Blocked sewage in the pipeline between two chambers on the road. The reason is that this pipeline is damaged by the roots of a very large rain tree. The BWSSB workers are asking for money to do what is rightfully their duty.

    Due to Sewage blockage, gutters and other drains are blocked and Rain water is flowing into the house along with the sewage water. even after several complaints nobody has visited the spot and solved the issue. Senior citizen along with the family members are worried. Request to kindly resolve the issue immediately at the below mentioned address.

            Our house has been having issue with the sewage chamber getting blocked . This has been happening for years and we have raised multiple complaints but have not had any positive response. They came and said they will not be able to do anything until the main pipes are changed but this is what we have been hearing for almost 10 years and now with the heavy rains our house is completely flooded and we have total loss of material in the house. We have also been giving the BWSSB employees a minimum of 2k every visit and have lost almost 1Lac and more over the last few years with no solution. Please can someone look into this as I have a sick mother who is bed ridden and this unhygienic environment is only worsening her situation. I need a solution now!

                Repeated complaints to Asst engr Sri Kanakaraju, Executive Engineer, Sri Hari Kumar of RT Nagar Bangalore32 has not resolved the issue of blockage of manholes, and seewage water entering our premises.The BWSSB line men come, waste the time, and give lame excuses like, Subline is blocked, main line is blocked extra.The complaints are being given since September 2021.Both the Engineers are least bothered to rectify the issue, faced by people

                My RR No is E-380453. I have paid my Oct 2 bill No E[protected] on 07-Nov-2021 but my November bill No E[protected] is showing oct bill is not paid. Oct Bill amount Rs. 307 is included as arrears in Nov Bill needs to be corrected

                  Hi,

                  I would like to bring to your notice incorrect billing being done by a meter reader in Ward 24 HBR Layout Bengaluru - 43. In Oct'21, the meter reader recorded a much lower than actual meter reading showing a consumption of just 3k litres insead of the usual monthly consumption of around 20k ltrs. This resulted in more than double the usual water consumption of around 56K ltrs in the Nov'21 bill. Owing to the higher slabs being applied due to the higher consumption, the Nov'21 bill has come to nearly 3 times the amount at nearly Rs 1.7k. The concerned RR # is E-130856. Request you to please take action against the meter reader and issue the correct bills for Oct'21 and Nov'21.

                    Hi,

                    The drainage pit is right in front of the house, the pit is broken and the sides are open which is causing water clogging and drainage overflow. Due to no proper maintenance the drainage clogs and there is a backflow of the drain to the house.

                    Due to the water clogging and drainage overflow, it has become a space for mosquito breeding and probably Dengue outbreak.

                    the bit surface is below the tar level which is causing danger for walking pedestrians

                            The BWSSB workers dig a Huge Poth hole to check the mixture of Drinking water and sewage complaint, the issue was on some other place resolved, but they left behind huge poth ole on the center of the road blocking the residents to commute
                            Request officials to look into the issue and please close the huge poth hole to avoid accident during nights as there is no street lights due to rainy season

                                Water bill no. SW416985, the bill amount is more as it is charging more for sanitary charges, s.c for borewell and other charges. Please revise the bill.

                                We got the water connection in mid of september, after 15 days we got water bill in october 1st week, the first bill amount for just 15 days itself was above 2000 rupees.

                                Request you to please revise the bill.
