Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Yashwanth C K, residing in Balaji layout, 3rd A main, 1st Cross Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore-97.
We are facing serious water scarcity in our layout especially few cross roads. The water is been provided only twice a week on Wednesday and Sunday for 2 hrs with very less pressure.

With low water pressure what we get water is hardly sufficient for 1 day. This has brought to notice of the area concerned authorities but they don't care for our request, neither they have basic courtesy to respond.

We have to depend on water tanker every week which we are paying more than Rs.700 per load per week. i wonder to whom these money is been adjusted and dont know what connection is there between water tanker and water line man. Even the water bill also we are paying around Rs 450 to 600 every month. Water pressure is purposely made low.

we are common taxpayer and these things really matters.

This problem is existing from months together, still date no one have bothered to solve it.

Many houses in our layout is facing the same problem, i have trust in our system and hope you solve our water problem.

I am the resident of Rajarajeshwari nagar, there is lack of water supply in this area BEML Layout, without water we are facing problems, kindly take action immediately and need water frequently

Sewage is overflowing from sanitary man hole from past two days

Water supply pipe line leading to plot nos 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 & 27 is leaking on the Public road in front of Plot No 26. Request kindly so the needful to repair the leak at the earliest to stop water wastage.

Sanitary water has been released on public road. It is a public offences. It had been intimate lot of time. But no action has been taken. Location is opp to Mill Pond apartment, Doddanekkundi, gururaja Layout

Mr. Jayapl has managed to get illegal water connection on his premises
kindly have a check on his premises ( u59 2nd cross 12th main k.p.agrahara magadi road bengaluru-560023)

Underground sewage water seeping into open drain adjacent to our house. this is creating mosquito menace in the surrounding area.

Water is not coming form 10days frequently so please look to this issue soon and solve it

No water in Clarks pet C street

Sir,
Last month when enquired about the increased bill I came to know there was penalty added with the water bill.
So immediately I installed the RWH.
So keeping the prompt intiative in consideration, I would like you to revert the penalised amount with the current month's water bill.

No water supply from past three months in Palm peak layout, nri layout Ramamurthy Nagar.

No response from ward water supplier as well from past three months he is telling motors are not good

We are facing lot of issues

Rectify it asap.

Cauvery water supply is not functioning where I live for 24 hours now, any where in the area

Many times complaint raised, but no response. still the issue going on since 2 months. Please look into it and fix asap.

Currently the house is under renovation and unoccupied and the Water meter is stolen from the premises. What is the procedure to fix a new water meter ASAP.

Sewage over flowing & stagnating in drain front of Jeevanadi Summit apartment, New Thippsandra for the last 2 months at 3rd cross, 6th main, next to Sri Rama Temple, New Thippsandra. This is a very serious health hazard. Please address ASAP.

Drink & Dine ರೆಸ್ಟೋರೆಂಟ್ ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ನೀರು ಉತ್ತರಹಳ್ಳಿ-ಕೆಂಗೇರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.. ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಕಟ್ಟಡವಾದ ಕಾರಣ ಅವರು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು Residential ಬಡಾವಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ನೀರಿನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸರಿಪಡಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಿಗಡಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು. ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

Cleaned Drainage waste as been put in the middle of road though I gave them a bag and insisted them to put it in the bag they were least bothered to do so, we have a fear that if it rains it might spread all around, spreading diseases, pls I request u to clear it up as soon as possible

This is with respect to the change of name from our father's name to my sister's name and my name
My father had taken the kaveri connection by paying the requisite fee and was issued with a challan in 2008 or 2009. He had been paying the water bill promptly from the date of the kaveri water connection.
It's so unfortunate that my father passed away in 2015.
Post that my mother too was ailing of cancer and she too passed away in 2020.
Now as my sister and I are the only Legal heirs of our parents we got the joint khatha transferred in our names.
As we have the bwssb connection still in my father's name we approached the bwssb office in our jurisdiction for change of name in the bwssb bill
Initially they asked us to submit the sale deed copy
Khatha copy
Latest property tax receipt copy
Aaadhar copy
Latest water bill
Family tree
And declartion that we are thr legal heirs.

Later when we were about to hand over documents they are now asking us to give the challan for having paid amount towards kaveri connection.

Our father was a person of high dicpline and what ever he has spent he has a record from 1947.
Unfortunately when we checked all these records could not find the customer copy challan with respect to kaveri connection.

And when we told the concerned authority that the same is misplaced and not found in our records they are concluding saying that we haven't paid the money towards our kaveri connection and They are pressuring us to pay the same again for which we hv already paid and telling us to pay connection charges that is levied as on date

Our question here is without paying the requisite fee how could the bwssb authority give us the connection.
And if we had not paid them then they shud hv issued us a demand letter for not having paid.
My father has been paying the kaveri water bill up-to-date and every bill is filed

Request the concerned to look into the same and resolve this issue and not demand the customer copy challan and accept the other list of documents and change the name from our father's name to my sister's name and my name
