Respected sir,

I have taken home loan from bank of baroda 2006.. As per loan amount we need to pay 5700 every month. Till date we are paying 6000 every month. We never get delay for any EMI. There is no ECS system we need to deposit cash in loan ac.
I have attached statement for your reference. Last week we take printout from branch of loan statement and we came to know that we need to pay 38000 /- as a cumulative interest. We are not able to understand why they charged this extra amount?? We are very regular in paying EMI. From branch we were never informed about that we have to pay more EMI or we never got any letter from bank.
We are not able to pay such big amount this is really wrong how could we pay 38000 rs? We are from middle class family and without any information they count cumulative interest, we were not informed that now we need to pay more EMI. If we had not taken print out of statement then we never come to know and still they would continue taking extra interest on that.
Please help in this matter to solve this matter at earliest.

      I had applied for ujjivan financial services limited share issue and no allotment had been issued, i have applied for 29 application and in each application when i was checking for allotment it was showing that application number is invalid and my money was also blocked. So please look into the matter i am sending application number and pan number of all the applicants and if you want i can send the receipt of all the applicant.         विनम्र निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी (भारत सिंह पुत्र लालमन सिंह ) का बचत खाता संख्या -[protected] है ब्रांच तरगांव जिला कानपुर नगर ifsc code- BARB0TARGAO बैंक द्वारा प्रार्थी के अकाउंट में बिना किसी सुचना के अन्य प्रकार कि योजनाये चालू करके प्रार्थी के खाते से अनावश्यक तौर पर ब्याज लगाना व बिना ATM का आवेदन किये ATM जारी करना जो कि अभी तक प्रार्थी को प्राप्त नही हुआ है और किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के द्वारा कार्ड का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है
        प्रार्थी द्वारा ३०/०६/२०१४ से कोई भी लेन- देन नही किया गया फिर बैंक के कर्मचारियों द्वारा उसमे अनावश्यक तौर ब्याज व अन्य लेनदेन का लेखा- जोखा अंकित है जिसकी जानकारी प्रार्थी को नही दी गयी
        बैंक से पूछने पर कर्मचारियों द्वारा सही जानकारी नही मिलती और कहते है कि ब्याज तो देना ही पड़ेगा जबकि खाताधारक द्वारा ३० /०६/२०१४ से किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी लेनदेन नही किया गया

          I would like to inform you that, i am a nri customer of your bank. Its been more than four years i am struggle with your bank to get proper support. But i don't want to go in such detail because i am tired writing emails to your bank but simply i can say that, you people don't bother as it is semi government bank.
          I will appreciate if you can help me to organise my atm pin as well as online transaction password.

                i am salesman of idea. so i deposit payment same day. Robbery is normal here these days. Bank Cashier was not deposit payment on time. when i call him to register payment. he told me i am busy that time i register your payment after some time. please help me.                   I have deposited a cheque of rs.300/- of bank of baroda (Transfer cheque) in my savings a/c no [protected] in bank of baroda, dumdum kolkata on 7th june 2016. As the cheque was drawn on the same bank it was supposed to be clear by next day. But unfortunately till 22nd june it was not cleared. I had a doubt in my mind whether my cheque was misplaced or lost. Then i approached to the bank & to my utter surprise i have come to know that the cheque was not sent for clearence & it was simply lying in the drawer of the concerned dealing person. Then i wanted to the reason. But he could not give me satisfactory reply. Moreover he behaved rudely & and went so far that he told me that i am lucky enough that the cheque was torn by some one & it was lying idle in his drawer. I dont know a bank employee can reply in such a way. Unfortunately bank manager, who is very helpful to the customer was on leave yesterday. Then i approached to the officer incharge who simply wanted to avoid responsiblity. I am having very cordial relation with the bank, some of the staffs are very friendly also. But the current incident shocked me & compelled me to to think a decision to withdraw all my fd, rd & savings a/c with the bank unless drastic action is not taken against the concerned staff. It may be mentioned here that due to one or 2 staff members of this branch entire bank is losing its goodwill. I have never faced such type of rude behaviour in my life.                     I visited the the bulsar branch of bank of baroda, valsad on 21 June 2016 as I was looking forward to know about some transaction details.
                    I along with my wife approched the the bank staff named Narsimha and he misbehaved with us by saying that he does not knows anything.
                    I even asked his name and informed him that I would be raising a complaint regarding this but he very confidently said do whatever you can I dont care.

                    Kindly look into the matter as its very sad for a prestigious bank like BOB to have such a staff.

I went to branch andf it was informed that the balance of my above account is zero as on date. I was shocked.                         On 16th april i did transaction of 12000/- in the account number[protected], account holder name (Kamla swami), ifsc (Barb0surajg) of bob gramin bank kajra, dist-jhunjhunu (Rajasthan).
                        By mistake i put this ifsc code which is wrong, so transaction became successful in another person’s account with name shiv kumar, contact number ([protected]), bob laxmi bazar, doughar, dumka road, jausagarhi, deoghar, jharkhand (Pin – 814112 and micr[protected].

                        Let me know if i can get the money back by any means.

