Dear sir/ madam,

I had deposited 4 lakh rupees for the e auction of bda sites in bengaluru which was done on 5th july 2020. The amount had to be refunded to my bank account since i did not win the bid. But its been more than a month and even after multiple calls and mails, i have not received the refund.

Plz generate my tax paid receipt for the below details, however iam unable to find the paid & download option to generate tax receipt in the portal.

I have made tax payment 2020-21 through online hdfc credit card for the property id on 18-july-20,.

I have already raised online # still not rectified and unable to option paid option and download option to generate receipt in the portal.

I have been trying to make online property tax payment in the bda site since may 2020 but after entering the pid and receipt of otp, i don't find a link to make the payment. This is still the same till date. That is aug 8, 2020. I am an nri and i have no option left out than making online payment. My parents are old and unable to travel during this covid situation. Please take an action since i cannot pay penalty for no mistake of mine

We would like to bring to your kind notice that there has been absolutely no development in this locality for decades now. All o[censored]s have put in our hard-earned money with the aspiration of building a house and moving in there. The locality is currently in a depilated state, totally in hospitable and has become the hub for immoral and other criminal activities.
We have earlier brought our concerns to all the concerned authorities - bda commissioner, bda executive at banashankari, police officials at tallagatapura police station, bescom representatives and elected officials as well. It is with a heavy heart that we have to say that there has been no movement/progress whatsoever.

No street lights in our road from past one week.

Dear bda,

I stay at banashankari 6th stage, 4th block, 7th c main road.in this road, we have old people walking everyday and little kids doing cycling. Since one month, couple of streets stopped working. We request you to look into the issue at the earliest for the welfare of the residents staying nearby.

It is with greatest concern and pain i am writing this complaint, bda gunjur phase2 flats has been provided for occupation and about more than 150 families are staying in this complex.
Yet there is no regular electricity connection provided till date.
The problems are huge and its a big chain reaction leading to many problems. Let me try to briefly write the issues.
Regular and sufficient power required is not taken by bda, its still running on temperorary connection without electricity meters installed for flats.
Because of inadiquate power, power trips and often there is no electricity in the entire complex for long hours.
Because regular electricity is not provided, stp (Sewage treatment plants) is not allowed to be used because of big machineries and power requirements. The only source of water available is bore water and due to over depedence the borewells are running dry. Only one of borewell is parcially working and now the water is rationed amoung the flats.
So because of non usage of stp, water is not efficiently utilized and dependence on borewell has increased main fold and water has depleted greatly.
If stp works over exploitation of water from borewell can be brought down and would be less burdon on natural resource because water would be filtered and recirculated for usage for flush tanks, cleaning, gardening etc.
Rain water harvesting is most important which will help in replenishing ground water which is the only source at present.
Because of no regular power, back up generators are not connected to the main grids and lifts. Transformers are ready and fixed but regular power connection not provided yet, so lifts and others areas do not have power backup.
Last 2 months there has been great hardships faced by residents of bda gunjur flats, there has been no water properly for 1 to 2 hours a day. From past one week, people here have no water to even clean important utensils and to cook food. Unable to use even bathrooms. The hardship for last one week is no less than hell.
I request the concerned authorities, higher ups and engineers to please help the residents lead life atleast with basic amenities. This is very urgent request your attention to solve all pending issues from bda and help the residents, please do the need full.

ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಹಾನಿಯಾಗುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದು ಮನವಿಮಾಡುವುದೇನೆಂದೆರೆ ಮಳೆಯ ನೀರು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆ ಹಾಗು ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಬರುವ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಳುತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಹಾಗು ಇದರಿಂದ ಆಗುವ ತೊಂದೆರೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಿಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿಕೊಳುತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

Respected sir,

I have been allotted bda gunjur flats in 2013, had hope by 2014 will get possession but somehow started living from 2018 (Around after 5 years) after lots of struggle with essential need on temporary basis like power, water, lift, security etc.

