Sewer line is blocked and draining very slowly. This is impacting 2 apartment complexes with 6 plus homes. Needs immediate attention by BWSSB maintenance folks. When we open the lid and see, there is lots of brick and mud debris that needs to be cleared immediately to prevent complete blockage and spillover to the public road. Reference : RR NO.-N 420332

Water supply to my Residence was disconnected since the Bills were not Paid.
An Outstanding amount of Rs 54, 860/= was paid online and submitted an application for re connection on 19th Feb 2022.

Simultaneously it has been followed with Concerned Inspector Engineer & AEE though Phone calls, & Whatsapp Messages with all Concerned Officers.

This is to highlight that evenafter 11days, the reconnection is not happened.

Main water supply pipe to my house has been damaged by Airtel cable laying, at 642, 12th Cross, 7th main, MicoLayout, BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore 560076 (my address).
Water is leaking on the roadside continuously and water supply to my house has stopped.
Sewage main pipe has also been damaged and sewage leak is building up.
Airtel, and BWSSB workers have been visiting several times to inspect but no repair has been done.

Sine from day one new pipe line change, we are facing the problem,
i went personal to Domlur office written complain and they came checked and said issues in connection bend, we have dig and resolve it, i am informed to do it if have pay for it. then contractor came from bwssb and said we can do it we have pay for it, . OK i will pay then recently we have cement road is laid, now they come up with new problem saying that we cant do it.

Note : before new road coming I have give written compline to BWSSB office madman. She told I will send some to take care. till now no one come OR visited.

We are suffering for drain blockage, please help us resolve the issue.

It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of acute water shortage since yesterday. water supply is so scanty that it is not sufficient for day to day use such as cooking, washing etc. water is supplied for only for half an hour and sometimes we have to wait the whole day for water.

I therefore, on behalf of our locality request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to restore proper supply of water on regular basis.

On the main road which leads to kempapura and coffee board a big drainage is leaking for many days and it is causing havoc and total un healthy conditions . This is the main road connecting main layouts and coffeboard also. THis spillage is flowing like river in the downstream to chiranjeevi layout and flowing freely in front of many houses and doors. Please stop this nuisance which otherwise is going to be wreak of diseases. hope this shalll be atteneded on priority.

As mentioned in the subject above, We are receiving very less water to our house. The quantity in water supply has reduced drastically, and the speed of water is also reduced after the construction and installation of new pipes. Due to which we residents are struggling too much. We have taken 4 water tankers in a span of just two weeks due to less water supply from BWSSB. This is my serious urge and request to treat this as utmost important and have the problem resolved soon.

There has been a water line break done by Airtel while cabling & we have not got water from around 8 days now. The Airtel guys claim BBMP & BWSSB have given permission to dig the road & now aren't picking the calls. complaints to BWSSB also has fallen on deaf ears. request you to resolve this issue ASAP.
