Address: 25 Cross Bhuvaneshwarinagar Magadiroad, 53/1, 53/1

Sewage water line in front of our house below the road has been blocked. And because of that theres been sewage water backflow in our residence. Please visit our area magadi road kp agrahara opposite vishnuvardhan statue, and fix it immediately. It's becoming very problematic, our septic tank has been filled with sewage water and we are not able to store water. Please clear the sewage line as soon as possible.

The main Drainage/Chgarandi Hole on the road in front of our house No2, 1st Cross, 15 Th Main Road, 4 T Block Jayanagar, Akashdeep Niwas, opposite to Lakshmi Niwas Apartment is getting blocked every month, and we have to give a complaint every month to get it unblocked, The sewage tank charge us 2000 every time they come to clean
 
Requesting to build a new Drainage hole as the existing 1 is broken from inside

Today morning BWSSB peoples came and cleaned in front of my house, and they deposit waste infront of my house. That person is rejected to clean waste.

We residents of 16th cross, East Park Road, Malleshwaram have not received water supply since 12th September. We've been following up with BWSSB officers but invain, No luck on getting this fixed yet.

Requesting respective authorities to look into the issue on PRIORITY and HELP RESOLVE at the earliest.

We are residents of East Park Road, 16th Cross, Malleswaram(in the houses diagonally opposite to Iyengar Floor Mills).There is a stoppage of water supply since 12th September and frequent follow-ups/complaints are unattended.We are managing water by procuring from private tankers in this period beyond a month Request the appropriate authorities to take immediate action & resolve the issue unattended.

Residents of 16th cross east part road malleshwaram have not received water since 12 September(1 month). We were receiving very good amount of water before 12 September(when issue started). We’ve been daily following with BWSSB officers, but has not resulted in any fix so far. We’re buying tanker water every alternate day. Request you to please do the needful.

Residents received good water supply today(05/11/21). Though it took long time, issue is finally resolved after the leakage was fixed at 16th cross. Thanks to all the authorities for taking this to closure.

The drainage has started to overflow, the workers came to attend the problem however they went back stating that the they cannot find the manhole, and we have to get them removed for them to clear the flow .The drainage continues to affect multiple houses in the locality .
Request you to attend the issue urgently and at least provide a temporary solution .

I have said to my meter reader many times to give my bills on date but he refused that and talked to me so rude, I have to get my bills on 9th of every month but I'm getting on 20th and my due date will be on 24th, I have contacted my area engineerer but he also won't pick calls, soo resolve my problem soon.

Iam resident of Bangalore. I have noticed my current water bill, and I have been astonished. Earlier my monthly bill use to be around 400 5o 500 rupees. However my current bill shows whopping 1100 rupees. What is the issue with the bill, is the tariff has increased or there is faulty calculation. I lodge a complaint regarding the same.

Previously on 13th I have logged a complaint and on 14th I received a call from BWSSB person stating JCB is required to excavate the Man hole . since there was ayudha pooja all the vehicles have been parked for pooja and all the vehicles will be available on monday. So I don't understand how my complaint was set to resolved .

This is to bring to your notice that the water meter installed in my residence is faulty and is recording 4 times the actual consumption for 4 months now. In spite of reporting/complaining about this issue to your billing agents, there has been no action from BWSSB. We are forced to pay a huge bill for the last 4 months, hope you understand the grave situation of this matter and rectify the meter at the earliest. I measured the consumption today, it was only 1500 liters, where as the meter recorded it as 5600 liters.

Usually our water bill coming Rs.600 to 800 for 30 days.

Now the bill generated for Rs.1500 for 40 days.

They have charged 40 days bill in 30 days slab.

This how to solve.

I have been charged will excess bill amount for less consumption.
i usually get a monthly bill amount between 200 to 300 Rupees only, but not sure why you have charged more even though i have consumed very less.
Please send your representative to my address to check the water meter.

I will not be paying until the problem is resolved at the earliest.
