Sir/Madam, RR no: S-328579, Customer name: Rama Krishna Rao, in my house only myself, wife and kid is staying but i have paid Rs.6858- for last 4 month bill amount for 3 people consumption. Febuary 2015 bill came to Rs 1605 and March Bill came around Rs 1500. Since we are the only family staying in a 2Floor building how come BWSSB is charging us excessive amount for their services. All I can think of is that BWSSB is cheating to their customer by charging excessive bill amount because there is no other way to explain my concern. Finally I would kindly appreciate if nessessSir/Madam, RR no: S-328579, Customer name: Rama Krishna Rao, in my house only myself, wife and kid is staying but i have paid Rs.6858- for last 4 month bill amount for 3 people consumption. R r no. C-229098/23-229 only 2 adults and 1 child on first floor but bill is 1316 for sept oct whereas earlier it use to be around 400.ground floor was vaccant for the entire month. Why is there a huge variation in the bill amount. Can bwssb explain. Apart from corporation water the well water is used for washing purpose but the bill is exorbitant. Please explain.

    We have been facing serious sanitary blockage and the well water is contaminated with the sewage for the past so many weeks. It is so disgusting that even after incessant complaint requests the authorities competent have not looked into this matter. What Swach bharat are we talking about when our own sewage issues cannot be rectified. I hope the authorities competent will take this matter seriously and help us resolve this issue.

      Hi, On 9/3/2015 at around 9:30PM we noticed some portion of road collapsed at following address #17, 1st Main Road, SBI Colony, Kodichikkanahalli, Bangalore-560076 When we checked closesly we see the water is leaking continuously underground and has made sand loose and collapse. Can BWSSB take a look at resolve this issue? Many school kids walk on the same road and it is dangerous to keep this big whole opened for long time. For any queries you can reach me on [protected]. In same Attur layout upto 1 to 6th main Road Kavari water supplying but not supplying kavari water 7, 8, 9, 10 th main roads. We want Kavari water. Kindly arrange the needful.           Sir, I live in Marathalli behind Someshwara Temple. We get weekly two days water from BWSSB. In the Main Road of Marathalli after Chowdeshwari Temple the pipe line is damaged and when water supply is there the whole road is flooded with water. No action is taken to repair to control the wastage of water. Like this how much of water is wasted in the city due to negligence and damaged pipes. Please send your men to repair immediately to prevent water wastage. Millions of people are not getting proper water and so much water wastage is not good.

            Hi, Myself Neeraj here from 164, CIL LAOUT, CHOLANAYAKNHALLI. My Jan water bill is of rs. 1800 & Feb bill is of rs. 1900. This is not correct bill. There is some error in water miter which has replaced by ur office recently. We never rcvd this much bill in last 4 years when occupied all three floors here. Last 5 months only two floor occupied.               THIS IS WORST THING HAPPEN TO ANYBODY. SEVERAGE WATER FROM MAIN PIPE OF BWSSB IS BACK FLOWING INTO OUR DRINGKING WATER WELL. IN OTHER WORDS BWSSB IS SUPPLYING SEWERAGE WATER TO CITIZENS, AT DOOR NO. 110, 16TH MAIN THIRD BLOCK EAST JAYANAGAR, NEAR 24TH CROSS, OPPOIST E SAI LALITHA STORES.

The quality of the material they have used is inferior quality. There is no body to check the quality of the material by the govt side, we are surprised that is any quaified engineers have checked the system before giving the order.Pl instruct the concerned person to visit & rectify the problem before we escalate through media.                     Respected Sir / Madam, Myself S. Najam Ishaq, a local resident of # 4, kuppuswamy layout, HKBK college of Engineering Back gate, Nagwara main road, Bangalore 560 045, my meter number E[protected], Bill No. 57610 Bill dated 03/02/15 the reading was 170000 to[protected] units is runned), (Bill amt is Rs. 189/-) & again bill generated for the month 03/03/2015 & payable is on 18/3/2015 (Consumed water units.183000 to 192000) (Total 11units). U can easily analyse what is consumption water & its force i have complaining to Babu sahib palya water office on phone to Customer care people but they take complaint but no action nor any courtesy call from the officers who is taking care of our area, we have been complaining to Corporator Mr. Govindraj (But he is also helpless, he is trying his best to complain to higher officers to improve the water situations in our area but all our neighbours who are facing water problems they are regularly complaining corporator but our complaints are going in the air. So from 6 months we are untolerable to handle it every time the same water problems, Mahesh is the water men who gives water supply to area but he is very arrogant & never talks to the residents properly & he is busy to close the valve with in no time, just got bugged with his service or u change the lineman, I request your goodself to look into this matter very seriously or visit our area where we recieving water weekly twice that is on Monday & Thursday u can see water force and we unable to fill our small sump or tank at anycost even we are paying bills regularly but u can see the comsumption o[censored]nits per month. Other area are good supply of water.

                      I write on behalf of thousand of residents on Hennur Road who have no access to proper sewerage and water supply from BWSSB. We have bee promised that the lines will be laid soon for both sewerage and water supply but have been waiting in vain for this to happen. Hennur Road is a rapidly developing area and there are several high rise apartment buildings coming up. Please do this work on top priority. What is the status, please?

