I had paid our Property (details below) Tax of Rs.7134 on the 15th of Aug 2020, on the BDA Portal.

Amount paid: Rs.7, 134
Payment date: 15th Aug 2020

While the amount was deducted, the portal had an error and I didn't recieve a receipt and the portal still shows tax not received. As per instructions I wrote to the BDA Systems Team - there was a prompt...

I have participated in BDA auction, its been more than 15 days that auction has been closed, I have not received my 4 laks refund and also no one responding regarding the same....

1 and half year back gravals have been laid on road but after that, no initiative is taken to make it taar road.
Because of this, there is a increase in health related issues because of dust.
we are suffering a lot because of this...

but i am not identified my site in the scheduled land many time i approached to bda engineer banashenkari not respond by them
noe i retired from the service i want contruct my house at the site

I have been requesting for providing street lights for the last 6 months. I have contacted concerned engineer over telephone. Nothing has happened. Bushy area... Isolated area... Burglary... Theft... Attack on women if happens... Bda will be a party to the complaint. Street lights are the urgent necessity. Please provide street lights in the road of door. No.243... 9th block... I have paid property tax for inr 3587 via transaction id[protected] dated 15th sept 2020 for challan no : 800740, 881072, 961844. Amount was deducted from my account but tax paid reciept was not generated. I have allready logged complain no : #bdah-25876 & bdah-25909 but still not payment is reimburse nor tax receipt copy is received. Please resolve this on urgent basis.

Property tax for the years[protected]&[protected] was paid for the property id [protected] site number 1009 in 2 nd block of sir m vishveshwaraiah layout bangalore on 17 th september 2020 at 1:30 pm via bda online taxpaymemt portal.
Even though the amount was debited from bank account (Ref number[protected] th september 2020 1:30 pm) taxpayment receipt was not not generated..
Later received the following message from bda...

I lived in grexter lyra (Hsr layout, bangalore) from 1 march 2020 - 27 june 2020. I'm yet to get the security deposit from the company. They've stopped picking up the call and not returning the money for about 3 months....

I have received a sms alert stating the amount debited from axis bank account, however the payment status is not shown as paid.

I haven't got any response on this email.
The call is not being answered, the amount is debited and it's more than 2 weeks....

On 8th August 2020, I have paid BDA property tax through Canara Bank card online Rs. 9, 129/=( Rupees Nine thousand one hundred twenty nine only) towards tax on my Site No 1047, Sir M.V Layout IV Block/layout - Property Id No [protected], for the year[protected]. I have applied for E auction of BDA sites for 5 sites on 20th of July. I have receive the refund amount for 4 sites but I didnt received the amount for another one site (SITE NO. 945, 6TH BLOCK). I have checked the e proc portal and the status is showing as ver_successful. Could you please let me know when can I get the refund amount.

I had deposited 4 lakh rupees for the e auction of bda sites in bengaluru which was done on 5th july 2020. The amount had to be refunded to my bank account since i did not win the bid. But its been more than a month and even after multiple calls and mails, i have not received the refund.

Plz generate my tax paid receipt for the below details, however iam unable to find the paid & download option to generate tax receipt in the portal.

I have made tax payment 2020-21 through online hdfc credit card for the property id on 18-july-20,.

I have already raised online # still not rectified and unable to option paid option and download option to generate receipt in the portal....

I have been trying to make online property tax payment in the bda site since may 2020 but after entering the pid and receipt of otp, i don't find a link to make the payment. This is still the same till date. That is aug 8, 2020. I am an nri and i have no option left out than making online payment. My parents are old and unable to travel during this covid situation. Please take an action since i cannot pay penalty for no mistake of mine...

We would like to bring to your kind notice that there has been absolutely no development in this locality for decades now. All o[censored]s have put in our hard-earned money with the aspiration of building a house and moving in there. The locality is currently in a depilated state, totally in hospitable and has become the hub for immoral and other criminal activities.

No street lights in our road from past one week....

Dear bda,

I stay at banashankari 6th stage, 4th block, 7th c main road.in this road, we have old people walking everyday and little kids doing cycling. Since one month, couple of streets stopped working. We request you to look into the issue at the earliest for the welfare of the residents staying nearby.
