Rr nagar bangalore one. These people never receive phone calls. When asked we can't get up go till there to receive calls is their answer. For adhaar registration they does not give any proper date, they make you roam around and they service not available. Is this what you people do? The manager of that branch will be always on leave. And they don't give number of the branch manager.

    In koramangala bangalore one office are not responding properly. Staff have insufficient information. They are not providing the token. It is very difficult to collect aadhaar card token. Not helping in nature. I trying to update my aadhaar card address and phone number, but unable to update because of no getting token. Since last six month i was trying to update my address of aadhaar card but they returning me by saying new rules.
    Hi am Dilip Kumar j am a worker at Rentongo I have to update phone number in addhar but I don't have a time because office time is 9am to 12pm and also even Sunday also I have week off only at Thursday so please help me to this
    I have token for today to update aadhar mobile number.but the employee didn't came to office till 10:30 .while people are waiting for long time, they don't have time sense.

      We went there to enroll for aadhar in jalahalli village center of bangalore one.

      There is only 1 lady working even though there are 3 desks. The lady is not well informed of the procedures and gave false info of needing only eb bill, when we stood in line having print out of eb bill for over 3 hrs she mentioned she needs original eb bill. Why waste so much time!!! This is exactly the reason why inspite of govt introducing novel things people loose interest due to ground staff not being proper.

      We want action to be taken on this lady at this center.

      We visited the jalahalli village center bangalore one on 27th jan 2018 between 11 am to 2 pm.

      Extremely poor service and bad attitude of staff sitting at the first desk in the entrance.

        Sir,
        On 3rd december 2016 i wanted to pay bwssb bill for rs 420 by debit card. Bangalore one member swiped the card amount deducted from my bank account but system did not accept the bill. So i didn't get the receipt. After that b, one member said it will not accept mastero card. So i had to pay the bill by cash next day on 4th dec 2016. Bangalore one members told me amount paid by mastero card will be automatically returned to my bank account. But till today 23rd january 2018 i did not received. I complained to my bank, bwssb,. Bangalore one. Still nothing happened.

          Staff here is on phone pretending to solve system problem, no senior authority seems to be take care of system, value the time of public, i kindly request you to look into this problem and slove asap
          Many people are waiting in queue for long i myself, waited for 3hrs for past 2days i request corporator of nrcolony to slove this and make it efficient and effective

            I took a token for updating my aadhar card today i. E 08/12/17 at bangalore one, 5th block, jayanagar. The lady manning the counter arrived at 9.15 am eventhough it was informed by her that tokens would be issued at 9.00am. To my question she replied that i should go there any time before 4.00pm for doing necessary updation. I reached there at 1.50pm and there was no one at the counter. I was informed by other staff that she has gone for lunch and they can' t say when she will return. Finally she arrived at 2.50pm. When i asked her why they are not sticking to the lunch timings, the lady very rudely replied that she can avail lunch break at her will, without even a word of regret for keeping more than 10 persons in the waiting for more than an hour. Is it not a shame that there is no proper system in place and on top of it the staff treat the customers in a rude manner?

              We are waiting for a token for aadhar update since 6 am in the morning. We were informed the counter opens at 8am and no one turned up till 845. The only person there rudely said the counter is going to open when the person arrives and we need to wait till then. I thought bangalore one was setup to serve the citizens and the tax payer money is being spent on running the centre.
              With this kind of setup why is the government mandating addhar linking to basic services

                According to my token for change in telephone number in adhaar card i had to come on tuesday and they said that there is power problem, come on weekends. I came on saturday 11 am as according to my token this was the time i was supposed to come. They again called me at 2 pm. I came at 2 pm and they are saying this is the lunch time wait for half an hour and the way they talk is very rude. No one can take it. It's really disgusting to deal with these people. Neither you can contact them with phones nor they talk properly.

