I complaint yesterday morning 8 clock itself, they just informed they will rectify your problem. From today 10 clock calling to the office regarding the issue, answer is same... They will come today take their mob num and just call they
Are near your area only. I called them we have lot of complaint.. We will come but we didnt know when... I again call this evening at 4.45 they said we will come tomorrow. Sanitary block in the road, due to that our sanitary water is also blocked and not going to the connected area. Do the needful. Thanking you

This is to inform you that we are highly facing water issue in this area, whereas there is no water problem in the next lane and the upper lane.. we have complaint many a times about this to the Councellor and the MLA's but nothing is working. We are from middle class family and it's high for us to afford tanker every week.. please take this message into consideration and do the needful.

Issue-Very irregular/nil water supply (Area authority name-Shankarappa)
We have been facing this problem since more than 3 months. The above stated person DOES NOT turn on water supply for the area at regular day intervals and DOES NOT follow a systematic timing. He turns on water supply at either 5pm, 10pm or 6am or in the middle of the night, and the days ARE NOT regular-either once in 3 or 4 days and the supply is very less/thin. A small size sump takes 6+ hours to fillup. We are forced to buy tanker water about 4-5 times a month due to this irregularity as we are not sure when/how much water will be available to us in this area.
Earlier we were getting water once in 2 days and at specific timings in the evening. Please address this issue at the earliest as this is affecting our drinking water needs.

Sewage/sanitary line in our area is blocked and its overflowing and it has started entering our compound area. I have already register a compliant in bbmp and bwssb office but still action
Taken.

Please request you to clean it as soon as possible.

Man hole cover in front of house at 430, 5th cross tatanagar bangalore is damaged and this is causing tree leaves, dirt and other unwanted particles entering in to it causing clogging of the same. This requires the help of bwssb every time to cleanse it with special equipment. This is a wastage of time and money and inconvenience to the residents.in spite of my complaint a few times the organisation has not resolved the issue. It requires to be provided with a sturdy steel cover.

Drainage water from a broken pipe from a house is flowing on the street. As a result dirty water is clogging in front of our house, result is my neighbour son is suffering from dengue and is in critical stage now. Please take the action as soon as possible. Every day drainage water is flowing and entering the houses and the person or owner is not responding to continuous complaints. They are not trying to close the broken pit through which water is flowing out on roads.

I am staying in kempegowdanagara, ward no 72, 13th e cross, in our area for past 15 days no water supply. We are struggling a lot with out water, we dont know about water man contact number. I try to call bbmp office, no one has response my call,
Bbmp tanker water supply person also not response properly, our side people more than 50 houses are not getting the water for past 15 days. Here with i am kindly requesting you to take an action and advise to concern persons to resolve the problem asap.

Residents of 5th cross, adarshnagar nagar, lr bandae, rt nagar, bangalore 560032. Is not getting regular water, water turns to 5th cross adarshnagar once in 15days and more. Noticed, residence in the cross road extracts water through individual mono block pumps from their outlets where in it's illegal and not acceptable. As in democratic country and an citizen of this country i would require your action and involvement in resolving the issue and myself as an residence of this nation i request to take immediate action and resolve the issues for the benefit of the people.

Full sewage line blockage and given complaint to bwssb with ref no: 397079

Ae closed the complaint with out rectifying problem and both side of drain is

Full with sewage water and lot of bad smell and children health also effecting

We can't walk freely due this bad smell and complaint given on 26.07.2017

But till now no action taken from bwssb

Dear sir,

My rrnumber is e-222577.

I am using this connection from july 2012. There was no major issues till last 3 month,
But from last may, jun, jul 2017 we are not getting water, hardly once or twice in a month, that too only for 10mins.
What we understand from the people here is the bwssb operator and the local tractor owner are having tie up, hence we are not getting bwssb water.
We have submitted a joint complaint in the bemel layout office, but nobody taken any action till now.
I kindly request you to help us in this matter.

With reference to the above complaint ref no 49145 dt 28 may 2016 at 11.22 am till date has not been attended. Already over a year and half.

