Dear sir
From last two months we are facing foul smell and filty water leakage problem because of blockage and leak in sewage line, it is right on circle and there are around 20 shops nearby lossing business cuz of smell and in rain hours it become like a pond of filth water which cuz massive trafic jam and problem to civilians
So on behalf of all us shopkeepers i request you to please look in the issue and help us open the blockage and rebuild the centre chamber

Sir please note the sanitary has been blocked near pipeline road ejipura GM layout 3rd cross. This is happening very often and we have been complaining for resolution by laying an extra pipe and connecting to tot main man hole since 6 month till today no action has been taken place. Kindly do the needful

Since last 4 months there is an additional charges against rain water harvesting.in the view of the same i had given my request to local rr nagar bwssb office for investigation and to waive off the additional charges. Recently there was an auditor at my premises by the name deepa and they are asking us to dig and show them the rain water harvesting place as praof. So my request is kindly check and provide us the solution why customer as to bear the cost in terms of price and also damaging the area for sake of bwssb new rule. Bwssb as to come up with the alternative solution to address this issue else it will result in additional burden to the customers.

All the roads in and around arehalli was tar roads recently cauvery water connection pipes were laid post which roads are not repaired no tar roads are laid. Travelling and walking on these roads has become pathetic and very difficult. Only road in front of chaintanya pu college has been repaired and others are left to the mercy of god. Can someone please look into this ans expedite immediately.

My residential address is 9th cross, opp Carmel school, Sanjeevini nagar, Mudalpalya, Vijay Nagar, Bangalore in front of my house gate one sanitary connection is their in that connection every time water is coming out & rail will a start that drainage water will come in to house through toilet, -Kindly do the repair & favour to the our area

On diagonal road (Jain college road), near satyanarayana kalyan mantap, due to the demolition of the old syndicate bank the sewage is overflowing for the past one week. It is causing unbearable stink on the road from the old syndicate bank till satyanarayana kalyana mantap (Sajjan rao circle). Inspite of a number of complaints nothing has been done. The road is flooding with sewage water. Please repair immediately

Drinking alcohol. Playing cards etc etc) please send a officer to have a look and fix the water issue so that people can can buy water at affordable price instead of paying 30 rs for one water can

Sewage has opened in the middle of road.
Two feet road has collapsed in the middle exposing danger of humans falling in to it.
Two whellers are in great danger.

Bwssb had dug the road for laying of pipeline around 25 days back and the work has completed stopped from past 15 days and the residents of that particular road ie; ward no.160, 27th cross, ideal homes coop society, behind jayanna circle, rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore - 560 098 are facing very problematic in driving the vehicles and there were incidents of ladies, old aged people and kids falling due the congested road due to pouring of heaps of mud on the roads on the full stretch of 27th cross, there is hardly any place left to drive the vehicles and to walk on the road, adding to this drains are over flowing leading the drain water to accumulate in dug up pits of bwssb causing health hazards to the residents in and around the area. The related photos are attached for your reference and kindly attend to the same at the earliest.

Similar situation in adjacent bhel layout kenchanahalli rajarajeshwarinagar of ward 160 with incomplete work and we are suffering for last three months. Added to this they have collected rs 2000/- from each house while connecting drainage line which was in good condition by moving on to the centre of the road. Area bwssb is well aware and we do not know why they are silent. We are awaiting for asphalting only after completion by bwssb.

From last two months the water bills received by me from bwssb is showing my water meter as 'suspected meter' and i am charged as per the wish of the meter reader. This clearly indicates that though my water consumption is negligible the meter reader is demonstrating his upper handedness and assumes consumption as per his wish and charge law abiding citizen like me erroneously. I request that action may be initiated against such meter readers appropriately and the reason for such error may be explained.

There was there was regular water for our house twice a week, but it has stopped for more that 3 months
The water men have put a new valve and the water has stopped coming after asking the water men and pestering them they are not taking up the issue to rectify it or even look in to it

Rajarajeshwari Nagar 27th cross, road dug open to lay sewerage pipes, work half done, half the road is different open, sewer flowing into the dug pits and no workers seen since 18 days. Musquito menace rampant due to open clogged sewer, not a responsible authority caring about this issue despite multiple complaints

The bill provided dated 18.3.2018, present reading mentioned 184000 and previous reading 148000, consumption liters 36, 000 and charged 887.00, we checked the meter it is displaying 18400 not 184, 000.
Last month bill provided dated 18.2.2018, mentioned door locked (Don't know why they mentioned door lock), previous reading mentioned 148, 000 and amount charged 1004.00 about 4 to 5 months earlier we are getting bill amount around 250 to 350rs. Please check what is the problem.

Paid bill twice of water bill
First in bangalore 1 and then paytm
But in this months bill its not adjusted why??? (1323 rupees)
If we didn't pay bill of last month you know to add 2 months then why not you wont adjust if we pay more???
And government offices won't receive call at all worst government!!! Tried thrice from morning. Then why will you give this numbers when you won't pick

The rain chargers is still displaying on my bill even after submitting prof for installation of rain harvesting equipment.
When i approached the bwssb with acknowledgment which they had provided, the irresponsible behavior.
Shame on government to have such kind of managers and co workers. Finally issue is not resolved, i had to pay my chargers shame on bwssb and the manager his ward no 14. Bagalagunte.

Pl refer earlier bwssb complain ticket id no 531519 dtd 13 02 18 the matter closed after internal official discussion of bwssb as per remark in the complain note. The bill received for the month feb payable in march also indicates "other charges". I like to know clearly what is other charges. If it is for rwh, then please indicate the rate on which it is charged. I also indicate that i constructed my house (30x41 as per record) in the year 2002.

This is at 4th Main, KGE Layout, RMV 2nd Stage, close to MS Ramiah hospital signal. There has been pipe line burst in the lane because of which a lot of water is getting wasted. This came to my notice today as I walking back home. Please fix and resolve the issue at the earliest as it's a precious resource.

In the below snap shot from website you can see that the total bill is showing as rs 902/-, however in actual, totaling the different charges, it supposed to come rs:- 626/- in total.

Kindly confirm which is correct and how much amount i'm supposed to pay.

There is water issue in 21st a cross, pragati layout, doddanekkundi from last 1.5 years which is brought to notice of all officers concerned. There is no progress. Last month around 100 litres water atleast used to come. Now there is no water at all absolutely. Concerned aee doesn't answer calls. If he answers, he tells he ll send atleast some water supply. But everytime it's false hope given. Need some action on this immediately. Officers speak to us badly also as though they are doing some favour. Why? Being citizens, what we are asking is wrong is it? Why should we pay taxes or bwssb bill without getting water.