                  Called on Friday 3rd Oct 2017 around 8:50 Am, and spoke to a lady on 22955450, enquired if Aadhar correction is done over there and I can visit the center today for the same, she said yes its done, and told me what all the documents to bring, went to center with the required documents only to discover that today is their week off and they will not work today, however all the staff were there.

                  I told them I spoke to somebody from your center who advised me to come today, if they had told today is their weekofff why would anybody visit the center just to discover that they dont work today.

                  Also, they donot have basic mannerisms on how to speak to people.

                    Today i came to bangalore one center in indiranagar (Bda complex) to update my mobile number. For updating aadhar details only two ladies are there and they are very slow, for updating one aadhar they are taking 1 hour and power problem. Please try to maintain more counters for aadhar updation and enrollment. One suggestion is try to have generators/ups in bangalore one centers.

                      Hi sir, i have made the water bill payment (E-151556) through debit card ending with 8632 and the amount got debited to my account vide ref :[protected] on[protected] at 16:57 pm and at the end i got an error and the receipt is not generated.

                      Could you please check and advice how i can get the receipt so that i can check with the bwssb for updating the same.

                        I went to bangalore one today morning[protected] exactly at 11.30 am because in online it was showing working hours 11.30 - 20.00. I went in a queue and i asked for my aadhar updation because i needed to change my address. First she told me that you have to apply again then she shown me some person and she said ask him.in front of her only he told me to bring my sslc marks card and address proof so i went to my home it is 1.6 km far away from that place (Bangalore one) and i brought the same required documents and again i came to the same person i asked her to update my aadhar details she asked me to come in a queue again i went in a queue when my chance came she said we will be providing tokens at 8.30 so collect token tomorrow morning then come. Then i asked her "already i came two times mam why you did not tell this before itself", for that she behaved rudely and she said we have put board here can't you see. Is this the manners? She does not know how to speak with people? I'm requesting you please take a action on her. I'm working i don't get a time to do all this she wasted my precious time she did not update my aadhar details. I hope you will take right action on her and i believe you provide me justice.

                          Today (08/04) i paid my electricity bill of Rs. 1023 through Bangalore one through Debit card. They have 0.5% service charge which is Rs. 5.12. So the total amount is Rs 1028.12; but they charged me Rs 1029. When i asked why are you rounding since i am paying by debit card they can put exact amount. The lady at the counter and all other staff over there argued that is is the instruction to round off even though we pay by card. But none of the notice board or their website says so. Its just cheating people. And this is the third incident with me.

                          All the staffs should be instructed to charge exact amount if a person pay by card.
                          I keep trying to call PHONE number of Bangalore one - New BEL Road[protected] to inquire about Adhar, it was always coming busy. So I decided to go and check at the center, I was surprised. The phone receiver was kept on the table. Is it public office or personal place. When I complain about this to that lady. She said to mind my business.

                            I am working as a software engineer. I have to do some modification on my adhara card. When i went to office they told they provide tokens and token distribution timing is 8 am and people reach there 4 am. Is it possible to reach any working people that much early morning whoever working in office 9 to 8 pm. And also you people doing only 30 ticket distribution and only one counter. For electricity bill and rest of all work u people arrange 4 person. They won't do anything they just observing how much crowd come today for adhara. Only one person is working rest of all enjoying. What does it mean. If not able to provide that much facilitates they why stop private adhara card. Let them also do the same process. At least work is done at the time. I am going to do the same tweet on pmo website as well karnataka. This is the condition in btm udupi garden bangalore one.

                              Today i went with my wife for date of birth correction in adhar at bangalore one centre, behind adigas hotel, vidyaranyapura for which
                              I enquired about the availability of person who is doing adhar work there. Bangalore one operator took the phone and replied that the person is coming tomorrow and adhar work is going on. When i went there today they informed me that one day 30 tokens will be issued and that too already issued upto
                              Friday, if you need token come on saturday. Three people are sitting in bangalore one centre in vidyaranyapura, behind adigas hotel not at all required there. I request concerned please look into this matter and depute
                              One person for adhaar with equipments so as to work will go smoothly and
                              All will get their requirements without any difficulty.
                              Bangalore one is providing only 50 tokens every day for adhaar update. I dont understand why only 50. Every day ppl are coming and standing in que for tokens. unfortunately everyone dont get token. You are making ppl stand in que, how r u helping digital India ???????

