For the past two years we are getting stinking cauvery water. When we complain, Mr Velumurugan will clear the blocked drainage and we will get good water for once or twice after that. Again the problem gets repeated. We people in our 11th cross have stopped taking cauvery water for the past 6 months but we are paying water bills every month. Concerned authorities may kindly solve this issue.

    There is sewage or sanitary pipe leakage near my house which came into notice during on going drainage work in my area
    As the workers removed big block of stone a sanitary line is passing through which is leaking due to this there is water flowing heavily into the drainage causing hinderance to the on going work
    Complaining to all the concern officer in my area office went unanswered so complaining here
    Hope the matter will be resolved soon

      Dear sir,
      My RR Number is S-542228 i have recieved a Bill of RS. 10303/-
      this includes 2 months due my Bill is average of 2000/- last month i was charged 7000+ could you please help me identify why this huge bill.
      the water meter reading person informed my people to contact the board.

            Almost since 6 yeas we atWard no - 37 used to randomly receive Sewage contaminated Cauvery water. But during Feb, March - April 2019 every household received contaminated water. On several repeated complaints and Mr. NTR Sir's intervention we were provided with a temporary solution. But we still receive the same kind of contaminated water even to this day on every supply. Repeated complaints are answered by lame reasons yielding no results.
            We request you to look into this issue resolve it at the earliest permanently and provide us with clean Cauvery water

                    A neighbor of my area, Aradhana Layour, Arekere has illegally dug borewell and is charging 10, 000 per house for connection. He is even giving this water for tankers and commercialising the water supply.

                    Please help us solve this issue.

                          Sewage/Septic tank constructed by a builder (Saraswati Nilayam) on the main road is full and overflowing into the neighbouring apartments, the solid waste and water us getting mixed with our drinking water source. 100 plus families living in the neighbourhood os saraswati nilayam is suffering. Our previous complaint number#20005427 in nammal bengaluru sahaya app - no action from the lanlord after BBMP officials visited the site. Pathetic situation, difficult to walk on the road - its human waste around on the road.
                          Pls help, urgent.

                            Internal damage in chamber causing mud and soil stone filling the chamber and chamber is to low to ground in rainy season cause filling the chamber overflow and causes smell and spreading decease to the near by House by insects mosquitos and rad, mouse increased and causes the sewage to fill... Every month we complaint to bwssb office we need permanent solution we kindly request u to repair internal damage and construct the man hole above the ground level... I kindly request to consider my complaint and resolve as soon as possible

                                      Since past 1.5 years randomly sewage water is getting mixed with Cauvery water. Underground sump is getting dirty and dirty smell. We all are suffering from 1.5 years and we have cleaned the sump many times but it becomes dirty since the drinking water gets mixed with sewage. We are unable to get clean drinking water. Responsible officials kindly take the required action immediately
