As on today dated[protected], I visited the Bangalore One Office at TC Palya road Ramamurthy Nagar. I went to enquire about the student pass appointment for My Daughter. The concern person there( A lady) was not even bothered to answer my query. No one was there at the office she was alone and not interested to give a proper reply to me. She was sitting as if she owns the office itself.

    I visited Bangalore one branch located at "BBMP Complex, Mahadevpura Main Rd, Mahadevpura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016" for enrolling my 1 year old daughter for Aadhar and the documents which I have are "Indian Passport" issued by Indian Embassy located in United Kingdom as she was born in UK and also Birth certificate issued by High commission of India located in UK.

    The operator doesnt seem to accept the Indian passport as valid proof just because the passport contains "United Kingdom" as place of issue and also he wants birth certificate in Indian format which doesnt make any sense as I cant force Indian Government to issue something specifically for me,

    I don't understand what logic is behind this and can you explain me if this is logical ?

      I am being asked to bring my 1 year old daughter to do the aadhar enrolment center at Bangalore one located at Bbmp Ward No.56, Next To Bbmp Health Office, Opposite To Bbmp Park, A.Narayanapura, Bangalore-560016 and also they are not ready to accept any documents including passport for proof of address.

      Operator doesnt seem to understand the allowed documents mentioned in the enrolment form .

        Hello madam/sir,

        This is to inform about the staff at banglore one on vijaynagar ward of cholurpalya. I am complaining regarding today I visited at the area ward for changing addhar address of mine. She asked documents like gas bills, electricity bills in the name mine etc, for changing address.. I didn't have any registered documents in my name. Also 4staffs are not responding properly to customers, so kindly take immediate actions on the staff of vijayanagar ward near cholurpalya tollgate majisd

            Sir I have booked 8 rooms in Karnataka Bhavan on 22.04.2020. due to Covid 19 all were cancelled. After a few month i have submitted all the documents to Bangalore one devasandra, near ms ramaiah bus stop. But still today nobody giving proper responses for refund amount. Personally visited Bangalore one office but in vain. Really people blame on another for refund.

                  Sir, I had taken token on 25/01/2021 for the amdment in my aadhar card, as well as in my childrens aadhar card they gave appointment for 27/01/2021, but I now they are saying they don't have printer cartridge. Now they have given 29/01/2021 to come. That too no garenty on 29th. Childrens have on line class, even I have office.

                    The staff named Praveen.. Keeps talking to ahis colleague all the time by making biometric update of aadhaar... It's just delaying the time of every citizens... Do take appropriate action..

                      I went to do a Katha transfer upload docume to in Lakshmi devi Nagara the executive name Jyothi spoke very abruptly by saying its not her work to do that. When you people are aware that u are the means o[censored]ploading documents.

                      Kindly take it seriously and warn the executive about their responsibility about work.

                        Myself a student who had applied for bus pass to my nearest bangalore one center that is on 15/01/21. But the staff didnt issue the pass, inspite of that they told me to come on 16/01/21 and again after sheduling an appoinment on 16/01/21 they told me to come on monday ie 18/01/21. they show much negligence to issue the pass and it is much difficult to pay and travel each day when it is delayed.

                                      This is regarding the complain I wanted to lodged towards the staff attitude and behaviour towards kids and citizens. I happened to visit the Bangalore one centre at arakere mico layout Bangalore BG road for my daughter's adhaar card renewal after 5 yrs.The staff at the centre and the enrolment operator ashwini kv were very rude towards the people and also towards my child.The staff did not even have the courtesy towards peieple who were waiting for almost 4 hrs in the rain and cold from morning for there appointment.The staff also charged 100rs as fees towards my child biometric update, where as the form mentioned it is free of cost for 5/15 yrs children.Requuest the concerned authorities to take appropriate actions on the sameAlso to add this was being done towards most of the citizen present and nit just me.

                                        The complaint is for the Bangalore one stiuated on HAINES road frazer town
                                        The centres employees are making aadhar cards for the people who are not having any proof of address or date of birth by taking bribe.

                                        As member of press i have the noticed this many times. And also i do have supporting proof, so i would request the concern to look and take stringent action on those.
