I have gone to book a room for kukke subramanya, on 13/03/2019 concerned person in horamavu bangalore one asking for extra money before he asking for booking details (Bribe), when i denied to give extra money, he said printer is not working so room cannot be booked, so bad people.

    I am visiting bda complex banashankari bangalore one for the third time now regarding voter id but they are least bothered, there is absolutely no crowd management they do not answer people who come first they should know to manage people even if you try telling them you they don't listen to you, they feel like they are the authority they don't care serving people, no value for time at all. They should maintain token system if they don't know who came first
    Staff at Bangalore one banashankari BDA 1st floor, take 10₹ for voter ID issue. Please look into it

      Sir, on 27th nov 18 i went to rajajinagar1st block iskcon mini bangalore oneto pay water bill for 2 rr nos. Bill amount are same 're.203/- each.
      Rr no w 284803 and rr no w 282616. I have paid amount 406. Instead of giving two different receipt they have given receipt for rr no. W 284803 two receipts one mentioning duplicate. When i visited bangalore one twice they told the staff who done this is not there. Due to their mistake another rr no. W 282616 this month bill showed previous bill is pending.
      Hence i request you to refund the amount of rs 203. Receipt sl no.0181775 & 0181776.
      Please do the needful.

        There are two employees who handle the aadhaar related stuff in peenya 2nd stage bbmp office bangalore branch. I came there after my exam finishedat 2 pm all tired and stuff to enrol in aadhaar. The youngest one of the two directly told me that it womt happen today when i asked him even though the closing tme is at 7. He was very rude. Im never seen a person like that in my life. Then i asked the other one if he could register me today. He saw my passport and rent agreement. And said rent agreement cannot be used as address proof. When i came and checked in poa there is rent agreement. Pls do something about this.
        I am visited jaynagar 2nd block offce there one lady like a fat &married I am ask to her hw to change my name on adhaR card she can not respond clearly... She's behavior very good and she treated me very badly

          I had visited jayanagar 2nd block bangalore one office regarding adhar card. They issued tokens to people who came after me and denied to me for no good reason. When asked, the lady inside the cabin spoke very rudely. She is highly inefficient and unqualified for the job. The other ladies who work there are also lazy and inefficient which i have experienced earlier. Very poor service to citizens. They need training and qualified people should be recruited.

            I often visit to muneshwara block bangalore one office wherein i could see 3 of the lady employees serving for consumers by replying in harsh tone. One of the fat lady employee replies too rude each time i visit to pay my electricity and water bills.

            Today i had to take my aged mother for change of address in aaadhar card, one of the employee who was filling the details of address was not even having patience to listen to us and instead she was chit-chatting with her outside friend during official hours. When i insisted her to fill the complete address, her friend is raising her voice and asking me to check with post office people if we have issue in address. If that was the case, what's the point in we seeking for the service?

            Though the lady doesn't work there, she is lecturing me in rude tone and on top of that one of the lady employee is chit chatting with her during official hours irrespective of number of consumers waiting for the service.

            Request the team to work on this and replace such irresponsible ladies with responsible and polite employees who could serve consumers better rather insulting them.

            That causes misuse of amount and so on

              Regarding behavior of employ by name shobha, she is talking with very ruadly and when she was free she refused to receive my electricity bill saying that time already 6pm. Hence i have to go home and other employees are busy she is use to talk with mobile phone it is very bad experience with bangalore one. Hence i pray this company to take action against the said employe by name shobha and take action against her to help citizen of bangalore who is age and help

                I visited bangalore one in srinivas nagar bangalore today to get my daughter's aadhar card. While issuing the application no one checked the documents and after waiting for 4 hrs they said that the certificate was not right. Also the person started talking in a very bad manner. She shouted and showed a lot of attitude. She did not have the patience to talk.

                  I went to bagalore one for updating my adress change in adhar card. There is a lady who takes care of all adhar card related works. They will issue only 35 coupons in the morning and than they won't honour any single citizen. Obviously as per indian population the queue exceeds 35 and they ask people to come by morning 4am and get in the queue which is ridiculous. The lady who is a public servant doesn't knows how to talk to public.