                              I have booked a room at vyasaraj mitt at Tirupati on 28 Aug 2017 at 9 am. I reached late for check in. No room was allotted as I was late for check in.
                              I paid 1100 and for another room allotted. Please refund my first booking amount 1300.

                                Such callous attitude. Went to get my Aadhar done and there was just one person in Queue. Inspite of me filling my form, they told me to take a token the next day and they will tell the time I should come
                                I need to file my taxes as soon as possible and i told them that I am ready to wait today but they just dint allow to stand in the office and told the Biometric engineer to also not accept my application since I dint have a token, Tell me, when there is no Queue why should I wait for the next day to get it done? isnt the government supposed to be helping citizens when they are in need? Is this they way to behave? They told everyone standing there to not accept my application since I dint have a token! it is people like this who dont allow the nation to progress!

                                  From Past 1month i 'am going to BANGALORE ONE (SHANKAR MUTT) and BASAVESHWARA NAGAR Branch If I go there they are sending to other branch I got pissed off today that too in a rude manner, above this i called to their helpdesk number and just said about this even they said in a voice we are like This...Plz look into this matter seriously and let them take a serious action on this

                                    A lady staff by name jyothi in aadhaar department in v. Nagenahalli (R. T. Nagar) disrespected and humiliated my mother on 28/6/2017, who went there for change of address. This was the fifth time, and she demands for unreasonable proofs. I just completed my 12th this year and when i submitted the study certificate this time for address proof (I had requested the college for adding my address, as address proof only for this purpose), now she rejects this as a proof and demands for my photograph on it and also she wants the current studying proof. My 12th std study certificate also had the seal and signature of karnataka cet kea officer which was necessary cet verification, she rejects it and she also did not accept my 10th std school study certificate.in most of the college there is no photo on study certificate.
                                    When my mother submitted her sbi passbook for change of address she rejected it because there was no photograph on it.
                                    I request you to take strict action against lady staff jyothi in aadhaar department

                                      My father-in-law who is a senior citizen of 75 was shown disrespect and humiliated on 22/5/2017 by the lady staff of r. B. I. Layout.. Jp nagar branch. He waited for than half an hour in the queue and once he reached his turn he has been humiliated for not getting the sufficient amount.. Where as the concerned person used calculator to check the amount and not the bill number online for the correct payment or amount... I request you to consider this as complaint registration against her and verify the same with cctv footage.
                                      Bsk 2 stage mangala lady i s any time watch to mobile one day i o to pay to bill that lady watch to mobile then i told first u bill ofter u watch mobile but that lady very angary that lady ask who r u nt watch mobil pls action that lady every time same probleam i am siner but nt recepct lad y
                                      I went to hegganahalli cross Bangalore one on 4.11.2017. there are 4 people sitting simply I asked about Aadhar update the four persons Nobody's responding he said I have to go bye morning 8 A.M after that they provide token then I have to go and again and standing in a queue. For they are busy fine we have to wait but that 4 people's also fully free and nothing doing not responding at all what the hell is this please give respect to customers . Let them work properly atleaset in free time Tel them to work . Government not paying them to sit and go.

                                        Hi, My mom went to collect this month's coupon for ration. She went without having anything at 8 AM in the morning. There was a big queue and they were delaying in giving coupon by telling Server is down. Later after waiting till 4 they suddenly shut down the system and asked them to leave. Is this the way to behave with people without humanity. Please take this on a serious note. Govt employees are there to serve people not to trouble them. All these new rules of Karnataka Govt is putting people under trouble than serving them better.
                                        Internet is not working properly past one week please take auction about Nandini Layout Bangaloreone.
