Respected Sir,

I am a Resident Of Hyderabad and was looking forward to open a Locker along with the saving account in BOB,Hi-tect city branch in hyderabad.

As per the details mentioned on your site the security deposit required for Locker is 3 months rental that comes out to be around Rs4,000.00 (Rs 1,300.00 per year rental) however when I visited the branch they asked me to prove a security of Rs 1 Lakh for opening the locker.

When I asked for this difference they told me that as they can provide lockers to only a minimum number of customers, the customer who give more security will be preferred. It seems like that some they have started a bidding for providing Lockers which really sound absurd.

Can you please look into the matter.

    Sub : Invalid debit entrries in the Passbook

    b) ATM/CASH/8576/[protected] dtd.[protected]


    On[protected] in the evening, I tried to withdraw Rs.2,000/- from your Andheri (West) ATM centre. As per the requests displayed on your ATM machine and after filling in the necessary details, the message displayed on the screen was ‘Transaction Timed Out’. In the second attempt also, the same message continued to appear on the screen and hence I could not withdraw any amount. However, on[protected], when I updated my passbook, I could notice debit transactions mentioned at 2(a) & (b) above each for Rs.2,000/- (i.e. total of Rs.4,000/-), which were not at all executed by me.

    In view of the above, I humbly request you to credit the said debited amount (i.e. Rs.4,000/-) to my Account. I am also enclosing herewith xerox copy of transactions as appearing on the passbook.

      Lapsing of more than 16 days after receiving o[censored]ser id and password AND AFTER MAKING repeatedly request in my base branch i.e.BOB JHALAWAR ROAD KOTA
      I could not able to activate for ebanking.For this I am also sending repeatedly(almost daily) compliant/request through email on [protected]@bob.com
      No response and communication from anywhere, I am tired and loosing trust in BOB and in responsible person for this .

      Dear Sir,
      I have serious complain from particular branch of Bank of Baroda. This is branch is situated in Vapi Town, Vapi Dist.Valsad, Gujarat. I have joint saving account in this Branch of BOB. My account number is "[protected]". on the name of "Falguni Sehul Desai". I had applied for internet banking facility for atleast three times. Some times i have received password only no customer Id. some times i have received customer Id only. I am working woman i dont have time to go each and every time to bank. so please arrange my internet facility.

        There are two major issues for me where i am not getting correct solutions.They are
        1) Net banking ; the passwords both login and transaction passwords are not being accepted.
        2) After 4 attempts it is getting disable and to complete the re process it is taking more than 2 weeks and loosing interest in net Banking.

            today i had gone to bank of baroda and i want to open my saving bank account.Here in sec-5 ,rajender nagar sahibabad,a new branch is opened and they want customers .so i thought that i need an account and it is nearby my house ,so i had gone there .when i entered at 3.10pm in bank and in whole bank there was only three persons in the bank. then i went to person to ask about the form.on the first chance he even doesnt has a curtsy to attend me and there was no one to explain me about the diff. accounts and when without any information i ask for the account opening form he had thrown it on the next table very badly.then i ask him till what time the bank will open.he replied till 4-00 pm.i said ok.then i had taken the form and got it filled and reached there before 15 min.he simply replied me that the bank is closed,even his computer is running.when i ask him again to do it then he said that i have to do other works also.if tjis is a behaviour of bank of baroda in this high competition then u will be no there in indian market 2-3 years down the line.i m also the student of one of the best b-schools and i know what are the pshychology of indians so i suggest u yo review ur policies and one thing more i,ll never even enter ur bank from now.ur employees areb paethetic.
            i had gone to ATM center at 20/02/08 to withdraw cash amount of Rs. 400/-.from ANDHERI WEST, MUMBAI BRANCH,. But after first transaction i have found no money withdraw from ATM machine & got receipt by deducting 400 Rs.So, I try again for cash withdrawal. Second time i got money. So. my total amount deducted by Rs. 800 instead of Rs. 400/-only.

            I have purchased 100shares of Bank of Baroda in 1997. At that time i have given Cash of Rs. 2500.

