Hello Sir/madam
This is regarding our Water bill dated 15/08/2021 with RR No S-218943/BS06-134.

We have paid all our previous bills via ECS and have verified the deduction with our bank.
In the August bill an Arrear of 2158 has been added for which we require your assistance. Kindly provide us with information on the extra amount that has been added to the bill.
And the way forward to correct the same.

        Sir,
        I'm the owner of the house no.28-29/4, 8th Cross, Maruthinagar, Madiwala-560068
        My parents were living in the house untill 13 june2020. Due to the increased covid cases and old age they have been rellocated to senior citizens care center. Since then the house has been locked and no water has been used supplied by the Bwssb.
        I've been paying the minimum charges charged by bwssb.(through ECS )
        But this month we are given a bill of Rs 12335.00(Rs Twelve thousand three hundred and thirty five)
        On enquring at bwss office BTM layout I did not get a convincing answer.
        I cannot understand how bwssb can charge for the service not used.
        Please look into the matters and rectify the bill at the earliest

          Sir,
          I am the owner of the house no 28-29/4, 8th Cross Maruthinagar, Madiwala, Bangalore -68.
          My parents were living in this house untill 13 June 2020.Due to covid scare and since both my parents are above 80 years they have been relocated temporarily to senior citizens care cente. The house is locked since 13th June 2020 and we are not using any water supplied by Bwssb. Though we are regularly paying the minimum charges as per your bill (deducted atomatically through ECS) we have received a bill amounting Rs1235.00(Rs Twelve thousand three hundred and thirty-five)
          On enquiring at the Bwss office at BTW lay out I did not get a favorable reply. I don't understand why I'm charged for what I have not used.
          I request you to please look into the matter and rectify the same

              RRno.: W-348426/IH : The CMC water connection has been stopped to the house and is not being used. It was wrongly noticed outside the compound wall for 2 pipes and charges are levied. Hence please update this to correct the billing.

                Water supply is only twice in a week with very low presue and sort time. It has worsened during the last 3 weeks. Please instruct to increase pressure and also duration. I request to supply alternate dates a it is done in other areas of the city. Thanks.

                  Though the water bill was paid on Jan 4th, 2021 for the due amount 3487/- online (SBI UPI payment BHIM), subsequent bills from BWSSB do not reflect the payment. Checked with the bank, which confirmed the transaction of 3487/- was made from their side to BWSSB.

                  I am attaching the bank statement showing the transaction made to BWSSB for your reference.
                  I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and do the necessary correction.

                    There is no proper Water supply @ 7th Main, 9th Cross, Srinivasnagar, Bangalore 560050.

                    Even though we have complained this to line man who is incharge for our lane, but it was futile, after complaining to him even situation has become worst and no proper supply.

                    This we are facing from last two month or so, and there is no water pressure and our sump are getting filled.

                    If BWSSB compares the bill for last three month with connection (meter numbers) which is there @ 9th cross they will come to know the revenue loss they have incurred.

                    If line man is the releasing water with proper pressure for his personal gains ultimately BWSSB will be losing revenue which they were supposed to get.

                                Our Water meter is not working and need replace and meter reading person from BWSSB told he come and replace in one week but till now he has not done and he has broken gate wall as well water is getting wasted.

                                and he said it will meter will charge 800 Rs

                                Please get this replacement ASAP to avoid water wastage.

                                  BWSSB is not suppling me Kaveri water from day of my water connection .
                                  It's been nearly more than 4 years not even a single day water was supplied .
                                  I had several conversation with heads and staff of the conserned department but no satisfactory answers were given to me .
                                  After also this you want me too pay the bill amount, and I have paid it too.
                                  And now also BWSSB has failed to supply water.

                                        Drainage water overflow near Doddabettahalli bus stop. Drainage water overflowing from roadside drainage canals & filling streets with filthy water. Not able to use the road because dirty water. These roadside drainage canals are built recently.
                                        Please clear the stagnant drainage water & connect the drainage canals to Rajkalvae to avoid overflowing.