Even after living more than one & half years (1.9 years) still we have not got permanent power due to that our domestic equipment frequently getting blow off because of power fluctuation.

Around 100 families are staying currently and it’s difficult to manage our daily routine life.

Sir, these are our concern, please instruct someone to manage.

1. Water scarcity is there, not having appropriate borewell to provide water to 868 houses.

2. No permanent power supply till the date, it’s 6 years running.

3. No lift functioning from 1 & half months, people are frequently getting stuck while in operation.

4. Not enough security available.

5. Still compound wall not completed.

6. No stp completed.

7. Streetlights not yet fixed.

8. Construction debris not removed from common place.

9. Construction machinery not yet taken away.

10. Several cracks are there inside house and outside building.

11. Lots of other lacking within flat, not yet rectified by contractor.

12. No dg (It’s available but not fixed) backup is there for lift & common area.

13. No fire safety equipments are places even all cabling have been done.

14. No other maintenance are getting done properly on time.

15. No garbage management/place is there.

Humble request to you and other concern people to understand our problem and provide solution as early as possible.

Hello.. I am an allottee of bda gunjur flats. I want to bring to your notice that everyone in the flat is facing severe shortage of water and electricity for more than a week.
This flat was allotted in 2013 and still bda has not provided basic amenities of water and electricity.
When we contact bda engineer, they just keep passing on the responsibility to some one else and we residents are facing the brunt.
I would request bda commissioner and concerned authorities to take remedial actions to rectify the problems we are facing.

Our major issues -

1) power & water issues is recurring no proper solution till now.
2) no permanent power and the temporary power provided runs only for 6 to 8 hours in a day.
3) no proper security and maintenance in the apartment

We gave enough time to bda from 2014.

I am writing this requisition letter to provide us street lights on our road. The details are below.

Area: smv layout, 4th block, opp. Bmk samudaya bhavan. Maruti nagar.

There are around 6 street lights available on our road and 2 of them are not working.
We need 6 more street lights as it gets too dark during the nights.

There are more than 50 families living on this street and it's difficult for kids and elderly during the night.

Request you to please provide us the "light".

I hope this request will be fulfilled at the earliest.

My property is no. [protected], for this property I had paid online Rs 4955.00 on 16.03.2020. Amount is debited my Account. But receipt is not generated. In this matter I visited the BDA Vijayanagar office. They suggested that to give online complaint. The generated challan no. Is 930482. And ECOM: 291942. Bank statement is attached (photo). Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

My self chetan s ([protected]). I was allotted with bda flat of malagala phase 2 project 2 bhk and 100% payment for the same has been on 12 march 2020 and till date registration of this property on my name has not happened.

Every time i turn up to bda officer/caseworker dinesh, he keeps tell all new reasons and no progress on the registration.

Many builders are constructing houses for sale in jpnagar 8th phase bda layout. Most of the houses are not as per the bda guidelines. All the builders are from andhra
. Soon our bda layout will become like bommanahalli or marathalli where each houses with 5 to 6 floors small houses no ventilations. Please take strict actions. Do not approve the plans.

Hi, there is a water pipe connection available in e city phase i, but there is no water flow from cauvery river. Was that not approved by bda? I had read in so many newspapers that it had been approved some time back. Why has the water not reached yet? E city phase 1 has so many companies, residential buildings and societies. It would be great if water starts flowing through those pipes. It would immensely improve the quality of life for so many residents.
Would request to please help in this regard.

The site measure is 20-30 but the owner of the house has extended the area. The area next to the owner house is our house.. We are facing problem as they are not leaving space between two house and taking over our area. I kindly request you to send the incharge bda officer of sir m v layout 2 nd block to take action on extension of the site area. The incharge officer is taking proper action and not responding to our needs.

Street lights are not functioning opposite to our Metrotech Forest view Apartment, Kendriya Nagar, 10 th Cross Lingadheeranahalli Off Kanakpura Road 560062.Some street lights are installed but no connection. Please look in the matter.
