Dirt floating inside our house due to the blockage in the sewage pipes in the neighbourhood apartment. The dirty water is flowing in non stop. The complaint has been lodged but there is no serious action been taken by the muncipality. It is causing a major problem to our tenants as well as the owners. We tried connecting bbmp and bwssp but there is no response. The condition of the house right now is really bad. The place is stinking because of the dirty water. Everytime we file a complaint we see no response coming from anywhere. We individually have to hunt out for people to get the work done everytime.

I havent received the rr number for a new connection that i had obtained in december in the name of mrs shalini uthaiah. The water meter has been installed and i have got the water connection as well but have'nt received the rr number for my meter nor the bill for the past 3 months. I am residing in #144, lig, 2nd stage, khb colony, basaveshwarnagar, bangalore 560079 and my registered mobile number is[protected]. Could you please look into my complaint and ensure that i get the rr number and the water bill till date asap.

Dear sir,
I am a resident of nagavarpalya in c v raman nagar. The cauvery water is supplied to the area once in a week (To be precise, friday night 2am to 5am)
In the last 2 weeks even this supply is is not proper. The pressure is totally inadeqauate resulting in low storage which lasts for only 2 days
We request to increase the supply with adequate pressure and also to supply water for at-least 2 days in a week

Hi,
A resident here at 4th cross thigalarapalya main road, peenya 2nd stage is having illegal borewells and using it for commercial activity.

He also has cctv cameras and dogs to guard his house.

Many properties and black money with no tax or permission is being increasing with this resident.

There has been no water supply at 5th main 4th cross, prakashnagar, from past 1 week. Before this water was at a very low pressure like urniation for past 1 month. No one picks up call at bwssb office. Can you please take this issue seriously and supply water? We have been relying on only corporation water as we dont have borewell. There are 4 kids in the house, 2 infants who are starving without water.

Hello, we the residents of benson town 2nd cross aalco layout opposite melody apartments.
Its been around few months and we are not receiving proper supply of cauvery water but we are still paying the bills once in 5 to 10 days we need to order tanker for domestic use and apart from this we need to buy bisleri cans for drinking water and also among 11 houses in this area only 3 houses are facing water problems i would request you to please check over this as soon as possible it a very urgent we cannot depend on tankers.

Apart from this around 2 months back we had some people working in our lane they were digging and said that they are changing underground water supply pipes and giving new connections but now its 1 month since they turned up to complete their work and now our lane is in total mess the roads are horrible and their is sand and dust all over which is just not good for our health i would request you to please look over this as soon as possible. We need help its very urgent

We the residents living in 2nd cross puttaranganna layout, 1st main road, seshadripuram is not supplied with cauvery water for the past two days. We don't have water even for drinking. All the residents are suffering and facing a lot of trouble due to water scarcity. So hereby i request to kindly check this problem and let us the water as soon as possible and it will be a great help for us

Raj kaluve flowing near rbd stillwaters apartment is now bearing untreated sewage and waste water which has become stagnant due to some useless construction by bbmp. This has adversely affected health of 30-40 families currently residing here with diarrhoea and fever. If one cholera case will arise it will be a severe case against authority. We want respective authority to be a little responsible and save this place by separating drain line or sewage from raj kaluve.. Let it bear only storm water!!

Hello sir/madam,

We are not getting cauvery water at all. Sometimes it comes monthly once or twice and sometimes in 10 days. We are regularly paying the bill, but still why are we not getting the water. Atleast weekly twice or thrice the water should have supplied. Please look into this matter and request to find a resolution on this same issue.

With respect to the above subject that my water bill has been showing unnecessary billing towards rain harvesting not being there, inspite of very clearly being their right in-front of the house, since the construction of the house 2011, hence please exclude the rainwater harvesting charges which is itemised in the billing by your meter reader which is not appropriate. (I am attaching the photos for the same)
Please rectify the bill in subsequent bills and reimburse the amount to my account and oblige.

Our water bill is very high always above Rs 1200. The mater reading is always the same for the past few months. The water supply is very irregular and very less. Most of the time it comes only once in a week, also very less comparing the previous year. Last week also it comes only once. The mater reading is the same and the bill also the same only. We are always shortage of water.

Dear sir,

The valve man named vikram who from the time of him being appointed to our area has never let water to 18th main of our road the dead end.

