I write on behalf of thousand of residents on Hennur Road who have no access to proper sewerage and water supply from BWSSB. We have bee promised that the lines will be laid soon for both sewerage and water supply but have been waiting in vain for this to happen. Regarding BWSSB connection issue, I tried calling the BWSSB complaint number(so called 24 hr) i.e[protected].

1.This number is OOO always. Most of the time they pick up and out right keep the receiver on table.