            Then In i hav give DD of Punjab & sind bank of Rs. 2929/-

            Bank of baroda is not able to attend their customers properly. i am waiting for my refund of Rs. 5000 from 9th july. i have not received cash on 9th july at 11:37 am at ATM Shakti ngr branch Delhi 110007.i informed to ATM guard and to branch officials and to customer care also but now after one and a half months there is no refund made to me till date. and now i have become fed up of the services of the bank and customer care executives are not responding with good behaviour at phone no.             Dear Sir,
            I have an SB A/c with your bank at Barkatpura, Hyderabad, A.P. vide A/c No.[protected].
            Since the bank is operating from 8.00 A.M we have opened an SB A/c and at the same time made an FDR for Rs.1.25 Lakhs.

            However, the cashier in this branch are so rude and has denied to accept Income Tax Challans, claiming that we need to pay the challans only after 10.00 A.M
            I would like to know when the banking services are available from 8.00A.M, how can they deny to accept the Tax Challans. We feel that they are doing us a favour by accepting the challans. My husbands profession is Chartered Accountancy and we need to deposit the challans at regular basis. If we can’t do this at before 8.00 A.M, I would like to switch to some other banks like HDFC which is just adjacent to this bank.

            I expect the authorities to take some initiative so that the bank does not lose valuable customers.

            I am a saving account holder from one of your Branch Mawdiangdiang, Shillong. It is unfortunate to complain regarding Banking facility proving by you with list important to improvising the equipment and other banking procedure. The followings are the grievances need to be correct urgently.
            1) The Mawdiangdiang ATM box is often gets out of order. Due to that we employees of NEIGRIHMS are facing unnecessary hurdles (rushing in to the bank) to withdraw/deposit cash.
            2) Today (1/8/2008) I was surprised when I entered my ATM Card in the other ATM Box of Bank of Baroda (Police Bazar) and it was not recognized the ATM card. Now you tell me what would be the alternative method to withdraw money in that situation.
            3) Bank of Baroda is international Bank have no Net Banking facility in the Branch Mawdiangdiang.
            4) And No core banking facility.
            5) I had notice in the month of Sep 2007, one of the printers (for Pass Book) was out of order and it took three months to repair. I was surprised.
            6) I didn’t receive my last mail respond.

            i want to status of bobcards ltd. (wholly own subsidiary of BOB).
            I an MBA aspirant Pankaj sharma had applied for educational loan of 4 lakhs in your reputed bank of Baroda at Nathusar gate branch Bikaner, Rajasthan to take admission in NSB School of Business, New Delhi.I have done my graduation in Bachelor of Business Administration with 74.25% in final year of exmination and aggeregate 71% in gradaution. I had furnished all the required documents with a very good gurantor who have good transaction records at your bank at same branch.
            My problem is with the manager of the branch MR.SHARMA who after passing the loan and making the cheque refused to give the loan amount demanding for one more gurantor and giving excuses upon excuses.To my knowledge the policy of government for educational loan is upto 4lakhs no gurantor and security is required still we provided a gurantor holding agricultural land of 20 lakhs as security.Not only this till 4 months the manager have benn demanding regularly new documennts which are not necessary.Now, I am in a position of total loss.I had deposited Rs.15650 as registration amount which are not refundable, as the sessions are started everywhere I can`t take admission in other colleges and the most immens the mental harrashment hat I an my father have gone because of the manager at your branch.
            I don`t understnd after passing the loan why such things are to happen after all the procedure have been completed.Not only this the loan has been passed twice before on 17th July 2009 also the loan was passed and the manager refused to give the cheque as he had doubts with the University so i took admission in a reputed A++ college with reputed University for which your Bank has been passing hundreds of loan throughout India.As being a management student I know what a customer is to a service sector but the Manager at this branch think them as slaves and the language and behaviour is objectionalble.You can also confirm this through the othe employees at the same brench.

            Axis Bank — Inconvenince due to non-exit of ATM Card after cash withdrawal.