                          Dear sir, i have withdraw the amt from the atm dtd on 13th jun at maniyasa nr. Maninagar, ahmedabad. 2 transection make 1 time cash has been collected by me. Second time suddenly time out came it and then machine is out of service. Also msg not came of the balance has been deducted. Also same day i have withdraw the rs. 10000 next day i will check the balance then 5000 has been 2 time deducted =. Transection id:- atm/cash/5712 which has been wrongly deducted.                             My name is Aarti Verma. I am doing job in Gurgaon and I have an Account in Bank of Baroda, Saket branch, New Delhi.
                            I am here to say that on 29 feb 2016 I have debited a amount of Rs.2000 from my account from Indusind Bank ATM at 6:00pm in Gurgaon, New Railway Road. That amount was debited from my account but cash was not dispensed, but after few minutes I received a text on my phone that amount was refunded to my account and then I retried for the withdrawal at that time only from the same ATM, but the amount was debited from the account and not dispensed. And this time the amount was not refunded. Then I waited for 24 hours for the refundable of amount.
                            And on 3 march 2016 I registered a complaint on Toll Free and in my Home Branch Saket (Bank of Baroda). They gave my time of 15 days for the amount to be refunded. But after 15 days there was no result and then they told me that within 45 days the amount will be refunded to my account.
                            Then, after 45 days, I again called to the Toll Free no for the status of complaint registered, they referred me to call in the Branch for the status and when I called in the Branch they told that they can’t do anything in this matter only on calling Toll Free No. I can confirm that status of the complaint and there other side on calling Toll Free No. they were referring me to contact the Branch.
                            This time the branch staff ask me to visit the branch and I Visited to branch on 31/05/2016, and the branch staff told me that my complaint has been closed but the amount in not yet refunded, within 10 working days the amount will be refunded, but this time also there was no result.
                            Then, I visited to Home Branch on 13/06/2016, then I tried to talk with the branch manager but she refused to listen my query and told that tackle with staff only. And their staff was also not responding well with me, the staff asks me to debit the cash from the Baroda Bank ATM only otherwise I will face these types of problems if I debited the amount from any other bank ATM.
                            They are giving me excuses from last 3 months. And they told me that they can’t handle every query on phone you have to visit the Home Branch every time for every query.
                            I am a working Girl in Gurgaon. And cant visit daily to the Bank Branch in Saket. It’s a request to u to solve my problem.

I go there dailly.the staff member says to sit after sitting many hours he says to come to the next day and the next day when i go in the branch the employee repeat the same story . I also request the branch manager but he also misbehavioured with me and said we have much works we do not sit only for you.and the manager do not give fruit full answer .I live in a village away 20 km. from the branch .I have also a 1 year old child . I have faced many problems to go there daily in these hot days . please solve my problem as soon as possible

                                I have deposited a cheque no.772919 dt.09.06.2016 of rs.20000/- o[censored]nited bank of india, hailakandi, assam to baroda bank, hailakandi, assam for deposit the same for my sb a/c no.[protected] of silchar, assam branch, whereas the said cheque was already cleared by united bank of india, hailakandi on 10.06.2016 but till date the said cheque has not credited to my sb a/c till 4.30 p. M. Ontoday. I contract the hailakandi branch, but they have not given any fruit ful reply.

                                  Guys i m gonna tell u this bank of baroda has the worstest customer service all over india. From my personl accounts infinite times money has been deducted i dnt know for what all purposes. But when i tryd to contact "ambernath"' branch of bod were im stayng rightnw nobody cant even imagine what all reasons were given to me for that deductions. Every month several ws been deducted from my savings account and when i tryd to ask the reason for dat they simply shout n front of everyone and wll try insult us in front of everyone. Every person n bank including manager of the bank have several answers or excuses for the big unresolvable problem of the customer and finally tell u wll waste ur own time n bod branch roaming here and there 4 justice but 4 wrong deduction and all 4 sure ur money wll not b refunded by bod.

                                  I wll explain u second case - finally 6 th month i. E may when again my money was deducted i strongly went to my branch to ask again for 6th time one guy n customer care told me dat my money ws deducted for debit card then when i askd him hw many times u wll deduct money from my account for debit card from past 5 months u guys are deducting my money for the same debit card reason no.
                                  Finally he send me to their branch operations manager ya nw sure finally this guy agreed that my money is deducted for wrong purpose but he nw gave me a good reason i. E. He told me its not there banks mistake it ws a problem wth their "server team" ya ya u guys wll not believe wat he did after that he send me to his manager and told him that "sir dekho kaha kaha se aa jate hai ye log"- but this time i responded him and strongly requested him to refund all my deducted amount or else ill compalint through their online website. Finally this time manager askd me my checkbook and he if tryd to rotate his eye through my chequebook and he told me "sir ye gaya 5 saal ka debit card ka fees aap se deduct kiya gaya hai, lagatar nahi". Then i shwd him all the specific deductions that were already done by their bod branch every year from my account for the same specific reason i. E. Debitcard fee...

                                  They only told me before debit card fees is charged once in a year only. So they already charged that amount every year frm my account then i want to ask them wat the hell was that money that was been charged every month frm my account. Atleast give a formal reason for deduction your reasons are-server error, server team issue, every year deduction, then wat ws happening in my card u guys started monthly debit card deduction fee scheme or wat. Guys customer who invest their money in your banks are not fools you guys should at least give a valid reason for dat bull deductions so that the customers wll feel that their money is safe inyour bank then. Guys im really frustrated about this. And good news is dat still every mnth im facing the same issue. Guys do somethng... Bank of baroda has a good reputation hai na...

                                    Dear sir, my self disha mangesh kashimkar i have bob saving a/c no.[protected], and atm card (Debit card) no.[protected] incident is as follow-
                                    On dt 09/06/2016 at 19.50 hrs. I had approached bank of india childern park, dharampeth nagpur, maharastra atm, (Atm - id cna8052) for withdrawal of rs.2000/-. I insert atm card but cash not came out and printout received system error pls cont bank. (Copy of atm transction attached.) though i have not withdrawan this rs. 2000/- this amount wrongly debited from my account. Further at 19.51 hrs i again withdrawal rs.2000/- from this atm which i got properly, but my previous transaction of rs.2000/- which had not succeed and wrongly debited rs.2000/- from my account.
                                    It is requested to you kindly credited rs, 2000/- in my acccount which had been wrongly debited by atm.
