    HSR Layout Bagalore One guy is not issuing Aadhar tokens properly. Timing for issuing Aadhar tokens is between 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m and 40 tokens are issued. But the attendant there is only giving 10 -15 tokens each day, even if I am reaching at 9.0 a.m he is saying tokens are over, but he has given only 10 to 15 people tokens and he is also talking very rudely

      Bangalore One takes only 45 applications in a day, for which people stand in line from 7 am onwards. The tokens are issued at 8.45, however inspite of being in the front of the line I never got a token. The representative claimed to have issued 45 tokens before my name, but I was only behind 10 people at max. There is something going wrong or happening under the table, which is not fair. I would like to raise a formal complaint against Bangalore One for unfair and unethical activities.

        Please provide more staff at the Bangalore one centers specially where there is bio metric verification done.

        There's only one person to handle a crowd of 30 people

        Or please provide biometric verification at all Bangalore one centers

          Hi there,

          This is to bring to your notice, that the service at bangalore one Naganahalli is pathetic, they are never on time, even after providing the token, adhar card person delays by 2 hours on an average, this is causing lot of inconvenience to the citizens.

          Request you to take necessary action around the same and help improve the service, as what is suggested by the government.

            I am new to bangalore and just wanted to update my mobile number in adhar card. when i reached bangalore one office the person said we will give tokens to only 45 people, come early and if you will be lucky you will get the token . if not then you will have to come another day and try. i have a small baby of 1 year old and it is not possible to come daily and stand in queue that to when there is no chance of getting token. i thought bangalore one was opened to help citizens but if someone has such situation what is they will do to help. do not know how they are helping people. i am staying in panathur and my email id is deepti.[protected]@gmail.com.

              With reference to the previous complaint, the employee name is Amulya S basically she is a operator working in Bangalore one yeshwanthpur office. The way she treated us and other customers regarding aadhar issues was really horrible.Please take a strict action upon her as she was too negligent to work .

                  I have visited Banglore one Yeshwanthpur branch to update the address and phone number several time. But a particular person is denying each day for certain reason. I don't know her name she sits counter one. Do I need to file any case in consumer court regarding this issue.

                      Sir,
                      I am a regular visited of Bangalore one from its beginning utilising to pay my electricity & water bills. Amounting around ₹4500/-.

                      Earlier they were accepting debit card for payment.

                      But from past 6 months they are not accepting card and only for cash. Each time they say swiping machine problem, server problem, card not accepting payments etc.

                      Govt is prompting digitalization but the service provider insists for cash payment.

                      They don't even know which category this complaint belongs to. Hence I have selected Others.

                      Your immediate intervention is appreciated.

                        i paid my electric bill in bangalore one .on 18/08/2020 i paid the payment .but the employee paid to someone else. i went and asked him resolve my issue .the employee said the he is going to resolve my issue within 10 days but .still they have not turnedup .and today i had been to the banglore one
                        the empolye is Asking me to repay the payment .

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          On 24th September 2020 I have paid a fine of Rs 500 for no helmet. The money was deducted from my acc and I have the proof of payment. The case is still on my vehicle (KA04HZ9886). I emailed the Bangalore one support team and they told it will be refunded. It's been 2 weeks and the amount still hasn't been refunded. Please refund the amount or remove the case from my vehicle.

                              Hi everyone,

                              This complain is regarding bangalore one situated in sk garden ward no.61.

                              First when i visited to bangalore one for updation of aadhaar, they insisted that i need corporator leeter for name & dob change. Then on second day when i went taking the corporator's letter they are delaying wantedly and not respecting us because they are taking bribe and letting others to update aadhaar who give them bribe. This is the 5th day i'm going to bangalore one, but still my aadhar has not been updated & they are telling now there is no server and delaying wantedly.

                                  I have booked a room at karnataka guest house tirumala from 14/6/2020 to 18/06/2020 due to covid 19 all trains cancelled my all seva tickets cancelled when i approached for accomadation cancellation at bangalore one centre during may 2020 the site was not available i have visited nearly 8 to 10 times same reply iwrote to muzarai dept even complained to pmo office no response kindly help me in this regard

                                    There is a lady(So called name Kavitha) who works here and a man(so called name nagesh) who gives the token.They are terrible.They treat people whomsoever come for their work like beggars.Totally impolite, intolerant and lazy people . They started abusing me(used bad words ###) when i cross questioned them as it was my third time when i went there for adhar updation, first time they said the person who gives token left early as not much work today ..second time when i went there they asked me to come by 9 am. and third time i went there before 9 am.they said tokens are already over.They are a bunch of lazy and uneducated people.some action must be taken against them and my sincere request to the concern person that please teach this staff atleast basic antiquates and basic human values.Govt must take action against them.

                                      A/c [protected] amount 72 RS
                                      A/c [protected] amount 59 RS
                                      A/c [protected] amount 72 RS. electricity bill 15.6.2020 @ 12.29pm in same above center but operator has registered only two bills and issued bill one duplicate of one and received amount of 3 bills.in this month I have received due amount in electricity bill.

                                        Hi, I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members in Bengaluru one, vidyaranyapura, next to hopcoms.
                                        I had reached the location at 6.20 pm to pay my bescom bill. The staff told that she has already entered denominations and refused receive payment. She told that working hours was reduced to 6.30 pm due to covid. When I pointed out that it's still not 6.30 she abused and insulted me. After I started recording she toned down a little. Where am I supposed to complain for this insult?
