Sir /madam, I went to Bangalore one at BDA complex Banashankari on 25th april 2015 @ 1:30pm to pay my electricity bill. There was no toknes issued to customers they told me to stand in the que there were 15 people already in the que inspite of that she went away from the counter to file a paper in the chamber she has taken approx 8 min. I am not questioning all those things but after waiting in the que about half an hour when i was about to give my receipt she has refused saying that "no sir you have to wait till another employee comes". Then i questioned no madam i was in the que since half an hour i cant wait another half an hour, now you take my bill or call your reliever to come and collect my bill. The same employee hurted me by saying that no you cant question all those things by the time a lady employee who was sitting on her right unnecessarily she intervened and she spoke as she wants, actually as i absorved that lady was fast worker because she was clearing customers very fast. Mean while a gentelman came from the chamber, instead of asking me he asked particularly to that lady she told that i was blaming her. Then he asked that lady what exactly he blamed. She replyed that he was compelling me to take the receipt. The same gentleman instead of convincing me, even he also warned me " you are not supposed to demand like that" i dont no in what capacity he is working there but he is very poor in handling with the customers. Because of this incident my mind is full disturbed and my day work got disturbed. I am strongly condemmed the attitude of there employees and procedure of bangalore one service and i am unsatisfied customer. With regards thanking you T. NAGARAJU [protected]

    I have approached Bangalore One offices in Indiranagar and Old Airport to apply for DL Extract copy. As per the website of Bangalore One, this service is provided by them. However both offices have not accepted my request. Both offices said that, these services are no provided by them. Would like to know the details.

      From Past Two Months 80 Tokens For Aadhaar Card Application Are Issued Per Week In Bangalore One, R.T Nagar Branch, The Issuing Time Given 8:00am, But The Staff Is Issuing The Tokens By 6:00 am To There Interested Members, And When The Customer Comes At 8:00 am They Say That They Have Already Issued The Tokens, Come Next Day, The Behaviour Of The Staff Is Very Rude & Inappropriate .Please Suggest How Will Normal & Independent Citizen Get The Token.The Same Problem Is Being Caused From Past Two Months.Please Take Immediate Action Towards The Problem.         I have paid electricity bill twice on 21.06.14 for Rs.614.00/ each through credit card. Still i have not received refund in my credit card nor adjusted against the next electricity bill. RR no.S9EH9469. Account no.[protected]. Please do the needful. Regards, Shreekar. [protected].

          As i have visited to bangalore one to pay my act Internet and electricity bill before 7:50pm but the staff is not accepting they are saying that server is down and exactly they closed office at 8pm.             i have paid b b m p propertytax of rs 19164=00 through d d no 37170 2dated[protected] at bangalore one. j p nagar

            1 st phase bangalore -560078. when i enquried at b b m p office in their system the tax is not entered. once

            again when i conact karanataka bank minera circle bangalore the issued d d no 371702 in favouring the

            commissioner b b m p clearing on[protected] for the past one year i am contact either bangalore one

            or b b m p several times no response. i am 90 year old lady. now i am going to consumer court, because

            there is no option. thanking you

              I was at Bangalore one on New BEL road on 16 Apr 14, to pay my bills. There were 5 people waiting in 2 counters (3 in one and 2 in another). There are no clear directions of one queue bifurcating into 2. I accepted the error and the generous customers understood it. Despite me willing to get behind them, they asked me to proceed with the payment. The lady in the counter was hurling abuses and was extremely rude in her behaviour. Even words from the men in the queue against her harsh tone was of no avail. The lady had the audacity to tell that she could make me stand for hours in front of her without serving me. She further boasted of knowing some rowdies who could deal with me. Is this what is people friendly service in a cultured and educated city like bengaluru? Is this the way a lady converses with another. My husband serves in the Armed Forces. I at times am aghast that these are the kind of people for whom he and people of his kind work and toil for. If there is a possibility of acquiring the CCTV footage of the event of this date at 1700hrs the truth will unravel itself. Is there no scope in this sane world to take such people to task, regulate or maintain a system of check on their behaviour. Deeply saddened of course and annoyed that I am educated and cannot stoop to the level of the lady in question. I hope there is a way out through this forum to address this issue and reprimand the lady at the counter officially.