            On dt. 13.08.09 at around 6.300PM self went to Axis Bank ATM centre in Digboi Town, Assam, PIN-786171.After receipt of cash of Rs.3000/- the ATM power supply failed as they didnot have proper back up power supply.As a result the Money receipt statement and the ATM card did not come out.Till date i've not received the ATM card which is giving me much trouble.On talking to the respective authorities of Axis bank, Tinsukia, they have asked me to collect the card from Tinsukia Town which is around 40 Kms from Digboi.This i felt to be an harassment to me by Axis bank in which i would expect your kind persual so that other people of Digboi does not face the same consequence ever.

            I have a students account in Mumbai(Nerul) in Bank of Baroda and I am really dissatisfied with the service these peopleprovide in the bank. They treat customers like they have got no other work but wait for their work to be done in the bank. I went to the bank to pay my hostel fees and I had to transfer account from my account to hostel's account.I was asked to stand in the queue to make a payment. I was standing in the queue for half an hour and when my number was about to come they closed the counter much before the lunch time and was asked to stand in another queue. I again waited in the queue for another half an hour and when my number came the person sent me back to the first person saying that we don't transfer money at this counter. Then, after going to the first counter I was again asked to go to the counter which was closed. I said that the counter is closed. Then the person was not even ready to attend me and answer to the problems I've been facing instead he answered real rudely. I feel it's even worse than some municipal bank and this is not for the first time that I'm being annoyed by the behaviour of these people. I am really thinking of openning an account somewhere else now but would like to suggest you to look after the matter and the inconvenience caused to the customers.

            Dear sir, My name is Rita Rani. I am a account holder at BOB(Shalimar Bagh New Delhi) my account number is SB 5907. I had paid my property tax with a cheque the cheque number was 755694. I had the sufficient balance for this also. But the bank didn't cleared the cheque & even they hadn't informed me ragarding that. Now I got a notice from MCA (Delhi) that i had to pay near about rs 500 extra for my property tax. And worst of all the bank hadn't contacted me till now. Is this is not the duty of the bank to call me or inform me regarding this. Now i want the wavour of rs. 500 which i had to pay to MCD due to the fault of bank. I have applied for ATM card in month of november'08 when ever be i visited the branch, i was told by the dealing clerk that your ATM card not received from Head Office, you will be informed through post and after Four month when the bank did not send me any information again i have asked to the clerk, firstly he is not ready to show me the register and talked me in very insulting manner. Then i was told that your ATM card is BLOCKED without infomining me to collect. make a fresh application . this is very disgusting i have applied again but till now i did not get the same as about ONE YEAR has passed.

At yamunanagar branch Mrs Raj bala received the courier on 5/12/09. upto 23/12/2009 she is not able to found the lost cheque i.e she does not bother about customer complaint. Star paper mill branch is so slow that they pursue the case only when I reach the branch after that they forget every thing. Please look into the matter and solve the issue immediately. Iam not in the condition to wait too much as i badly need money.

My representative contacted after 3.00 PM then again Mr. Singh told him come after 5.00 PM for UTR NUMBER. Looking to the above fact it is regretted to inform you that Your Taranagar branch service is very poor and not satisctory and also not as per your reputed bank and Mr. Singh behaviour is not good so kindly take action against employee immediately .

            I have also same exprience with the bank i when reached to the bank to open anew Joint account with my son and wife which is located below my office Vasana road, Baroda and produced the proof for my son who is of just 18.
            I produced the identity proof of local authority of Bhaili Gram Panchayat and also the proof of Higher Seccondary Examination Board`s Entry Card, Which is being used to Entry the exam. Which Highly authentic Proof . But still they insist to have Driving Licence Card. What a pity, that one bank, Bank of India is opening a account of student at their bank, approching their class to make banking habit with the bank and other Bank is just throwing away the future asspirat account hoder. It`s nothing but a rude behaviour.
            Further they are guiding us that why are you not opening account at Bhaili?. They have taken all right of denying evidence, guiding the people to where to open account e.t.c. Perhaps they may also take a right to run the house also.
            Now what will happen when this complined is and act, the senior officer would confirm that this document is valid, the officer would act upon the the advice and he would feel safe that i have no risk of opening of the account on this base. This is the approach of the Bank. But what would be the compensation to the person who has taken the pain to write this letter and utilised his time to opening account
            Should the that staff be transfered ? should that should be scolded ? what` the punishment you have?

            savings account — Neglection at work, bank closes much before official timings

            After 2 days of Bank Holiday in weekdays when bank opened today on Saturday, they closed bank at 11:50 AM IST while official timing for this branck is 12:00 PM (much before other branches of BOB; isn't there any std time of bank or this branch is special)
            At the door when i requested it being really urgent; security was highly rude(may be just doing his work).