From sep 2015 to jan 2016 they had update the records and removed borewell charges ie. Rs.600 as inspected by your inspector that the borewell is closed.
Again from the month of feb 2016 borewell charges plus meter charges every month rs.150

Kindly reverse the charges from feb 2016 to july 2017.

Please look into the matter on top priority and take the necessary to resolve the same

What else should be done.
Whom to contact.
Give us higher department contacts we will contact them if possible meet them and tell our problems.
At least they may have humanity to help.
We cannot afford money to buy water tankers. Are we not citizens, are we not paying taxes then why this discrimination.
No water for basic necessitates also its become too big problems
Borewell also dried up.
Area counsellor also not helping us.
Neighbouring areas and lanes have proper water supply but only our road no water.
We cannot afford to buy private water tanker everyday.

I hope you understand and help us getting regular water supply.

For the past 10 days residents of cambridge layout 1- a cross bda flats are not getting water supply from the bwssb and facing great problems for water.
On repeated complaints to the bwssb office at ulsoor no action has been taken though the site inspector mr panchanathan and ae mr rangaiah visited the site. We are really facing great hardships due to this and we are purchasing water @ rs. 700/- per tanker as the agency supplying water are fleecing us. I had to purchase three tankers for use in the past 10 days.
I request you to look into the matter and take immediate remedial measures so as to help us.

Since last few weeks, the water supply in the naja reddy colony and bda layout area of old airport road has been irregular. We are getting water once in 2-3 days and the water comes during the night for a short time of 1 to 2 hour between 1am-4am and since the time is not constant so we are facing a lot of problem as we don't have a sump.

So i wanted to draw your attention to this problem.

Please take some action so that the problem can be resolved.

Very less water supply of water from july 24th in hbr layout 5th block.
Water supply has been extremely poor on day to day and flow is very less making our lives miserable. Sometimes water is not supplied at all and sometimes only for an 1hr with less force.

Kind attention is invited to the concerned official to look into the matter urgently

Bwssb people have digged the road in front of our house before 1 month for new sewerage system, now work is over but they have not closed the manhole just in front of our house because of which we are not able to take out our vehicles and facing lot of difficulties everyday.
Vinay babu from bwssb is supposed to do it but no action has been taken even after several request.
Please close it asap as the manholes which was digged after us also have been closed now but not ours.

We reside in 16th cross malleshwaram between 3rd & 4th temple. Door no 6/1. We don't get proper water supply at all since jan-2017. We have met ae mr. Rajashekar ures at 15th cross complaint center, he visited and said the line is dead after getting verified from his asst mr. Durgappa linemen. If it is dead how come whole road 16th cross from sampige road till ttd gets the water. If not no one should get the water. - hope i am right. But now and then waters come. When we go and meet regular answer we get stating pump house did not had power hence supply is not there. Do any one can believe this? Last two days i am getting the answer stating kabini does not have water. What is it mean, is water directly comes from kabini to 18th cross malleshwarm pump house? Else they say l&t is not resolving the problem. We are totally in mess spending rs. 600/=per tank every time. Who will attend our problem? Pls help us.

The speed of water flow at hbr layout 5th block is drastically reduced without proper intimation and it causes much unnecessary anxiety at our location. Bwssb should inform this development. Suddenly if they do it where would we go. When we are solely depending on kavery water atleast the should inform us in advance and they should not have monopoly attitude.

We are facing the water problem in our society from past two days.
My wife is pregnant and it was really hard for us to manage at that situation for my child who has to go to school at 7 and when we switch the tap on for a bath we start our morning we a disappointment and we are really lost our hope and still doesn't know whom to contact in that type of situation

We are residents of chikkalasandra. We do not have water supply for past three days. We pay for private water supply to fill water, unfortunately we have a small sump. The road is also very narrow, the water truck can not stay to fill overhead tanks. It has been hectic. Our neighbors are walking five six blocks to get water. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am a disabled senior citizen. It has been very hard. Please resolve this issue asap
