advance.
            On 10th july i received an sms stating that rs.3367/- is outstanding in my loan account.
            Surprised by this i contacted darling electronics and mr. Navatheethan (Phone:[protected] told me that they have uploaded some 140 customers file at once and by mistake they have mentioned my sbi account number for ecs. So the cheque/ecs is bounced in sbi, coimbatore.
            Mr. Navaneethan talked with mr. Nagappan (Bajaj finance ltd., eswaran koil street, pondicherry) and mr. Tamilselvan (Darling digital world, viluppuram road, pondicherry mobile: [protected]) and explained the issue to them.
            Then mr. Navaneethan filled a fresh ecs form with my canara bank account details (By then i got cheque book) and advised me to pay the first instalment alone without cheque bounce fee (Even he also assured me that darling electronics will take care of the cheque dishonour fee) to mr. Nagappan, bajaj finance ltd., eswaran koil street, pondicherry and hand over the ecs form to him. I paid rs.2920 on 13th july and hand over the ecs form and cheque leaf to mr. Nagappan.
            Before the 2nd instalment due date on 30th july, i received an sms from bh-bajaf to keep my account sufficiently funded. This time i noticed that once again my sbi account is mentioned.
            Immediately i called mr. Navaneethan and told the matter. Then i called mr. Tamilselvan and shared my canara bank account details. I didn’t have any of the bajaj finance ltd., staff contact numbers.
            On 2nd august i received an sms from “canara bank that mandate reference no:[protected] issued to bajaj finance limited with value 50, 000 and frequency is received today for processing”.
            But on 8th august once again i received an sms that rs.3367 is outstanding in my loan account. After so many requests and running from pillars to post they made the cheque bounce!
            · is this fair? Can i treat this as intentional or negligence?

            · how many days do you need to update a bank account change request in your system?

            · if this is not done on time don’t your staff have the responsibility to inform the customer?

            · don’t you know that cheque bounce is a criminal offence?

            · if you continuously make cheque bounces in my account, who will pay the cheque bounce fee?

            Once again i contacted mr. Navaneethan and mr. Tamilselvan and explained the matter. They said they have asked for a service request from bajaj finance and will get back to me.
            Leave that aside.
            Sir, while i myself proactively take every effort to settle this issue, is this how your employees talk to your customer?
            Are your collection staff any different than the unorganized unscrupulous money lenders?
            Does he as an individual is like this or all your employees and the entire team bajaj finance is like this only?
            Last one month or so i am highly depressed, mentally tortured because of this loan.

            Today because of mr. Ganesh words i am very much grieved in heart and spirit. His words deeply hurt me. His tone and the manner he ordered me to come to office created a sense of insecurity within me. I request your kind self to protect my life from the goondas like staff of yours.

            Moreover, i need the reasons for delaying the change of account request.
            Continuous cheque bounce caused by you is loss of my credibility and low cibil score as well. The bank also charge me for cheque bounces.

            I am just a phd student in pondicherry university. No word power or man power or money power like your staff mr. Ganesh. So i request your kind self to treat this as a threat to my life and do justice to me without any delay. Otherwise you would provoke me to take some other course of action which are irreparable.

                      I purchased a samsung j7 max mobile worth rs. 17900 on july 2017 on emi (Lan id: 421dpf[protected]. My monthly emi was rs.2, 984. After a week i received a message stating that another product naming ("digital fone safe" lan id: 421dpf[protected] was tagged in my account and i have to pay additional emi of rs.330. This was tagged without any intimation or acknowledgement and also i don't need this. I request you to please raise the complaint to this company and resolve the matter so that i don't loose any money.

                        I have applied for a loan with bajaj finance on 31st july 2017 for rs 700000. And received an confirmation that the same is sanctioned. And they have started calculating interest for the same effective from 3rd august 2017. However the above said amount has never been credited to my account till date 9th august 2017. The guys who collected my documents mr. Syed - syedkazimali. [protected]@bizsupportad.com mobile number [protected] and mr. Selvam - sales manager - a. [protected]@bajajfinserv.in who processed my loan are not reachable after this incident.

                        Tried to reach the customer care via[protected] which only take me thru their ivr system and no human interaction possible with that to state my complaint with them. Sent mails to customer care mail id [protected]@bajajfinserv.in highlighting the above. Quoted their response below from them:

                        Dear mr. Sriprakash,

                        Thank you for writing to us at bajaj finserv.

                        We wish to inform you that your loan has been processed as per the signed documents for your loan account number 403spl47547744.

                        Hence we can not process your request for the emi due date change.

