Previously on 13th I have logged a complaint and on 14th I received a call from BWSSB person stating JCB is required to excavate the Man hole . since there was ayudha pooja all the vehicles have been parked for pooja and all the vehicles will be available on monday. So I don't understand how my complaint was set to resolved ....

Dear Sir, Madam

This is to bring to your notice that the water meter installed in my residence is faulty and is recording 4 times the actual consumption for 4 months now. In spite of reporting/complaining about this issue to your billing agents, there has been no action from BWSSB. We are forced to pay a huge bill for the last 4 months, hope you understand the grave situation of this matter and rectify the meter at the earliest....

I am being charged for 70, 000 Ltrs for the month and since quite loine this is happening, please send your representative to check this out till then will not be paying any bills...

Sewage is overflowing (in front of Prince Dry Cleaners) on Dinnur Main Road, R.T.Nagar, Bangalore-560032. we are not able to walk please resolve the problem as soon as possible....

Underground sewerage line/chamber is blocked in 23rd cross, 23rd main, sector-2, HSR layout. Silt should be removed...

Dear Sir,

Usually our water bill coming Rs.600 to 800 for 30 days.

Now the bill generated for Rs.1500 for 40 days.

They have charged 40 days bill in 30 days slab.

This how to solve.

I have been charged will excess bill amount for less consumption.
i usually get a monthly bill amount between 200 to 300 Rupees only, but not sure why you have charged more even though i have consumed very less.

There is sewage leakage in our locality in A street, Bowee Lane, Ashok Nagar, near Garuda Mall. Very often his happens. No action has been taken by the owner of the house. since the flows of leakage of dirt is flows downwards not upward to their houses. Past 10 days it is not . They come for fight if asks. Sir, this is Suresh from 1st Main, 5th Cross Byreshwara Layout Hennur Bande Bangalore. I have raised a complaint on October, 15, 2021, with complaint #61828. I have called repeatedly since then, but till now the problem is not resolved. The sewage water has contimanated out water tank and as such we are forced to leave the house and stay at our relative's house. Kindly step in and resolve this issue....

The sewerage line from my house is totally blocked and not connected to the main sewerage line on the road. Please give permission for road cutting and getting connection to the main sewage line.

The latest bill generated shows only a consumptiuon of 1000 lits.
It is obvious that the meter is not reading the consumption althouigh the supply has been normal.
Please replace the meter immediately to avoid any undue penalities on us....
