we are having current account in Bank of Baroda.

we have balance of Rs 5 Lakh from last 4-5 days in our account. when we go to bank for withdwar of Funds they said that they not have that much cash in there branch, so come tommorow. i again gone to bank next day. then also i got the same reason. now tommowor is sunday and i have to go again on monday.

i tried to put compaint on this link on there site https://bobinside.com/onlinecomplaints/complaintform.aspx but this link also not working,

i request all of you to close your account from such poor bank who are unable to arrange Rs 5 lakh in 4-5 days.
please close your account from bank of baroda.
My account with S.B.Marg branch, Mumbai.
Staff attitude in this branch is very rude and they always deals with customer like a illiterate . Not giving any guidance to customer. Recently my debit card was expired on 30.4.2012. They have received this card but not dispatched to my address and keeping with them. when i go for inquiry they handed over to me on 14.5.2012. Branch manager is always out of bank and never be available. Bank of baroda online complaint is not working. They deduct TDS on FDs without informing and prior giving F15 form like other banks giving in advance.

    1. The C.D. no. 2 is a widow and she lives alone at this time in her flat in Woodland, Kothrud, Pune 411 038; as her son the C.D. no. 5 has gone abroad on work.

    2. All of a sudden on 31st January 2012 at 11 am the C.D. no. 2 was visited two officers of the C.H. Bank. One of them was Lokya Naik, Chief Manager, Bank of Baroda (appeared to be a South Indian person mobile number [protected]) and other was a Maharashtrian gentleman with a name that sounded like Bharad.

    3. Before the C.D. no. 2 could get a grip of the situation, the said men entered her flat and started telling her that they had come for "Vasuli" of her loan. They insisted that she must repay the outstanding amount, otherwise the Bank will proceed to attach her flat. Not only that, they also threatened that the Bank will initiate action through the "Interpol" against the son of the C.D. no. 2 i.e. C.D. no. 5, who is presently in USA on work.

    4. The said two persons continued haranguing and badgering the C.D. no. 2 to pay at least some amount of the alleged outstanding before 31st March 2012. In this manner Shri. Naik and his companion kept harassing the C.D. no. 2 and refused to leave undtill (on the verge of an emotional breakdown) promised to contact them in ten days.

    5. The C.D. no. 2 was so agitated and upset by all the threats that after the C.H.'s officers left she fainted and had to be rushed to the doctor (by her daughters). It was discovered that the C.D. no. 2 who is not otherwise herpertensive, got high Blood pressure, which caused the faint. The C.D. no. 2 has attached her doctor's certificate.

    6. The action of the C.H. is highly objectionable and dangerous. More so considering that the matter is sub-judice. In fact, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has warned banks against intimidating borrowers in this manner.

    7. The C.D. no. 2 reserves her right to file criminal and other complaints in the relevent forums. However, as the matter is sub-judice, she considered it necessary to inform this Hon'ble forum about the highly illegal and objectionable behaviour of the C.H. and its officers.

    Bank of Baroda — HARRESHMENT BY THE BANK

    sir, my complain against bank of baroda credit cards.first the agent of the bank sold us cleverly& forcely credit card with telling any charge or late charge,service charge.our card no [protected].we used the card 5,000 in cash and 25,000 our card limit was 30,000.we deposited 1540 rupees on 20/12/2005, 2000 on 6/3/2007, 2000 on 9/7/2008, 1000 on 9/8/2008, 1000 on 1/11/2008, 1000 on 3/1/2009, 1000 on 1/4/2009, 1000 on 1/6/2009, 1000 on 22/7/2009, 1000 on 2/8/2009 til this date i paid 12,540 but the bank said you have to pay more than 1,00000.we requested them we had done settalment with the bank 39,000 rupees our balance money we had to pay now 27000.but after settellment on19th feb 2010 they again send a letter demanded 93 thousand rupees with many a service charge and late charge and bank is saying we are gonig to the court til 31 march. so sir i am belongs to lower middle class family and bank is doing harreshment with us on phone and letters.please sir save us of this financial harreshment.and do some thing immediatly against the bank. i,ll very thankful for you DEV ANAND
    You are right from your part but also your mistake is that you did not read the terms and conditions given in the booklet of the credit card. Every bank cares about its reputation and its not locally but centrally handled. You have taken really long time to pay back the amount you used through Credit Card. Also you could get the statement of the Credit Card to know your monthly interest or any charges you would be charged if you delay in any payment.
    Giving reason of the agent makes no sense here as these facilities are been outsourced. But Credit Card company makes sure of the terms and conditions are sent to you along with your card.
    You can of course try and claim for this issue as the charges put by them are more than your transaction. But its left to Consumer Court to get you the solution for this.

            My salary account is in Bank of Baroda and also I have an alternate bank account in Federal Bank.
            Now the Federal bank's account is not possible to add as beneficiary to Baroda account. When I try to add
            beneficiary, it always shows invalid branch.
            I hope for a solution asap.

              Wrongly debited my salary account. debit card was with me only but amount was automatically
              debited from my account Rs.4182.88, 02.02.12, 02;47 AM. I was given complaint to my accounted
              branch. i not getting response from concern person. they are claiming this was cash transection on
              ATM. but i doubt ATM we can't get changes.