            Trusting this bank is nothing but then customer's mistake, are customers provided free service or something.

            I am an SB account holder in bank of baroda for nearly 4 years. Now i need
            cheque book for my transactions. So i went to the
            bank and asked for cheque book request form. The manager asked about
            the purpose as i told about buying a new twowheeler and for paying due
            amounts i want cheque book. But he is not accepted my reason instead
            of that he offering me a twowheeler loan. I refused to accept the loan

            I Kaushik Chakraborty had gone to BANK OF BARODA at 11:00 AM to open savings account, in BARANAGAR BRANCH, KOLKATA-700036, WEST BENGAL.
            The person who is responsible to open the saving bank account was so RUDE to me that he was not listening to me rather he asked me to come next week.How can a office going person can come everyday according to his time!!
            This is for the second time he harassed me. Earlier on 18/6/2010 I had gone to that branch on that time he told me that right now this is not possible to open saving bank account so come down next week.
            My Questions is that, Is there any specific date& time to open saving bank account?? Or the bank authority has stop to open new saving bank account?? if yes then why should he be so rude with the customers, like me. Is it new policy to behave with the customer??             I am a account holder in your bank of saving account # [protected] in Shahnajaf road branch lucknow.I tried withdrawing an amount of Rs.1000.00 on Oct 4th 2010 from the ATM located at the Shahnajaf road branch .The money did not come out from the machine but the amount got debited to my account.Along with this wrongly debited amount, one more withdrawal is shown of Rs. 1000 from Bank of Maharastra which is correct as I withdrew the money from here after I could not do it from the Shahnajaf road branch of Bank of Baroda.

Today I went to District Centre janakpuri Branch to transfer some cheque to another a/c they are telling me I have to go to my base branch to make transfers. I am working here in Delhi and it is not easy for me to go to the base branch for making each and every transactions. I don’t know what to do.?

            I have serious complain from your particular branch of Bank of Baroda . This is branch is situated in Udaipur City, Rajasthan. It is Hiran Magri Branch. I have current account in this Branch of BOB. My account number is "XXXXXXXXX267". on the name of "Chaitanya Enterprises"
            I have these complains
            1. After repetitively applying for ATM 3 times they didn't give me ATM. Now I am fade up.
            2. Some of them don't know much about internet banking and have never used it. So they failed to give solution about net banking.
            3. I asked them to register my mobile number with net banking. They told me that you are already registered but when I open net banking site they asked me to register every time. So now they are not able to register me what should I do.
            4. These all are bunch of good old banking staff who are not aware of new things happening in banking industry related to net banking. But I caught up between them.
            5. It seems they are lacking professionalism and commitment. I don't why they were given some awards.

            So please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

            I have an account in bank of baroda, kharagpur branch in the name of Rajan kumar holding account no- [protected], On 05/11/2009 i have deposited a cheque amount of Rs 18010, the cheque was cleared on 09/11/2009, on next day the amount has debited and again credited later on same day in my account. it was all right. account was running smoothly, After two year on august 2011 i came to know that Rs 18010 has debited from my account and kept in suspense, Immediately i contacted to the branch manager he told me that the cheque of 2009 was not cleared, i asked him why the bank has not informed me in two years or the amount not debited from my account though i have sufficient balance, he gave me various clarification but i was not satisfied, though i tried to contact the person who has issued me the cheque, but he already closed the business and went from here, if i am quilty than i am ready to bear the amount but there is not my fault, but now my amount has kept in suspense, i request to make clearance the dispute amount.

            Kindly enlight me by providing the information regarding the documents/proof to be provided for the second holder for FDR IN TWO NAMES;having account in different branches in Mumbai only.
            As per my knowledge/information I have provided PAN NO. and customer ID of both the holders, which was not acceptable to your branch and had insisted for fresh proof of PAN and RATION CARD as the second holder is not having the account with the same branch;of first name fdr holder.
            I fail to understand the utility of computerisation .Kindly provide me the right pocedure for my information.
            Pl take this message in positive sense to improve the bank/customer relations and hence i have not mentioned name of branches etc.

