My self viral h. Gandhi. I have savings account in sayaji ganj, bank of baroda.. my account number is [protected]. I went to ur chaphekar chawk brach, pune 33 to remove demand draft of 2500. But behaviour of manager, cashier and clerk was rude n as if they dont want to make demand draft. They made me seat for one hour in spite of branch was not busy.     Respected Sir/Madam I had deposited Rs.3000/- at bank of baroda located machine on dated 03.05.2015 but machine accepted only Rs.2000/- and Rs.1000/- has been retained by machine. i had complaint at nanpura(Surat) branch. Bank Officer replied after 20 days that note of Rs.1000/- was duplicate.So can not be returned.this was unsatisfied reply after 20 days.

          Sir, I done my recharge through debit card payment for recharging the sundth on yesterday nearly 9pm and it showed that it successfully recharged . But channel is not activated until i paid 2nd time to recharge that. I lost Rs 175.I asked that dth operator .They asked to contact bank.But they wont provide a proper solution to this. So kindly take necessary action for repay that money to my bank account. last 4 digit of My bank account no is xxxxxxxxx8542.

                  today i went to deposit the funds in the bank & the cashier denied to deposit the same, by giving the reason of Network issue. it was urgent to deposit the cash as i had given the cheque to the third party which will get bounce tomorrow, now if the cheque bounces who will bear the charges ? this is o bring you the notice the manager was so rude & they have no customer satisfaction. this is really surprising the way manager talks. i want you to take the serious action against the same. i may discontinue using the bank account moving forward.

                        Dear sir, I am NISHANTH from COCHIN kerala, I ordered Lenovo A6000 plus through FLIPKART flash sale on 19th May which got delivered on 21st May.From the first day itself the phone is heating up very badly some times the temperature reaching nearly 42 degree celsius (i have attached the screenshot) which makes me unable even to keep the phone on my pocket and mind you i have put only one sim and havent used the phone for calling yet. The next problem is the battery drainage.The phone's battery drains within 3 to 4 hours from 60 % to 8 % even at standby with no calls, no apps downloaded, no mobile data or wifi enabled.so i filed a return for the product but flipkart executive contacted me and while checking through the smart chk app they came to the conclusion that there should be 45 degree or above temperature for the product to be defective and the executive told that the battery is healthy. Therefore they told they cant proceed with replacement and asked me to visit the nearest Lenovo service center and get a DOA letter from them to proceed further in this regard. I ordered this product as a gift to my wife for our wedding anniversary and now as such i was unable to fulfill my promise.Flipkart and the seller WS retail has cheated me in this regard by selling low quality chinese products like LENOVO A6000 plus.I am going to file a compensation of Rs 10000 for the mental agony i have gone through and would like to publish this in all forums and Consumer grievance websites. FLIPKART claims they provide EASY RETURNS if the customer is not satsified also.Here i have a genuine reason still they are not keeping their promise.Let us spread the word against M/s FLIPKART so that others wont be deceived hereafter, I dont want any replacement anymore and require a full refund at the earliest..since the model as such is a defective one

                        Dear sir,

                        ORDER NO- OD[protected]

                        I already lodged a complaint with regard toheating problem and battery drainage in the newly bought LENOVO A 6000 plus.But till yesterday i havent done any calls in this phone because i havent used my default sim yet.but today morning i inserted my default sim and after that i am unable to receive calls at my end.Others are complaining that it seems i am disconnecting the phone but in reality the call it is not getting connected at all.

                        The second problem is the touch keypad. certain letters are not able to be typed when touching the keypad.

                        Therefore as advised by FLIPKART technician(Ref: the telephonic resolution done on 24th may 12 pm) i visited the lenovo service center at cochin M/s Smart technologies and they certified the call reception problem, battery drainage & over heating issues.On my demand they gave me the DOA certificate for cell phone replacement and asked to deposit the phone at their office for DOA approval.

                        Since i bought through Flipkart i told them that i have already filed a return for the product and will take over the issue of my own.i am attaching the DOA certificate issued from Lenovo authorised service center in this regard for your reference.I have lost an entire day behind this issue and still it is not resolved.

                        please provide a me refund at the earliest as i am not interested to buy the same product anymore.

                                I applied for internet banking more than one month ago, but i did not received any password and user ID which is sent through my email account does not seem valid. it is regretful to submit despite my several request to my bank no fruitful result received. Casual approach of concerns bank to sort out my problem shown attitude of banks towards customers.

                                    After login successfully, I filled my mobile number in One Time Password (OTP) screen to generate One time password (OTP) on my mobile but when I enter the same OTP from my mobile in OTP textbox on the screen, it showing an error message i.e. "No Response Received" every time. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. One more thing, I am adding a screenshot of the problem but this "Complaint Form" taking so much time in uploading the image although my internet speed is 2 mbps. So I am unable to attach the screenshot of that web page. Please do something so I can use my banking services. thank you

                                        Hello sir, I m Mr. Mahan sunhare account Holder in your bank branch ujjain m.p. I have withdrawal 9000 rs by ATM (Grand Tower Hotel freeganj Ujjian/1RDNUJJ02) my account no.[protected] And my ATM no [protected].date 08/05/2015 Due your bad network and may be other technical issues by your services I didn't received cash money at that time but that time my account show clear to deduction of money from my saving account ...after that just I complaint this issue in your bank by telegraphically in your Customer care executives complain no.[protected] as well as in brach office UJJAIN where my account in your bank. They are assured me within a 24 or maximum 7 days your money will be credited in your account but right now today's more than 12 days are completed but Doesn't solve this issues and doesn't any satisfactory answer given by your bank... Kindly I requested to you plz solve my problem as soon as possible..and also improve your services for further future inconvenience of customers... Regards Mahan Sunhare
