My name is praveen residing in grape garden t r nagar ward no:154, this is to inform you that a resident next to my home is directly pumping cauvery water with motor pump to the tank without giving connection to the sump or storage. This is against the government rules, people in the sorroundings are not getting proper water due to this. From past 6 months. Man hole is blocked near house no 1203 44th cross I st stage Kumaraswamy layout Bangalore and sewage water leaking on the rainwater drain and on the road
On NR road near the mysuru flyover beginning (BGS flyover Arch) on most days the sewage water is getting mixed in the drinking water that is being supplied to the shops. This happens at least 1-2 times a week.

        Most of the houses in and around adugodi, nanjappa layout, muneshwara basavanna and bande areas has got free water connection, but people are misusing instead of conserving precious natural resources. Request to take necessary action.
        1) create awareness by visiting locality
        2) stop free water connection
        3) fix water meter
        I feel these are the only options to pinch them.
        I have recently received very high water bill for my premises normally bill would have 500to 600rupees ..but this time more than 900..i think there might be a mistake in reader device or something else may be the problem... This is too much for normal middlclass family... Please sir solve this problem as much as possible

          Dear sir,

          The road repair workers have damaged the sanitary pipe at 3rd main bhuvaneshwari nagar, 4th cross (Manorayan palya ward - no 33).

          When contacted the concerned bwssb team, they are asking us to get in touch with the contracter who is doing the road work, when we contact contracter he is asking us to get in touch directly with bbmp.

          We residents are suffering for the inaction from both the sides.

          Kindly assist in getting it repaired.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            Our home located at address - #77, 9th main, 4th cross, BTM Layout – 1st stage (Next to St. Thomas School) Bangalore – 560029 was unoccupied during the years 2014 October till date during this tenure we were out of Bangalore since our father was not well and he passed away recently.

            During this duration, we continued to receive bills and most of the times the reading done was wrong and since there was no one to correct it from our side the amount has kept on accumulating and interest on arrears kept on mounting. Unfortunately we didn’t have any relatives in Bangalore to help us kept informed due to this we were not aware of the bills.

            We therefore request you to please re-consider the huge bill (currently 33411 rupees) that includes the interest on the arrears and make it feasible for us to pay an adjusted bill at the earliest and clear our arrears.

              I am a resident of lingarajapuram 10th cross. Bwssb is laying new drainage pipeline on 9th cross and 10th cross.
              On enquiry with bwssb i found that the residents do not have to make any payment to the contractor for reconnecting the drainage. However, the bwssb contractor has collected a sum ranging from rs.4000 to rs.16000 for reconnecting the drainage from each house, inspite of instructions to the contrary from bwssb. I request bwssb to take note of this and refund the amount to the residents.

                    The guy who is allotted for supplying in charge if distributing water though certain pipe walls of cauvery water is a very rude and arrogant person and he leaves water at 3am.
                    That too he gives only 1 hour water supply and he asks extra money for him bribe.
                    Even after paying him also. He doesnt care.
                    He will turn on pipe walls near his home for hours and doesnt turn off even if it flows out of water tank in some houses.
                    Pls someone look into this and get rid of this underserved people from this job.
                    He thinks he is giving water for people out of his own borewell.
                    His name is reddy the cauvery water line man of kashinagar, amruthahalli bangalore 92.

                    We are representing from j p nagar 3rd phase, 11th cross, 6th a main road. We are facing water storage from past 10days. All other road pple are getting sufficient water. Only our road 10 houses are dependent on water tankers. Spoke to valve uncharged nagaraj, no good response from his end. Engineer is also been informed but no one to come n inspect her. No pressure at all.
                    Please look into this and help us resolve.

                      I have made payment for bill no:s[protected]Dec-2017) on 20/12/2017 and the amount is debited in bank account with transaction refno:igacooqte2, but in bwssb website it is not updated and in collection details tab it showing as zero.

                      Usually it was updating in website on same day of payment, but the same is not reflecting for dec-17.

                      Request you to confirm whether the payment is received and may i know the reason for not getting updated in website.

                        For few months there is rise in the billing and the meter reading differs to actual. I have 2 units ground floor 2 br house with one common bath room and toilet with 3 adults and first floor 2 br with 2 baths with 5 adults.
                        Water is supplied every alternate day and we have a under water sump of 3000 ltrs capacity and never the water tank fills up and we have to do with tankers supply due to low pressure. But to my surprise the bill for november showed 61000 ltrs and an amount of rs.1985. It is really shocking even alternate supply of 3000 ltrs (Presuming that my water tank fills up) the bill should be for 45000 ltrs and not 61000 ltrs. Always the meter reading is rounded off to next 1000 ltrs and either it is 50000 ltrs 55000 ltrs. The meter reading lady is either blind or she cannot bend and see the reading. I had not complained earlier as the amount was of 100 or 200 extra. But this time it is really shocking. Bill no is n[protected] dated 18.11.2017 is for rs.1985/- kindly rectify and refund the excess amount paid all these months or replace the faulty meter.

