my self Priyank singh .I'm a account holder of your bank . my account number is [protected]. my branch is kokara buliding, Pilibhit, up . last time I had lost my debit card {ATM} . than i applied for a new card . i received my card since 20th june 2015 .when i used card, i found it unauthorized . after this i contact to branch and there told me to contact toll free number of bank. i had contacted to toll free number. they did not share any information to me because i'm a minor and told me to contact branch . when i go to contact to branch the officer of your branch told me that he could nothing do for me and shouted at me very badly .after this senior manager told me that i'm {account holder} a minor when i 'll be major than i'll contact to branch, they will solved my problem. for any another detail please contact my phone number [protected].please take action as soon as possible .

    Dear sir, I am an employee in Jahangirabad institute of technology, Jahangirabad, Barabanki(UP).I have an account in your branch at Barabanki with A/C no.ending with 8838.Your branch provided me online banking password but after few days my online A/C became disabled then I did complaint to the concern branch but concern branch gave me no response, several time I did complaint to the branch but my problem is not solve yet.So I want to know what should I do.               I am Mahendra tandel having super saving account no. is [protected] branch name untdi.my balance on 29/05/15 is 32166.79 on that day auto sweep 10000 and withdrawal of 600.now my balance is 21566.79.next day withdrawal of 2000 now balance is 19566.79. On 11/06/15 withdrawal of 10000 and 2000. Now balance is 7566.79. On 16/06/15 credited 20769 than balance is 28335.79.on 17/06/15 min bal chg up to 150615 is 1124. Now if balance is low to min charges than why reverse sweep not done.I have already 200000 ffd balance.I have sufficient balance in my account why min CHG is taken.please repay to 1124 and interest. This is not happen.

[protected] ATM/CASH/7424/XXXXXXXXXXXX8257ATM/CASH/7424/XXXXX 2000.00 5466.29 [protected] ATM/CASH/7425/XXXXXXXXXXXX8257ATM/CASH/7425/XXXXX 4000.00 1466.29 I request the branch manager to provide me CCTV footage for these amount but She has taken an amount of Rs. 1100/- and provided me details of ATM ID. But there is no useful footage of that time and that ATM ID. I am not satisfied with the data provided to me and She behaved with me rudely also. Please help me out of my problem and provide me correct ATM ID so that I can recognize that person. Kindly do the needful.

                    Hello, I am one of your customer having the main account on sharkarpur branch Delhi.One week ago i deposited one account payee cheque from my employer but still money wasn't deposited. It's ok that money wasn't deposited because of some reasons but i was not notified for this until i visited the bank myself and checked or asked for it.When i visited, your banker gave me the reason there and returned my cheque as it is. My main complain is for the service provided by you in account of non acceptance of cheque and no notification or communication regarding this to us. We have shared our address, contact no, email address at least you could have notified using any of above mentioned details. This time i am very disappointed with the service rendered by you.                       Dear Sir/Madam,[protected] I am Dr.Kartick Biswas from Salt Lake City.Kolkata.West Bengal. I have applied for a cheque book on[protected]. But unfortunately till date I have not received that. Even I have not received a single SMS regarding the cheque. On asking to your staffs, they just go away from the problems and for that till date I have visited the branch 5-6 occasions. Today I have visited the Manager of the Branch and I fund instead of finding it out the reasons why the cheque nt reach to me he was trying to convince me it was fault of mine. One of your staff also advised me to go to the local post office to findout where the cheque book is gone.I requested your staffs & manager to deliver the cheque by hand at your branch after couple of days but they said its not possible. The staffs are very relucant to solve the problem of the customers. Being a practising Doctor like me, how can you expect that for a cheque book only I will face so much harresment from a bank like BOB bad behaviour & non co operation from the Manager. If I don`t get proper deligence from your side about the matter - Probably I will not have other ways going to West Bengal State Consumer forum or Bank Ombudsman.                                   Dear sir, I am Having an account with Bank of Baroda in your Yamuna vihar branch (Delhi). and I am using online banking with my Salary account Indusind Bank. and for last 3 month i did wrongly online transfer in your Unnao branch. when i get the information on this i write a complaint on 5/6/2015 and they sent a mail to your unnao branch and the mail was:- [protected]@bankofbaroda.com but they didn, t reply. and again today i go my home branch for same complaint. they said we sent a mail and we are still waiting. so i am still confuse is the procedure to help a customer whose harder money is transfer in wrong account. my Bank of Baroda A/c no- [protected] (PARVEEN NEGI) sir please help me to get back my money.

                                    I have opened saving account at Branch-Mota Layja in May'15, then i relocate to Nagpur and try to use ATM card, but unfortunately it is not working.i.e after all process in machine in the last it is showing ''your ATM pin is blocked..Also i have talk to customer care, they suggest to go to any branch and submit request to new pin. But in CA road branch, Nagpur told that you have to go your mother branch. Request you to help me, because it is not possible for me to go to mother branch.

                                      On 13.6.2015 at about 11am I approached branch manager, BOB, Burnpur Road Branch, Asansol, WB for my signatuire varification in a format issued by TCSL.The Branch Manager flatly refused to verify my signature though I was agreed to pay requisit charges for the same. For this I am in great trouble as I have to execute a bond stating that I shall pay Rs 50000/ to TCSL if my son leave his job there within 2 years.In my such declaration my signature is to be varified by Branch Manager where I have an account. Kindly resolve my problem otherwise my son will not be allowed to join his services and this will act upon his career

                                        I have deposited Rs. 20000/- on 6th june 2015 through cash depositor machine, installed in Sardarpura Branch, jodhpur, at the same time failed power of machine and i couldnt get receipt and didnt get my fund in account yet . daily bank executives are misguiding to say, it will be deposit tomorrow on sure . after 5 days one of executive told me that its not branch Matter, complain to bank online ... what it means ?? your account holder should have computer knowledge???? want to know that we have to suffer whenever power backup problem is the bank`s issue ...???? my account number is [protected],