Always he opens water later at 8:30 a. M. And closes almost at 10:15 a. M.

We resident protested on 17-2-18 against this when he came. We asked him to call up some responsible person to solve our case. He did drama of telephoning someone and went off. Later on 19th and 21st i. E. Today still he has not opened water fully and we are suffering.

Today he did another game plan. He came over at around 1:00 p. M. And has put some cement inside the valve hole and started doing dramas telling that some people who are residing down has put the cements.

At one p. M. I saw him standing near the valve for a long time doing something and went to enquire and i saw all the cement was as if mixed just at that time only. It was wet. He bought some old man named govinda and made him to remove it. He removed it by hand easily. For no reason the old man govinda was shouting at me which all points out that he could be the one who has brought the cement.

His version is someone at night filled the cement. If someone at night had filled it, it could never be easy to remove it. It could have got dried up. Nowadys cement dries up quickly. He is playing all types of games now having grudge on some people who have refused to give money to him in 18th main.

Some responsible engineers from water department has to visit our area immediately to inspect and should see to it water is sufficiently available to all. Water, when opened people in down area fill their tanks which too is insufficient and the upper area people, do not get water.

Please do the needful at the earliest within the next water opening day.

Regular leakage of massive quantities of water is happening on the Cauvery water pipeline at Iblur Lake on the Outer ring Road heading towards Marthahalli. Tragic and absolutely unacceptable given the shortage that is looming large on this city. This is quite a regular affair and is quite strange that this happens at all.

I was billed for not having rain water harvesting i have given letter for having completed the rwh in my house.

But the bill still shows the penalty amount. Please update the bill.

In this regard i have also submitted letter last month itself and the month before along with photos. Inspection also was done.

I am a resident of rajrajeshwarinangar beml layout 5th stage. We have been not getting water supply for last couple of months, even when we receive the supply we get around 2000 ltrs that too once in 4 days.
I have been complaining number of times on the bwssb app as their website does not accept any complaints (Guess that their aleby) but the complaint gets closed without any action. Kindly look in to the issue and help. We had contacted the local bwssb water man who asked us to get the water pipe from the main line checked. The pipeline is perfectly fine and there are no blockages from the mainline to our house. The issue seems to be concerned to only two adjacent roads and not everyone. Many houses in the area are getting good supply of water when we enquired with couple of known people.

All influence men having connection with politicians have illegal water connections.

In almost all streets right from 15th main to 24th main the water valve man has given illegal connection collecting 5000 rupees his name is said as vikram. All water pipes are fixed lower to the ground. Genuine meter holders tanks never gets filled. Watermen opens water at low pressure and all these illegal connection peoples tanks get filled.

We are being penalised without water since we are honest. Vikram asked me too to pay 5000 rupees to get illegal connection at a low level parallel to road to get forceful water.

People are taking illegal connections so that they get water by having water pipes connected at lower level they are being forced to get one by the valveman. Departmental equiry and dismissing him from service is needed.

Here we are bring to your serious notice, from public of sagaypuram ward 60 new bagalur lay out 7th main road bangalore - 560 084.

By name talashekar has criminal background has given local water linemen supplier authority & legally paid by local corporator. Lineman demands the public everyday money atleast rs.150/- holding 15 - 20 houses per one street line.

When we refused to pay on daily basis, lineman reacts furiously, abusing & threaten the public by stopping water supply continuously for 3 weeks as he have criminal background and threats personally.

We can't bring this issues to local corporator notice because it is sagaypuram ward mutually connected with there persons & aviods public to rise their voice.

We request the concern department or an authority from bbmp and bwssb to regulate and take immediate action on this worst people and improvise publics basic water demands.

Sir, sewerage water is overflowing just in front of our residence since 2weeks, we complained to the neighbors but no use request you to kindly visit our area and resolve the issue on priority. We are unable to stay here due to lot of smell and mosquitos. Hope you will take this on priority and resolve.

The water valve man purposefully did not supply water to our road today, mahashivaratri day.

All these days he was supplying water at a very very low pressure and just for 1:30 hours between 8:45 a. M to 10:10 a. M.

All complaints to everyone available did not get results. The valve men is acting in nexus with water tank lorry suppliers. He was recently put to this area. Earlier in another area too he was doing the same thing and there people thrashed him and chased him out.

Well to do people used to hire tanker lorry due to shortage of water. Poor people with frustration are living somehow.