Obviously as per indian population the queue exceeds 35 and they ask people to come by morning 4am and get in the queue which is ridiculous. all public standing in queue but agents will come at 9o'clock ...this lady first take agents adhar card application first...agents appliction is around 30 to 35 members after that they will give only 5 tokens for all remaining 150 to 200 members who sat from morning 4 o'clock should go back to home without getting any thing...this happened today 02/03/2019 saturday...same will cintinue every day ...worst office in bangalore

                    Sir i went to jeevanbhimanagar office around 1 clock i paid my bill amount 1538 she gave recept when i went home i saw she has entered amount 471 only but i have paid her 1538 again i went to bangalore one office i have told her why u have entered wrong amount but she is blaming me why i have not check the bill same time and she did not return my money she cheated me

                      I visited bangalore one jayanagar bangalore today at 3 pm to pay electricity bill. There was nobody in the counter. One lady was roaming around. She directed me to another counter. But when i went to that counter i was sent back to the same place. The lady was still roaming around and still was not sitting in her counter. I asked her why she is doing like that (That is sending to wrong counter and not even sitting in her counter) she told i can comlain if i want and told her name is roopa. Her attitude was that customer is a disturbance.

                          Earlier today i had been to the bangalore one centre in brookfield and saw the representative (Male, don't know the name) playing songs and videos on youtube. It was so loud that he wasn't able to hear anything that i said neither did i hear him. It so annoying to see someone working in such a way.

                          To whom so ever this may concern, i request you to take strick action on this!!

                            The electricity bill had minus amount of 2440. The btm bangalore one rep without informing collected 2440 by cash. However, we realised only later that the bill had minus amount. Since, we made the payment we presumed that the amount will get credited to the account. When the next bill was generated we realised that the amount did not get credited to the account. When we checked the receipt the bill amount field is blank and the rep has written in pen 2440 by which we understood that it was a theft and she stole the money.

                            I have just visited to get b extract and the executive had denied that it is not available...further I shouted on the floor and they arranged it in a lazy way

                              This is to bring it to ur notice that one mr chetan of tilak nagar bangalore one near to tilak nagar police station. Who enrols adhar card is a crook. He behaves as though he is the whole and sole authority of the premises. He claims he is fed up of telling people the requirements for enrolling adhar card. And he has displayed it on notice board. Which is being attached in the attachment. Where there is no clarification what is to be done to enrol. But he behaves as though he is boss off all and forgets to be an employee. Kindly bring him down to earth show his responsibility and the job and make him human being first. Then an employee.

                                This is a government undertaking organization to serve people to pay bills adhar updation etc but in this organization there is no power backup facility which is not letting there staffs to work with full efficiency. Here there is very much nessesity o[censored]ps and electricity power generator for there use please do something to this problem and slove it soon everyone time is important
                                Hi, This is for Banshankari BDA complex, People had to wait for hours to get the token to make the Aadhar card details changes. Does not even have the seating facility. please look into this issue and make people suffer less due to employees Negligency.

                                  They say khata transfer is there, but the server is always down... From past 3 days..

                                  What is gov doing... Just by bringing new things and services does not mean that server will always be down... Common why is gov office internet or server or the person always not there...

                                  Funniest thing is that other systems servers works and only khata computer server is down always...

                                  Is this a reason for not working or is this a reason to take an off...

                                    It is one of the worst place i have visited they treat customers like beggars, it is the only centre where the server is down on all working days, the response they give to customers is so cheap and rude, we see people chit chat and later when we enquire the only answer we get is come tomorrow, my only question is how is that server works only for paying bills. People are fooled. I am going there for the past 5 days to take a printout of voters id and always server down.

                                      The btm 1st stage bangalore one has the worst of all employee i have ever seen. How they mange to get a job in the government offices without any technical skills, management skills or even communication skills. Language is never an issue with offices if your approach is proper, the staffs have some mental issue. They would queue people and provide some fake token numbers which reset every time you go and still they get the order as per the brokers running behind them, for some extra money. I think bangalore citizens are very much ahead and smart enough to understand that such offices needs to learn from the way passport offices are handled. The office needs to change their work style, else shutdown the offices and run online services only.

                                        I recently visited the bangalore one office in rs palya to update my new address on my adhaar card. There is no representative to complete this service even though i visited the centre 6 times. The staff at the helpdesk are very rude and patronizing. Absolutely appalled by the management and organisational skills. No options given about other centres nearby i want strong feedback to be given to the staff at the centre. Very unhappy!!
