Hi,

I want to file complaint regarding water quality which we are using in everyday life like tap water, it is very bad . Problems which me and people in almost maximum areas of Bangalore are facing are heavy hair fall, pimples on face, skin tone getting dark and many more.Its horrible here seriously.

Please improve the quality of water. Please do the needful.

I'm residing in Rajyotsava Nagar Niladri road K.S Layout 2nd stage #44.

I face scarcity of water every day even to complete morning needs, it has come to a stage that I go to office use office restroom.

Image about taking bath. See rain every day but no water in Taps.

Supply to this lane is less or timing is the issue, kindly look into this.

Water Bill use to generate 2 of every month but this month till date my bill is not generated nor given to me.
It creates lot of confusion doing like this without any information.

I went to Arkavathi Bhavan for my billing issue regards the domestic billing
I wrote the letter as per the request and submmitted on 28 september 2022
but on 13 oct 2022 am getting the non domestic billing then i went to the staff of
arkavathi bahvan regards the issue
the biller told its not my concern to take this letter and convert to domestic
the biller also told go to the staff and negotiate am not concern about this letter
my kind request why you told from next billing it will update but its not please
kindly take this issue and resolve at the earliest

Built a small workshop, which was vacant and locked for almost 8months
Bwssb water connected only for drinking and toilet. And not used the water due to lcoked.
But recieved the bill for Rs 20000/-

This is an unbearable payment for not using.

Hope i will get prompt justice..

Newly constructed building in 30x40 plot.
Built 1 bhk 6 houses. Having our own borewell with very good source of water.
Bwssb water connected only for drinking,
Tenant starts occupy from Dec 21 end, still 1 house is vacant.
But we are getting the monthly bill more than 3000/-, we keep complaining the same to meter reader, hence not paid the bill pmt,
Yesterday recieved the bill for Rs 24765/-
Meter showing the reading 12 Lakh +, we not even use 20000 ltr per month, plumbing line connected only for drinking,

This is an unbearable payment by the 1 bhk tenant paying rent of 7-8k.
Neighbor bills are less than 1000, even they donot have borewell.

Also we have deposited prorata and other charges spent more than 3 lakh to get connection.
Bwssb cheating and sucking the citizens blood. Heard many people using water for constructing adjustment with meter reader, also few highrise building not even paid the prorata, all adjustments...

Hope i will get prompt justice..

Ugid block and there is water flowing on main road

There is no proper supply of water. We get water only twice a week. The supply person demands money to supply water. We are facing this problem since years. Please look after this and take proper action.

I'm writing this mail in regarding to remove the Unused Broken Borewell,
As this borewell is not in use for past couple of Years and has been a hindrance for Vehicles to Pass in the street and also to Park the vehicles, its hazardous for kids playing in the night and also for people walking in the night when there is no electricity in the street. There are certain instance where people and kids have got hurt during the night. as it is not in use and the complete street depends on Kaveri water, kindly helps in removing this Unused broken borewell at the earliest .

Please let me know how to proceed further.

The sewerage line is blocked and the water is not flowing properly. This issue has been raised several times at the BBMP Horamavu office and is specifically an issue when it rains. Request to please attend at the earliest as it is an health hazard.

There is a sewage problem in the bhadrappa layout and due to rain it might get over flow, so please assign the concerned team to clean the same...please help us ... Please do the needful at earliest...

Sewage line is completely blocked at dassappa layout 1st block and 3rd block, sub division E-372198/RMN, CONS NO E[protected]

Drainage chambers get filled /stuck every fortnight in Manjunatha Layout, Thanisandra Main Road, Dr.SRK Nagar Post. Bengaluru -560077.

As most of the area is occupied by PG's it is not resolving at all.

Hence, I request you to please look after our problem & try to resolve it at the earliest. Because ground floor houses are stinking just because of chambers dirt is reversing back to the houses. People will get infected & may also fall ill/sick.

We have a BWSSB connection of a single house for the subjected consumer number. The average usage is between 10, 000-12, 000lts/per month and the used to generate about 400-450rs.
For the month of August -2022 they have billed 4111rs with the bill reading of 96, 000. There's no leakage anywhere and also there's no excess consumption of the water. I'm going to their office from last week but nobody is bothered to come and check the issue. I also called the BWSSB helpline and I was asked to contact Me.Harish. When I called Harish he asked me to contact Mr.Harsha. Harsha was busy so gave me the number of Mr.Kumar. From last 4days Kumar is still on the way to check the issue. It's hardly 200mtrs away from their office

Respected sir/madam as a resident of hsr 1st sector 24th main road 8th cross the cauvery water supplied is very rare like 2days a week due to which we are facing water crisis and shortage so I would kindly request you to look after this issue by increasing water supply alternate days which useful for residents living here please kindly look after this issue it is a request from all residents of this area

BWSSB has not supplied drinking water for the last one week to my residence @ 613, 3rd main, OMBR layout (opposite BWSSB Reservoir and OH Water Tank/office and quarters). Kindly attend to rectify the problem and ensure supply of water urgently.

Sir drainage chambers will always filled & over flow at Thanisandra Main Road, Manjunatha Layout every fortnight. People living in ground floor faces very difficulty to use washroom . Please try to resolve this a early as possible.
