Dear sir/madam,

My name is Saheb Pradhan is a present customer of Bob . now I am complaining against BoB, Chikkabanvara branch, pin 560090 . actually we are college students and the bob sponsored to our college and collaborating with college to force as to open savings account to all students . the bob staffs had came to class and first they approached to open savings account and some students were not willing to do, then mentally harassed with us like that "if you are not open bob savings account then scholarship won't came, your admission will be cancelled" and they install Bob world to my phone forcefully and telling if you not install then police complain will be there. they told that is zero balance account, but I don't know when they had applied ATM and dispatched & ATM issue charge deducted & maintenance charges also . even I didn't got ATM & not done any single transaction . everything previously they were telling lie and after that, when I went to branch manager then he told minimum 1 year you can't close this account and when after the one year I went means yesterday they told your account minus charge you have to pay, but why I should pay allthough I never applied for ATM or others. I want to close this account.

    Today 295 rupees has been deducted from my account but I have not done any such transaction from my account. What's the reason behind this and how can I get refund?

      I have been juggling between BOB and Amazon and no one is providing a resolution to me. I have contacted Amazon multiple times, and they have confirmed that they received only one payment from me, despite my account being debited twice. I have also submitted an online complaint on BOB website and but the server is not re-opening my complaint nor am I getting a response from dzh.[protected]@bankofbaroda.com. I have given all the details and yet its not resolved.

      I am requesting that you credit the extra amount of 1279 rupees back to my account on priority & respond to me on priority.

        My name is tulshi Ram and I have a placed order on Amazon but my product is missing so Amazon give me my refund of my product . But Amazon s costumer tell me my refund was successful in Amazon side and give reference number of refund but in my bank account not receive and I have to contact bank of baroda costumer care but it can not help me my refund amount is 429 and refund date is 20 nov 2023

          Hi, my account number is [protected] and I have an account in the Bank of Baroda Nangal Raya branch. I have two refunds initiated by Amazon with the following RRN numbers:
          1. RRN75503723325026628117768 Amount 1461.03 Rs and
          2. RRN75503723325026627995784 Amount 2972.42.
          They both should've been received by me on 25th Nov -2023 however I haven't received them still and the bank is not accepting these numbers. My money is stuck and there is unnecessary mental harassment from both merchant and bank as they both keep sending me to one other. Please help.

              Passbook printing not working

              Address: Pune

              For the last 3 days the passbook printing machines are not working at Bank of Baroda branches.

              I have checked at 3 different branches at Pune Kothrud area.

              In all places it returns server error.
              Security says he has informed the bank officials multiple times but no one is doing anything.
              I regret having accounts in BOB...

And when I called customer care they told I have to write a letter to bank manager for unblocking my upi id but when I went to the branch the employees are not accepting the letter please look into my matter my account number is ending with 0040

                    I have a Health Insurance policy Ref: P/171113/01/2024/001164 issued by Star Health as a bank customer. I was admitted to hospital and submitted a claim for hospitalization Ref: CIG/2024/171113/0320303. Star health claims that they sent query letter and reminder with regard to my claim to Bank of Baroda Address: Block-G, BKC, Bandra East Mumbai, Pin 400051, Aurangabad address on four different dates on 27.6.2023, 12.7.2023, 27.7.2023, and 11.8.2023. However, BOB did not bother to send the said query letter to me even a single time. Due to non receipt of query, I could not send any response to Star Health. I asked Star Health that why they should send query letter to Bank when they have my mail ID and Phone number. However, Star Health maintains that it is as per their Corporate policy procedure for customers covered under Group Mediclaim. As a result, Star Health has rejected my claim of Rs. 53, 296 and are unwilling to change their decision. I have to file a case in consumer court to get the claim passed. I will make BOB a party in the case since your office has not forwarded the query to me.

                    My query is that till date why Bank of Baroda has not sent me any of the four query letter/reminders to me?

                        I opened digital bank account by video kyc, dated 13 sept and acc no generated Acc no : [protected] Branch: Ahmednagar main branch, state: Maharashtra and received on same date, activated my netbanking on 14th sept, today is 03 oct and still the Rupay platinum debit card is not received, after many complains on BOB wolrd app and on there website and same mailed to [protected]@bankofbaroda.com, still no resolution provided, then mailed to area`s Nodal officer, today is 03 oct 2023 still no responce from there team, without debitcard i cant be able to activate my upi nor fund the account, its been 2 weeks i am communicating them over twitter, bob world complain and debitcard department email, i literally losed my patience in this regard!

                              I have withdrawn money from OLYMP TRADE ACCOUNT ON 4 SEPTEMBER and it is said that from their side payment is processed ...it all depends upon your bank..

                              So it's been 5-6 days my money is not reflecting in my Bank of baroda account ...all other transactions are properly working ..
                              Olymp trade claims that money should reach within 1 hr to 5 days of withdrawal request...
                              Many customers are facing this isssue ., .what to do now ...Please do something ..

                                118 rs deduction 2 times from my account stating mmsregcharge

                                Rs 118 has been deducted 2 times from my account in bank of baroda. I have not authorized this deduction. I have neither received an otp for the same or made any transactions....
