Disgusting employees who have shown that despite of living in the same country we are not yet part of it.
They has issued tokens to 30 people and we're taking ad-hoc requests coming in ..In front o[censored]s. When we questioned they started arguing with us stating do you know Kannada...If not the first learn and come. They also said..Ask nandan nilekano to come and help you...And we will ensure even he doesn't give you a aadhar card.
Then the guy closed the computer at 1:15 and said...Now you will know how powerful we are and you outsiders would get to know what you mean to this place...
They kept almost 4 families waiting ssayingnow you will understand...All believe me all from outside state...

Ridiculous..And sad...We are suffering in our own country

Later we were told that people working in this office are the same and they do this almost everyday..I just hope somebody investigates..

Too much attitude employees over there..they don't give proper information..in my first visit they told form downloaded from internet is accepted..when I went to submit..they r telling we hv to take from them..for the form they r calling token token..it's form cum token ..
I faced same problem at bangalore one office in AECS Layout. One handicap computer operator, no matter how much you be polite with him, he is always shouting and arguing.
If you know Kannada, you do not need to take token in the morning, kannada speakers can come any time in the day and he will accept their forms. Do not matter how big is the line. If you can not speak kannada, please be patient if you can with his behaviour and expect a half to full day wait.

The very purpose of Bangalore one to come up was to improve the services to the citizens. But if Bangalore one itself start behaving like the government office, it does not make sense to pay them. Better remove these and make the government officials itself efficient.
