Dear Sir, I am mahan sunhare mera a/c no [protected] bank of baroda ujjain branch me he.mene 8may 2015 ko card no [protected] se widraw process ki thi par server ki problem hone ke karan na payment widraw hua or nhi receipt mili, iski complaint mene turant card pe diye gaye number per ki wha se mujhe reff no.[protected] diya gya.uske baad mene lagatar apne payment ka status ki jankari li parantu mujhe koi satify answer nhi mila uske baad branch me contact kiya waha se b koi satify answer nhi mila aur unke dwara ek complaint kari gayi.phir date 19/05/2015 ko branch aur customer care par contact kiya, dono jagah se koi reply nhi diya gya.please ap is subject par dhyan de anytha mujhe higher authorities par complaint karna padegi. thank you.     My Profile... I am Ex VP of HDFC Bak (worked almost years) Now am owner of Royal Enfield Showroom at Saraswati Vihar, having turnover 20 cr. I had opened current account with your Saraswati Vihar in March 2015 one current a/c and one OD against FD.. From the day one am facing issue as listed below; DD Clearing Time 8-10 days not even a single dd clear with 2 days Cheque Clearing time 1-7 days Casher called us after 2-3 hours that you have deposited fake note surprised to see this process. overall lethargic branch I have seen in my life... need to see and resolve my problem.. els I have take up wth the high authority.. in RBI Thanks & REgards Rajeevg

        On using this New transation password I am getting "User Disabled for this operation" I am try ing to transfer One BOB account to another BOB Account transfer and From BOB to HDFC NEFT transfer In both case I am to able to transfer amount. I Fill This is a Real Harresment to a customer. First to generate Password I have to visit Branch 2nd For Getting that Password I have to visit BrAnch 3rd If Not working Again go to branch and requst to activate If again not woring again go to branch. During this Process also go on doing mail and Telephonic request (whith holding phone more than 15-20 min) I again request to activate my Online Transactions I have throuch such process - 6 - times. -3- Passwords in Hand Collected from Branch. all not working. But All In Vein... I am still at same position not able to use Netbanking...Transections

        Net banking service of BANK OF BARODA is very - very poor . I advise people not to use This bank service. NO PASSWORD, ID etc works properly and for any problem, every customer care officer tells different solutions and using that a person can feel so pain in mind and at the end, Bank has only one solution to all - Please contact to BRANCH . I think Bank must STOP these services OR the persons must leave this Bank. -R.K.Govil

            Dear Sir Mera a/c mariahu jaunpur up ki branch men hai maine aaj 18/05/2015 ko ek cheque lagaya jo ki bank of baroda malad mumbai(w) branch ki multi city cheque thi aur mujhe paise ki sakht zaroorat thi paisa nikalne ke liye kaha to branch manager bole ki 10 day baad cheque clier hoga aaj paisa nahi nikal sakta 3.30 pm tak pura staff baith kar lunch kar raha tha aur mera cheque clier nahi kiya mujhe bhaga diya gaya aur waapas aane ke baad 4.30 pm mar massese aaya cheque clier hogaya manager bihari language men baat kar raha hai mujhe bahot dukh hai ki aise staff kahan se aajate hain aap ke yahan .

                Sir, I have an account in your bank in karawal nagar Delhi branch.The bank staff are continuously making me fool and harrasing me since 4 months. Every time they told me that the collecting time of the atm is 10am and when I reached the bank at 10am they said come after lunch.I can't get my atm from last 4 months and I get only the pin statement today and now They told me that your atm is lost or not found in the bank premises. Another statement given by their staff is that may be your atm is given to the delievery boy AMIT and he is on leave. Kindly take some strict action towards your useless staff.                   Sir, I want to open the saving account in bank of baroda Bharat nagar New Delhi. I have submitted all the documents and forms on 09/05/2015. I have received the sms in my phone that my account is activated. But the Madam seating over there is saying that we have sent the letter to your home but it hadn't reached till now. sir there is no body in my house at day time because every one go to there office.                     I was holding a minor account with bank of baroda for almost 10years. When I turned 18 I submitted an application to convert it to major account and get it converted to a savings accont in my name. I had submitted all the relevant documents as told by the branch executive. Few days later they confirmed me that it is converted. Now when I call their customer care they say it is still minor account and when I visit the branch they say we have updated it don't worry in few days it will be resolved. My cheque book which I requested recently has also come as minor account holder. I am going to close this stupid account. I want an written apology from the branch manager of Kalyan east tisgaon naka branch and also the issue should be resolved. A/c-[protected] Name-Manjiri Rangnekar

                        my BOB Saving bank a/c. no. is [protected] at BOB Sea woods ( west) Nerul branch Navi Mumbai.I am operating Internet banking for many years. However, for last 2 days, my internet banking is not operating . Even after correctly entering ID and Password, I was getting security error.Today, I spoke to your representative ( Avdhesh) at 1230 hrs. requesting him to correct the technical snag.However, he did not do this and advised me to call at 1300 hrs.When I called at 1300 hrs, an another person Mr. Rajneesh also told me that he could not find the solution and advised to call him at 1330 hrs.When I called at 1330 hrs., some other person picked the call and REPEATED ENTIRE STORY ONCE AGAIN AND ADVISED ME TO CALL AT 1400 HRS. I really got fed up and then finally decided to lodge complain with you. Shall be grateful, if the needful is done urgently, at least now.

                                I am a regular user of your Internet banking.For the last 2weeks I am not able access Internet banking..As a customer I am facing problem in transactions.After the entry of sign on password I am receiving a message"No response received".Even while opening the site it is said it unsecured.I am using the latest Java.(updated).My account number is [protected] .Why bank's security certificate is asked? Bank's website didn't get security certificate?Please resolve the dispute soon so that like other banks here also we will get smooth transaction facility.Hope you will work up to your reputation. I sent a mail on 29th april, 2015.But I have not received any solution regarding that.

                                        I have an account in Bank of Baroda in Jorabagan branch. Here the staff is very irresponsible and the staff does not come or start their work by the given time. The working time begins at 10am but staff is not present by that time. Even if the staff comes they are not ready to do any transaction on time. Few days before i went to the branch at 10am. But the staff was not ready to take my passbook and print my transaction details. I had been waiting till 10:45am still i was being given reason that their computer was taking time to turn on. It was really waste of time waiting there and no useful work done. Next two days i was given reason that there is no link in their system. I would request you take some action against the branch as it really bad to go and waste time in the BoB branch.