                        In case of discrepancy, we request you to kindly send us a scan copy of your documents/ trail mail received from sales team for to verify and validate our records.

                        Once we have validated our system records, we shall revert to you.

                        After a long battle the above stated complaints was address by bajaj Finserv and they have reimbursed the interest charged for the period before the actual loan disbursal. Also they changed the due date as requested. Thou the local guys are irresponsible handling the customer I think the Customer care acted responsibly (Thanks you to this forum).

                          Hi team,

                          I have applied for home loan balance transfer with bajaj finance and requested them for the interest rates. They have initially told the interest rate is 8.4%. After processing the loan they have told the percentage details with split up and added 0.6 5 processing charges and rs. 90, 000 as insurance charges. My current home loan rate of interest is 9% with lic.

                          Now, if i look at the interest rate it is crossing 9%. So, i feel like there is no point in taking the loan. But since i have also opted for topup loan, they have finally given at 10% and i have confirmed to process it. But, later i realized that top up loan interest rates are lesser in other banks like ex. Icici - 8.99%. So, i have requested them to cancel the process.

                          But, bajaj finance team is telling that check is ready and if they need to cancel the loan processing, i need to pay the cancellation charges of 1 % on my requested loan amount. Can you please help me to come out of this situation.

Policy no: 410LSM47568625. I have never applied for such scheme and this needs to be discarded.

                              Loan of 125000 was availed from Bajaj Finserv in May 2017 and I requested for a topup loan in Aug 2017.
                              I was told:
                              1. Bajaj Finserv Executive (Prem G) informed me the previous loan will be merged into top-up loan and new amount of loan will be 375000, including insurance of 5000. I have not received the insurance document also.
                              2. The processing fees paid earlier for 125000 will be reversed as now I am being charged processing fee for 375000.
                              Complaint -

                              I have been charged Annual Maintenance for 2 times instead of one loan. No refund for earlier processing fees is provided.

                              Credit Vidya fees (I do not know) has been charged during disbursal and this was not informed to me.

                              No response to the concerns raised through customer care email. Unable to reach them over telephone as Prem G is not picking my calls.

                              I have raised the concern on twitter and also have looped in grievance redressal team. However, I only get automated responses to my emails and no one is replying. I am unable to get to talk to someone through phone as customer care IVR does not recognise my mobile number or customer ID but I am receiving promotional calls from them on the same number and SMS also.

                                I had been negotiating a home loan with bajaj finserv under professional category in the month of may 2017 and they sent me a offer letter through whatsapp and took part documentation. Since it was a loan transfer for existing home loan there were some delays. With all this ecs is sent to my bank without disbursement drawal in july 2017 and now in august 2017. This is unfair / unprofessional treatment met by me from a renowned institution. Repeated complaints over email was of no avail to grievance / customer support etc. My complaint to rbi cell is also not getting enough attention. Would request seniors at bajaj to review resolute and do the needful delete the wrong ecs and do this as a fresh loan in august 2017. Banks are charging me ecs bounce charges and there is a harassment from back end team without realizing the issue.

                                  Its being long that i am trying to change my bank details. Infact i have shared an email also stating do not send the ecs to axis bank as the account is closed due to my job shifting from delhi to kolkata. Inspite of several follow-up, every month they are making me a defaulter and it is affecting my ciebel score.

                                  I had deposited the ecs form along with all the details to branch office @ kolkata but till date they have not updated my bank details and my emi got bounced this time also. Now after we went and verified the local office instructs us to go to saltlake and verify with collection manager. Now do u think we dont have any work that i or my husband will be moving from one corner to another just to verify my bank details.

                                  No support from bajaj finserv.

                                  Whenever i call the toll free number, it never connects to customer care people so that i can follow-up and see the progress, the same is never possible.

                                      I am so dispointed in your behavior. My bajaj finance card number ending is 0983 without notice you have blocked and that is also i haven't used it properly at all only my phone emi was going... Which i have cleared everything to u this month was last emi cleared note it's all cleared...
                                      Then also why did u blocked my card? With so sudden action i am not happy at all with your services u also...
                                      Why should i take interest in your any thing which starts with bajaj...
                                      Even for insurance twice u gave me problem...
                                      Please i want you to see in to my matter and there is no customer care number with we can talk and solve my problem only that recording speaks which is not solving my problem...

                                        I have been trying your customcare number from last 3 days to update my details regarding change of imei number of my mobile but no one is attending the call and even i tried to press 1 for call back but still no response such a poor service, felt like never to insure again in bajaj.
                                        Now i need to claim my insurance but imei number should be updated to do that and to update i need call this customer care number which never ever responds.
