The worst experience I ever had. No utter professionalism at all. This lady who was in charge of handling the bus pass kept saying that she had to work so much. wow like we didn't have jobs and classes and had to wait for hours. Was on the phone half of the time and did not do her work properly. The government and the bmtc always ensure us of giving the best experience and helping customers. while let me say this is the absolute worst experience of my life. either get better employees or fire the ones right now. i wouldn't expect a response cause hey you all are known for that.

    I had an appointment of bus pass on 8/12/21 at Rajajinagar 4th block BANGALORE ONE between 2:30pm to 3:30pm. I went there at 2:45pm. No one was there except one individual, said that they won't issue bus pass there.

      I'm college going student who had applied for bus pass. It was scheduled on Bangalore one kamanahalli. Even after being on time they don't make passes. Simply they are delaying my pass timing and sitting and doing nothing at office.

            I have taken token for changing the mobile no they have told me to come at 1oc and I have visited at 1.15 2 members are waiting in that time and again I went at 1.30 .the staff is telling 1.30 software I ll close I can't do it now he rashly talking and he don't how to talk with ladies also please train your staff for better experience and this is happened in vidyaranyapura Bangalore one which is there in bbmp office

              The people at Karwar Karnataka one don’t know their work. We filled a complete form from a gazetted officer and they are telling that principal is not gazetted officer. We are educated. But don’t you recruit such people who don’t know anything. Before going there with the filled form, we has asked them about the procedure and details to fill and even asked them if principal is ok, and they were all fine. Moreover they told us that seal is not visible. Because they had asked us to put the seal over photo, we did but seal over photo sometimes come off. Is that our mistake? And after we filed it they said we could put the seal beside as well. Can’t they tell us before? And the lady there is boasting happily that people come there for 10 days continuously just to update Aadhar. I mean if people are coming there for 10days doesn’t it mean that they are incapable of handling that job? In addition to this, the server was also not working. Can’t they tell us before? Why would we go there in the first place to just submit form?
              Suggestion: please recruit some sensible people who are good with people. And if they are incompetent, then give the users a printout with different languages with complete instructions. Nit only me everyone here is unhappy with their service

                Not sure what the work timings are but I am definitely here during work hours and there is NO ONE. I arrived on 11 October 2021 at around 3:55 pm and the security man told me and another person to wait till 4pm.. ive been waiting for 15 min and there is still no one in the office.. not its not just me. It is also a bunch of other people wanting to get their jobs done. This is highly unprofessional and unorganised by Bangalore one netaji circle.. Kindly improve your services as this is unacceptable.

                  From last 6months i have been asking them to take payment from cards to purchase BMTC Bus pass they are refusing to take that instead of that they want cash payment, if i ask why they are telling that thier manager has told that.
                  It is happening in only "Bangalore on Janagha Bazaar Banglore one" branch else where they accept Card payment

                    From two days not able to upload khatha transfer documents, as they are saying that some departmental technical issue . It's request to rectify the same. Waited here in Banglore one office in RTO Rajajinagar branch for nearly 6 hours. Now it's 5pm but still problem is not yet rectified.

                      From past 3 days I'm visiting your Bangalore one service center for a new Aadhar for my 3 year Son, But on the consistent basis they are very rude and asking to come tomorrow as our application is not working from morning.
                      Continues 3 days i have visited with my KID, But its the same and action from the staff is very very Rude.

                        I want update my adhar card so I will visit 2 3 time Bangalore one cotten pete 560053 but we're waiting 2:30 hours but there is no response I will ask he will behaviour rudely there is no timing for staff 35 to 50 people waiting for forums

                          Staff behavior

                          Respected Sir,
                          It's with deep concern that I'm writing to you regarding staff behavior of Bangalore one, ward no 120, Gandhinagar vidhanasabha constitutency. The person is not accepting to service my request of Aadhar details update and making us visit centre multiple times with unsatisfactory reasons. This is impacting public and making us lose interest in Government services. I have spoke to other public in the area and I am amused...

                          I have visited karnataka one to update Aadhaar details, but the staff refused and said their is no staff to update Aadhaar details, only phone number I can update. I told him many times I have visited but you are the only staff for Aadhaar update how can you refuse. He directly told me to raise a complaint. So I'm raising a complaint.Hope the complainant will be resolved as soon as possible because for Aadhaar update we have to visit 7 km far.

                            I had been to the Bangalore One office thrice today and spent close to 3 hours without being able to update the address for Aadhar card. First, they gave the application which had to be filled that took one hour. Second time when i visited i did wait for an hour and 45 mins but the queue was so long and there was no system in place for people to go in order and public going crazy when one person cuts the line with some reason. When i did visit the office for the 3rd time at 5:10 the person at the counter said they accept applications only till 5PM and confirmed that working hours for updating Aadhar address is from 9 AM TO 1:30 PM and only if there are more people turning up for the address is when they would accept the applications till 5 PM.

                            The person at the counter takes about 15-20 mins just to complete one application and the worst part is there is only one person to assist when close to 15-20 people are waiting at a time.

                            We are in 2021 and its saddening so see such service is offered even during this time. Please realize that not everyone can afford to waste time waiting in the queue for 2-3 hours just for a simple task to update the address/mobile number.

                            When the application is submitted online, more or less it gets declined due to some reason and even the online services are not user friendly.

                            Please ensure to provide seamless service and make sure there are enough staffs trained to manage the job at hand and make sure that people don't waste time. Everyone has a job to do and won't be able to spend time especially on weekdays.

                              I went to Bangalore one at Malleshwaram 18th cross for biometric details updation of my son who just turned 18. This is a mandatory updation and should not be charged Rs. 100. However, the lady at the counter charged Rs. 100 and gave me a receipt for Rs.0. Is this the way to cheat people?

                                I want your attention for RT Nagar Bangalore one centre which is working in library base ment, AADHAR Thursday I came for updation of AADHAR but one mam setting on counter they tell without token no AADHAR updation please come next day morning 8 am and take token . Today I have came morning 8 am and taken token for my faimly token no 4, 5 and 6 and gone to bring faimly from my home when I came back that time people having no token and going inside for updation of AADHAR and tell why token system not following people telling their is no token system and when I make complaint to reception one person setting they also told no token system you set in line and go for updation then I tell why r u given token that time his response is very shameful they take token and stand in line don't go any where. After one senior citizen lady came may be she is manager of this centre they tell don't I make new rule I am working in last ten years and same type procedure following, when I take one mobile no for complaint, first she tell u don't take any no, u r are not supposed to take any no photo . Then tell u make any where complaint no problem I have ten years experience of this centre and also tell if making more rule I stop AADHAR updation system . Iam in confussion in this time state and centre Govt even BBMP also give instructions for covid not gatther more person at one place then why this centre not follow token system . Sir please make corrective action for this centre, as other Bangalore centre working very nice I have visit other like Chamrajpet Bel road all r ok but in this centre this type irregularities is going on, now a time to save the notion from covid and this centre make gatthering of persons. Why not give token batch wise every hour 5 to 7 token to avoid gettering .

                                Kindly take corrective action and also instruct to staff specially that lady may be manager of this centre behave properly with customers and dont show her experience.

                                    I am at Bangalore one Ward No 29, Kacharkanahalli, Bangalore. There is no electricity and am waiting for the past one hour along with others. There is no back up facility. I do see inverter batteries kept in the office but not in use. Since independence till date situation is still the same. Go for Govt work., we are left in the mercy of such invents resulting in wasting lot of time. Is there a value for time. If you feel you are meant to serve the citizens please resolve the issue immediately.