                Pulakeshi nagar Bangalore one office placed in frazertown, Here only one lady is working all the other ladies say that server is down, and they entertain there boy friend to there cabins.These ladies sit with there boyfriends and watch Tamil movies.They won, t bother about common people standing in big Que.I want this issue to be taken to higher authority.Thease people they don, t know kannada or english.I don, t know who employed these kind of poeple.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  This is to inform you that 4 months back we paid the kaveri water bill in bangalore one which is located in r.T.Nagar, bangalore-560032. But when we got the kaveri bill it showed that we have not paid any amount and the kaveri guy said dont pay in bangalore one pay it in directly to water board which is also located in r.T. Nagar. So we started to pay there itself axcept that one month amout because we already paid in bangalore one. Many times we went to bangalore one and complained that kindly repay that amount or hand over that amount to kaveri board. From 3 months we are stuggling they took the xerox copy also which we have paid. But no action is taken.

                  Kindly take some action towards this matter. Our address is no.3, 7th cross, bhuvaneshwari nagar, r.T. Nagar, bangalore -560032.

                    Respected Sir,

                    My name is Roy, today i had been to pay my Bescom bill to the Bangalore One in Kormangala BDA complex branch and i see staff are very careless about customers. I saw the cashier Mr. Akhib being very busy in the phone and taking very long for doing his work. In very polite way i told him this is very wrong and this will be problem for both for customer (if any mistake in bill number by typing) and him. He was very rude and told he cant accept my bill. Mainly he was very rude which hurt me a lot.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I paid BWSSB bill online through Bangalore-One on 26th April, 2012. After the amount was debited from my Credit card, when Bangalore-One has to confirm the payment with a receipt number or transaction number, the website errored out 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object', please find attached the screen shot of the error. I have been trying to contact the BangaloreOne on their 2 phone lines[protected],401, since last 5 days and sent several mails, the phone is not answered and the mail is bouncing as their mailbox is full.

                      The Credit card bank has confirmed that the amount has been debited, but I have trouble in reaching out to Bangalore-One to confirm the same and get the receipt for the payment made.

                      I called BWSSB to check if they have received payment, they bluntly said they would not know these information.

                      How to confirm the payment, who to reachout to for the receipts.

                        Couple of days back (to be precise 17 May 2011), I went to HSR Layout BDA complex to pay my electricity bill. The time was 7.35 pm. Firstly I went to the counter which is in the parking area. I was told by the lady operator that the server is down and payment cannot be collected. She was busy reconciling the collections.

                        I thought of trying my luck with the main counter inside the BDA complex. The time when was around 7.40 pm. I was surprised to know that the server was working as a customer was paying his bill. When my turn came, I was told that the time is over and the bill cannot be collected. It was exactly 7.45 pm then. When I reminded them about the service time, Mr. Sunil, strictly instructed the lady operator not to collect the bill any more as he has completed his collection counting and reporting work. In spite of several request, he did not oblige. First he did not respond to us and then he started shouting and starting instructing us that we need to come by 7.30 pm to pay the bill. The argument was in vein. I then asked him about the phone number where I can complain, he laughingly pointed us to the door as if even if our complain would never be heard and no action would be taken against him. I then called the project manager but by that time it was already 8 pm.

                        Overall it was a very bad experience and request you to strictly condemn the behavior and attitude of Bangalore One Staffs and specially that of Mr. Sunil. Some strict action should be taken against him so that such actions are not repeated and customer should not suffer.

                        There were 3 more person who suffered along with me. One among them is Mr. Sekhar ([protected]).

                        Also would like to being to your notice that most of the time, only one counter is functional at HSR layout BDA complex.

                                I am a student of CMR Institute of management studies. I am born and brought up in Assam and right now doing my MCA. I need my passport for my future career. For the last one month i am trying to submit my passport form in indiranagar and hennur branch of "BANGALORE ONE" . They are telling me to get all sorts of documents and i tried my best to get all doccuments, and i got and produced there. At last last week they told me, " You are from assam and we can't accept your passport. People from north east are not allowed to make passport. You need a nationality certificate " I really didnt understand whats wrong in me being from assam. I am a Indian by birth, and what nationality certificate should i get ???