              Second time also wrongly amount was debited from my account Rs.3367.63 / 16;39, 05.02.12

                i have a/c in bank of baroda dcm ajmer road branch. I gave a chq to my brother of rs 25000 mention his name in pay column.When he gave the chq in branch the employees told them a/c holders signature are required on the back side of the chq and denied the chq. I call them many times but no one receive my phone and when i call them next day they told me that its a rule from rbi that a/c holders signature is required on the back side of the chq.
                i also complaint online in bank but no one reply me or contact me so please look in the matter.

                  I have applied for new cheque book.But Its already more than 1 week.I was told that I would receive my cheque book in two days.I have real emergency.I have an account in Girish Park Branch with acc no ending with 5322

                  I need to take out cash immediately.I am horrified by their bank service.Its test of patience.Even I have made my mind to move my account to some other bank.I have already made complain at the bank but it wasnot helpful.

Now for availing the new cheque book, I have submitted the cheque book requisition form 30 days earlier with the Bank of Baroda Main Branch Anand.                           Mukul this side. My Parents have bank account in bank of baroda, Sasni gate branch. Sir really very very bad customer service. I am only the responsible person in my family and take care of all the bank related issue of my parents. My job is in noida and if my parents wants any banink service then I must have to take a leave for that day but when I reach there all the staff is not cooperative in nature and say that Connectivity problem. Many times I went there but every time connectivity problem. All of the staff members have very bad nature even they dont now how to deal customers. My question is why you says your branch computrised if you are not able to provide the facility to your cousomers.

                          Sir In next few weeks I am going to close the account belong to my parents. Not only me but many account holders are not satisfied with this service you can conduct a survay if you are not satisfied with me. Kindly take a positive action otherwise you will lost your many valuable customers.

                            mr. mool prakash tripahti a resistant of daranagar village has been fraud ed by the bank manager of bank of Baroda daranagar branch district Kaushambi.
                            The Bank Manager And the culprit Mr.Vivek Shukla together tried yo take out the money from his account ie. 3,05,000 .
                            FIR has also been lodged against Mr.Shukla at Saini Police Station. dated 30/11/11 under IPC 419,420,379,511.

                                Therefore to inform you that Ajay Gupta i have visit bank of Baroda to deposit cash in santacruz (east) branch Mr.Ashok thousu have stamp 500 note forged note (duplicate) aft conf RBI main branch i visit santacruz again to informed manager Mr.lahit joshi that you person have done wrong think Mr.lahit is not ready to take note as well as miss behave with me 500 note no9BD 260591
                                sir pl help me late ashok & lahit should not do this again in future just let me know how to get note back exchange note , know other br ll expet that note

                                  My BOB A/c No. is [protected]

                                  My net banking User ID has been disabled by BOB because I could not register my mobile number as a part of their fraud management security system.

                                  For past one month I have been writing emails to the Branch Manager, customer care, IT, and Baroda Connect Operation team. They are forwarding my mail to each other without going through the nature of the problem. I feel like the officials at BOB don't care for customers.

                                  It was ultimately found that he Account No. was wrong. The use of correct AC No. rectified the problem. Ultimately the user ID was also changed.
                                  my ac is locked.user id is not working.my ac. no.is [protected], pls activate it

                                    I hold Savings bank A/c No. [protected] in Bank of Baroda, Salt Lake, Branch Kolkata. In December 2008, Rs 30,000/- was fraudulently removed from this account through net- banking. The cause for this is the highly insecure net-banking facility offered by the Bank of Baroda which had absolutely no security features at that time. However, the money was traced to A/c No [protected] at Bhimavaram branch of Bank of Baroda in Andhra Pradesh belonging to Duvvada Rajesh Kumar. This account with the recovered money has since been frozen.

                                    After many written complaints, I was asked for Indemnity Bond about a year later, which I submitted in November 2009. After a few months more (February 2010) I was asked to get a "Police Investigation Report or Court Order" by the Bank. The local Police (Bidhannagar East) refused to register complaint against such an 'old' incident, even trying to say that these cyber crimes should be reported elsewhere. After pursuing a lot, I succeeded in filing a general diary and submitted the GDR number to the Bank. (I was even told by the Police that no investigation will be carried out on this.)

                                    So, Bank of Baroda has acknowledged the fraud and the money has been recovered (by their own admission) and is presently lying in their sundry A/c. They are simply withholding my hard-earned money, in fact, illegally.

                                    Strangely, Bank of Baroda refuses to accept that this fraud could happen only because of their insecure system. Instead, they accuse me of 'compromising' the password !! They keep asking for a Police Investigation Report and after 3 years which have passed since my money was stolen, that report is certainly not forthcoming as far as I can see. Being a high school science teacher, I neither have the time nor the resources to run around. I am beginning to lose hope of getting my money back.

                                        Today i.e., 26/10/11 at 8.26 am I went to draw the amount of Rs. 2000 in an ATM of Bank of Baroda which ATM ID is 1FDHYD29 and SEQ NO : 1017 in west marredpaly, secunderabad through my debit card of HDFC Bank Bearing the A/C No: [protected], name as S.Abdul Nabi and the debit card number is [protected]. After the transaction ATM has not given the amount but the amount of Rs.2000 is debited in my account and I got the receipt also mentioning the same i.e., as the amount has debited. So, I request you to deposit my amount of Rs.2000 back at the earliest and help me in this regard.
