I have opened saving account at Branch-Mota Layja in May'15, then i relocate to Nagpur and try to use ATM card, but unfortunately it is not working.i.e after all process in machine in the last it is showing ''your ATM pin is blocked..Also i have talk to customer care, they suggest to go to any branch and submit request to new pin. But in CA road branch, Nagpur told that you have to go your mother branch. Request you to help me, because it is not possible for me to go to mother branch.

    On 13.6.2015 at about 11am I approached branch manager, BOB, Burnpur Road Branch, Asansol, WB for my signatuire varification in a format issued by TCSL.The Branch Manager flatly refused to verify my signature though I was agreed to pay requisit charges for the same. For this I am in great trouble as I have to execute a bond stating that I shall pay Rs 50000/ to TCSL if my son leave his job there within 2 years.In my such declaration my signature is to be varified by Branch Manager where I have an account. Kindly resolve my problem otherwise my son will not be allowed to join his services and this will act upon his career

      I have deposited Rs. 20000/- on 6th june 2015 through cash depositor machine, installed in Sardarpura Branch, jodhpur, at the same time failed power of machine and i couldnt get receipt and didnt get my fund in account yet . daily bank executives are misguiding to say, it will be deposit tomorrow on sure . after 5 days one of executive told me that its not branch Matter, complain to bank online ... what it means ?? your account holder should have computer knowledge???? want to know that we have to suffer whenever power backup problem is the bank`s issue ...???? my account number is [protected],

                  Dear sir, I have a saving account number [protected] named Maulin H Modi at Dariyapur Branch, Ahmedabad-380001. My Internet banking account has been locked so i have fill form for getting regenerated password but i have got only transaction password. Still my account has locked. I have done so many times mails and call to branch but till today it has not been sought out. Please co operate to solve my problem.                         I had applied for a student loan when I was in India around an year ago, its been 5 months I am in Canada, and still the loan has not been approved! The worst customer service I have ever seen, trust me, the WORST!! The dumbest staff and the rudest manager! I will NEVER ever refer BOB and will make sure that each and every person I know never ever uses this bank in their life! I don't care now if you want to solve my issue, because now I have paid all my fees by self. They just made stupid requests for stupid receipts from Canada, and moreover, made my dad visit their office a thousand times with a thousand requests! To hell with this Bank! Even if it would be the last bank in the world, I would NEVER step in this bank because I know how the Indian management is! I know this will make no difference to the bank and I am glad I left the country! Phheewh!

                          My name is Debapriya Bhowmick holding a bank account with Bank of Baroda(saltlake sec5 branch). By using my debit card of bank of baroda i swiped the card in a shop amount of 1780/-. 1 transation failed and the second was successful. But twice the money got deducted. I complait to the bank. 1st the customer care is horrible they have no information secondly they are not ready to help. more over now they are saying it will take 50days to refund my money.                             Sir, I Fill Form NPS (Swalamban) on 27 march 2014 (Dileep Kumar Singh, Mamta Singh, Rajendra Singh & Aarti Singh) & also pay some amounts in Vipul Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow branch. Many Time I connect in bank & branch giving me number for enquiry but till today not follow up my issues. Second Time Form fill and deposit in branch but no document ever received through bank. At past 6 months, a person inform me account number of NPS as [protected], [protected]. [protected], [protected] but she say when you received documents then pay amount in accounts.                               - I had taken a Mediclaim Policy from dayalbagh branch before 7-8 years.every Year I deposit this premium on time. I have no intimation or massage to deposit premium with every year.I have to deposit this premium on Dated[protected] but I forgot to deposit in lack of intimation or massage.I gave a cheque on 28-05-15 talking with National insurance co.to relax of 7 days and amount is debited to my bank a/c [protected]. When after 2 or 3 days I asked your branch about Policy.They told me not to receive yet.on 6-6-15 I found they have not sent it to NIC.They told me that We have no arrangement to send this policy. [protected]... मै अवगत कराना चाहती हूँ कि मेरी शैदी 12मई 2013 को सुमित कुमार s/o स्व. कृष्ण कुमार मकान न. 58 ग्राम व पोस्ट हारामउ तह्शील पुखरायां थाना भोगनीपुर जिला कानपुर देहात उ.प.के साथ हुई थी मेरी शादी मेरे पिता मोहन लाल s/o वैजनाथ और मेरे पति के मामा के लड़के पत्त्नी s/o स्व. लल्लू सचान कि रजामंदी से हुइ थी. मेरी शादी के बाद मुझे पता चला कि जब ये अपने बहन के यहाँ रहते थे तब उन्होंने बड़ौदा उत्तर प्रदेश ग्रामीण बैंक से किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (केसीसी) से 70000 हज़ार रुपए और भैस पालन के लिए 100000 रुपए का लोन लिया था लोन खाता न. 06/492 शाखा पुखरायां कानपुर देहात उ.प. ... सन् 2008 में मेरे पती के बीमारी के कारण कुछ जमीन बेचनी पड़ी उन्होने जो बैंक से लोन लिया था उन्होंने अपनी ख़ुद कि शादी और अपनी छोटी बहन कि शादी 22/02/2014 को शादी में खर्च किए.कुछ आर्थिक कारणों के बजह से उन्होंने बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा शाखा पुखरायां कानपुर देहात उ.प. बचत खाता संख्या- [protected] किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (केसीसी) न.-[protected] से 70000 हज़ार रुपए का लोन लिया गया था मुझे पता चला कि बीमारी के बाद पती कि दिमागी हालत ठीक नही थी और वह नशा करने लगे थे ये जमीन न बेंच पाए इसलिए मैने बैंक के लोन भरने में ज्यादा दवाव नही किया क्योंकि मुझे पता जब तक बैंक में लोन होता है तब तक जमीन तह्शील में जमीन बंधक होती है उस जमीन कि किसी भी प्रकार कि बिक्री या लेंन देंन नही होता फिर भी जमीन जो बंधक थी दो बैंकों में[protected] (1) खाता संख्या[protected]खसरा संख्या -304 व, खसरा संख्या 532 (अ) खसरा संख्या-532 (ब) (2) खाता संख्या[protected]खसरा संख्या-516/2 ग्राम का नाम : हारामऊ परगना : भोगनीपुर तहसील : भोगनीपुर खाता संख्या : 00379 ग्राम का नाम : हारामऊ परगना : भोगनीपुर तहसील : भोगनीपुर खाता संख्या : 00128 फिर भी इस जमीन का लेंन देंन कैसे हुआ .मेरे पती को उन लोगों ने बहला पुशला कर या नशे कि हालत में जमीन का बैनामा करा लिया गया जमीन का बैनामा होने में पत्नि कि सहमती होना चाहिए मेरे सहमती के बिना जमीन का बैनामा कैसे हुआ बैनामा के बाद से मेरे पती लापता है अभि तक उनका पता नही चला कि कहाँ है और कैसे है .मेरा एक छोटा सा बच्चा है जिसकी उम्र 1 वर्ष है. मेरी शादी को मात्र 2 वर्ष हुए है बताइये मै क्या करूँ जमीन के बैनामे का आदेश हो चुका है मेरे पास जीवन गुज़ारा के लिए कुछ भी नही बचा है पती के जमीन पर पत्नी और उशके बच्चे का बराबर हक होता है पत्नी कि बिना सहमती के बिना जमीन कि बिक्री कैसे हुई. खरीद कर्ता कि जानकरी -राज बाबू s/o विजय नारायण ग्राम- कल्ला पोस्ट पुखरायां थाना भोगनीपुर जिला कानपुर देहात उ.प. मोबाइल न.
