Illegal hutments in MV Layout

Lot o[censored]nauthorised settlements and tents have come up on vacant sites in first block of Sir M V Layout (near Shirke, Kengeri Housing Board quarters, Opp KHB Platinum). The people staying here relieve themselves on road sides. Plastics, worn out clothes and other garbage is thrown on roads. Also residents from the nearby layouts throw the garbage in our layout.

This has made the place to stink a lot and the residents in the locality are finding it difficult to walk on the road.

Please help in clearing the unauthorised settlements/tents and help in making our layout clean and safe.

    Hi,
    We recently purchased home near Ramamurthy Nagar Police Station, opposite to Sainik Bhavan, Bangalore 16.
    Beside our home, there is a toilet illegally built for FCI Labourers, even after complaining, few workers stand and pee beside in open area and the smell is very horrible, i request BDA authorities to take necessary steps and action in shifting the toilet somewhere else,
    Support another bangalurean by doing so, before losing trust in this government and your authority.

      HI Team,

      I have made online payment for[protected] BDA property tax on 23rd Sep 2020 for PID [protected](Challan #103384), amount got deducted from my credit card however its not reflecting on portal to download the receipt.

      I have called all the phone number which are provided on portal for queries however none of the working.
      Also I have raised compliant and no response.
      Finally I sent a many mails to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@ka.gov.in however no response.

      Please provide us right contact whom I can reach out to and get the issue resolved.

        Dear Sir,
        The Street light which is in the corner site No. 1863 6th block Sir.M. Viswveshraiah layout is not working. as the light is not there it is very dark and causing lot of inconveniencem. As there is lot of bushes around this corner there is lot of snakes are there and thief are there steeling robbery is and other so many issues the darkness added to this is very dangerous.
        its been more than 14years old.
        So request you to please rectify this at the earliest.

          Dear Sir,
          The Street light which is in the corner of 4th Cross, BDA Phase 1 Layout, J.P. Nagar 8th Phase is not working. This light is in the corner of 4th cross and as the light is not there it is very dark and causing lot of inconvenience.                   I had paid our Property (details below) Tax of Rs.7134 on the 15th of Aug 2020, on the BDA Portal.

                  PID: [protected]
                  Owner name: Smitha Kamath
                  Amount paid: Rs.7, 134
                  Payment date: 15th Aug 2020

                  While the amount was deducted, the portal had an error and I didn't recieve a receipt and the portal still shows tax not received. As per instructions I wrote to the BDA Systems Team - there was a prompt request for more info (which was already given) that I responded with. From then till now, there has been no response. I have attached the entire mail trail here. This is very frustrating and trust that the concerned authority will step in at least now and issue me the receipt at the earliest.

                        but i am not identified my site in the scheduled land many time i approached to bda engineer banashenkari not respond by them
                        noe i retired from the service i want contruct my house at the site

                              I have paid property tax for inr 3587 via transaction id[protected] dated 15th sept 2020 for challan no : 800740, 881072, 961844. Amount was deducted from my account but tax paid reciept was not generated. I have allready logged complain no : #bdah-25876 & bdah-25909 but still not payment is reimburse nor tax receipt copy is received. Please resolve this on urgent basis.
                              This is my third complain, which i am registering. I am not getting any resolution for my complain. Its more than 10 days.

                                Property tax for the years[protected]&[protected] was paid for the property id [protected] site number 1009 in 2 nd block of sir m vishveshwaraiah layout bangalore on 17 th september 2020 at 1:30 pm via bda online taxpaymemt portal.
                                Even though the amount was debited from bank account (Ref number[protected] th september 2020 1:30 pm) taxpayment receipt was not not generated..
                                Later received the following message from bda "dear radhika n, namaste. Your payment could not be processed. If the amount
                                Has been debited from your account, same will be reversed within 4 working days."
                                But till now neither amount is reversed nor receipt is generated..
                                Please do the needful..

                                    I haven't got any response on this email.

                                      On 8th August 2020, I have paid BDA property tax through Canara Bank card online Rs. 9, 129/=( Rupees Nine thousand one hundred twenty nine only) towards tax on my Site No 1047, Sir M.V Layout IV Block/layout - Property Id No [protected], for the year[protected]. But on that day system has not generated the Receipt for having effected payment of Rs. 9, 129/= till date.There is no response from BDA despite several emails sent on [protected]@ka.gov.in.When in person visit was made by me to BDA Head office at Kumara park Bangalore I was told systems manager is gone out and dont know when he will return back to seat.Kindly help me in getting receipt generated for Property tax payment.My contact No. is [protected].

                                      Updated by Akshay kumar.M.S                                       Despite repeated follow up to system admin at BDA to check backend for non generation of receipt due to their fault system admin is behaving irresponsibly and he is not ready to check for their fault. Kindly get the issue resolved

                                        I have applied for E auction of BDA sites for 5 sites on 20th of July. I have receive the refund amount for 4 sites but I didnt received the amount for another one site (SITE NO. 945, 6TH BLOCK). I have checked the e proc portal and the status is showing as ver_successful. Could you please let me know when can I get the refund amount.
