I want your attention for RT Nagar Bangalore one centre which is working in library base ment, AADHAR Thursday I came for updation of AADHAR but one mam setting on counter they tell without token no AADHAR updation please come next day morning 8 am and take token . Today I have came morning 8 am and taken token for my faimly token no 4, 5 and 6 and gone to bring faimly from my home when I came back that time people having no token and going inside for updation of AADHAR and tell why token system not following people telling their is no token system and when I make complaint to reception one person setting they also told no token system you set in line and go for updation then I tell why r u given token that time his response is very shameful they take token and stand in line don't go any where. After one senior citizen lady came may be she is manager of this centre they tell don't I make new rule I am working in last ten years and same type procedure following, when I take one mobile no for complaint, first she tell u don't take any no, u r are not supposed to take any no photo . Then tell u make any where complaint no problem I have ten years experience of this centre and also tell if making more rule I stop AADHAR updation system . Iam in confussion in this time state and centre Govt even BBMP also give instructions for covid not gatther more person at one place then why this centre not follow token system . Sir please make corrective action for this centre, as other Bangalore centre working very nice I have visit other like Chamrajpet Bel road all r ok but in this centre this type irregularities is going on, now a time to save the notion from covid and this centre make gatthering of persons. Why not give token batch wise every hour 5 to 7 token to avoid gettering .
Kindly take corrective action and also instruct to staff specially that lady may be manager of this centre behave properly with customers and dont show her experience.