            In bank of baroda, B1 block, janakpuri, new delhi 110058 branch there is a manager but he even dont know how to behave. if the the managers are like this what we can expect from the subordinates.they are behaving to the account holders(people who has an accounts with the bank) very rude. like they dont wants to provide any good service if you need it keep the account here otherwise leave it.brothers and sisters this is the correct time to close the accounts from bank of baroda, state bank of india, india bank and bank of india, all the employees who has working they have government job means permanent job.so they dont care about the account holders like us.as an indian and as per my observation what i have done is i have stopped the account and opened the account with a private bank. where you have your own account manager who can help and attend you all the time. i know its very difficult to close the accounts with bank of baroda and open an account with a private bank. but once you do like this in your entire life you can get fear free and relax and committed bank services.if any one not believing on my comments just visit any of your nearest private bank like kotak, hdfc, axis, stand charted, icici, then check your experience. you can feel your self, you will get humble and qualified people will give your answers for every questions with out any partiality. so, brothers and sisters this is time either change the bank of baroda misbehaving and not committed to work bank employees (these wont be change ) or change the bank account and get hassle free banking experience.

            I had an account of Yatha Shakti Jama Yojona at Bank of Baroda, A. T. Road Branch, Guwahati-1 vide a/c no-279. The a/c was opened in 1992 and deposited money upto 34 installments. The deposited money was never withdrawn and the Pass Book was kept properly. When I went to the concerned branch of the BOB to claim my deposited money along with it's interest the bank authority expressed their inability to search out record of my a/c, even after producing my pass book. They refused to refund my money as they have no record available. Surprisingly, the bank mngr. asked me a question--- Why I did not withdraw the money earlier. Even after 50 days from my first claimed letter to them they have not refund my deposited money.
            I am feeling very unsecured with opening or depositing money in BOB. Hence, I request to all concerned to be careful when you dealing with BOB. Now, I have decided that I have no alternative but to proceed as per Law.
            On 2012 Bank of Baroda, Tiruchengode opened a branch in our Tiruchengode region, they offer a gold loan at 4% interest rate at starting. Many people in our surroundings got loan in this bank. After completing one year, they told the rate of interest is 11% not 4% without any information. Every people came and quarrel with the manager. For some people Bank manager agreed and reduce their interest to 7%(after lot of fight). How it possible, only for the fighting people the gold loan interest rate is reduced to 7% and for others 11% rate. Depends upon the person, interest rate will changed.
            Its also a true robbery from the people.

              Our Party had transferred Rs21000.00 by NEFT ON 03.08.10 to our BOB A/C No [protected] . This amount has bot been credited to our account till date. We have taken up the issue with our branch at Bhavnagar, Zonal office at Ahemdabad, neft cell at Mumbai. regularly for last one month.On 20.08.10 we received an email " THE AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED IN A DAY".

              We have sent material to our customer after receiving the mail. Now on 08.09.10 we have received one more mail from the bank stating the amount " HAS BEEN REVERTED BACK TO PNB ON 03.08.10". For one month we were asked to bear and in the end we get this response. We feel cheated.

              We are paying interest @12% to bank for last month.Due to this delay we have not been able to make payment to our suppliers on time. We have faced interest loss as well as a loss to our credit.
              We demand interest from bank @12% from 03.08.10 till 08.09.10.

