The Bangalore one in Kammanahalli staff are very lethargic and take for ever to even document a address change on Addhar the person took almost 40mins per person and is very slow. Keeps swaying in the chair and talks all nonsense and is generally very slow. Time waste.

    I'm went for updating my mobile number in adhar to Bangalore one in Arekere, mico layout on 17.07.2021. They asked me to come in the morning. On 19.07.2021, when i went there morning they asked to come at 8am to collect token. On 20.07.21, i reached there at 7.45am. And at 8.15 started giving tokens and stopped at 40 nos when there are less than 10people waiting. All these days they are compelling me to go to rbi layout which is again far from my area. There were three senior citizens also waiting there to whim this Lady was shouting when they requested for tokens. Very poor and pathetic service.

    We went to Bangalore one near aster medicity also yesterday. Where he was not even ready to look at our faces and give a reply

      Hi

      This complaint is regarding the delay in refund of the money from my account. The incident happened in Malleshwaram branch where I was paying my electricity bill amount. After entering the card details, the amount was debited from my account but the transaction failed to complete.
      The staff there told me that the money would be reverted back to my bank account in 3-4 working days. It has been almost 15 days since the incident has happened but the money has not been reverted. This is an example of sheer negligence by the staff. Kindly look into this and address it as soon as possible.

        Hi, I have made Electric Bills payment past 2 months back in bangalore one office Chokanahhalli Branch landline ([protected]) and nothing has been updated to BESCOM office. Now I have 3months pending bill. Just because of your employee lacking and irresponsible. Always the office is closed and no one to approach. The management is too irresponsible. Please look into this matter and get the solution asap. I have uploaded bill photos and now I have to pay the bill in full. My hardly earned money is been utilized by someone else.

          Hello my name is Kalyan. I am here at bangalore one Gunjur for updating Aadhar for my wife. Upon enquiring around 8:45 am, we were told that the tokens will. Will be served from. 8:30 am. And asked us to wait outside. I enquired again at 9-10 am and I am told that I came late but still they will do me a favor and help me.
          Couple of issues
          1. They were URGUING that I came late
          2. When asked again, then they said that there are no token BUT only a form that needs to be filled and the server is down and will start serving once the server is up and running
          3. There was no communication to us about the server issues but keeping us waiting outside for hours
          4. No staff is wearing mask, posing threat to the customers.

          The name of the staff is Bhasker.

          Please do the needful

            Sir
            I have booked 8 rooms in Karnataka Bhavan, tirumala, Tirupati for date 22.04.2020. Due to Covid 19 pandemic, darshan was cancelled as well as stay.
            I have submitted necessary documents to devasandra Bangalore one centre for refund of amount. No one responding properly for the same. Every time when I call, they people transferred . I have called New co ordinator by phone no [protected] last month and today's also. But proper answer am not getting. Kind action is requested to refund the room cancellation amount.

              In online I'm booking an appointment for past two days and I'm going to that particular banglore one office but no one is there to help and all they are telling that here they are not doing..I'm visited 5 Bangalore one office's still my problem is not resolved.                 I have paid Challan through UPI on 7th April 2021 for an amount of Rs 1000 for my vehicle no KA01MT1889 but even after the transaction was successful the status of the same isn’t updated against challan. Money is debited and even challan status is showing as unpaid so request you to look into the same and help me.

                  Respected sir,
                  As soon as I entered the office there were only 2 staffs and 3 customers .. 1 staff, who refused to disclose her name, was editing her selfie photo.. the other was already pissed off was working on someone's aadhar, I went and asked the lady who was editing her own pic in phone politely about what I should do change my number in aadhar card she responded rudely by saying come in morning stand in que and take token in morning.. I asked her should I download form from online and come that's it the lady who was working in aadhar section started shouting at me, I asked her not to raise her voice and tel me why it can't be done now since they were only 3 people for no reason she started yelling that only 35 coupons will be issued per day go .. so I asked her to tell her name so I could write an acknowledgement stating she won't entertain more than 35 people per day for aadhar she got pissed and started using bad words and refused to give her name or sign the acknowledgement. I don understand why they have to be so rude . I've visited the centre so many times firstly staff won't be available if they are available they say server is down and don do their job they are always on phone playing games or editing their photos or chit chatting what services are they giving to customers? If we ask them questions they are very rude .. I want an update of what action has been taken regarding these employees since they din reveal their name I took their pic ..

                      The workers here do not have any care and concern for the people / customers, they are always busy with their own personal works and phone and even they go to have their lunch in group not alternately, no covid -19 rules are being maintained and also none of them wore mask here...
                      No proper plans for student pass and also rube behaviour...

                      I had to get a token at morning 8am and asked to come at 9am. When I reached the Bangalore One center at 9am I was given the application form and asked to come at 2pm. The lady named Nethra, who was supposed to look at my case at 2pm made me wait for 1hr and then she went for lunch. Very hopeless employees with too much attitude. The peon/attender who works here behaves as an IAS officer. Please take care of these people who are actually responsible for slowing this country.

                                I see that there is no customer response on the Bangalore one site in Nagarbhavi. However waiting for a prolong time and could see only 3 people around in the whole location who iz very discriminating.

                                Came down to raise a request for the katha transfer however the person said the server is down waited for almost 3 hours. During the same i could notice that there were able to process the katha transfer request of 3 other people who came after me.

                                However i see that there are no suggestions box or a complain number or email id displayed on the board. When asked the employees started screaming on why the information has to be shared.

                                Request you to immediately display a escalation matrix on all the locations for a easy customer experience.

                                Incorrect email id provided when requested for the escalation email.

                                      Dear Madam/Sir,
                                      I had applied for Aadhaar update in the month of sept.2020. When I went to check the status of the update application.
                                      I was treated unprofessionally and were rude, when I requested for the process of complaining to the higher officials. I was discouraged and shoved off the premises without a answer.
                                      I thought Bangalore one was there to help out public, which in this case I absolutely was let down.
                                      I hope that this office doesn't become a incompetent, with no accountability.