                          No water supply since last one year even after changing the pipe line, however provide new request to install gate valve near the street to channelise the water flow properly and have the water supply to all houses affected. The same has been followed up with je - santosh prasad more than 100 times but no response whatsoever and also given strict instructions from mla - satish reddy on the issue but still the same negligent response.

                            We receive an optimum bill of 500 rupees. But for the last month, there has been additional "other charges" of 411. This is unexplained, especially since in the time-frame of the bill there was disrupted water supply and when there is supply it was for a matter of 20 mins.

                            I have been trying to contact all possible bwssb numbers to understand the issue and rectify the bill. But, there has been no response and only redirection to numbers where none receives the call.

                              There is a sever problem in 19th cross, hsr layout 7th sector, in front of the housee 1644 and 1645. Sewage water flowing out of house 1644, is flowing to the drain ccausing this ssevere problem. Owner of house 1644, is complaining on the larger issue and not taking any correction to the regard of his house.
                              Request authorities to take necessary action to rectify this issue.

                                We are residents of lic colony jivan bima nagar behind shankar petrol pump and new police residential quarter. Door no p13 to p35 we have been several times to our water tank jivan bima nagar and made complaints to the ae and also registered in the book. There has been no proper supply to the above said area.                                   In bengaluru drinking water is supplied by bwssb on alternate day to richmond town area. Water is leaking and getting wasted since last one month - address:
                                  Opposite to #1 basha & sons,
                                  Walker lane,
                                  Richmond town
                                  Bengaluru 560025.

                                  Formal complaint (483726) was lodged by welfare assn. With bwssb website https://bwssb.gov.in/ - on[protected]. It was closed without repair.
                                  They don't even send message on to the mobile to inform that the complaint is closed.

                                  As there is no option to take this matter to higher-ups when the complaint is closed without repair, on[protected] one more complaint (489252) was lodged by welfare assn. Water leakage is not yet fixed. It will be useful if the website is improved to provide information about what corrective action was taken by department to preserve the precious drinking water, when was the repair done and who fixed the problem.

                                  Workers came very next day and tried to fix the water leakage. But as the GI pipes are almost 20 years old and corroded it broke on the other end. They have put a stop cock and fixed it. Hope some other resident's water supply is not blocked. Thanks for the help in resolving the issue.

                                  BWSSB took immediate action to fix the problem. As the GI pipes used are almost 20 years old and are corroded badly, when the workers tried to fix one problem, it gave way at the other end.

                                  Hope BWSSB is providing clean drinking water through these corroded pipes !!!

                                    This is to complaint that since 10 days there is a sanitary blockage beside our house because of the blockage in the sanitary line outside, the water is not flowing from our houses with the result sanitary water in our house is not flowing and bad smell is spreading all over. Kindly attend to the same immediately. This is the third complaint from our street the first complaint reference number is 477424 dated 15th november 2017, complaint from mr. Devadas alva ph [protected], 59 a, 5th cross, 7th main, muniyappa layout, garve bhavi pallya, bangalore 560068

                                    As per your records that complaint is closed, the bwssb comment box says as per ae feedback the complaint has been closed but no one has come nor cleared the issue

                                    And again on 29th november 2017 physically given a complaint at bwssb office kodichikkanahalli no action has taken

                                    And again on 30th november 2017 physically given a complaint at bwssb office kodichikkanahalli no action has taken

                                    Again on 1st december 2017 given a complaint at bwssb office kodichikkanahalli no action has taken

                                    On 5th december mini tempo has came and cleaned the chamber but no use because the blockage is in the middle of the pipeline, so the cleaning people said that it is not possible to clean that in their small vehicle it need to be cleaned in pressure water pumping machine so we will inform them and they will come tomorrow but no one has came until today is 7th december 2017 so for that we are rising this complaint again

                                    Sanitary water is flowing inside my house due to the blockage i have attested photos of the same here

                                    Once again we people from 5th cross, muniyappa layout, garvebhavipallya, are requesting you (The concern authority) to solve this issue

                                    Note; every day we are trying to rise a complaint in bwssb official web site but failed to lodge the complaint the complaint page get back to home page with an error message that ‘the website encountered an unexpected error, please try again later’ we tried several times several days from the past 20 days

                                        As per bwssb instruction. I have deposited 10000 rupees on[protected] at sbm branch hoodi.in the bank challan 15621 its clearly mentioned which i have deposited the amount.

                                        On[protected] i have submitted the application for refund & i received information from bwssb that i will get back the amount within 2 months. I have submitted clear copy of bank challan. Kindly check it and make it as soon as possible.
