Dear sir,

This is Praveen from Bangalore VIJINAPURA, We are consuming a very bad quality of water past few months, too salty, over bleaching, too much coloured woter, could not figure out what exactly it it, lot of skin issues, hair fall and Many such issues are observed around use please consider this as a serious issue..

Bill dated11/08/2021 rr no 1182 N[protected]. Consumption 5000 litres. Other charges rs 6314. Total bill 6414. I am a ecs payer for years. Please look into to this bill before taking money thro ecs. Regards shivaprasad

We are not getting water enough water for the house. Water is coming till 11 am and getting stopped around 11 am itself and our neighbourhood roads are getting the same till 5pm evening. We asked the guy responsible for turning off and on for our road. But he told us to check with office. Please help us to get the water it is becoming very serious issue for us.

This is for residents from OMBR Layout 6th C Cross street.

Water supply duration is reduced and we are forced to rely on private tankers. Please increase the duration of water supply.

Every month I will get bill amount around 200 300 or 400 with in 500 rs ..but all of the sudden this month I got 2380 rs ... So please check and update about this issue

We are not getting water regularly 3 days once we get that too so very little.please take action and send water as soon as possible

The storm water drain is blocked in 2nd cross road Malleswaram, Bengaluru. Near SBI bank . Kindly clean it as it is attracting mosquitoes and and also creating foul smell

In Rogers Road of Richards Town there was a water pipeline change and enhancements made wherein they have added a meter. The neighbouring house which is in pottery road, door #5 who are supposed to get their connection changed from in front of their house premises has otherwise gone ahead to take the connection from before the water meter that resides before my house premises of Rogers road. I have raised this concern to the BWSSB official that was incharge and told that legally a connection provided to a home should be taken from the pipeline from the front of their home and not mine but they anyways went ahead and did this.

The sewerage main hole is blocked just opposite to HSR BDA Complex main Raod, Opposite to HSR Bus stand and adjacent to the KFC restaurant. It is opposite my house on Main Road. The location is Just in front of Audiokraft Studio.

My water bill is high last july was 5, 325 and august 3, 300, before my bill is only 1, 100 minimum. My building is not a commercial building its own by a family only.kindly look into it. Thank you

Dear Sir,

Cauvery water is not coming though we pay every month. We paid ~2L last year and post to that every month paying BSSWB water bill without any break. After payment 2L we got one month water after that there is no single drop of water and bill comes every month to pay water bill.

Kindly look our concern and enable cauvery water for our apartment.

We from Prestige Kensington gardens located opp to HMT watch Factory.
we have not receiving the cavery water regularly. Last month we received only 45000 ltrs water only on 29th july we received 7000 ltrs after 1st Aug 2021 we received 13000 ltrs and till date we have not received water. No response from BWSSB staffs.

Given a request to convert house as domestic 5 months back still didn't happened every month getting partial connection bill which is *10

For the past 10days there is no adequate water supply. On Saturday (7/08/2021), i called the line man whenever, there is a problem, I usually call them. He told water will be started supply by 6 PM. I have postponed my other works and waited. But to my dismay, there was 15 to 20 drops of waters and thereafter nothing. Earlier, usually in my area water will be supplied from 2/3 PM to 5.30 PM. Nowadays there is no timings. Lot of houses has come in such small area. Kindly look into the same and the necessary help.

This complaint is being registered from Sooryakiran Apartments, Sultanpalya Main Road, R T Nagar Post, Bengaluru 560032.

The water supply has completely stopped, and we have tried contacting every available complaint number and nobody has responded, or even bothered to respond.

We used to get alternate days supply, and that has stopped completely since 1 entire month.

We have been purchasing water tankers regularly and that is absolutely not economically feasible since it is so expensive.

We get BWSSB Water Bill every month, but the water supply is non-existent. How is this fair?

Please address our concern, we are tax paying citizens of this country, and this level of lethargy and lack-luster response is absolutely horrible.

We are filing this complaint since nobody is even bothered to help us and our apartment residers with any solution.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Yashwanth C K, residing in Balaji layout, 3rd A main, 1st Cross Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore-97.
We are facing serious water scarcity in our layout especially few cross roads. The water is been provided only twice a week on Wednesday and Sunday for 2 hrs with very less pressure.

With low water pressure what we get water is hardly sufficient for 1 day. This has brought to notice of the area concerned authorities but they don't care for our request, neither they have basic courtesy to respond.

We have to depend on water tanker every week which we are paying more than Rs.700 per load per week. i wonder to whom these money is been adjusted and dont know what connection is there between water tanker and water line man. Even the water bill also we are paying around Rs 450 to 600 every month. Water pressure is purposely made low.

we are common taxpayer and these things really matters.

This problem is existing from months together, still date no one have bothered to solve it.

Many houses in our layout is facing the same problem, i have trust in our system and hope you solve our water problem.
