I was informed by the staff that I will be getting the debit card kit within 15 days but I didn’t receive any thing .Finally I gave a call to your customer care department and there again I faced problems giving all the details and finally the person informed me that it will take another ten days . So I waited again but I didn’t receive anything. I finally decided to meet the supervisor and he told me to fill in a fresh form as there had been a confusion . It is really disappointing that the banks take so long to give a debit card .I request you to look into the matter and have debit card issued soon . Also activation my mobile net banking as well as possible .thanking you.

    BOB ATM related problem Dear Sir, This is bring to your kind notice that on[protected] I tried to withdraw money from ATM of Rs 5000 from the BOB ATM situated at AMAIYA COMPLEX, VASNA ROAD, BARODA using my State Bank of India ATM card (No.[protected] at 05.48 AM. The machine gave me the slip showing money of Rs 5000 was deducted from my SBI Bank A/c No. [protected] and I received only 4500 (9 Currency Notes of Rs 500 denomination each bearing serial nos. 3SD 41557373 to 3SD 415581) from that transaction. The ATM transaction details are as follows: ATM ID :1RDDBAR17, SEQ No: 9771. A copy of transaction slip is attached herewith for your ready reference. As per the bank rule 14 working days are completed, but still i don't have any proper information about the clearance of my cheque, Bank employee doesn't given any proper information to me.         dear sir, i have purchased some material from d-mart store waghodia road baroda, and at the time of payment by BOB debit card, sales men have wrongly entered the amount i.e.rs.12380 instead of 1238.00, and the amount was debited from my account on dtd.5/4/2015. Even after store manager has generated the void sale transaction and frequently followup with your branch and other authority but the amount is still not credited in my account. my account no is [protected] BOB, kevadia colony, gujarat. my contact no is [protected]

        in connection to the above let you know that so many calls are recieved from callers to resolve the issue and ask me for atm numbers and pin numbers so be aware not to display the contact numbers or account information please.

                Respected sir, i want to know u about that, i have current account in bank of baroda jodhpur (university campus branch) .My ATM card is blocked by myself due to some reason and then apply for new ATM card on dated 26 september 2014 but i couldn't got it in todays date .whenever i went to the cunsulted officer he not gave me proper answer say's u got it on monday when i went on monday he reply that after we send u at ur address, This process goes for last 8 months.I suggested that terminate all that officer not doing their job.They only take their large salary and doing nothing., sameless This is my application i had given to bob bank on 26/9/2014 To, The Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, University campus branch, Jodhpur Subject - Issuing new ATM card In the above cited subject say’s that, I am Ranjeet Singh Chouhan I have Current account of my firm name’s M/s Bhairunath Enterprises account no. First time I dispensed ₹10000/- and second time I dispensed ₹5000/- but both times my account debited and cash not dispenced. So I hv losses my ₹15000/-.                     Complaint team, My self gaurav jain m waiting in a row for cash credit of shahbad daulat pur branch in delhi from approximately 2 hours. the Person who is sitting on cash counter his behaviour for customer is too rude, and too slow in work as well just deal one customer n after that he is using his personal phone for making calls n the interesting part of this if somebody ask how much time u will take? then this person answer too rude n says if want quickly go in another branch.. why he is talk like this? the reason is here are some uneducated persons.. that's why he is taking advantage of this because they think who can complaint against us... and this things happen under sr. Branch manager his name is virender arora who avoiding this things happen in his branch... please take strong action for this because is this the only reason people don't want or afraid to visit and open account in government banks like bank of baroda.

                      i have deposited Rs. 15, 000.00 in your deposit machine located in SARVODAY SCHOOL ANKLESHWAR. on 5/4/15 but the amount was not credited in my account. i have given complain regarding this to the center point branch of G.I.D.C. ANKLESHWAR on 6/4/15. they told me that the amount will be credited in my account within 7 days. but till today, s date the amount has not been credited in my account. so please take immediate action on this & kindly give me the deposit of Rs. 15, 000.00 in my account.                         1). My A/C are 0770/PPF/765 & [protected] 2). On 01.02.2014 I had requested for name & address change and submitted KYC, Address & ID proof at Patel colony branch. Action was taken multiple follow up and personal visit by my colleague. 3).On 20th-Feb2015 I had requested for account transfer to Vashi, Navi Mumbai branch and submitted KYC, ID &Residence proof again.Accout were transfered electronically by old document were not sent to new branch. 4). On 17.03.2015 again I submitted KYC, ID & Residence proof at Vashi branch. 5). My PPF account matuared on 02.04.2015 but Vashi branch is not ready to settle my account because they have not received old documents from Patel colony branch. 6) Patel colony branch says that old documents are not required but Vashi branch says that old documents are required. 7) Patel colony branch is not finding my old documents and they have has asked me to submit fresh KYC, ID &Residence proof again so that they can forward certified copy of these documents to Vashi branch. 8) My objection is why I should submit? I have already submitted these documents thrice in last 2 months and so. 9)I have not face such harassment in my life before that. It is too much. 10) Due to fight and fault by Bank of Baroda staff, I am suffering. 11) I request you to resolve it on priority.

He got angry, not give proper answer and said rudely "SUBSIDY NAHI MILEGI". And when I ask for his name, He said, "JO BHI KR SKTA HAI KAR LENA" Kindly take Action for this.

                                Since last 30th March 2015 I am facing of receiving of OTP on my cell phone to operate my net banking. Only on 6th April 2015 it was resolved after complaining to customer care. The answer of customer care people was there was some problem in their server. Now again I am facing the same problem inspite of speaking with your customer care, I am not getting the problem solved. Hope the problem will be solved. I would suggest your customer care people should answer the fact to customer for example on 01/04/2015, I had a talk with Mr.shivam he replied me that my cell phone number is not updated in my account. I enquired in the branch but it was false.every thing was updated so this is one example why people misguiding customer. to day I spoke to Jyoti in [protected] she replied it the problem of my cell phone net working system.