                        There has hardly been any water supply to the 2nd cross area of S G Palya, C V Raman nagar post. repeated complaints to call center and BWSSB office at Bhuvaneshwari nagar has gone to deaf ears. Our monthly bill for the past 3 months is just 100, which is the bare minimum for using their meter and connectivity. Can some1 please wake up and do something? The strange thing is there is a sub control fixed on 2nd cross and the concerned operator happily forgets to turn this on and disappears while supplying water to other areas. The Bhuvaneshwari nagar office AE says catch hold of the operator when he is turning on the valve. However, this guy comes in the wee hours and its just not possible. Some1 please help on priority.                           Dear Sir, When our layout got connected first time with the water pipe from BWSSB more than a year back, I noticed that water is flowing drop by drop to my house while my neighbor are getting good amount of water. So I informed the same technician who connected all pipe and meter in our layout. He investigated with water pipe without any success. Three months back when I met the meter reading person, I informed him that I hadn't received bill. He told me that there is a blockage issue on the other side of pipe and water is not coming in. He didn't take meter reading that time and didn't provide any bill. Today I have received this month's water bill S[protected] from BWSSB. For me it's the first time I got the bill. I was surprised to see of Rs20767 amount in this bill. Then I registered my RR number online in bwssb.org and was able to view all previous bills generated so far. While the meter is present outdoor, present reading and previous reading mentioned in some bill as 'Door Locked'. I'm seeing bill number S[protected] for Aug-2014 as first bill in online bill list and finding Rs15593 as arrears. I want to know more about this huge amount of arrears. With due respect, I want to state that I am not receiving water, but being billed a huge amount to pay. Please take necessary action and let me know if I have to provide more info.                             On 02th of February, the water pipe is broken down due to unknown reason. This has led to several problems as we are unable to receive water regulalry. Atleast from past 20 days we are not getting water. I would request you to kindly escalate this issue. We tried to call & regular visit to the office but there is no proper response. Due to this damage the water is going gutted in ground leading to water blockage in surrounding areas. Ever now then some people are coming and asking for ransom amount to clear this matter. We have been facing water problem very badly so request you to please take this matter very seriously & solve as soon as possible. Every day when the BWSSB leaves water the entire water is getting wasted on roads or ground.                               On 16th of February, the drainage pipe is broken down by one of our neighbors to cause trouble to other residents residing in the road. This has led to several problems in passage of waste water as well as leading to a place of breeding mosquitoes & other water borne illnesses. I would request you to kindly escalate this issue.                                 There is leakage of sewage water due to breakage of pipe in front of vacant site no 321, 16th main, AG's lay out Arrehally, Bangalore-560 061. The drain water is flowing in front of our house (corner house The unbearable stench of the drain water which is remaining stagnant around our house is causing lot of problem to us in particular and to the road using residents of this main in general. Two buildings are coming up at this particular place where around 7-8 small children of construction workers place virtually in the squalor which may cause health problems if the situation does not improve. I have been speaking to the concerned engineer for the past several days. The engineer has promised to replace the broken piped, but so far there is no change in the situation. I appeal to the concerned authority to initiate immediate action to repair the broken pipes . T N Nagarajan.

                                  Dear sir, RR no: W-320757 Customer name: Ramesh N in my house only myself, wife and kid is staying but i have paid Rs.13, 165/- for last 5 month bill amount for 3 people consumption. 1. GBWASP deposit I have paid GBWASP deposit of Rs.8000/- paid at the time of getting connection but i am receiving the bill with same charges again. When i approached BWSSB office, they have asked to submit the syndicate bank receipt, after submitting the same even after 6 months it is not rectified, still i am paying this GBWASP charges every month in the bill. 2. Faulty meter and excess water recording: Our water meter started recording[protected] liters per month (our usual consumption will be with in 20000 liters per month, after long follow-up for months and abnormal bill payments, we got our meter changed from BWSSB office but again meter reader has come this month and recorded as a suspected meter and charged higher bill amount, my wife tried to get it corrected but couldn't succeed in the BWSSB office. After changing the meter our consumption has reduced to below 20000 liters per month but BWSSB office is playing game.

                                    I have submitted the water meter application in Ramamurthy nagar and i have collected the meter from Kundalahalli office. meter was connected almost one year back till now i have not received the bill. I have approached the Ramamurthynagar and Kundalahalli office for geeting the bill, but in these both office the meter number was not registered. They have told me come after one week. Like this i approached the Kundalahalli office 4 time but the result is zero. meter reading is increasing day by day and will be difficult for me to make the payment in shot for the single time payment. Even after approaching 4 times i am not able to get the bill. Here by requesting to organise for the bill with proper monthly slab breakage while calculating the amount .

                                      Dear sir, we got water bill of rs 30, 000 for not using it for nearly 6 months one person from BWSSB came and told me we need to change the meter but then also this month i got water bill of 30, 000 i have only one tenant and only 2 people living there for more than 6 months but i do'nt know how i am getting high bill value others are getting a mere100 rs for a month my rr number is RR number E-333396 no 11 vinayaka layout rama murthy nagar bangalor - 16 please any one to help me

There is no match or consistency in consumption pattern every month even though in my building number of persons and consumption water never changed. That to the variation is between 25000 kl to 45000kl which is unimaginable. This fact was brought to your notice every time since from third month. Every time I was given the reply that problem may be with the Underground Sump. This was checked several times and sump is perfectly O.K. There is not an iota of leakage. You may be very well aware that the water supply is erratic every time. Often water force was unimaginably high and less rarely. Whenever the force of water was high the meter records the reading more than the double of normal reading. This was brought to your notice several occasions. But no action has been taken. Due to non-functioning of meter unnecessarily I have been billed heavily. Hence I request you to kindly check the meter and take early action to replace the meter and also revise the bills.