                    I am an Ex serviceman, I am having account in Bank of Baroda, St John’s Medical College Campus branch, Koramangala, Bangalore – 560034, through which I am drawing my Defence service pension since February 2008. The pension amount whatever worked out initially was being paid to me, the enhanced rate of DA was not calculated and paid to me as and when announced by Government. After revision of Pension in VIth Pay Commission, notification was sent to all the Pension disbursing authorities to effect the enhanced amount. In my case the bank is not taking appropriate action to credit the due amount, and also the Bank authorities are not paying any attention to my repeated requests, through various mediums like personally meeting Asst Manager, sending e-mail to Customer Care, Head Office.                     I did not get my pensionfor the last Nine months credited my uco bank a/c since Nov 2008, held at main branch Parliament street. Dealing clerk mr. Krishan Kumar has been contacted many times but always he used to tell remind me after a week or after two to three days

                        Sir,
                        I applied for Education Loan from near about 1 year. Till manager of bob igonres me for loan. They announced on their web site that there is no security till bob manager ask for security about my loan though it is less than their amount
                        Dear Sir,

                        This for your kind attention that we, M/s Pranababanda Pharma had opened current A/C [protected] on July'09.
                        Still I haven't got the full facility for the above mentioned A/c though I am repeatedly complaining for the same.
                        Hope you will do the needful as soon as possible so that I can avail the full facility like cash credit etc.

                        Within that period your manager had been transferred and everything had been fruitless by your newly joined manager as per his argument that our property isn't in the range(24km) covered by the branch though your previous manager had allowed me to apply for the same with the same property.
                        Hence our request is to guide us properly either we can avail the same or not as we have to continue our business without any interruption.

                            Hi

                            Last year BOB came up with a scheme in which they promised to process home loans in 6 days and also that if we maintain 1Lac rupees in savings account with their branch for one year we will get 0.25% discount on the interest rate of home loan. I asked the employees and manager that "is this discount applicable on complete amount through out the tenure?" manager said yes.

                            Though we had some time before we take the loan, as scheme was for people who open account before 15th Aug 2009, we decided to open the account and maintain the amount in the account.

                            On the pamphlet (of scheme) it was not written that whether the discount was for complete tenure or for the year we maintain 1Lac in the account. Because the manager himself said its for whole tenure we found this quite lucrative and our biggest mistake was that we did not take anything in writing, we trusted word of mouth (well we were buying house for the first time).

                            Also when we went to open the account one of the employees (who knew we were opening the account to avail the home loan scheme) said that we can open SSB account instead of SB account (I don't deny he had best interest for us but, this clearly shows he was not informed that the scheme is available for SB account only and that SSB account is not considered a savings account for this purpose) I asked him "is that okay?" he said yes.

                            Fine we were more then happy and applied for loan, due to some problems in the documents given by builder things got delayed but as we had opened the account and were maintaining the amount much more than 1 Lac (as the average should be one lac for a quarter), they said we are valid for the scheme.

                            Finally we got the loan and everything was fine, when we asked that when do we get the 0.25% discount they said we get it at the end of the quarter and "only for 1 year" I was shocked and I said that manager had said that we will get it for whole tenure. We went to manager and he said "No madam it might be a miss communication as it is only for 1 year". We protested and asked them to give us the benefit they said they will, they assured us that they will try and by the time any thing happens, the manager got promotion and was transferred to new location.

                            New manager said we will try and they kept trying for quite some time( few months )and finally they said that now as you have the SSB account you wont get the benefit for even 1 year, you are not eligible for it any more.

                            Here I felt cheated and I also realized that we left all other banks for BOB for the lucrative scheme and this is what happens.

                            Changing the loan from BOB to other bank is a big expense all over again (processing fees and mortgage deed for which we paid huge amount) and hence we decided not to change the bank as of now, but here I am lodging this complaint.

                            From whole incidence its clear that the previous manager just wanted to lure customers so he gets promotion and the other employee who suggested we open an SSB account instead of SB account, was not completely aware of the rules of the scheme.

                            Means in good old banks like BOB also, all employees are not aware of the rules and they misguide the customers and here we are stuck with more rate of interest where we could have got better deal from other banks had they not tricked us into this scheme.

                            So all I would say is don't trust the schemes given out by government banks also.

                            We definitely want justice and we want the discount for which we did all this.

