My water bill is high last july was 5, 325 and august 3, 300, before my bill is only 1, 100 minimum. My building is not a commercial building its own by a family only.kindly look into it. Thank you

We from Prestige Kensington gardens located opp to HMT watch Factory.
we have not receiving the cavery water regularly. Last month we received only 45000 ltrs water only on 29th july we received 7000 ltrs after 1st Aug 2021 we received 13000 ltrs and till date we have not received water. No response from BWSSB staffs....

The water supply has completely stopped, and we have tried contacting every available complaint number and nobody has responded, or even bothered to respond.

Last month when enquired about the increased bill I came to know there was penalty added with the water bill.
So immediately I installed the RWH.
So keeping the prompt intiative in consideration, I would like you to revert the penalised amount with the current month's water bill.