                              I am a Bank of baroda's SB A/C holder. While logging-in for netbanking, they ask to install JAVA on your machine with COMPLETE ACCESS TO ALL YOUR FILES & NETSURFING SITES. I mailed them (IT Dept, GM-Ops) to clarify "Why one should allow access to them to all his files & netsurfing sites, which is breach of ones privacy and even may result in frauds"; none of them replies.                               sir,
                              i am having a bank acount in the state bank of benaras which has been merged in bank of baroda,bank of baroda farrukhabad has deducted 15% in my FD money and paid me rest amount and told me that deducted 15% will be given shortly but almost 08 year has gone but i could not get that 15% deducted amount, sir after so many mails ,registerd letter and phone calls i could not get any response ,kindly you do something i will highly thank full

                                We have done a NEFT to Bank Baroda Account No.[protected], IFSC Code: BARB0AKOTAX, party name - Indonet Plastic Industries, for Rs. 25214.00 on 03.07.2012. The same has been done from State Bank of India Rudrapur Code (0708) branch. It is still not credited into beneficiary accounts.

                                Please look into the matter and resolve the problem.

                                  Never ever try to get a loan from Bank of Baroda, T.Nagar Pondy Bazaar Branch (Retail Loan Factory). I have a bitter experience with them. They are advertising that the home loan will be sanctioned in 6 days. For me actually it took 4 months to sanction the loan and the executives in the branch are not customer friendly. When i apply for the loan, they told me that there will be no processing fees for the loan. We have to pay the processing charges. The amount will be reverted once the loan got sanctioned. But for me it is almost 6 months, till now the processing fees is not credited to my account. Never get into these troubles.

                                  We had approached the Bank for transfer of our home loan from ICICI to BOB in September 2008 and till date we have not recd the disbursement. Last week we were given a list of reqruiments and told that this is the last requirement. Today when we went to Bank with the required documents we saw that the person dealing with our case has changed. The new person now wanted to study the entire loan documents and on going through the documents he said the amount sanctioned by the legal dept of the Bank is not valid and they have missed certain things for which he has full right to challenge the legal dept of the Bank and he will do so i.e. re-open the sanctioned amount. Also the Sr Manager of the Branch (Borivali (W)) (Mr. Chandorkar) says THE BANK HAS NOT INVITED US FOR LOAN AND BANK DOES NOT NEED US (CUSTOMERS) HENCE IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY, LEAVE OUT OF BANK. This is ridiculous on part of Sr MAnager (such high level personnel of the Bank) who had no manner whatsoever to talk with customer.

                                  I NEED TAKEOVER LOAN FOR AMT.600000/-, I SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS IN SURYA NAGAR BRANCH, GHAZIABAD (U.P.). OUR ALL DOCUMENTS IS OK BY BRANCH BUT LEGAL DEPARTMENT CANNOUGHT PLACE NEW DELHI MR. VIMLESH AND CHIF MANAGER IS REJECTED, ON THE BASIS OF MAP IS NOT APPROVED BY GDA. MY LAND IS 57MTR, (GDA GADGET GUIDE LINE BELOW 100MTR. NOT REQUIRE FOR APPROVAL). I ALSO PROVIDE GADGET COPY TO LEGAL DEPARTMENT BUT HE IS NOT ACCEPTED. HIS TOLD ME YOU SUBMITEED MAP IN GDA AND RECEIVED ONE REFUSE LETTER BY GDA.

                                  Our home lone is running in Bank of Baroda from 2000. This lone is taken on our parents name S.Harbansh singh & Surinder Kaur.Unfortunally in Dec.2007 my father has been expired and in sep.2009 my mother expired. We are suffering from a lot of grief and problems. we brother & sisters are unmarried. We are paying the lone but we wany some help from our bank. We have given so many applications to our bank to increase the time limit of our home lone 5 years but they are not responding. Now I am sending a copy of that application to you. Its my humble request please help us to reset our lone's time limit into 20 years in place of 15 years.

                                    I tried to log in to the internet banking portal, first time there was a message - Invalid User ID/ password, hence I re-applied for the password.
                                    Second time also, there is same error evenif I am entereing right Username and pw.
                                    Please suggest.

                                    THis is really annoying to see so many comlaints on this portal and still I have to log one more....:(

                                      Yes, I understand your grievance and pain.
                                      Bank officers today are nothing but fraudsters except a few good people. Please refer my complaints for Forgery by Canara Bank Officers so that you can understand how and what extend they can stoop down to save their errant Fraudster Colleagues and to victimize the poor Indian Citizens.
